Brandy is worth her weight in gold! We hired her for the “Your Special Day” package which was basically a day-of-coordinator with some additional assistance the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. She helped set up the reception floorplan, put together a timeline, and made final confirmations with vendors. College Station is a small town and she was familiar with our venue and most of our vendors which helped everything run even more smoothly. As the bride, I probably don’t even know about all the little things she did throughout the day to make the wedding day run smoothly. She arrived early and conquered an outdoor ceremony during the rain, helped correct hotel problems for a few of our guests, and bustled my dress in record time. Every time I didn’t know where I was supposed to be, Brandy was there to direct me. We really couldn’t have done it without her and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a sign to book Brandy for your wedding or event, this is it! Our day would not have come together without Brandy. She knows all the right questions to ask and thought of things I never would have. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and calm. She knows how to get stuff done and handled all the vendors so we didn't have to. As things came up on our wedding day I didn't worry one bit, I knew Brandy had it covered. My husband said that Brandy is worth her weight in gold (and I agree)!! Brandy we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day perfect. If you want to enjoy your wedding day hire Brandy!

Brandy was absolutely amazing. Even during our initial call when I was just asking about her rates, she was so helpful and providing helpful advice. I am so glad I had her for as my Wedding Coordinator. She made me feel calm, especially leading up to the day. I highly recommend her!

Brandy is hands down the best decision you will make for your wedding! At first I debated if I really needed a planner, then quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. During my first discussion with Brandy, it was a no-brainer that I needed her more than I thought! She seriously thinks of EVERYTHING! Things I would have never even imagined. She also guided me along to help me stay in budget which was a huge help. She had a contact for anything and everything you may want. She is extremely knowledgeable and very eager to help! She responds so quickly; I worry that she doesn’t sleep! Lol. On the big day, she was amazing and she was beside me before I even knew I was about to look for her. It’s like she was reading my mind. Honestly, I was sad once the wedding was over because I loved talking with her so much! Brandy, I love ya!! :)

Let me just start off by saying Brandy is amazing! She not only provided me with day of coordination, she was available to help with all of my questions leading up to the day. She went to Florist appointments with me, helped me decide on vendors, and gave me 100% honesty on things I was unsure I would need or not. I really could not be happier with the services she provided leading up to the day; calling all the vendors and getting their timelines to them, but they truly do not hold a light to her work the day of. I literally had ZERO worries the day of! She texted me first thing in the morning asking if I needed anything before she arrived to the venue and then once she got their she did her thing! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and when they needed to be there. She made sure my husband and I had food and drinks as soon as the ceremony was over. She also helped with some mishaps that happened AFTER the wedding. I received so many compliments on how smooth my wedding ran, and that is completely because of Brandy's amazing work. I truly cannot recommend her enough to anyone needing a wedding coordinator!

I chose Events by Brandy to be my Day of Coordinator for my wedding and could not be happier with how everything was handled! Brandy could not be more organized, professional and prepared. We had a meeting a little more than a month before the wedding and went step by step through the wedding until every hour was scheduled out. She reached out to the vendors to make sure everyone knew when they were supposed to be where and was fantastic in making sure everything was on track! If you have to spend money on ONE thing in your wedding it SHOULD be a Day of Coordinator. If you can't afford a full year long planner then at least a DoC. I just had to show up and know that Brandy would take care of everything and make sure it was going according to plan. It was the biggest relief on the day! I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Brandy can foresee problems before they happen. She can design a room. She can find the right people. This gal knows how to move crowds of people and gets every detail taken care of before I even know it. She is very impressive and professional. Thank you Brandy helping host a lovely afternoon lunch after a celebration of life. You make life easy!

Brandy and her team were so easy to work with! From the beginning when we were trying to find a venue, to when we exited our wedding, Brandy was there to help. She knows her way around this industry and knows how to keep things running smoothly. Any of our ideas she made happen and offered suggestions when we needed them. There were so many details that I would have missed if she hadn't went over them with us. Brandy also met with us a couple times and developed a timeline for the day of that worked for us. Even when the wedding was getting close and I was starting to stress out, she kept me calm and answered any questions I had. The day of my wedding, everything went down perfectly, and if something went wrong, I didn't even know because it was taken care of. Overall, we couldn't have done it without her and she made our big day SO much better and stress free.

Brandy was awesome! She did my day of coordinating and everything went without a hitch. Well, if there was a hitch, I never heard about it and that is really the point. Brandy set up two appointments with me: the initial meeting and three weeks before. She was so helpful in getting an itinerary and every detail ironed out. She checked in a couple of times before the big day. The day of she was calm, helpful and attentive. Her and her team flipped the room at my venue super fast. Brandy made everything run very smoothly. I really wavered back and forth on hiring a coordinator, but hiring Brandy was the best wedding decision I made. I didn't have to worry about a thing the whole day!!
