I hired Megan as a coordinator for the day of my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I made for the event. Before the wedding, Megan helped me organize all the different aspects- ceremony, reception and afterparty. She contacted & coordinated with all my vendors to ensure clear communications and seamless day-of operations. She familiarized herself with all the family & important guests during the event, to make sure picture-taking was smooth and organized. She worked with the venue staff to make sure the wedding party and all the guests were taken care of and everyone was happy. She even helped prep and decorate for the after-party at our house! And always with a smile and a friendly demeanor. She was so conscientious, efficient and capable at all the different tasks that I didn't have to worry about a single thing! I really don't think I could have done the wedding without her. I highly recommend Megan for anyone planning a wedding! Hire her- you will not regret it!
We hired Megan as our day-of coordinator, as we did the bulk of the planning ourselves. I'm sure that if you needed her to plan the whole party soup to nuts, she could handle that easily. Megan was an immense help and gave us lots of her time beforehand (in person, on the phone, and via text/email), helping us to figure out the myriad details we hadn't even thought about--not being professional wedding/party planners, i.e. options for table layouts, setting up the schedule for the day and order of procession, and acting as the point person for all of our vendors and hired staff. She was hardworking, professional, organized, and personable. Any problems or snags that may have occurred that day never filtered to us, leaving us free to have a great time entertaining our guests. Our wedding simply would not have happened successfully without her. We can't recommend her highly enough.
