Owner and Lead Planner Madeleine has more than a decade of industry experience, as well as a bachelor's degree in hospitality and event management. The Wedding Management (Day-of Wedding Coordination) package includes styled decor placement, personal details staging, set-up, tear-down, and so much more. Events by Madeleine will also assume the role of becoming the primary point of contact for vendors, managing your timeline, and will meet with you at least three times prior to your wedding day. Madeleine also offers custom digital planning files - Wedding Workbook, Guest List, and Budget to name a few. Her Wedding Workbook is perfect for the organized or disorganized bride looking to keep all of the information in one place!

I’m the Owner, Creative Director, and Lead Wedding Planner behind Events by Madeleine. I live in the suburbs of St. Louis and if we ran into one another, I would likely have a Diet Pepsi in-hand while listening to a true crime podcast. I love all things classic, chic, and traditional and believe in intentional design. I’m a December 2023 bride and planned my dream Christmas-chic wedding! With more than 10 years of combined corporate and wedding event planning experience, I can't imagine spending my time doing just about anything else — let's get planning, shall we?

I genuinely don’t know what we would’ve done without Madeleine on our wedding day! From our very first meeting, she brought such warmth and professionalism. She constantly stayed in communication with me throughout the entire planning process, offering to help in any way - even when our venue closed down 11mo before our big day! Our wedding day ran seamlessly - from vendor coordinator to timeline management - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Madeleine and her amazing team handled every hiccup with grace and made our vision come to life without us lifting a finger. We are so beyond grateful for our behind-the-scenes hero and recommend events by Madeleine without hesitation!!

Events by Madeleine was AMAZING!! I considered myself to be a pretty organized bride and wasn't sure if I really would need an event coordinator. However, Madeleine was the MOST helpful in making every single detail come to life and making sure everything went smoothly. We met with Madeleine a few times leading up to the wedding and she was always so joyful and fun to work with. On the wedding weekend, Madeliene and her team took care of everything-- from the timeline to contacting vendors, making sure the groomsmen were on schedule 🙂, to helping get my dress bustled, making sure we were enjoying ourselves/getting us drinks at the reception and even placing my bag and an extra pair of tennis shoes under my seat at the reception to change into! She brought two helpers as well which was a bonus to making sure all the details were in order. They were all so kind and we got so many compliments with how our wedding went! My fiance and I had the very best day and were able to relax and live in the moment - as I knew Events by Madeleine had it all taken care of! Additionally, she was affordable and willing to work with us on our budget. I would highly recommend her to anyone if you are looking for some help with your wedding!

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Madeleine made the entire process feel effortless. From start to finish, she brought a level of professionalism, organization, and care that was truly remarkable.
Her planning template was a game-changer! It kept everything on track, from timelines to seating charts, and ensured no detail was overlooked. Madeleine has an incredible ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and handle everything with grace.

This is your sign to message Madeleine immediately. After handling most of the planning, I decided to bring in Madeleine as a day-of-coordinator and have zero regrets. After our first call, i felt like a weight was lifted! I had a Catholic mass ceremony and Madeleine ran the rehersal, managed grandparents, and communicated with the staff - basically all the things that would've overwhelmed me that day! On the day of, she and her team handled all the vendor communications and timeline - ensuring our day was smooth and stress free for us AND our loved ones. If she hadn't been there, my mind would have been stressed with all those little day-of details.
She's also very organized and provided helpful online templates to help me organize seating chart, ceremony details, reception timeline and more. Plus, her fee includes a few pre-event chats which were great for touching base and confirming details.
Most importantly, Madeleine was there for ME that day. She checked in with how I was feeling and doing many times, was comfortable around my family and friends, and I could relax and enjoy the day I planned, knowing she and her team would make it perfect.

Hiring Madeleine was the single-handed best decision I made for my wedding. I truly couldn’t have imagined doing it without her. She connected with all of our vendors, she kept us on the timeline, and helped make sure everything went perfectly! Maddie and her team completely eliminated any stress from me, my MOH, and my mom. I am so grateful that we never had to worry about anything and I was able to feel totally stress free on my wedding day! As my friends get engaged, my #1 piece of advice to them is to hire events by Madeleine! The very best!

Working with Madeleine and her team truly made the wedding planning process so much easier. Having a team that helped from start to finish was what helped keep me sane during wedding planning. Leading up to, they were great at helping keep everything organized and to help with small details that are often forgotten. The day of, Jenna and her team made sure that there was nothing we had to worry about and helped make all the transitions seamless.

A 5-star review is not enough for Madeline and her team. From the start of booking, Madeline provides you with everything you could possibly need for wedding planning and budgeting. On the day of our wedding, we did not have to do or worry about a single thing. They took care of everything from our wedding timeline, keeping everyone on track, decorating, making sure we always had a drink, answering guest questions, packing up at the end of the night, etc. Madeleine is truly the sweetest, most genuine person. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them, we couldn't be more grateful to get to know Madeleine and work with her. 10000/10!!

Madeleine and her team were the best decision I made (aside from my husband)! Everyone complimented us on how great our coordinator was after the wedding. She helped ease my mind leading up to the big day, handled the rehearsal, and if anything went wrong the day of, I didn’t know about it. She even recorded our private last dance and exit since my photographer had already left. She truly does it all! I am a Type A control freak that is hard to please and I have zero complaints. I would hire Madeleine all over again!

I don’t even know where to begin! Events by Madeleine made our wedding day perfect! They handled everything that needed to be handled and only worked to make sure we did not even have to worry for one second. Madeleine and Jenna supported our families and made them comfortable as well. The meetings to help with our timeline, coordinating vendors, having emergency kit items, keeping us on track at our reception, handling gifts and our marriage license—having this group as our day of coordinators made our wedding day seamless and so enjoyable. If you’re considering a day of coordinator—look no further. You will not be disappointed and your wedding day will be as perfect as you deserve it to be thanks to events by madeleine! Oh my goodness. I have so many positive words for Madeline and her team. I'm convinced my wedding would not have functioned without Maddie and her team. I had an extremely unhelp venue and coordination team through the venue. But Madeline took control and made everything work seamless. Madeline always made me feel like everything was going to be okay, even when there were some minor glitches outside of our control happening on the wedding day. She provided us with multiple calls, an extremely detail oriented wedding packet, answered SO many of my texts/questions/concerns. She brought in her whole crew to pull off setting up some of my decor, on an extremely limited time crunch. They even took down our decor, put it in a uhaul that we rented, drove it to our house after the wedding, and donated our wedding florals to nursing homes afterwards (!!!). Are you kidding me?? Who else would offer that kind of service? She has just left myself, my husband and my family in awe of her service. All for an extremely reasonable price! Maddie was the best thing that could have happened to my wedding day, besides marrying my best friend of course. If you are looking for a wedding day of coordinator, MADDIE IS THE ONLY CORRECT CHOICE! Thank you endlessly for everything Madeleine. I am forever grateful.
