Mackenzie helped create a wonderful experience for my wife and me. She was very conscious of our deadlines and needs, and encouraged us on other solutions when we were concerned about prices. She was very professional and had a great attitude during our wedding day, which our preacher and several guests commented on.
I had the honor of working with Mackenzie on a styled wedding shoot. She was AMAZING and planned/designed the most magical dream wedding. Look no further, you found your gal to plan your special day!
There are no words to capture my gratitude for Mackenzie! She is a brilliant coordinator, consistent communicator, and logistics legend. Might I also add: a part time therapist? Mackenzie seamlessly brought together my vision, vendors, and her expertise to make for a perfect wedding day. She caught small details and holes in my plan and fixed them immediately. She handled stressed out family members with so much grace. Most memorably: Amber Alert-worthy thunderstorms peppered my wedding week. Mackenzie was so supportive and put our rain plan into action. Mackenzie was our day of coordinator for our wedding in February and she was amazing!! We didn't have to worry about anything wedding related on the day of, she took care of everything and more. She knew exactly what to do and how to handle every situation. Mackenzie really went above and beyond on our wedding day so we could enjoy time with friends and family. My husband and I got married in Austin in December 2023, and Mackenzie, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute rockstar for our 2-day, Indian-Western fusion wedding! From the moment we met Mackenzie, it was clear that she had a collaborative, meticulous style of work. Even though we opted for day-of coordination services instead of full planning, we felt like we could rely on her for any support throughout the planning process, whether it was vendor recommendations or where to begin with detailed timelines and photo lists. Her comprehensive approach to our wedding left no room for doubt that both days would run smoothly, and she answered every question in a timely manner leading up to our wedding.
During our wedding, Mackenzie and her assistants kept us on track, handled all minor issues independently, and were incredibly diligent in bringing only the highest priority questions to us. She was so collected, tackled everything thrown at her with a positive attitude, and contributed greatly to the calm vibes of the day, even when a family heirloom was almost lost in Lady Bird Lake, she did not hesitate to delegate vendors and personally spend time to rescue it.
What impressed me most about Mackenzie was her willingness to learn about and genuine interest in our families’ diverse cultures and traditions, even though they may have differed from most weddings she usually supports. She always made sure our best interests as a couple were coming through in the planning, even through all the noise of family input and social norms/trends. I would recommend Mackenzie in a heartbeat to anyone looking for minimal or full planning/coordination support for their event, big or small. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie as our wedding planner for the last two years, and we cannot thank her enough for the incredible job she did. Mackenzie's keen attention to detail and organizational skills ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed. We tasked Mackenzie with creating a retro-modern garden party as the theme of our wedding ( even we had a hard time explaining what retro-modern meant!!!), and she delivered!!! In addition to the design elements of the wedding, Mackenzie also was amazing at making sure everything flowed perfectly the day of. Everything was seamless, and if there were hiccups, we have no idea about them! It was a week after the wedding that I realized we left our cake cutting set at home that day! Mackenzie goes above and beyond. She made sure my husband and I had a private moment to ourselves with drinks and apps, and also bustled my dress. Our wedding day was so stress free and it was all thanks to Mackenzie.

Working with Mackenzie as my full time wedding planner was like working with my sister or life long friend who has known me for years. She is the utmost professional and has an amazing creative vision down to the detail. I was planning a wedding from another state working full time, and she worked seamlessly to coordinate our schedules for when I would be in Austin to maximize our time. She went above my expectations to set extra dates with vendors at the venue site to make sure that everything was perfect down to the detail. Most importantly, she made sure that my opinions and vision were heard. She was always a call or text away for any wedding stress, and she always came up with a good solution. Mackenzie is an amazing person and incredible at her job, making for a beautiful and memorable wedding. We cannot thank her enough for her work!

I got married in April and started working with Mackenzie about a year before the wedding. I selected the sorta hands on package, but not the full deal package, however, I felt like I got the highest package with her possible. She held monthly meetings with me to keep me on track and let me know the next thing to think about or the next decision to be made. The month off, things got crazy so I don’t know how I would’ve done it without her year of assistance before, because I surely would’ve forgotten something without her. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Not. A. Single. Thing. Went. Wrong.
Mackenzie made sure everything was done so well, everything had been thought of and accounted for. If you meet Mackenzie and get to work with her, you would be lucky! Thank you Mackenzie for not only being a great wedding planner, but friend as well.
Mackenzie really brought our wedding vision to life! She has great connections and relationships with amazing vendors, which was key to creating our perfect day. We had a long engagement (almost 2 years!) and she was there to help us with the entire process from start to finish. I can not say enough good things about Mackenzie. She was integral to the success of our wedding and we feel like hiring her was the best decision we made the entire planning process. We picked a somewhat complicated place to get married and she thought of every. little. thing. From really important things to really little things I had no clue about. I learned so much from her about throwing an event and she made the process really fun and easy. When the weather took an unexpected turn a few days before my wedding she really turned on a dime and created an amazing plan B at the very last minute. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She even sent 2 assistants to my house DURING THE WEDDING to retrieve the wedding favors that we forgot to bring. She saved the day TWICE for us and put up with some complicated family members with so much kindness and grace. She really is a wonderful person that I would work again with in a heart beat.
Mackenzie is a super star! She is so helpful and knows how to keep things in order for your big day. She did an amazing job coordinating all the details, leading the rehearsal, and making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. I signed up for her month-of coordination but she went above and beyond to give vendor recommendations ahead of time. I had also called her a few days before the wedding when I had felt anxious about a couple of things, and she was a great listener and came up with an action plan to get things fixed. She's the best!

Mackenzie is an actual ANGEL sent from above. I kid you not, the entire wedding came together when we hired Mackenzie as our month-of wedding planner. She picked everything up, gave great suggestions, attended our final vendor meetings, and helped creatively solve various issues that popped up the last month/day of. She spent hours working on adjusting our timeline various times due to different vendor accommodations + what my husband and I really wanted, and knew at the end of the day it was our call - and make sure our call happened!
The day of the wedding, she was physically SPRINTING to make sure everything we wanted was in the right place and happening at the right time.
The pricing for Mackenzie service, by the end of the wedding, I realized was an actual steal - I felt like I need to pay her way more for all of the work she did.

MacKenzie was an absolute rockstar of a day of coordinator for our wedding. My wife and I are not only not great planners, but also not the most organized either. On top of that, we originally hired MacKenzie in 2020, before having to reschedule to the next year due to covid. She of course was flexible with us and even called one of our vendors that was refusing to allow us to reschedule to the next year. In that time, MacKenzie not only guided us through the entire wedding process (more on that in a moment) and organized all the vendors and planning for our special day so it would go without a hitch, but also made herself available to us anytime we had questions... And we had A LOT of questions. She really has an eye for details and knows the entire wedding process front and back. Without MacKenzie, we would not have had the peace of mind going into our wedding day that everything was all set and we had not missed anything. In the end, our wedding day could not have gone any better and I cant imagine that was possible without MacKenzie. We will be hiring her again if we ever need event planning!
Reflecting back on our wedding day, we are still blown away by how our initial vision came to life. Mackenzie really took the time to get to know us, and worked tirelessly through every step of the process to make sure we created an evening that was tailored specifically to our vision. She was very easy to work with, communicated well, executed and kept us on track with all of the many decisions along the way. She always had our best interests in mind, offering creative suggestions for achieving our vision without breaking our budget. It was obvious she has developed strong relationships with the vendors and she was a rock star the day of our wedding…we received about as many compliments for Mackenzie as we did for our wedding in general. She was assertive but personable, making sure everything was executed flawlessly and everyone had an amazing time. We couldn’t recommend her more, and she’s already been hired by one of our siblings for their upcoming wedding!
Wow! I wish I had hired Mackenzie as my wedding planner and not just my day of coordinator. Through out the process she was punctual, organized and always kept a cool head when under pressure. She took time to understand our vision during the planning process and helped us execute it. Mackenzie was always available for a call or even an in person meeting when needed. When it came time for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day she was easily able to wrangle the wedding party and give clear instruction.
