Madeleine and her amazing team made sure everything on my wedding day went so so smoothly, I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! They were all so professional and knowled...
geable, and most importantly respectful of our Catholic faith as fellow Catholics. It was very important to my husband and I that our vendors at our church ceremony could also share in celebrating the sacredness of the Blessed Sacrement, and Madeleine and her team went above and beyond. We felt so blessed to be able to book with her, and would 1000% recommend Events by Madeleine to any Catholic couple getting married soon.
We cannot recommend Events By Madeleine enough! Madeleine, Andrew, and Jenna were absolutely incredible as our day-of wedding coordinators. From the moment they stepped in, we were...
able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single detail. Their organization, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched.
The best part was the peace of mind they provided. As a bride, I expected to feel stressed or pulled in a hundred different directions, but thanks to Madeleine, Andrew, and Jenna, I felt completely taken care of. They anticipated needs before they arose and ensured every detail came together perfectly.
Any issue that came up throughout the day was handled behind the scenes before we even knew about it. They kept everything running smoothly, coordinated with vendors, answered questions, and made sure our timeline stayed on track so that we, our families, and our wedding party could simply relax and celebrate.
Their team truly went above and beyond, and they played a huge role in making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend Events By Madeleine to any couple looking for a stress free wedding day experience.

dors and ensuring everything would work with a new date just as we planned! On the actual day, the team was truly a well-oiled machine that took care of all the details and allowed us to just focused on the actual wedding and enjoy our big day! We really could not imagine this without her & the amazing team (especially Jenna!). When we arrived to the venue, everything was set-up beautifully, better than we could have imagined & at the end of the night they got everything packed away so we could enjoy dancing until the very end. I could go on forever because they really took care of everything!

o involved throughout the entire planning processes. She has amazing resource tools as well as professional insight that we found extremely helpful in planning. We did multiple check ins and each time we were worried we were behind or struggling to get things done, but she was seriously our life saver in helping us move through each step of our wedding planning experience. She was able to provide professional insight into vendors, make recommendations, suggestions, and opinions (that we asked for ). She did everything in a non-judgmental and supportive way in that our conversations were more like chatting with a supportive friend that helped put our wedding anxiety at ease. As for day of – when she says she will handle everything – she means everything! My wife and I had to think about nothing other than enjoying our day. She was able to coordinator with our vendors seamlessly and was so helpful in coordinating pictures, setup, the entire ceremony, reception, and teardown. Not a single detail was missed! She was also very flexible with only a few in-the-moment requests or playing interference for people who were curious to get a closer look at our wedding. She was loved by our family and guests that she interacted with, as she understands and executes the best balance of the utmost professionalism but personal and approachable demeanor. She and her team will, without a doubt, make your day perfect. We are beyond grateful to Madeleine for making our wedding, as cliché as it is, the best day of our lives!

Throughout the entire planning process, her spreadsheets, vendor recommendations, and monthly meetings brought everything together seamlessly. Madelaine's innate interpersonal understanding and ability to actively listen allowed her to provide meaningful, professional input at every phase. It is clear that she is highly respected and experienced in her field. She expertly advised us on every necessary step while always keeping our specific perspective in mind.
Madelaine is not just an event planner; she has become a friend. We will certainly hire her for any future events and will continue to recommend your top-tier services to our friends and family.

On wedding day everything went off without a hitch and we received SO many compliments from our guests about how seamless and fun the day was. I felt like it was seamless as well, and I truly couldn’t have done it without Madeleine, Jenna, and Leah! Thank you for allowing me and Jeremy to be 100% present on our wedding day :)

ings, helpful advice, and amazing day-of team headed by Jenna. Madeleine had so many good ideas and solutions and created a perfect timeline of events that all my other vendors loved. Our ceremony was at a Catholic church, and she had a specific workbook tailored for Catholic ceremonies that was so helpful and appreciated.
Jenna was our lead coordinator for rehearsal and wedding day, and she and her team were just the best! Jenna took charge of all the details and timeline, and she and her team set up all our decor so beautifully. My husband and I were able to just enjoy the day. From never hosting a large party to throwing a ceremony and unforgettable party for 250+ friends and family... We couldn't have done it without Madeleine, Jenna, and their team. Professional, kind, talented, communicative, I wish we could give a million stars! So thankful we were able to work with them. :)

set up for success from the start, helping us to start thinking through our timeline and the little details that might be overlooked during the planning process. We had periodic calls leading up to the wedding that kept us on track, and she provided helpful insight on what she had seen work well in past weddings, especially at our venue, Wild Carrot. Madeleine directed our rehearsal and prepared our families and bridal party with what to expect during the ceremony. On wedding day, she and her team were ready to go. Our venue was set up exactly the way I hoped it would be, and it seemed that all vendor coordination went off without a hitch. It was invaluable to be able to enjoy my wedding day while Madeleine and her team managed the logistics behind the scenes. They stayed through teardown and ensured that process was seamless as possible. In addition to managing décor and logistics, Madeleine was such a positive presence to have on the day, she kept her cool managing everything always had a smile on her face! She repeatedly checked in on my husband and I to make sure everything was going the way we hoped and even helped bustle my dress for me! I can’t recommend Events by Madeleine enough!

p it as low stress as possible. After speaking to Madeleine, I knew she and her team were who I wanted to work with. I loved how organized, how kind, and how deeply passionate she was about each couple she works with. Throughout the months leading up to the big day, our zoom calls were truly so fun! Madeleine helped myself and Eric work through all our crazy ideas and created the most fabulous itinerary for our big day. When the wedding day came, I truly do not have enough words to share about how amazing this team was. Jenna was by my side from start to finish. She was so organized, her attention to detail was amazing, and she was always checking up on myself and Eric! The set up and tear down of our event venue was just incredible as well. I have had so many people share with me how amazing our day of coordinator team was and how seamless our day was. That truly comes from the work of this amazing team. I cannot recommend them enough!

On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to think about a thing — she handled every detail flawlessly, which allowed me to actually relax and enjoy every moment. It felt like having a close friend by my side, someone who just got it and genuinely cared. She made the day absolutely perfect, and I’m so grateful we had her. If you’re on the fence — don’t be. She’s the best decision we made.
Madeline and her team were absolutely incredible! From the start, she helped us plan out our wedding timeline and gave us thoughtful advice on everything from the big decisions to ...
the smallest details. Her help with the timeline and planning made the entire process feel so much smoother. Also, her planning spreadsheets were a total game changer and kept us on track by laying out what details we needed to work on completing by 90, 60, and 30 days out.
Maddie was also there for our rehearsal, walking us through everything in advance with the venue, which gave me so much peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day, Maddie was the true MVP of the day. She was coordinating with all of our vendors, keeping everything on schedule, making sure our wedding party knew where they needed to be and when, and even helped with cleanup at the end of the night making sure all our items were packed up, safe, and secure. She didn’t leave until every last detail was taken care and the night was over - she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! It was so clear how much love and care her and her team poured into making our day unforgettable. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Maddie and her team!
Events by Madeleine is worth more than 5 stars. Her and her team are absolutely incredible! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have them to thank for all their hard work. ...
I am a very type A person and such a planner but I wouldn’t have been able to relax at my wedding without her help.
I thought I would be so stressed in the weeks leading up to my wedding (and the day of) but I felt completely calm and relaxed. We met with Madeleine a few times before the wedding over video call, where she reviewed the workbook she designed for the couple to fill out and answers any questions you may have surrounding the wedding. Having never helped with planning a wedding/being a MOH, there were many aspects that I would’ve never thought of included in her workbook. She helped us create a timeline and really relieved a lot of stress with the decor setup and squeezing in everything we had planned.
So many people complimented us on how well everything looked and how smoothly the day went. Her and her team checked on my husband and I through out the reception, communicated with bartenders when my signature drink didn’t taste how I wanted it to, and with our DJ when he kept voicing over the music (which we requested he didn’t do). I knew I was able to really enjoy the day and live in the moment on my wedding day because I trusted they would handle everything else.
They clean up and organize all the decor at the end of the night and load them into the cars, so you don’t have to worry about getting everything out of the venue in such a rush. Seriously could not recommend her services enough! Completely worth every penny!

anning meetings were so reassuring and I felt so ready for our big day. They were so professional, organized, and control of every detail. They even sew me into my dress when the strap broke! Madeleine kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed, and handled anything that may have gone wrong without us even realizing! I would definitely recommend Events by Madeleine and will recommend her to all of my friends!

to do. Maddie also ran the wedding rehearsal and pointed out key steps and things to think about for the ceremony.
On the day of the wedding her team was at the hotel working with vendors, taking groomsmen to their rooms and helping the photographers while all the girls got ready. Jenna kept the entire day on scheduled and did so much work the night before when certain plans had to be changed due to tornado damage. Jenna and the team set up the venue perfectly and packed everything up at the end of the night. I was a very type A, organized bride and a lot of people didn’t think I needed a coordinator but as a bride you are so busy during the wedding day you can’t run the wedding. I firmly believe my wedding would not have ran as smooth as it did without Event by Madeleine. The entire team was very professional and organized. They were also very helpful in communicating to vendors and the wedding party a few weeks leading up to the wedding. Overall, Maddie and her team did an amazing job.

tely clear why — when we met for the first time, Madeleine put me at ease and I knew I could trust her with all of our wedding details. She was an amazing sounding board throughout planning and I trusted her with every detail, big and small — from our timeline and navigating family dynamics to zipping up my dress and telling my bridesmaids when to walk down the aisle. All of our friends, family, and vendors who worked with Madeleine and her team commented on how organized, proactive, and kind she was. We cannot recommend or thank Events by Madeleine enough!!!

n communication with me throughout the entire planning process, offering to help in any way - even when our venue closed down 11mo before our big day! Our wedding day ran seamlessly - from vendor coordinator to timeline management - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We are so beyond grateful for our behind-the-scenes hero and recommend events by Madeleine without hesitation!!

lpful in making every single detail come to life and making sure everything went smoothly. We met with Madeleine a few times leading up to the wedding and she was always so joyful and fun to work with. On the wedding weekend, Madeliene and her team took care of everything-- from the timeline to contacting vendors, making sure the groomsmen were on schedule 🙂, to helping get my dress bustled, making sure we were enjoying ourselves/getting us drinks at the reception and even placing my bag and an extra pair of tennis shoes under my seat at the reception to change into! She brought two helpers as well which was a bonus to making sure all the details were in order. They were all so kind and we got so many compliments with how our wedding went! My fiance and I had the very best day and were able to relax and live in the moment - as I knew Events by Madeleine had it all taken care of! Additionally, she was affordable and willing to work with us on our budget. I would highly recommend her to anyone if you are looking for some help with your wedding!

rst call, i felt like a weight was lifted! I had a Catholic mass ceremony and Madeleine ran the rehersal, managed grandparents, and communicated with the staff - basically all the things that would've overwhelmed me that day! On the day of, she and her team handled all the vendor communications and timeline - ensuring our day was smooth and stress free for us AND our loved ones. If she hadn't been there, my mind would have been stressed with all those little day-of details.
She's also very organized and provided helpful online templates to help me organize seating chart, ceremony details, reception timeline and more. Plus, her fee includes a few pre-event chats which were great for touching base and confirming details.
Most importantly, Madeleine was there for ME that day. She checked in with how I was feeling and doing many times, was comfortable around my family and friends, and I could relax and enjoy the day I planned, knowing she and her team would make it perfect.

. On the day of our wedding, we did not have to do or worry about a single thing. They took care of everything from our wedding timeline, keeping everyone on track, decorating, making sure we always had a drink, answering guest questions, packing up at the end of the night, etc. Madeleine is truly the sweetest, most genuine person. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them, we couldn't be more grateful to get to know Madeleine and work with her. 10000/10!!

eading up to the big day, handled the rehearsal, and if anything went wrong the day of, I didn’t know about it. She even recorded our private last dance and exit since my photographer had already left. She truly does it all! I am a Type A control freak that is hard to please and I have zero complaints. I would hire Madeleine all over again!

ave to worry for one second. Madeleine and Jenna supported our families and made them comfortable as well. The meetings to help with our timeline, coordinating vendors, having emergency kit items, keeping us on track at our reception, handling gifts and our marriage license—having this group as our day of coordinators made our wedding day seamless and so enjoyable. If you’re considering a day of coordinator—look no further. You will not be disappointed and your wedding day will be as perfect as you deserve it to be thanks to events by madeleine! Thank you Madeleine and team!!
Oh my goodness. I have so many positive words for Madeline and her team. I'm convinced my wedding would not have functioned without Maddie and her team. I had an extremely unhelp v...
enue and coordination team through the venue. But Madeline took control and made everything work seamless. Madeline always made me feel like everything was going to be okay, even when there were some minor glitches outside of our control happening on the wedding day. She provided us with multiple calls, an extremely detail oriented wedding packet, answered SO many of my texts/questions/concerns. She brought in her whole crew to pull off setting up some of my decor, on an extremely limited time crunch. They even took down our decor, put it in a uhaul that we rented, drove it to our house after the wedding, and donated our wedding florals to nursing homes afterwards (!!!). Are you kidding me?? Who else would offer that kind of service? She has just left myself, my husband and my family in awe of her service. All for an extremely reasonable price! Maddie was the best thing that could have happened to my wedding day, besides marrying my best friend of course. If you are looking for a wedding day of coordinator, MADDIE IS THE ONLY CORRECT CHOICE! Thank you endlessly for everything Madeleine. I am forever grateful.
