am so incredibly thankful that they required one bexcuse I don’t think I could have pulled off the execution of the wedding of my dreams without Brielle and her team ( and the annex team, of course!) They took care of literally everything the day of. From set up, go tarr down and everything in between. If anything did go wrong, I did not know about it because Brielle was there to handle any situation. Knowing that, took so much stress off my shoulders the day of the wedding. All of the other vendors would coordinate with Brielle, so everyone was all on the same page all of the time. She also reached out and coordinated with all the vendors as it got closer so I didn’t have to. Brielle and I started having meetings about a month and a half out from my wedding. We would go though every detail to make sure we were both on the same page and if I changed anything in between meetings we would make sure to discuss any changes. I had ALOT of decor, like seriously, ALOT! So I expeessed that I was nervous about it all getting done and Brielle never hesitated with telling me not to worry, they would get it all done. And man did they execute! I had photos of how I wanted certain things to be set up but I also had a lot that I left up to their descretion as far as decorating and they did absolutely incredible! I could not have pictured it turning out more beautiful. Hire Brielle and her team, I promise, you will not regret it!

had a magical day, thanks to Brielle and her team. I didn't realize there was truly so many things to think about when preparing for this special day, but Brielle guided us each step of the way. We worked off of a checklist each month that kept us going and met with Brielle frequently over the months leading up to the wedding day. She created our wedding timeline and followed up with ALL of our vendors the week before the wedding so there were no unanswered questions which was so very help and appreciated. On wedding day, we didn't have to worry about anything because of Brielle and Anna Ruth. Details were important to us, so we had many things that needed to be set up at our venue for the reception. Brielle did all of our set-up at the venue including our memory table, programs and table numbers at each table, all of our signs, card box, and more. Everything turned out SO beautiful, and Brielle also was available in case any vendors had questions during the day. She even made it possible for us to have a vintage Rolls Royce pick us up at the end of the night. :) Anna Ruth was our day of coordinator, and ensured we had a smooth, stress-free day. Anna Ruth was our right hand- always checking if we needed anything, fluffing my veil, and even packed us up cake, and cookies at the end of the night, and a beautiful card with polaroid pictures to cherish. Brielle and her team were the absolute best, and we would gladly work with them in the future. The day goes by so fast- having someone to assist with planning, and the day of preparations was the best decision we made!

en it came to wedding week, she was really helpful in confirming last minute details with vendors. We even took advantage of having her team taking care of setting up and cleaning up our decor. I provided photos and details of what I envisioned and they took it from there. Would highly recommend as it took a lot of stress off our plates. The day of the wedding, I never felt like we had anything to worry about. Brielle and Danielle helped us to stick to our schedule and took care of any bumps in the road so that we didn't have to worry about anything. I cannot stress enough that asking Brielle to be a part of our network of vendors was the absolute best decision that we made. She was resourceful, flexible, diligent, supportive, sweet, creative, helpful…and the list goes on. Brielle was amazing – she contacted me via email every once in awhile just to check in, she answered all of my many questions, she helped plan little finishing touches for the day, helped us out with creating a timeline, and she kept me calm throughout the process while reassuring me that everything was going to turn out wonderfully. It did end up being a wonderful and perfectly executed day, and I’m certain most of the reason why was because Brielle was present the entire day making sure that everything ran smoothly and things were set up properly. I don’t think we could have made it through our wedding day without her support along the way. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that anyone seeking out day-of coordination reach out to Brielle – you will not be disappointed!

Through each step Brielle was there to provide guidance as well as support in making decisions and ensuring that I had everything I needed in order to make my wedding as special as it was. Leading up to the wedding Brielle was in constant contact asking how things were going and if there was anything I needed from her as well as updates to any decisions that had been made. She was readily available at ANY TIME of the day and accommodating when I needed to video chat rather than meet in person. To say the day of the wedding, I was completely stress free is an understatement. Everytime I thought of something that had to be done I turned around and Brielle has already done it. She made sure that my wedding was everything I dreamed and hoped for and never once complained. I would continuously thank her for her help and all she would respond with was, "Lex, I absolutely love doing this!" She ensured that everything happened according to the timeline we created and I felt 100% comfortable asking her for anything whether it was her help or her opinion. I would 100% recommend her as anyone's wedding coordinator as I would have never gotten through the day and process as stress free as I was without her!!!!!

The day of our wedding I felt peace because I knew everything was taken care of and she would handle anything that may have come up.
