Our daughter’s vision was realized and she was very happy. We highly recommend I Candy for their personal service and creative talents.

s to get back emails and prices. It was a little frustrating renting such a large arch, they didn't have any drop off or pickup service so I had to borrow a vehicle to fit it. During pickup they sent me with pins and zipties because pins were missing. They also couldn't really tell me how to assemble it, they drew me a picture on a sticky note. Thankfully my husband is very handy and was able to figure it out.

of the Bride, I was a bit fearful about planning such a big event. Jill is a pro! She calmed my, my husband's, and my daughter's fears, then walked us through the process. She knew how to accurately zone in on our likes/dislikes and artfully transform our wishes into a beautiful and stress-free ceremony and reception that smoothly ran from start to finish. We contracted for all floral, (both live blooms and faux), table decor with table numbers, chair rental, cake accents, menu printing, and seating chart printing. We opted to pay a separate fee for delivery, setup, and takedown of everything which was definitely worth it, believe me! We also had I. Candy construct a lovely personalized wall hanging for the bride and groom which hung on the boxwood greenery wall that we rented. After the wedding, our daughter and new son-in-law could take this wall hanging with them to display at their home. Everything that was promised, was granted, and even more was delivered by Jill and Alex's excellent staff. We will definitely seek out Events by I. Candy's services again in the future whenever we have a need!

unique wedding decor needs!

timate for a reduced guest list. iCandy was very flexible with us pushing our wedding date out. I also live on the opposite side of the state but was having a West Michigan wedding. Jill was willing to meet me on a weekend when I was in the area to go over our changes because it was more convenient for my schedule. Our original theme was copper, white, and lots of greenery. We originally had a 220 person guest list, so we needed to keep the floral minimal because of the wedding budget. So we decided to go with a modern minimalist theme that I know they would have made look so chic. After moving the wedding for a reduced guest count, however, COVID made me crave a bright, colorful event that felt joyful. Jill took all of my ideas and made them BETTER than I could have ever imagined! She and the iCandy team made our wedding feel like an English garden fairy tale. They gave me the wedding I would never have been able to afford with our original guest count. I could tell Jill genuinely cared about us, and they all put their hearts into their work. It was utterly stunning! I can’t thank her and the team enough for making my bridal dreams come true.

Candy, made us feel like we were more than just another couple throwing a wedding, they actually cared about our budget, our vision, and happiness. If you want your day to look perfect without having to worry about a thing, hire Events by I. Candy, it was one of the best decisions we made.

Proof is in the pudding, when you have 210 people at Cascade Hills Country Club telling you things like, "Can we have a groundhog day of your wedding" OR "that was absolutely the most beautiful wedding set up I have ever seen from anyone in Grand Rapids Michigan to San Diego California" OR "your friend whom won on the bachelor, her budget was over a million dollars for decorations, and these rivaled those!!"..... Bottom line, I won't lie, lots and lots of good people in Grand Rapids for this stuff, HOWEVER, if you want over and above, then look no further. Perfection has arrived. Bow down before Jill and Crew :-)

We gave them a price, and they were able to put together decorations that were beyond anything I could have imagined. Candy accommodated us living out of state by talking on the phone, FaceTiming and making evening appointments. They took the stress out of the wedding day by setting everything up and tearing everything down. On the wedding day, I noticed small decorations at the venue that we hadn't even asked for, and I could tell I. Candy just wanted to make the whole room perfect. I. Candy may be a little more expensive than other options, but they went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We would definitely recommend Jill and Alex at I. Candy.
