This was the first review I needed to write following our wedding! If you spend money on anything it needs to be hiring Lauren. She was absolutely amazing, actually amazing does not even begin to cover it. She made the day run so smoothly, stress free, and was literally there whenever I needed her. She helped take my veil out, bustle my dress, and ensured we were taken care of with drinks and breaks if we needed them. She handled everything and anything that went wrong to the point that I did not even know until necessary. She truly was a god sent, and I cannot say enough about Lauren. Besides being professionally amazing, she was the sweetest person ever! She knew how to get things done without being "rough" like some other wedding planners I had worked with in the past. She remembered everyone's name in our wedding party, and every detail I mentioned wanting she made come true. She helped me relax the day of and the weeks leading up to it. I do not know if I would have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did if I did not have Lauren by our side. My fiance and I were both blown away with Lauren. I would literally recommend her to everyone and anyone getting married. Thank you so much Lauren for everything (and that does not even seem like enough)!

Lauren was WONDERFUL to work with. She is kind, organized, helpful, easy to work with, I could go on and on. From the first phone call until after the wedding was over she put me (and my family) at ease. I have seen Lauren at a few weddings since and they have all been perfect as well. I can't recommend her enough!

I fully expected to be rushed, late, and frazzled on my wedding day. But because we hired Lauren as our month-of coordinator, I was able to just enjoy all of the beautiful moments of our wedding! She scheduled every piece of the day, where everyone needed to be and when, and handled all of the behind the scenes details. The whole day was easy breezy for me and my now-husband because Lauren and Bella took over the execution of the event, leaving us to make memories and let loose. If you're worried about feeling like the host of your wedding, managing everyone and all the details, rather than a bride, definitely hire Lauren! We are so glad we did, and our wedding totally exceeded our hopes!

We hired Lauren as our day of coordinator based off a referral from a family member - and I am ever so thankful we did! Having her and her assistant Bella on our team was extremely valuable. Lauren is very easy to talk to, great with communication, and knows exactly what she is doing! She thinks of all the little things you don't, understands the behind the scenes, and goes above and beyond without being asked. She also lets nothing get in the way of getting the job done! If you want to sit back on your wedding day and have the opportunity to truly enjoy the moment, I highly recommend you add her on to your team. She makes sure you aren't bothered with anything, yet checks in consistently. She handles the madness so you don't have to even think about it, and if there were any issues that went on, I still have no idea about them. Hiring her was a great decision and you truly won't regret it.

If you are looking for a wedding planner look no further - book Events by Lo now! Lauren is fantastic. My husband and I got married in August 2023 and from the very early planning days she tried to get to know us and understand the day we were trying to envision. She always made time for phone calls and was incredibly responsive via email and text. Lauren helped with everything from walking our wedding party through our rehearsal to picking lunch up for the bridal party on our wedding day. Lauren also stepped in to gracefully handle a floral issue and a dress malfunction on the mother of the bride. She helped with all the little details and kept us on track during the day of making sure everything ran smoothly. Lauren quickly helped me to bustle my dress during a transition which allowed me to quickly get back to the party. Lauren’s attention to detail allowed my husband and I as well as our families to truly live in the moment. Lauren is incredibly kind and fun to work with. Lauren helped bring our wedding dreams to life and we will be forever grateful! She went above and beyond and will be someone we keep in touch with for years to come!

We could not recommend Lauren and Events by Lo enough to be your wedding/event coordinator. Lauren was with us every step of the way from helping us find and book our venue to spending our entire wedding day with us to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible from start to finish and made time for us whenever it was needed during the months of planning. She has a ton of experience in the industry, knows vendors personally and has plenty of others for recommendations or comps, asked questions at times when we wouldn't even thought to have (such as during our tasting), gave us honest feedback about areas we could splurge/save, provided so many display and accent pieces for the wedding from her own collection, made sure every detail important to us was written down and accounted for, and SO much more. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients, so if you want to have the perfect stress free wedding day or other event hire Events by Lo.

Lauren was absolutely perfect! She made the whole planning part so smooth and stress-free. She answered any questions, helped with any input, and was there from start to finish. She was so organized, nice, understanding, and fun! Lauren truly made the day magical and she made sure I got to enjoy the day and not worry about the little details. Lauren was SO incredibly helpful leading up to and the day of our wedding reception. She is clearly a pro at this and was also so good at making sure we were relaxed and not stressed the day of our reception. We truly couldn't have gotten through our wedding day as seamlessly as we did without her!

I can't say enough good things about Lauren! From the beginning, she was warm and engaged and thoughtful - asking questions that I would have never thought to think of but was so glad she did! Technically, Lauren was my "day of" wedding planner, but I feel like she was so involved with every detail. She made sure everything ran smooth and that my husband and I came away with special memories of moments between the two of us - like having a glass of champagne and some bites to eat by ourselves before the reception started. I cannot imagine the day without her and am so grateful that I never once had to think of timelines or to-dos on the day of because I trusted her completely and she handled everything beautifully, professionally and with true care. We hired Lauren for our day of coordination on our wedding day and she exceeded all expectations. From helping with our final walk through & timelines to making sure all vendors were on time, she made our wedding day as seamless as possible. I did not have to stress about anything at all the entire day. I couldn't imagine not having there for organizing the chaos behind the scenes and the additional moral support. Everyone do yourself a favor and hire Lauren! She is the absolute best!

Lauren (and Julie) were exactly what we needed for our wedding and more! They were more than helpful the day of the event, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing!! They went above and beyond before/during/after the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. We hired them relatively last minute for our wedding due to issues with our venue mainly, but honestly would have loved their help no matter the situation. If you are even considering a wedding planner/day of coordinator, just book one, especially Lauren, she is absolutely fantastic and it wouldn’t have been the event it was without her help!!

We hired Lauren as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful leading up to our wedding by handling vendor communication and helping us finalize all the last details. On the day of the wedding, Lauren made sure everything ran smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. We definitely could not have done it without her! I highly recommend!

I hired eventsbylo for day-of wedding coordination. A week leading up to the wedding, during the wedding weekend and now two weeks after the wedding, my mom and I have said the phrase, “We don’t know what we would’ve done without Lauren” at least 500 times. Lauren is truly the best in the business. The biggest thing that made my wedding planning experience a million times better was her coordination and communication with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding. That took a huge amount of stress off of me and my mom when it came to planning and the lead up to the big day. On the actual day, she was there to make sure EVERYTHING went smoothly — including managing a venue coordinator who was very forgetful and had plans of her own. For all future brides, hire a wedding coordinator for peace of mind on your big day, and better yet, hire eventsbylo because she will make your day run smoother than you ever could have planned!

Lauren is such an amazing day of coordinator. She helped with easing my nerves (and my mom’s), she took care of communicating with all the vendors, and setting up our reception in such a short amount of time. 😊 (Seriously, she is a superhero in disguise) Lauren made our wedding run so smoothly and was such a big help. We hired Lauren as our day of coordinator for our winter wedding at the Cafe Brauer. Lauren was absolutely amazing, she organized all the vendors, made sure the room was set up correctly, ran our rehearsal the night before, and checked in throughout the night to make sure my husband and I were happy with how the wedding was progressing. She gets the job done and 100% knows her stuff. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding without having to manage vendors or worry about any of the details. If you're looking for a day of coordinator I can't recommend Lauren enough.

Lauren, Julie and Nikki were all very helpful in our wedding planning and coordinating process. Lauren was unable to attend the wedding (for good reason!) But Julie did an amazing job on the day of and everything went smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more!

I would absolutely recommend Events by Lo to everyone. Lauren was so helpful in guiding me through the whole wedding planning process. She came with me to important meetings and communicated to the vendors with any questions or concerns. Lauren was super flexible with our wedding date, since it was postponed due to COVID. Lauren was there to help us every step of the way!!

Look no further than Events By Lo for your wedding, shower, event, etc. Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with while planning my bridal shower. I am living out of state, so helping my mom plan a shower from so far away was proving difficult. From start to finish Lauren was helpful with any aspect we needed--from decorations, to games, to ideas and suggestions for making everything run smoothly. She allowed me to ship my guest favors to her house and she assembled them for me. On the day of the shower, she had absolutely everything we needed (decor, center pieces, photo area, games, etc.) ready to go at the restaurant, and everything looked absolutely amazing. She helped the entire shower run smoothly. I can't say enough positive things about Lauren!

Lauren is BEYOND AMAZING. Lauren helped us for our May 2021 wedding as our day of coordinator, but she was SO much more then that. Not only did she keep the day moving and flowing beautifully so my husband and I could focus on our big day, but she was there to lend a helping hand anywhere she could, including keeping us all calm and excited. We faced the possibility of rain all day and with the hopes of an outside ceremony Lauren was constantly watching the radar and helped us make the best decision come game time! If you are looking for a planner HIRE Lauren, she is incredibly organized, professional, and truly cares about your wedding! My husband still says Lauren is one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day and I couldn’t agree more! Thanks Lauren!

Lauren was amazing to work with after our original day-of coordinator had to cancel with 4 months to go. She was very communicative, polite, and you can't beat her pricing. She arrived early, kept us on track, was quick to check in if I looked stressed, offered to run and grab items if something was missed, and handled weird issues that popped up with other vendors quickly and quietly to get us what we'd envisioned for our day. We scheduled Lauren so the last two hours of the shift were alone in the venue with a bridesmaid, packing up decor to streamline our next day load-out, and my friend agrees that Lauren is a total pro. Lauren, I cannot thank you enough! If you're considering hiring Events By Lo, GO FOR IT.

Everyone has said to me that I was the chillest bride...that's because I had Lauren! We truly felt zero stress on our day (which was very important to me). I booked a wedding coordinator as a last minute add on in my final months of planning and it was by far the best investment. Lauren is the perfect mix of being on top of everything, never being in the way, being involved, and making everything feel like it's all falling into place. Her pricing is very competitive (trust me, I did my research) and the value far exceeded my expectations. All of my vendors and guests complimented her on how great she was! She is willing to help in any area that is needed, she oversees and handles any situation that comes up. She even provided me with additional decoration to cost money (and make our event look better!) She is good at planning, decorating, coordinating, everything you could need for a wedding. I can't imagine my day without her.

Lauren is absolutely AMAZING! As a bride you have so much on your plate, and hiring Lauren was a huge stress relief! She coordinated with all of my vendors and made sure they knew what they needed to do so I did not have to handle any of that! On top of being my day of coordinator she helped with a lot of tasks leading up to the big day and also helped with decorations, menus, and signs. Lauren is very organized and checked in with me monthly leading up to my wedding to make sure we had everything ready to go. She really does it all and I felt so much better about my day having Lauren on my team to help and trouble shoot any issues that came up the day of so I had nothing to worry about besides getting married!

Where do I even begin?! Lauren helped make our wedding day run absolutely flawlessly! She constantly went above and beyond throughout the planning process, helping us with anything and everything. Lauren was an amazing help in our wedding day! She handled all of the issues smoothly without me even having to know. She was there for every need of mine from shirt button mishaps to going out and buying umbrellas the morning of the wedding for possible rain. She was very personable and helpful not only to me but to my family, bridal party, and guests. She also came up with a day of timeline with me before the wedding which was super helpful. She took away a lot of wedding stress and I would highly recommend!
