Gillian goes above and beyond for her clients. Silly me forgot to reach out to our venue to take our engagement photos and thank goodness for Gillian, she reached out to the venue director day of and confirmed that we could use the property. Gillian has a quick response time and was very easy to get ahold of. She was so helpful with keeping us on track to have our vendors hired by the appropriate times. She was also more than happy to reach out to our vendors if they weren't responding and even made the time to get on a three way call so that we were all on the same page. This was all in the year/ months leading up to the wedding. The month before our wedding Gillian reached out to all our vendors and made a master time line to keep everyone on track for the big day. Day of, Gillian and her team did an amazing job setting up the venue to become everything I ever imagined. She took my garden party wedding to the next level. With her having a rental option made everything so easy for us. We rented her love seat and half table for our sweetheart table. We also rented all the candles and holders, the baskets for the florals arrangements, and her sign holder. This made it easier on us because we never had to think about it! Gillian and her team did an amazing job. They had the entire venue set up then had to quickly get everything put away because we had rain. Luckily, the rain didn't last long and her team was able to set everything up again in time for the ceremony. Their communication day of was wonderful and as a bride I was not stressed out at all. I fully trusted them with my wedding and they did such an amazing job. I can truly say hiring Gillian and her team was the BEST decision I made when planning my wedding.

I thought I had considered all of the details until we got on our calls, and I quickly realized I had not, but Gillian and her team had. They truly think of every little thing and make sure it is perfect and planned out. We had a few "non-traditional" components in our wedding day (worship song during the ceremony, live music performances during cocktail hour, and a line dancing lesson to name a few) and they ran with them all and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. We had some things that had to get changed up on the day of the wedding due to drizzling weather and me forgetting to order enough centerpieces (whoops) but Gillian remained calm and quickly came up with alternative arrangements that she always ran by me and my husband. During the wedding her and her team were always there to make sure everything went as planned and when there was some bigger issues (like our shuttle buses getting stuck and blocking the road) she continued to remain calm and make sure that I did not have to worry about anything! Without Gillian and her team our special day absolutely would not have been able to happen and I would recommend her 12/10 times. You will NOT be disappointed!!

We had numerous guests ask us who planned our wedding and to provide their contact info because they thought it was so expertly planned. The venue I used did not have any all inclusive packages and was on the 3rd floor of a residential building. Any issues that arose Gillian immediately had a solution, so I never had any regrets picking my venue (it was my dream venue!). She helped me with so many details that I would have NEVER thought of and her timeline was a lifesaver day of. There was some hitches day of including other vendors (issues with table/chair delivery & no linens came!) and I had NO CLUE anything was going on, Gillian had everything under control and she only told me because I made her LOL! Otherwise I would have had no clue that anything went wrong at all. My wedding day was literally a dream and my Pinterest board came to life. Gillian was a dream to work with and she made a VERY anxious bride feel excited and less stressed! I can’t recommend her enough!

Gillian had a wedding to attend the same day of my wedding but she STILL made sure to come the morning of, set everything up, make sure her team members knew what they needed to care for, etc. before heading out. Renee stepped in as lead after Gillian left and I'm so happy I had her. She was warm, understanding, helpful and jumped into anything that needed attention. Gillian's services were well thought out, definitely worth the price, and top-tier.

That design guide helped us hone in on what we needed to focus on to make our dreams a reality. The day of, it really felt like the design guide came to life! Even with the insane wedding schedule that has occurred in the last 2 years (plus planning her own wedding!), Gillian was always able to respond to our questions within a day or 2. She was able to suggest venues, vendors & made sure we were getting the information we needed from them. The day of truly felt like a dream! We had walkthroughs & detail sessions lead by Gillian that helped make that possible. As far as we know, the day came & went without a hitch. Gillian & her assistant for the day, Karen handled everything with ease, grace & a constant smile. We never had to think about anything other than being together, with our friends & family.
