Our services include day-of, partial, and full-service coordination.
Pricing Structure:
• Flat Fee Full Planning: 15% of the total wedding cost, with a minimum spend of $75,000.
• Partial Planning: Flat fee of $7,250.
• Day-Of Coordination: Flat fee of $4,250.
Note: Prices do not include additional mandatory staffing fees for weddings with over 200 guests.

Over the 6 months leading up to my October 2024 wedding, "Deadweight Dave" Adamick earned that nickname for always being 3 steps behind instead of 2 steps ahead, plus 1 star for making himself easily available and 1 star for being there on the big day. He was the worst part of my wedding experience, and his lack of preparedness botched the most important, sentimental parts of the day. I trusted Dave to do his job, and he failed. I do not recommend working with him nor anyone from Events by Jesse.
My primary motivation for hiring Dave was "Taking over point-of-contact for all vendors following the 6 week timeline meeting" because my father-in-law got sick in April 2024. He ended up passing away four weeks before the wedding (which Dave never acknowledged). Unfortunately, Dave's communication with vendors was woefully inadequate. Early on, it was noticeable that he cared more about brown-nosing with our venue, The New York Botanical Garden, than he did about following through on critical planning tasks. He often accepted half-answers instead of asking basic follow-up questions (e.g. after two months of asking which other beers the venue could get, they asked for a list and I shared 17 options I'd be happy with, and then Dave accepted their response of "Pilsner +$2.50 pp".... Which pilsner, Dave?!?!). This wasted our time, further delayed the planning process, and was a reoccurring issue.
The worst infraction of incompetent communication was never confirming details with our Florist. This caused them to arrive 60+ minutes late, and they forgot to wrap my father-in-law's tie around the bouquet. This broke our hearts and shattered the timeline, neither of which Dave tried to mend. His failure to take ownership and control of his responsibilities led to an incredibly chaotic day. Luckily, I warned our DJ that Dave was awful and unreliable, so the incredible DJ Dom (www.CNTEntertainment.com/Dom-Moura/) kept us on track once the reception began.
Reflecting on my wedding day is painful, mostly because the missed moments weren't bad luck. Accidents happen -- I stubbed my toe and scuffed my shoe immediately after leaving my hotel room, the suburban I hired broke down at the hotel, etc. -- But I missed half a dozen moments that mattered the most due to Dave's inattention, not by accident. That hurts a lot.
I deeply regret hiring Events by Jesse.
We stumbled upon Dave accidentally but what a clear meet/cute - stars aligning moment. We were lucky enough to have Dave work with us for a little over 2 years to make our dream wedding come true.
He was great about staying in contact even when we were far out from making big decisions, as we creeped closer and closer to the big day we began meeting monthly or bi-weekly. I never had one moment throughout the entire planning process where I had concern for his bandwidth or frustrations that either I or my other vendors may have caused.
What I think I loved most, was his understanding of my vision. He took the time to understand what my husband and I both wanted and envisioned.
On the big day, Dave was like the wind - he was EVERYWHERE but NOWHERE. I didn't have one person (vendor related) speak to me and when issues did arise, they always will no matter how hard you plan, he was able to make executive decisions without a hesitation knowing I had full trust in him.
I couldn't imagine having done the wedding without him and am forever grateful for these past 2 years. I can't wait to hire him back in 15-20 years for a renewal ;)
We had the best experience with Events by Jesse! Our friend referred us to work with Dave and our friend did not steer us wrong!! We used Events by Jesse for Day of Coordination services and it was the best decision we could have made. About six weeks out from our wedding is when we really started to work with Dave. He helped us create a timeline which ensured that no small detail went unaccounted for (down to what drink we wanted waiting for us after the ceremony!). Any time I was feeling stressed, we would have a call with Dave and I would immediately feel more relaxed. He also ensured our dream team of vendors had all the necessary information which took a huge burden off of us leading into our wedding weekend. On the day of, we had Jesse on site with us and she was a dream to work with. She kept us on schedule and made sure everyone and everything was in the correct place. I felt I was able to enjoy my wedding with her in our corner! A planner is not something you should overlook if you want to have a stress free wedding day. We highly recommend Events By Jesse and their whole team!

I wish I could give Events by Jesse 20 stars out of 5! Looking back at my wedding planning I laugh at how I thought I was capable of planning my big day solo; thank goodness for Jesse and her team! After sending out an inquiry I was instantly contacted by Dave, the Director of Event Services, and it was truly love at first chat! He totally understood my vibe and my vision for my wedding from the get-go. All of my planning anxieties disappeared! He truly made my planning journey and wedding day seamless. He was on top of everything throughout the entire process and I am still blown away at just how organized he is! He got along with all of my vendors impeccably and was so easy to work with; it was as though my best friend was planning my wedding for me! Thanks to Dave and the rest of the team at Events by Jesse, my wedding was set up for success and I walked into my wedding calm, cool, and collected as bride should! They truly made my wedding day complete- it wouldn’t have been the same without them!

We hired Jesse halfway through our wedding planning, and we could not be happier that we did. Jesse swooped right in and made our lives so much easier. We instantly trusted her and knew she had everything under control. She was always an email, call, or text away to help us deal with anything and everything. She never said no to us, and made all of our crazy requests happen!!
Day-of, we knew everything was under control with Jesse there. She knew exactly what we wanted and did everything exactly as we discussed. Jesse made sure we didn’t need to make any decisions day of, she took care of everything and left us to completely enjoy our day. We truly could not have had our perfect wedding day without her and are so grateful for her commitment to making our dreams come true.
Jesse did a wonderful job planning our wedding! We came to her with a half baked idea and quick engagement and she enthusiastically embraced both. Jesse has an encyclopedic knowledge of vendors in the greater New York City area. Importantly, vendors LOVE working with her which made it especially easy, in turn, for us to work with all of our vendors. On the day of the wedding Jesse was friendly, professional, and warm. She made sure all of our guests comfortable and made sure the wedding looked beautiful. We loved how she shielded us as the bride and groom about any last minute bumps in the road and let us fully concentrate on feeling the love. We would highly recommend Events by Jesse!

When my husband and I began our search for a Wedding Planner, I googled NYC planners and Jesse's name popped up. I checked a few other planners and decided to set a call with Jesse. Within a few minutes on the call, I said she is exactly what we are looking for. I hired Jesse within a week and began the wedding planning process. Jesse is by far one of the best event planners I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the wedding market in NYC is perfection. Every single vendor she has worked with and recommended to us was amazing! Our event was perfect and we are so pleased that Jesse was our planner. She is not only a fantastic wedding planner, but she is now our friend!
I can't even begin to tell you how helpful, professional and fun the coordinators are at this firm. Dave was amazing, helped us plan everything down to the last detail, helped us alleviate any concerns we had about vendor relations and kept us laughing during it. Billy, our day-of-coordinator, was like a ninja, helping out the vendors when needed, making sure my husband and I knew where to go and when, and just generally being a rockstar. I would absolutely recommend this team whether you are looking for full service planning, day-of-coordination or something in between

Creative, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I could think of more adjectives but then I’ll just get lost in the list. Dave was our wedding bff and he killed our wedding! 2 months later and guests are still raving about the wedding and the superb orchestration of the event. My husband and I knew one thing, we wanted a non-traditional memorable wedding and from the moment Dave found us Garnerville Arts Center (worth looking up) I knew it was meant to be. From then, on to the day of our wedding ( a rainy day with lots of moving pieces) Dave and his crew used their magic.
And when I mean crew I mean CREW. Through Dave we met Billy, and Ruthie who gave it their all to make our day feel special. And we will always be thankful for them :)

Working with Dave Adamick for the 6 weeks leading up to our September wedding was SUCH a good call. Dave was organized, accountable, and thoughtful in his approach to wedding planning. He helped us iron out the perfect timeline for our wedding day, and he was available to answer any question we had no matter how small. Dave also ended up being our day-of-coordinator, and he handled flood-related emergencies like an absolute pro. He helped keep us sane through all the wedding stress and inclement weather we faced on our wedding weekend. We loved working with him, and he was a dream to have on-site - all our guests were raving about him too! We cannot recommend him highly enough.
From our first consultation with Dave at Events by Jesse, we knew that it would be a great fit! Working with Dave and Christina was the best thing that could have happened for our wedding. Dave immediately set us at ease with how thorough and efficient he was when explaining their day-of program and this continued as he gathered every detail for the big day and set up timetables with our many vendors. Since this was a destination wedding for us (traveling from WA), being able to trust Dave with logistics was the biggest weight off our shoulders.
We also appreciated how well he matched us with our Coordinator, Christina. We clicked really well and her meticulous ethic bolstered our confidence that the day would go smoothly. Having her with us on the big day let us breathe and enjoy it 1000x more than if we had to check in with all our vendors to make sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time (I was already nervous that I'd trip and fall on my face). Everything went SO smoothly and we're so grateful for her.

We worked with Dave for 5 months for partial planning our Upper West Side wedding and our only regret is not finding Events by Jesse sooner. We had a meeting every couple of weeks and Dave kept us updated on all the hard work he was doing.
On the day of the wedding, Billy was our coordinator and he handled every last-minute curveball with the utmost grace and professionalism.
We got compliments about our wedding from pretty much every one of the 120 guests who attended. And as a couple with full time jobs, planning our wedding would’ve been impossible without Events by Jesse.
So first of all, Jesse is a god-send!! I messaged her at 2am less than two months away from my wedding and Jesse got back to me by 7:30am that same day and by 1pm we had a call scheduled. She was extremely helpful- all of her advice was on point! Her prices are fair-she will honestly set you up with a package that fits your budget and her staff was top notch!! But more importantly she took on my wedding as if it were her own! I can not express how grateful and happy we are to have met and worked with Jesse and her staff. They left no detail to chance and were very attentive to what we wanted. Just amazing!! Thank you Events by Jesse!!
I can't say enough about Jesse. She took a crazy vision in my head and made it reality. Jesse and her team think about every possible scenario and prepare for it. Not only does she have the big stuff covered but the small details are also included. She does it all and has an incredibly warm disposition throughout it all. The best and most crucial decision you can make is to hire her and her team. Planning a wedding is stressful but when you have this crew working on it, it feels like a breeze. Thank you so much for making my party be the most epic thing I have ever done! She was super communicative and incredibly organized I loved working with her and would for sure so it again!
We hired Dave from Events by Jesse for our September wedding and could not recommend him more. Dave is the perfect personality for wedding planning -- he is calm, friendly, personable, kind to all, never flustered, very confident and capable, and manages all the moving parts of the wedding expertly. He is also just a wonderful person to talk to about all our wedding fears, anxieties, nerves, as much as our vision. He never gets bothered and helps make sure we are comfortable with everything every step of the way. He was the perfect person to be with us and make our big day happen exactly as we envisioned.

We really enjoyed working with Jesse and her team! We had a relatively quick backyard wedding planning timeline (5 months), and even with family supporting the process, a wedding planner became important to make efficient decisions. From our first meeting with Jesse, she made it a point to get to know us and prioritize our individualized style, asked the right questions (which we didn’t even know to ask), and had helpful vendor connections (including the photographer, DJ, and makeup artists that made our day smooth and special).
Jesse continued to share her knowledge via email through busy wedding season prior to our coordination call. She continued to help us make many detailed adjustments that we did not foresee for a wedding at someone’s home (and not at a venue where logistics are built in). Billy was a great on-site coordinator, as was the last minute additional staff Jackie that helped a smooth setup including our livestream that we added in the final 3 weeks. We could not have pulled off this beautiful day without them!
Jesse and Dave are the best! Jesse built in ample time to meet with us in preparation for the "day of" planning services on Zoom, where we talked through details, timelines, and loose ends. We felt very prepared going into the big day. The day of the wedding, Dave was excellent. He was on it from the moment he came in until the reception was over. He made everything go smoothly and everything was flawless!
My now-husband and I weren't going to get a wedding planner. We thought doing it ourselves would save money and we are organized enough to execute the day. Hiring Jesse was the best decision we made. Any question we had, she found an answer. Traveling to Florida for our special day, always making us laugh and encouraging us to just be ourselves. Having Jesse by our side felt more like having a best friend who knew exactly what to do, and less like an event planner there to do a job. We know things went wrong on our day, but we never knew until sitting down days later. I can't recommend her company enough. But truly I can't recommend her enough. Jesse and Melody are kind, funny, engaging and incredible at their profession. I can't wait for my little brother to get married now just so we can hire her again! ☺️
I'd be happy to update this if I get a response back which explains the situation, but I set up a zoom with this vendor only to get no-call, no-showed. I emailed them 7 min in to ask if they would still be joining and (when it was obvious they would not), emailed them to ask if they would like to reschedule. I have yet to hear back in response to either of those emails. Of course, things happen, but this type of behavior is a big red flag for me for a business whose services are centered around coordination & management.

I wish I could get married again!! Jesse did a great job answering my questions at first and then when Dave was assigned to my wedding he took everything I did, polished it and made it come to life the day of!

We hired Jesse as a month of coordinator for our wedding. Jesse worked closely with us to put together a detailed itinerary for our wedding. Admittedly, we did not think this service was necessary and were hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator, however when it came to wedding day we quickly found that this took a ton of stress off of us and we were able to enjoy our day. Billy was our day of coordinator who we could not say enough great things about. He was very detailed and genuinly made sure that everything from floral setup to music and so much more, went exactly as we had discussed. Looking back on our wedding we would have hired Jesse and Billy much sooner.
Jesse got my design vision completely and helped me execute it in every way I wanted to. She was instrumental in making the day run properly and the way I envisioned it. She made the process easy!

My wedding day would have never been what it was without Jesse and her team. Our wedding was a DIY tent wedding in the middle of a hay field. No joke, my husband transformed the field from farm land to a wedding venue in less than 6 months. As a type A bride, I was very particular with what I wanted and had my hand in every single aspect of the planning. The one thing I DIDN'T want to do was be at the tent the day of setting tables, coordinating vendors, etc. I wanted to enjoy my morning getting ready. And that's where Jesse comes in! I worked with Jesse for a few weeks leading up to the wedding and she helped me iron out all the reaming details for our wedding. She asked me questions and coordinated things that never even crossed my mind! The day of she made sure everything went off without a hitch. She made my wedding dreams come true and I felt so relaxed knowing she was there to handle all the little details, while I enjoyed the morning with my family and friends. I cannot recommend her enough to help coordinate your wedding. She is the BEST!
We cannot thank Dave enough for all of his hard work! Our wedding day went so smooth and anything we needed Dave was right there jumping in so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We cannot recommend Events by Jesse and specifically Dave Adamick enough for your special day. Dave consistently went above and beyond on our wedding day, but long before that he was consistent in communication, organized, patient, and kind. Dave was always there to lend a hand, jump in to roles / tasks that no one else wanted to, manage chaos, and ensure that we knew very little about the things that went wrong . We had a strong vision for what we wanted and Dave helped us clarify, condense, and focus on the things that mattered most. Before our initial meeting with Events by Jesse, we went back and forth on whether hiring a coordinator was worth it - a debate that is laughable at this point. We would not have enjoyed our wedding half as much without Dave there.
Jesse & her team were absolutely amazing. The planning process can be incredibly overwhelming, but Jesse was able to streamline and made everything efficient. She got to know us and her recommendations and vendors fit our style. Each step of the way, she was very organized and helped us with making sure decisions were thoughtful and made on time.
On the day of the wedding, she was great as well. She took all of the chaos out of our hands so that we could relax and enjoy the day. Any issues that came up during the day were quickly resolved and she was available at a moment's notice.

Jesse was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a themed wedding (Harry Potter) and after getting recommended from a previous couple, we had a consultation with Jesse. She was super knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right from that first phone call. Over the course of our planning, Jesse connected us with vendors and met with us to iron out details as we went along. About a month before our wedding, one of our vendors had an emergency and could no longer work with us. While I was a nervous wreck for a couple of days Jesse moved swiftly and got us a new vendor and worked us closely to ensure that all of our decor would be just as we envisioned. In the end it really was a minor setback that didn’t change what was originally planned.
Our wedding day was fantastic! She worked with our venue and dj to ensure the timeline was right and we had a smooth amazing night. Anytime I had a question I knew she could help or find someone to help troubleshoot.

Dave was INCREDIBLE! Super easy to communicate with and everything really came together like magic. I'm sure some things went wrong behind the scenes, but I had no idea about any of them because Dave just handled any issues as they came in. He had a calm yet fun vibe that really added positive energy into the whole day. He felt like a friend by the end of the night - it was hard to say goodbye!
We had an amazing experience working with Events by Jesse! We hired them about four months before our wedding after booking a venue and basically nothing else. From then on Dave was with us every step of the way guiding us through the planning process from vendor selection to the minute-by-minute schedule of the event. I honestly have no idea how we could have pulled off our event without him. He was extremely organized, easy to communicate with, and, importantly, a lot of fun to be around. With the level of stress the wedding was placing on my fiancée and me, it was crucial to have his calming, friendly presence to reassure us that it was going to turn out okay. Between his connections to vendors and excellent taste, we had an easy time choosing a caterer, photographer, band, etc. that we loved. When the day came, everything went off without a hitch.

Communication was great througout the process starting 6 weeks out. By the day if the wedding he had put together a well tuned event schedule. Highly recommend Dave and Events by Jesse.

My first calls were with Dave, who was immediately helpful. He was so great to talk to, and made me excited to begin the wedding planning process. I went with the "month of" coordinator option, because my fiance and I were choosing the vendors and making the decorations ourselves. So when the time came to meet our coordinator, I was so excited to meet Jesse!
I am absolutely convinced that our wedding day was perfect because of Jesse. She planned everything down to the minute, was so prepared, and anticipated every need to make sure everything was taken care of.
As a Type A person myself, I have pretty high standards in regards to organization and communication. Jesse surpassed all of my expectations. The calls we had scheduled were always on time, efficient, informative, and yet she also made us feel relaxed and excited o celebrate our wedding! Jesse also always made herself available to answer our other questions at any time of day (my frantic texts never went unanswered!) and she joined all of our calls with other vendors.
Her support, guidance, and expertise really pulled our entire wedding together perfectly. Hiring Jesse was by far the best decision we made in the wedding planning process to ensure that we had the perfect day and actually got to enjoy our own wedding instead of worrying about any of the details.
I probably gave Jesse the most work to do in the littlest amount of time to go over things, but she got it ALL done!! Thank you for helping us on our big day. She worked so great with my other vendors. It was like a match made in heaven with the wedding coordinator at the venue and her. The venue was at first worried that they would step on each other's toes, but every now and then I would see them walking side by side like they work together everyday. You can tell that is the type of person Jesse is, falls into place everywhere.
Where do I begin?? Jesse is AMAZING!!! There’s no way we could’ve pulled off our incredible glam NYC rooftop wedding without her and her wonderful team and network! Jesse is professional, extremely organized, and very well connected with the best vendors in the business. Every vendor she found for us was exceptional and perfect. When we came up with unorthodox ideas for our wedding (because we’re pretty non traditional) she was supportive and helped us figure out how to make it work. She was also part of a plot to prank my husband the day of the wedding and the photos for that are pretty hilarious! We worked with Jesse for almost a year and felt we were in the best possible hands to bring our wedding vision to fruition. We really love her as a person as well!! Hiring Jesse to plan your event is one of the best decisions you’ll ever make, trust me. She and her team will make all your wedding dreams come true. Plus, you will have a blast working with her. Jesse and her team helped relieve my stress enormously by handling all the things I was so worried about. Even when we were getting close to the day and I was getting pretty nervous, she put me at ease by handling the tiny details and letting me focus on fun stuff. Jesse is simply the best!!

Jesse is a great person but it was ultimately a mistake to hire her for our wedding day. She missed key aspects of our contract that ended up costing us thousands upon thousands of dollars, very unexpectedly, and we had no way out of paying for them. Certain things she knew were very important to us, and they were not translated to our big day (floor plans, aesthetic details, etc). Furthermore, she kept telling us to trust her on her knowledge of different vendors, some of which ended up being an absolute disaster. In some ways she was great (friendly, personable, had some amazing connections) but in so many ways she dropped the ball on our wedding and then assumed no responsibility for having done so. Many of her mistakes, quite frankly, ruined our day. I think if your wedding is sort of simple/cookie cutter (e.g. ceremony/rehearsal in one spot, you want the reception to be a big dance party, etc.) you could safely choose Jesse but for our day, I do wish we had gone in a different direction. The terrible vendors and multiple miscommunications and mistakes with contracts led to a lot of stress, disappointment, and, again, thousands of dollars, totally unexpectedly.
We worked with Dave and Events by Jesse for our April 2022 wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Their day-of-coordination made every part of our vision come together seamlessly. They were professional, friendly, and amazing to work with!
Jesse was an absolute pro at planning and organising something a little alternative for us, and was always very flexible and willing to change things around in ways we hadn't thought about to make it all work. And Dave made sure it all ran super efficiently on the day. We had the best time: thank you!

My partner and I have hectic schedules and stressful jobs, we knew early on that we absolutely needed a wedding planner to make our big day happen. We are so grateful for finding Jesse! From the very beginning, Jesse made all the overwhelming pieces of a wedding feel so manageable and easy.
We worked with Jesse under a full wedding planner, she found us all of our vendors and the process of choosing was so simple. We had an ambitious plan to have 3 outfit changes to represent different aspects of our cultures and Jesse made it all happen with seamless execution. Jesse is incredibly organized, detail oriented, and experienced. She made our vision come to life and because of her we only have the happiest memories of our wedding day.
On the wedding day, Jesse executed like a boss. Though there was a few hiccups along the way, she pulled through and fixed each flawlessly.

Dave, at events by Jessie, was the best money we spent for our wedding. Alex and I were trying to manage our entire wedding ourselves. After we hired Dave, all the wedding stress went away. He managed the vendors. He thought of details we did not even consider. He was with us every step of the way. Daves most amazing quality is his ability to think on the fly and handle stressful situations. He is a very big reason we were able to fully enjoy our wedding. During wedding planning for our 11/26/21 event, especially with a full time demanding job and Covid restrictions, I quickly became overwhelmed by what I might not be thinking of. I had a huge "worry" list of little loose ends. We were all set with our vendors and had a good vision for décor. Our venue was wonderful and provided a coordinator for things related to the venue. My fiancé (now husband) suggested talking to someone about getting some help for the "day of " - help with all the last minute things I might not be able to do myself the day of the wedding and someone to share my worry list with. After an initial call with Events by Jesse - we knew it was going to be exactly what we needed and we secured "day of" support about 8 months in advance of the wedding. About 6 weeks prior to the wedding, we started working with Dave to share our vendor info, vision and plans for our big day. He was wonderful in getting to know us and in asking lots of questions. His experience was clear and he was incredibly friendly, organized and insightful. On our wedding day - Dave arrived mid-morning and met all the vendors. He quickly became BFFs with my sister and best friend trouble shooting together in the event space and helping me take pictures. His help gave me incredible peace of mind and confidence that things were going smoothly. I didn't even hear about any hiccups until after my honeymoon where we did a debrief call - which resulted in a credit from one of my vendors. We planned our own wedding but help on the wedding day was key to truly being able to be present, enjoy the day and focus on each other. I highly recommend Events by Jesse and will always remember Dave as a special part of our wedding day!
Jesse was exactly what we needed for our wedding. We hired Jesse to originally plan our wedding on Sept 5, 2020, and then the pandemic happened... when we realized we had to postpone the wedding by a year, she not only was calm, but she also contacted all the vendors, and got us FULL refunds or credits from everyone. So we re-planned everything, at a completely new venue, and not once did she complain or cause issues. (Just to be clear: she basically planned one and a half weddings for us!).... fast forward, she found us the most perfect new venue, negotiated incredible discounts, and then proceeded to find us incredible deals on each and every vendor after (including catering). I even remember that she wasn't thrilled with the catering venue's price for this one dessert we wanted, so she walked around the neighborhood of our venue, found a bakery, and convinced them to make the dessert for us at a lower price. YES, she's that good! I absolutely recommend working with her. She helped me on every call with the caterer, florist, photographer, and so on, and just was always there to make me feel supported. The only note that I'd just mention is that she does have a team under her, and so I really pushed for her to be our day-of for the event (which I'm so happy about, because she kept me so calm + sane) but I'd just make sure you have your expectations set, because she obviously can't be the day-of planner for 100% of her events, so it's important to understand who you get for your day of.
Jesse was an incredible day-of coordinator, and we couldn't have made our wedding work without her. She helped us as soon as we hired her, connecting us to a fantastic caterer who was in our budget, and was really there for us as we navigated a million little decisions in those weeks just prior to the wedding. On our wedding day, Jesse had a very calm presence in the background. I'm sure she was doing a million things, but she and her staff (including all of our servers, whom she provided at a great rate) were on top of every little detail without intruding on our experience. As a result of their diligence and professionalism, we were able to relax and enjoy without worrying at all. The whole event went off without a hitch or a single problem, and we were in great hands with her.
Jesse and her team are amazing !! Cannot recommend enough !!! After saving us from our previous Disaster of a wedding planner Jesse was a saint !!!! From day 1 she completely understood our vision and made it come to life x1000000, more than we could if ever hoped for , she created a 280 custom tent/outdoor wedding for us on 10.30.21 , all the vendors she recommend were amazing , she always presented information in a timely manner with explanations, options and back up plans. No detail was left unnoticed . Communication was a top priority for us and Jesse checked all the boxes . The entire day went without a hitch , from the year of planning to the three day set up, all the way to the next day clean up, everything was perfect . Another Stand out moment was that the morning of the wedding she came to where I was getting ready to check in on everything including making sure my mood was on point , even my hair and makeup artists there that morning said out of all the weddings they have done they never seen such an amazing wedding planner that stopped in to check on the bride morning of. I love Jesse and words cannot thank her enough or explain the amazing work that she is able capable of . If you are looking for a right hand (wo)man during this process Jesse and her team should be your first stop. Since Jesse was part of our team there was never any stress or worry about the big day. Do yourself the favor and book Jesse weather it’s for the whole event of the day of ! I could of never done it without out and I wouldn’t of even wanted to try! Some more bragging points that Jesse was able to pull off for our event were coordinating a continuous cocktail hour style dinner with various stations and three food trucks !!!! Jesse is the planner of all planners and she is a joy to work with , very approachable, realistic, great communication, organized, and just overall a great person!
WOW! My wife and I went with Events by Jesse for our wedding day coordinator a month ago, and I'm sure we could not have made a better choice! From our first phone call, Jesse listened closely and understood our needs, and it was clear she was extremely organized and thoughtful. As the wedding neared, Jesse handed us off to one of her expert staff, Dave, who matched, if not exceeded, our expectations. We vibed with Dave immediately. While I am a very organized person, I knew that hiring a day-of coordinator would probably be helpful. Little did I know that it was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. I spoke with Jesse at first, and she paired me with Dave, who I began working with a few months before the wedding to talk through the day-of schedule. He was extremely helpful - bringing up things that I hadn’t even thought of and giving advice where needed. He is very easy to communicate with - email or phone call. On the big day, Dave stayed with us for the whole day and into the evening, and was able to keep the flow of the day on track. He not only knows exactly what he is doing, but is very funny. I would highly recommend hiring Events by Jesse (ask for Dave!) to help with any wedding planning or day-of coordination.

Our wedding was a big DIY affair, but when the day of came, handing off the logistics to Jesse absolutely freed us to relax and enjoy the day. My husband and I worked with Jesse for partial wedding planning for our June 2021 wedding. Jesse was the best day of planner I could have hoped for. At the last minute I realized I needed a planner for the day of my wedding since I hadn't considered who would make sure the ceremony went off without a hitch (or, with a hitch, but only the desired one ;) ). I messaged everyone on this stupid site and Jesse responded FROM COSTA RICA where she had just planned an event and said girl I got you. She talked with me about what I would need her to do and gave clear instructions about what I should have prepared before our wedding day. she reassured me that she would help to make sure the set up would go as desired (wedding was basically DIY), the right people would walk down the aisle in the right order, and she would keep track of time, deal with any in-the-moment glitches, and be as available as possible without being in the way - she was all of those things and more. she kept it all together effortlessly (or seemingly so) and didn't ask for lots of instructions from me, just got to work and made it all beautiful with decorations I wanted and coordinated the flow of things. she dealt with table arrangements and numbers, which I thought was going to be a last minute headache. everything that might have gone wrong did not go wrong at all and it was all thanks to Jesse. I'll also add that she never tried to upsell me on what she was going to do - she was willing to be there at a set time but had out if it seemed like her work was done, and was very up front about her pricing. Her service and expertise was worth every penny, and didn't break the bank. THANK YOU JESSE!!!!!

Jesse is the absolute best planner in the business. She made our lives so easy, I don't know what we would have done without her. She was hands on throughout the entire planning process and even stepped in to help resolve some light family drama. Jesse was also able to provide design services for our ceremony - she provided drinks, decorations and set up the entire welcome/drink table on the day of the ceremony.
I truly don't think we would have been able to pull this off without Jesse. Honestly, I was very reluctant to spend money on a wedding planner when we started the process but I am SO HAPPY THAT WE DID. Jesse is a rock-star, I would HIGHLY recommend her to help you with your wedding.

Jesse was our day-of planner, and so important to our wedding. When our original wedding venue went out of business, Jesse was there to help us brainstorm new options on short notice. When our actual wedding venue had issues to address the morning of the wedding itself, she was ready to call new vendors and contractors to the venue. She was so good at keeping us on schedule during the ceremony and the reception. We would absolutely recommend her.
