Instead, she believes in getting to know you and your partner, and all your wishes, desires and needs for your wedding - and crafting a personalized quote for your needs. From the preliminary stages of budget planning to RSVP tracking to coordination on the day, your planner will be on hand to provide support. Tyler also offers destination weddings, allowing you to exchange vows wherever on earth your heart desires.

The day could not have gone smoother and we definitely have Tyler to thank for that. It was lovely to be able to hand off all day of coordinating and management to someone efficient and knowledgeable. Very communicative during the process as well.
Working with Tyler as our day-of coordinator was an absolute dream. We wanted control over vendor selection but needed a rockstar to help coordinate everything on the big day. From our very first meeting, Tyler’s exceptional communication set the tone for a seamless planning experience. She was always quick to respond and provided invaluable guidance, making us feel supported every step of the way.
Tyler ran a tight ship, and her professionalism shone through in her meticulous attention to detail. The day went so smoothly, thanks to her ability to make executive decisions that aligned perfectly with our vision. This not only kept everything on track but also alleviated so much of our stress.

Tyler was FANTASTIC! We hired Tyler to be our day of coordinator, but she does FAR more than that. She begins helping to coordinate everything months before the wedding day and thinks of every little detail. She works hard to make the day run smoothly and efficiently and also makes suggestions to help keep you on budget. She communicates with each vendor that you have hired to make sure everyone is on the same page. On the day of, we did not have to think about or worry about anything! When we arrived, everything was in place just as we imagined it and we were able to enjoy the evening with our family and friends. She took care of everything behind the scenes and ensured everything ran on time. Honestly, if anything went wrong that day, we had no idea! We would definitely recommend Tyler for day of coordination of your big event! Thank you, Tyler for ensuring our day turned out just as we had hoped down to the last detail. We hired Tyler as our wedding coordinator and she made our wedding day and the planning leading up to it go so smoothly. Our families have commented multiple times since our wedding about how great Tyler was, and we agree! We had our wedding at our family’s house so needed to put everything together from scratch and Tyler’s advice throughout the planning process was so helpful, including advising on rentals and the information we needed from our other vendors. We’ll definitely recommend her to any couples we know!
Tyler is on top of her game. She is a great coordinator and will make sure your wedding has every detail accounted for. We highly recommend using her for your wedding as she was excellent for ours.
I wish there was a way that I could give Tyler Terrell of Events by Tyler a 10 star rating! We hired her as a day-of wedding planner for my stepson's wedding but right from the start she was a wealth of information regarding vendors, timelines, and everything that goes into a wedding. We used the caterer, florist, & DJ that she recommended and we were so happy with all of them. I couldn't believe how relaxed I was on the wedding day as Tyler took care of absolutely everything! The bride and groom and several guests remarked that she never seemed to stop working to make the reception go so smoothly. She gave us such peace of mind before and during the ceremony and reception we could just enjoy ourselves. I knew we had chosen the right person when each vendor I spoke with stated that she was the best in the business. That was definitely true!
Tyler was very detail-oriented and always professional. She had helpful tips for which vendors to work with since she knows the local industry so well. She was able to effectively coordinate all our vendors and work with my mom who did a lot of extra touches for the wedding. Working with Tyler, it felt like there was no stone left unturned!
The best wedding planner! Tyler is not only an experienced and talented professional, she’s also a very cool and calm person to be around. She was the glue in the whole process of planning our wedding and every time we communicated with her she was quick to respond and always brought the stress levels down. She came in ready to get to work, first with our venue, asking great questions and getting the information needed to drive our timeline. Tyler recommended excellent vendors and, for those we engaged, we were extremely happy with. All our desires for our weekend retreat wedding, down to the smallest details, ran smoothly and without any glitches. I am deeply grateful for how perfect our wedding was! Tyler was absolutely awesome as a day of coordinator and in the months leading up to my wedding -- she really made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my day. She put out several fires without me even knowing about them, which made my day perfect. It was a flawless event and I can't recommend her enough!
Tyler was our planner for our wedding in Napa in April 2022, and she is amazing! There are several things that Tyler does extremely well and differently: 1) Tyler is warm, responsive, flexible, competent, and experienced with planning complex wedding. 2) Tyler charges for the services that she actually provides versus some of the unreasonable "flat fees" that many wedding planners charge. 3) Tyler goes WAY above and beyond at every step. For example, she did 2 site visits with us, even though we had only booked 1 technically. She also went to our venue a few days early to make sure a heater delivery was set, and we didn't even ask her to do this. And even more so, she got a refund on some of our rentals that didn't work after the wedding was already over (and we didn't even notice that some of our rentals were faulty, but Tyler still got us our money back). I can't recommend Tyler highly enough! She is a true gem in the wedding industry.
Tyler was truly amazing both pre-wedding and wedding day. She is a get stuff done type of person and so willing to share ideas. She helped our day go off without a hitch and totally understood my vision for the day. She's amazing!
Highly recommend working with Tyler! We had a few meetings and an onsite visit before our wedding, and Tyler was incredibly organized, thoughtful and helpful during every conversation. During our rehearsal the day before, Tyler easily managed our group of 20+ during the walk through - getting everyones attention, getting people to listen & follow directions, and moving through everything in a timely manner. On the day of, Tyler was a lifesaver. We had 2 mishaps with different vendors, and Tyler was already providing solutions before it even reached us. Tyler had absolutely everything under control the whole day, so my fiance/husband and I were able to enjoy every second of the day. I am so incredibly grateful and cannot recommend her enough.
Our wedding day was totally stress free thanks to Tyler! She took care of all of the details and made sure we stayed on track with the timeline, so that we could focus on getting married, spending time with loved ones, and having fun!! Tyler is so organized and anticipates and solves problems before they even arise. She runs the show and does it with grace and kindness. I could not recommend Tyler more!!!
Tyler is unfailingly reliable and relatable. No time to manage every/many details? You won’t have to. Her written communication is clear and to the point. She provides options and asks the right questions. On the day of, it will look and flow just the way you like —- even if you hadn’t thought about it. She is wildly creative, while at the same time, her affect is calming and confidence building.
Im still shocked at how Tyler was able to make my visions come to life with minimal interaction with me on the wedding day. I was busy getting ready with my wedding party in the morning and it was magical to walk down to the reception area and see everything set up just the way I had imagined and then some. Tyler made sure the things that were important to us happened the way we planned while coming up with her own creative solutions to things we didn’t have totally dialed in. She was hard at work behind the scenes but always remained calm and laid back which helped us to feel at ease. After all of the planning, it felt surreal to be able to step back and truly enjoy our day unfolding before us. Tyler made that happen and we are forever thankful.
I used Tyler for day of coordination services, and I can't recommend her more highly. She was so organized, and kept pushing me (which I desperately needed) to button up all the contracts and details towards the end. After postponing three times, I had hit wedding planning fatigue and she made it all happen. When it came to the day of, I started off by being an hour late (sorry everyone!) and she just seamlessly reorganized the day so that I never even noticed. Everything just flowed so well and our day was amazing. I know for sure that I couldn't have done it without Tyler.
Tyler is friendly, supportive, empathetic, and most of all professional. She guided my wife and I through the entire process, - providing tips, tricks, and guidance along the way - and never refused to take a call in the weeks leading up. She always pushed is in the right direction when she saw us making a potentially poor decision (that honestly is necessary and appreciated when you haven't planned a wedding before). Tyler's organizational skills, both in pre-planning and with people, are superb and we always felt comfortable knowing she was running the show. Finally, she does the little things (herself in many cases) that ensure the wedding is exactly how you imagine it. You will thank yourself day of if you hire her!
Our wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020 - however, Covid had other plans. We postponed to October 2021 and come the summer of 2021, we found our wedding venue in disarray. Our venue came with a day of coordinator, however, the coordinator left 3 months before the wedding was to occur. My then fiancé and I became frantic. We could no longer rely on our venue and we decided to look for our own wedding coordinator. Thank god we found Tyler. She responded immediately to our inquiry and was so helpful through everything. She laid out everything she could offer as well as an affordable and fair rate. She made sure all our vendors had their needed timelines and everything flowed so smoothly during the wedding. About a week before the wedding, she completely took over everything and we found ourselves worry free the whole time. In truth, if I had to say what was the best spent money of the whole wedding - hands down it was hiring Tyler. Even during the wedding, she went above and beyond her duties, as we saw her serving guests and helping with decor. She even helped me bustle my complicated wedding dress which no one could figure out! :-) Tyler - we cannot thank you enough for making our dream wedding come to life!!!
I hired Tyler for my Day Of Wedding Coordinator and she was a life saver! I interviewed quite a view vendors before chatting with Tyler, and I knew right away she was the one from our first meeting. I plan events for my job and was very impressed with Tyler's responsiveness, organization and overall knowledge of the wedding industry. She was so much more than a Day Of Coordinator. We exchanged emails, phone calls and texts for months before the actual wedding and she was always so responsive and happy to help. She never had a quota on how many inquiries we could have-- she just helped with whatever was needed. I planned the whole wedding myself but this being my first wedding, I had no idea how much I didn't know. She asked me all kinds of questions that helped me figure out a lot of logistics I hadn't even thought about.
Some of the things her Day Of Coordination services included were: Initial phone call, venue visit (she did 2 of them with me since our wedding got pushed back due to Covid), multiple brain storming emails, ensuring our final wedding timeline was planned out to the minute, handing out all vendor tips, creating a floorplan, setting up the dinner/guestbook/dessert/ tables and other decor, running through the rehearsal ceremony, breaking down decor at the end of the night, reviewing vendor contracts, and coordinating with vendors and the wedding party on the day of the wedding. On top of all that, she spent months answering a million questions I had about logistics for menus, drinks, decor, timeline, etiquette, rentals, and vendors.
A few weeks before the wedding, I asked if she could talk on the phone because I was freaking out about all the stuff I had to get done, including what to do with all of the decor I collected that was sitting in my living room. She calmed me down and suggested I start creating some mockups for my tables and to send her photos and she would suggest any edits. I felt SO much better after going through this process with her and I thought it was so cool of her to take a phone call with me to calm me down. She provides true support to her clients and doesn't limit you on how many exchanges you can have to ensure the job gets done.
I was very impressed with her from the moment I met her during our first venue visit. The owner of the venue was arguing with me about things being in our contract but unfortunately I had printed the contract without his signature on it. Tyler busted out her signed copy of the contract and pointed out his signature so that shut him up real fast. Then he was grilling me on something about a liquor license when Tyler jumped in about who was legally allowed to serve liquor and the rules around it. I was so thankful she was there that day.
Tyler was so amazing to work with and I will recommend her to every bride I know getting married. Do not hesitate to hire her-- you will not regret it!
Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped bring our special day to life and was able to navigate a few on the fly changes on the day of with ease and professionalism. We would highly recommend her for any event! Her organization was one of the things that kept me from completely falling apart a few days prior to the wedding so I am beyond grateful for that.
We were lucky enough to have Tyler take care of our florals for the wedding and she exceeded my expectations in that department. The bouquets were spectacular and the center pieces were perfection.
