I met Rebecca while I was working, and we hit it off right away! I found out she was an event planner just as we were planning our wedding reception. Our initial meeting with her was fantastic; we discussed our vision and budget, and she was very open and honest about the costs involved. We deeply value honesty, and her transparency, along with her various planning packages, made it clear that she was the right planner for us.
Rebecca made the entire process incredibly easy. Before hiring her, we were overwhelmed with where to start and what to do. She truly understood our vision and helped narrow down our choices to create the most amazing celebration with our friends and family. She ensured every little detail was covered, was highly responsive whenever we needed anything, and was there on the day of the party to make sure everything went smoothly. Without her, we would have been too busy to enjoy the company of our guests.
If you're on the fence about working with Rebecca, I strongly encourage you to reach out to her for an initial call. She's not only an incredible event planner but also an amazing person. She's fantastic at what she does, and you'll be in great hands.
Rebecca was truly amazing. Not sure what we would have done without her. She was organized throughout the whole process from beginning to end--which came in especially handy when the beautiful outdoor wedding we planned became a freezing cold rainy mess of a day. But Rebecca had an alternative plan. What a relief! I am the mother of the groom and don't live in the same state where the wedding was held, so Rebecca had to make all the recommendations for the wedding. And did a great job with that as well. She was great fun to work with and always had a positive attitude, which was greatly appreciated and came in handy when we didn't all agree. I know all of us would highly recommend Rebecca to any couple getting married. You'd be lucky to have her.
Rebecca was totally amazing organizing and executing our wedding. She knew all the ins and outs of which were the best vendors for what we wanted, how much things would cost, and most of all, what would be the best fit for the wedding we were imagining. She did all this while keeping an eye on the budget and trying to figure out how to get us the best deals possible. She was on top of every deadline but made sure to run every major decision by us to make sure it was what we wanted. When problems arose (as they always do!) she was quick and communicative. She went above and beyond!
Rebecca was amazing to work with! She was really receptive to all our ideas for the wedding and was always on the same page with us. She made sure to check in regularly to see how things were going and then in the month of the wedding, she really took over communication with our vendors, which really took a lot off our plate. Rebecca also knew all of our vendors previously so it made coordinating everything so much smoother and they were all the same page. We can't recommend her enough. She was on top of every detail of the day and had a great sense of humor about the whole thing, which gave us a lot of confidence that she had everything taken care of. We got so many comments from our guests that the wedding was so "us", thanks in no small part to Rebecca.
When I first met Rebecca, I was left with the feeling that, no matter who I chose, she would still only want what was best for me and my wedding as well as what would make me happy. She was friendly, and offered great advice and out of the numerous people I saw that day, her name and face stood out in my memory above all the others because of these things. When my original plans fell apart, and my wedding was moved back a year, and it became more apparent that I REALLY needed a planner, a year after the fact, I still remembered Rebecca, and reached out to her.
After saying yes to my now husband, that was the single best decision I made during the whole engagement. Rebecca is worth every penny. I went from having to justify the expense to my friends and family in the beginning, to knowing had she asked for a thousand more, she would still be worth it on my wedding day. I could never have done it without Rebecca, and now I am sad to not have her organizing the rest of my life. You will not find a more supportive person to have in your corner and help make your day the best ever and if I could give her ten stars I would.
From the very first meeting we had with Rebecca, I really felt like we were in good hands. I had been feeling a lot of external pressure from family about being behind on planning and I was getting lukewarm responses to many of the creative ideas I was excited about, but then Rebecca immediately picked up on what my vision was and made me feel so affirmed and supported. She really took what our vision was and ran with it, and our wedding turned out so beautiful and really so "us." Rebecca had a lot thrown at her with each of our parents trying to help in different ways (a "too many cooks" problem) but she dealt with everyone's idiosyncrasies with grace and humor.
I really stopped stressing about the wedding once we engaged Rebecca for the full event design and day-of-coordination, though in hindsight I think we could have saved a lot of stress and time just going with her full planning package from the beginning! Rebecca has a great sense of humor and meeting with her was always a fun time, even though it was also very productive. And when it turned out to be 60 degrees and pouring at our wedding rather than the 80+ and sunny I had been expecting, I didn't even really stress about it because I knew Rebecca would handle it, and it was still an absolutely beautiful day and everything she touched went seamlessly!
I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough and anyone who has the chance to work with her is in for a real treat! Catch her before her schedule books up!
Rebecca was an amazing wedding coordintor. She was available to us for assistance always. She decorated the venue and ran the wedding flawlessly. She was a joy to be with and would hire again and again.
My partner and I worked with Rebecca for her full wedding planning package and she is totally unbelievable at what she does. Super attentive to every detail, Rebecca kept us well informed and on schedule every step of the way. She did a great job of balancing the "let me get your opinion because this is your wedding day" and "I know you well enough by now to know this isn't a decision you want to be bothered with" to really both feel like all the big details we had our hand in, and the smaller ones she just made happen without stressing us.
Rebecca went so much above and beyond here to late night prep in the weeks before to even giving hands up help with tailoring of my wedding dress! We are so grateful and could not have done the wedding without her.
I hired Rebecca as our wedding coordinator for my last event on a three day wedding weekend of events. Rebecca went above and beyond on helping me make sure I was ready and comfortable with the planning for not only the day I had her on site but also the other days. She was always available when I needed her and helped me sound out things as they came. Thank you so much for all the work you have done on the wedding and for being amazing.
Initially we weren't planning on having a month-of coordinator but I am so glad we found Rebecca and Anu! They made that last push before the wedding so much smoother - they took care of the last few decorations, coordinated with all the vendors, and helped us complete some things the day of that made everything so much easier. Our wedding day went as well as we could have hoped for and Rebecca and Anu played such a huge part in that. We cannot thank them enough for helping to make our day so special! If you are on the fence about a month-of coordinator, I highly recommend one and Rebecca and Anu are the perfect choice.
Rebecca and Anu were fantastic! Extremely flexible, helped us take care of tons of details and just made the whole experience much easier. Very easy to communicate with and everything you could want in a day of coordinator.
Rebecca made it happen! My partner and I came to her with the ambitious idea to plan a wedding only 5 months out from the expected date. Rebecca was both optimistic and realistic, informing us that while yes, it could be done, we would inevitably have to be flexible, doing away with lengthy venue searches, catering selections, etc. That matched our own expectations, and we felt a strong sense that Rebecca could absorb our own chaotic energy and shape it into something workable. So away we went!
It was a great relationship. Rebecca is very well organized, has a well structured approach to planning, and laid out a clear approach for taking us from 0 to Wedding. I appreciated her direct communication, telling us when something was or wasn't a good idea, or if it was or was not possible. She adapted to our needs, pushed us to complete the tasks we needed to, provided inspiration or decisions when we weren't sure what to do, and handled a lot of details we would definitely have gotten ourselves mired in. She consistently went above and beyond expectations in order to design and build a wedding that was uniquely us.
On the big day itself, things just worked (or so it seemed to me). It was a blur for us as a couple, and the event seemed to flow forward on its own accord. I know that this must be because of the amount of coordination Rebecca provided behind the scenes. I'm sure she was solving problems we never even knew about. The decor was just as we wanted (but more than we could have imagined on our own). The guests were fed and taken care of. Rebecca managed set up/tear down, vendor coordination, and every other thing that allowed us to simple enjoy our wedding.
Planning a wedding is a monumental task. I wouldn't have wanted to take it on without Rebecca.
Rebecca was simply amazing. She was our day of coordinator for our wedding.
I interviewed multiple coordinator services, and she was by far the most personable and easy to communicate with.
She has a lot of knowledge in regards to event planning in general, and she is a true professional. There were many details that I knew needed to be addressed throughout our wedding day. But I also knew I didn't need to tell her any of them.
I just observed throughout the event and saw that she took care of every concern I had.
From our meetings prior to the wedding, the questions and details she was asking/confirming were proof of her expert knowledge of the event space.
We had hors d'ouevres and water waiting for us in the suite post ceremony. She set up our cake exactly how I explained it, we had food at our table waiting for us after we were announced into the reception. She gathered people together and communicated things for me that I didn't have time to or just didn't want to communicate, with guests and vendors. She wrote out our table chart for us... So many things that needed executing, she took care of.
When we needed something, we had it quickly. And she checked in on us multiple times throughout the day.
I designed and executed the event up to the day of, and I could not have made the day work without her.
The only things that were a little off were the things that I ran out of time to communicate or put on paper for all vendors. And those things didn't really matter too much in the end.
Long story to say, Rebecca is amazing, you should hire her. She will execute flawlessly, and make you smile a lot in the process.
Rebecca is amazing at what she does! Her past experience in running different types of (non-wedding) events really reflects in the work she has done with us. She also has the best local connections, and knows what questions to ask (especially when we weren’t sure!). The best part of working with Rebecca is feeling secure in her helping us with the details we don’t have a lot of experience with, such as color schemes and decorations. She is creative and helps immensely with keeping within desired budget. She’s been in our corner every step of the way. Highly recommend!
