I hired Tyler for my Day Of Wedding Coordinator and she was a life saver! I interviewed quite a view vendors before chatting with Tyler, and I knew right away she was the one from our first meeting. I plan events for my job and was very impress...ed with Tyler's responsiveness, organization and overall knowledge of the wedding industry. She was so much more than a Day Of Coordinator. We exchanged emails, phone calls and texts for months before the actual wedding and she was always so responsive and happy to help. She never had a quota on how many inquiries we could have-- she just helped with whatever was needed. I planned the whole wedding myself but this being my first wedding, I had no idea how much I didn't know. She asked me all kinds of questions that helped me figure out a lot of logistics I hadn't even thought about.
Some of the things her Day Of Coordination services included were: Initial phone call, venue visit (she did 2 of them with me since our wedding got pushed back due to Covid), multiple brain storming emails, ensuring our final wedding timeline was planned out to the minute, handing out all vendor tips, creating a floorplan, setting up the dinner/guestbook/dessert/ tables and other decor, running through the rehearsal ceremony, breaking down decor at the end of the night, reviewing vendor contracts, and coordinating with vendors and the wedding party on the day of the wedding. On top of all that, she spent months answering a million questions I had about logistics for menus, drinks, decor, timeline, etiquette, rentals, and vendors.
A few weeks before the wedding, I asked if she could talk on the phone because I was freaking out about all the stuff I had to get done, including what to do with all of the decor I collected that was sitting in my living room. She calmed me down and suggested I start creating some mockups for my tables and to send her photos and she would suggest any edits. I felt SO much better after going through this process with her and I thought it was so cool of her to take a phone call with me to calm me down. She provides true support to her clients and doesn't limit you on how many exchanges you can have to ensure the job gets done.
I was very impressed with her from the moment I met her during our first venue visit. The owner of the venue was arguing with me about things being in our contract but unfortunately I had printed the contract without his signature on it. Tyler busted out her signed copy of the contract and pointed out his signature so that shut him up real fast. Then he was grilling me on something about a liquor license when Tyler jumped in about who was legally allowed to serve liquor and the rules around it. I was so thankful she was there that day.
Tyler was so amazing to work with and I will recommend her to every bride I know getting married. Do not hesitate to hire her-- you will not regret it!
