Throughout the process she was very communicative and attentive to all the details that were important to us. Our wedding ended up being a true fairytale - even better than we had dreamed of. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly because Cynthia had done an impeccable job communicating with vendors and making sure every detail was thought through. We were able to just show up and enjoy the moment. We are so grateful that we found her because I honestly don’t think anyone could have put on a more incredible wedding than she did. onable price. She owns her own print shop and rental business, so I had my programs printed through her, and I rented linens and table decor pieces for the reception. She also put together a welcome sign and seating chart for me. The day of, Cynthia kept everything running smoothly. To top it off, Cynthia is so kind and knowledgeable, and will do everything she can to bring your vision to life.

hen I was trying to settle on a wedding venue. She gave me advice before I ever hired her! I was so impressed with her and her communication, I truly never looked into another day of coordinator. I know she is extremely busy, but she always made me feel like we were the only couple she was working on. Cynthia explained to me the different packages that she had available and since I wanted to work with a limited amount of vendors we picked an easy venue. So I only needed to pick hair/makeup, photographer, transportation and DJ. The gave me a list of vendors and I looked into them. She actually brought all of my day of decor and bouquet. She gave me advice and if there were decisions that I wasn't sure about she helped me work through it. She was never pushy and always professional. Let's fast forward to the week before. We set up a meeting to discuss our timeline. I had changed and added stuff A LOT, but Cynthia was easily keeping up with the changing schedule. We had our meeting and then it was like "poof" I showed up to my rehearsal the day before and we walked through everything. She was so prepared and knowledgeable, she had her assistant, Micheal, with her and they were a complete DREAM! They were doing stuff that I hadn't even though about... On the day of, I walked into our wedding venue and wanted to cry TEARS OF JOY! It was the most beautiful black tie wedding. The decor was so chic and simple, but perfectly elegant and timeless (the exact look I was going for). The signage was perfect. Cynthia, had a 6 ft custom made welcome sign that complimented our invites and wedding website. All of our flowers were silk and they did not look cheap nor did they smell like plastic. They looked so real. the only real flowers I had were my peonies bouquet, little did I know that they had to be sent from Holland since peonies were out of season. She had the florist bring them to my hotel so I didn't have to run out the day off. Though Cynthia and her team did most of my decor I had a small box of items that needed to be present at the venue. I gave it to Cynthia the night before and there were my items set out and perfectly placed per our discussions. I could go on and on about Cynthia and her team, they made my day perfect. If there was a problem, I didn't know about it. As a bride that wanted to elope, I am so happy that I didn't! Cynthia made our day and the start of our new chapter together. We often refer to her as our wedding angel and my dad calls her a "true MVP." Do yourself a favor and hire Cynthia, you will be so impressed with your event. I only have 1 tiny suggestion! I wish she had a bigger social medial presence on IG so I could gawk at all of her work :)
