Owner and Lead Planner Madeleine has more than a decade of industry experience, as well as a bachelor's degree in hospitality and event management. Madeleine approaches her client's day with one goal in mind: wanting her couples to be present on their wedding day, including their families and loved ones.

The Wedding Management (Day-of Wedding Coordination) package includes styled decor placement, personal details staging, set-up, tear-down, and so much more. Events by Madeleine will also assume the role of becoming the primary point of contact for vendors, managing your timeline, and will meet with you at least three times prior to your wedding day. Madeleine also offers custom digital planning files - Wedding Workbook, Guest List, and Budget to name a few. Her Wedding Workbook is perfect for the organized or disorganized bride looking to keep all of the information in one place!

We did multiple check ins and each time we were worried we were behind or struggling to get things done, but she was seriously our life saver in helping us move through each step of our wedding planning experience. She was able to provide professional insight into vendors, make recommendations, suggestions, and opinions (that we asked for ). She did everything in a non-judgmental and supportive way in that our conversations were more like chatting with a supportive friend that helped put our wedding anxiety at ease. As for day of – when she says she will handle everything – she means everything! My wife and I had to think about nothing other than enjoying our day. She was able to coordinator with our vendors seamlessly and was so helpful in coordinating pictures, setup, the entire ceremony, reception, and teardown. Not a single detail was missed! She was also very flexible with only a few in-the-moment requests or playing interference for people who were curious to get a closer look at our wedding. She was loved by our family and guests that she interacted with, as she understands and executes the best balance of the utmost professionalism but personal and approachable demeanor. We had periodic calls leading up to the wedding that kept us on track, and she provided helpful insight on what she had seen work well in past weddings, especially at our venue, Wild Carrot. Madeleine directed our rehearsal and prepared our families and bridal party with what to expect during the ceremony. On wedding day, she and her team were ready to go. Our venue was set up exactly the way I hoped it would be, and it seemed that all vendor coordination went off without a hitch. It was invaluable to be able to enjoy my wedding day while Madeleine and her team managed the logistics behind the scenes. They stayed through teardown and ensured that process was seamless as possible. Maddie was also there for our rehearsal, walking us through everything in advance with the venue, which gave me so much peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day, Maddie was the true MVP of the day. She was coordinating with all of our vendors, keeping everything on schedule, making sure our wedding party knew where they needed to be and when, and even helped with cleanup at the end of the night making sure all our items were packed up, safe, and secure. She didn’t leave until every last detail was taken care and the night was over - she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I am a very type A person and such a planner but I wouldn’t have been able to relax at my wedding without her help.
I thought I would be so stressed in the weeks leading up to my wedding (and the day of) but I felt completely calm and relaxed. We met with Madeleine a few times before the wedding over video call, where she reviewed the workbook she designed for the couple to fill out and answers any questions you may have surrounding the wedding. Having never helped with planning a wedding/being a MOH, there were many aspects that I would’ve never thought of included in her workbook. She helped us create a timeline and really relieved a lot of stress with the decor setup and squeezing in everything we had planned.
So many people complimented us on how well everything looked and how smoothly the day went. Her and her team checked on my husband and I through out the reception, communicated with bartenders when my signature drink didn’t taste how I wanted it to, and with our DJ when he kept voicing over the music (which we requested he didn’t do). I knew I was able to really enjoy the day and live in the moment on my wedding day because I trusted they would handle everything else.
They clean up and organize all the decor at the end of the night and load them into the cars, so you don’t have to worry about getting everything out of the venue in such a rush. Seriously could not recommend her services enough! Completely worth every penny!

On the day of the wedding her team was at the hotel working with vendors, taking groomsmen to their rooms and helping the photographers while all the girls got ready. Jenna kept the entire day on scheduled and did so much work the night before when certain plans had to be changed due to tornado damage. Jenna and the team set up the venue perfectly and packed everything up at the end of the night. I was a very type A, organized bride and a lot of people didn’t think I needed a coordinator but as a bride you are so busy during the wedding day you can’t run the wedding. I firmly believe my wedding would not have ran as smooth as it did without Event by Madeleine. The entire team was very professional and organized. I had a Catholic mass ceremony and Madeleine ran the rehersal, managed grandparents, and communicated with the staff - basically all the things that would've overwhelmed me that day! On the day of, she and her team handled all the vendor communications and timeline - ensuring our day was smooth and stress free for us AND our loved ones. If she hadn't been there, my mind would have been stressed with all those little day-of details.
She's also very organized and provided helpful online templates to help me organize seating chart, ceremony details, reception timeline and more. Plus, her fee includes a few pre-event chats which were great for touching base and confirming details.
Most importantly, Madeleine was there for ME that day. She checked in with how I was feeling and doing many times, was comfortable around my family and friends, and I could relax and enjoy the day I planned, knowing she and her team would make it perfect.

enue and coordination team through the venue. But Madeline took control and made everything work seamless. Madeline always made me feel like everything was going to be okay, even when there were some minor glitches outside of our control happening on the wedding day. She provided us with multiple calls, an extremely detail oriented wedding packet, answered SO many of my texts/questions/concerns. She brought in her whole crew to pull off setting up some of my decor, on an extremely limited time crunch. They even took down our decor, put it in a uhaul that we rented, drove it to our house after the wedding, and donated our wedding florals to nursing homes afterwards (!!!). Are you kidding me?? Who else would offer that kind of service? She has just left myself, my husband and my family in awe of her service. All for an extremely reasonable price! Maddie was the best thing that could have happened to my wedding day, besides marrying my best friend of course.
