Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. We hired her for "month-of" planning. She contacted all of our vendors and had a detailed itinerary ready within 2 weeks and had all the small wrinkles ironed out so our wedding day went off without a hitch. Everything ran so smoothly and was so easy. We were able to fully enjoy the day. It was money well spent. I highly recommend Stephanie with Events for all Seasons.
Stephanie was amazing from beginning to the end. She is extremely busy and said she had a 2 week back up to get quotes out but somehow got me a quote within a week. She communicated throughout the planning process and was able to take our vision, connect us with the best vendors for our budget and even handled the floral herself which was STUNNING! I highly recommend Events for all Seasons. They make everything seamless and easy so you can enjoy the day.
I hired Events for all Seasons as my florist but because of their extensive knowledge I was able to get a lot more from them. I ended up having ALL of my decor come from them (linen, floral, lighting). I didn't know they also provide the wooden cake toppers and personalized gifts so I got those from them as well. It was nice having one person as a point person. Since I already had them doing so much it didn't make sense to hire another coordinator so I hired them for this as well. In the end, I got way more than I paid for. They helped me find a photographer as well as a bakery without asking for any additional "planning fees". They were very nice to work with and very flexible. We did everything via email/text/phone/zoom and met at the venue 3 weeks prior to my date to finalize the floor plan and some of the last minute details. I can guarantee if you place your trust in them, you won't be disappointed. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.
We came to Stephanie very late in the game and needed our wedding to be planned from Start to Finish. We decided to have a destination wedding in Dripping Springs and she had 4 months to get it done. Luckily we had our venue!
We gave her the theme and budget and she presented us with a few options. We stretched our budget only by $1000! This was a smaller, 2nd wedding with 60 guests but it couldn't have been MORE PERFECT! She handled everything for us and I simply had to say "yes" . I highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing and you can let her "run with it" which works great for busy brides!
Our Floral was beautiful! I presented Stephanie and her team with my vision through pinterest and let her run with it. They suggested specific flowers based on my budget and "look". Even though we couldn't recreate exactly what I saw on pinterest (because of course they are the MOST expensive flowers!) she gave me EXACTLY the look and feel that I was going for. We hired them for "day of" coordination as well for a GREAT Deal. It was a great last minute decision and allowed me to relax and not worry about every little detail on the day of my wedding. I was able to sip mimosas while they handled the rest! I highly recommend Events for all Seasons.
After searching high and low for a vendor that provided the decoration rentals, set up/breakdown, and floral, I was ecstatic to find Stephanie and Events For All Seasons. From pictures, her work as amazing and beautiful. A bonus was that she was local to our venue! In the beginning, Stephanie and I had our consultation call and I was able to describe exactly what I wanted, while also giving her creative freedom. We even met at one of her warehouses which I brought pictures, ideas, and possible themes based on what I saw at other weddings and online. However, as time passed Stephanie was not really communicative and we would have to push meetings due to weather. One huge worry for myself was receiving the initial quote. I knew that we needed to have some form of written contract because I absolutely did not want a hiccup or to not have decoration and florist day of, however Stephanie was very delayed and took a month to send the initial quote followed by a few weeks for edits on the quote. I was unable to put my complete trust in her due to her lack of communication and responsiveness. Two weeks before the wedding, Stephanie had still not been to the venue to look at the chapel and reception area, and that caused me major stress. This was a venue she stated she was familiar with in the past, but had not been there recently. The venue had made changes and I wanted to be assured she knew the layout and was able to get a visual description. We had a conversation, met there together, and I expressed to her my concerns and what I needed from her as a vendor. She appeared to receive how I felt and what I stated and ensured me everything would be great. Day of, everything came together despite small details, and the decoration was beautiful. Our flower arrangements and bouquets were what I wanted. Her and her crew set up timely and broke down later that evening/next day . In the end, Stephanie executed! For my overcommunicative brides, please be sure to set your expectations and what you need from your vendor. And go with your gut. If something feels “off” or wrong, address it immediately.
My flower arrangements and bouquets were exactly what I pictured! Stephanie was so sweet and answered all the questions that I had! I got so many compliments on how beautiful my centerpieces were. Loved them all!
I cannot give a review on how floral arrangements look, but feel it's important to leave a review for how unprofessional my experience was working with Events for all Seasons.
I met with Stephanie on October 24, 2018 for a wedding consult and was extremely excited about her services. They had the perfect chargers for me to use and I could rent a lot from them I had planned on making or purchasing. I followed up with photos I showed her the following day for her to use as a base to provide a quote. Emailed again on November 14th to ask for the quote so I could make a decision and provide a deposit...no response was provided. Texted on November 21st, knowing it was Thanksgiving week, and ask if she could get me the quote the following week so I could decide. Her response was she would send it over ASAP. Text again on November 30th and received no response. I still have not been provided a quote and choose to go with a florist I felt I could trust.
I would have loved to used them because of the photos provided and the amount of inventory for decor they had, but if a simple quote could not be provided how professional would they be on my wedding day. I did not want to have to worry about the stress of a flaky florist/designer.
I seldom, honestly never, leave reviews, but feel it's important when I have attempted to reach out and am met with no response from a vendor. Very disappointing.
Stephanie is so helpful and really takes the stress out of wedding planning! She has an amazing network of DJs, caterers, etc she works with on a regular basis and will only suggest vendors she knows are of amazing quality. She is straight forward and goes above & beyond! She is also doing my flowers which I’m so excited for because she does great work! I can’t recommend her enough.
Stephanie does it all! After shopping around and finding that wedding coordinating is VERY expensive, I found Events for all Seasons. I met Stephanie at an open house at our wedding venue while she was helping/representing Bavarian Cakery. Once I found out she had packages with linens, centerpieces, and day-of coordination at a reasonable price, I was sold. She's very easy to communicate with and made the process feel like I was working with a friend. My only complaints are that she was late arriving on the big day because she forgot the boutonnieres and had to go back home to get them, so I felt like decorating was a bit rushed...and much of our cake was thrown out instead of being boxed up and sent home with family. Overall, our centerpieces were gorgeous; she stayed in contact me during the weeks prior to the wedding and I'd say the price we paid for her services was worth every penny! I would most definitely recommend EFAS!
I can’t express how perfect our wedding day was thanks to Stephanie and Monica. They communicated so easily with us on every little detail. They handled our planning, floral, and decorations. Our day was beyond what we could’ve expected and we have EFAS To thank for that. Thank y’all again for making our day so perfect! I would highly recommend working with them!
Stephanie and Monica have been great to work with so far - a little slow to start off but otherwise great response since we signed. Stephanie has a creative eye and also is budget conscious so I know she values us and we aren't just another paycheck. I am looking forward to our Mock up!
Stephanie did an amazing job for our January wedding. She took care of all linens, decorations, and floral arrangements. She worked with our budget and provided above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend working with her!
