I tried planning this wedding on my own and then realized how much time and effort goes into planning an event of this size and importance! It is so time consuming... Im so grateful for Tiffany and her team. She went above and beyond to ensure the day was exactly how I imagined it. For example I wanted vintage suitcases as decor at our wedding and Tiffany searched online to find these items (for a great price) and even picked them up herself. This is just one for the many little things she did that went above and beyond. This company has so many contacts at her disposal. She took the stress out of wedding planning while allowing us to enjoy the fun parts of having a wedding. Being an industry leader and the BEST showed quickly, the amount of contacts was amazing.

From our very first meeting, she wanted to know our vision for my daughter's wedding, offered her opinions and advice whenever we asked (which was often), and then did a great job communicating that final vision with all our vendors. She also recommended a few fabulous vendors to fill our last empty spots and even helped us get vendor discounts too! While we were busy with our move to TX, she kept us up to date with COVID changes that would impact our daughter's June wedding. After looking at all the angles and the final decision was made, Tiffany flawlessly moved our wedding and ALL our vendors from our June 13 date to our new date in September. She was AMAZING! As our daughter’s September wedding day approached, she finalized all remaining details--big and small—including a last-minute print job or two. Through the whole process, she was always very accessible to us--responding quickly to our questions. The evening of our rehearsal, Tiffany and her team moved the wedding party and family fluidly through the wedding schedule, and then on the day of the wedding, she was the "point person" for all the vendors. She and her team took care of EVERYTHING so my husband and I and the groom's parents could spend time with the bride and groom and enjoy time with our families and our friends. My daughter and son in law’s wedding was seamless and absolutely beautiful! Tiffany did ALL of this for us while she was helping other brides prepare for their weddings (including moving numerous weddings to new dates). And to think, I was originally going to plan my daughter’s wedding by myself. Brides and moms, if you are able, hire a wedding planner—a highly recommended wedding planner that is. You never know what unexpected challenges will occur during your planning process. Having a professional to navigate it with you/for you is a HUGE blessing! Not to mention, having a great wedding planner will free you up to enjoy your wedding day! I HIGHLY recommend Tiffany with Events Luxe. We couldn’t have done it without her and absolutely loved working with her!!

ur first meeting - I think I fell in love with her.. LOL. She is perfection. First of all, you can tell this is her love & her life. She digs deep into what you want your dream wedding to look like/feel like, and based on your budget she makes it happen - but WAY better than you ever imagined!! Budget - she sticks to it and never pressures you to go beyond it. She guides you when you’re getting off path or when you have more room for things you might appreciate more. You don’t even have to have a clue what you want for your wedding - she knows the right questions to ask and I promise you she will deliver. She’s to the point, on top of her game, while at the same time making you feel special and like she’s your girl who’s excited for you. I could write a book on Tiffany! She’s someone you look up to no doubt. As soon as I told her I got engaged, we picked her top package because I knew I needed her expertise through the entire thing - because she left THAT much of an impression on me. I needed her every step of the way! I was stress free - more so... I was absolutely loving it. I am really organized and love to plan my life out myself, which people questioned why do you need a planner? Because Tiffany’s experience, expertise, advice, and crazy creative mind is everything. She also handled me with grace when i was too much of a perfectionist. Right away she started working hard. Setting up our venue tours, giving us discounts through top-notch (affordable) vendors she has worked with for years, putting ideas and visions in our head that we didn’t even know existed. We were set on one venue and I didn’t want to look anymore but she insisted we looked at one more, and so grateful we did because she showed us the one. It was absolutely perfect. All the emails, phone calls, video chats, in person meetings, she was there making our dream come true. She is fun, smart - she’s just so freaking cool to plan a wedding with and I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She makes sure you’re never late on the timeline leading up to the wedding. You check all the boxes and it makes you feel like you’re being taken care of. Wedding day - My jaw dropped to the floor when we did our ballroom/reception room reveal on wedding night before all the guests entered. It was everything and more that we dreamed of. I mean holy cow - it was a movie! All the things she described and sent pictures of throughout the months were beautiful but once we seen them live in action it was just absolutely stunning. We’re a 8 days out from our wedding and we’re still receiving compliments that it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to. The church where the ceremony was held was also gorgeous - our priest even noticed and he has been doing weddings forever. She was there for us the entire night and even delivered things back to vendors that needed to be returned afterwards. She flipped escort card tables and decor into different tables and decor and we didn’t even see the transition. She is just amazing and we love her so much! You will love having her throughout your wedding planning journey.

She was always extremely prompt with responding to emails, texts, calls, etc at all hours of the day. She took care of all of the design for our small reception (28 people) and made it far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I think the best thing about Tiffany is that she so easily is able to capture each bride's vision and help create the day that they truly want. I felt at times that I couldn't describe what I was imagining for our wedding, and somehow Tiffany was able to understand exactly what I wanted. She clearly has built an outstanding reputation for herself and after working with her I certainly understand why. My husband and I will definitely be recommending Events Luxe to any and all of our friends planning weddings in the St. Louis area. It would have been so easy to just give up trying to make our wedding work during this time in the world, but Tiffany never gave up on us and was able to help us create a day that was even better than our original plan. We have busy schedule so hiring Tiffany was undoubtedly the best investment we have made in the entire wedding process. She went with me to see the vendors and always put my mind at ease. She felt like a family member to me who I can trust and discuss all my ideas. When we had any issue with any of our vendors she stepped right in and solved them with ease which made us relaxed through the entire process. She was truly a god send, we couldn't have had such a fabulous wedding without her. All my guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. For my next child's wedding we are 100% certainly coming back to you Tiffany. And if you are dreaming about having an amazing wedding you should too.

As the evening unfolded, we were served lavish dinner delights which, by the way, were prepared by a chef in our kitchen. The flowers were arranged beautifully to compliment our home. All of the guests felt as though it was designed to make them feel special. Events Luxe prepared a marvelous celebration that created lasting memories for many.

my idea of proposing outside in Forest Park and Tiffany went above and beyond my imagination coming up a unreal setting for the special moment. She coordinated everything from balloons, candles, flowers, photography and even had a timeline down to the minute of how things were going to go. Well unfortunately it rained that day but Tiffany had an entire “rain plan” locked and loaded! I ended up proposing under the lights at the Muny entrance and it absolutely blew anything I could have dreamed of. She created an even more special moment for us and I am forever grateful for her. We ended up using her for the wedding because she is the best in the business. Highly recommend!!!

EL's prices were extremely reasonable; I would have paid twice what I paid for everything Tiffany did for us and her amazingly creative mind. Throughout the whole process she remained conscious of our budget and never pushed us to spend more then we wanted. Even though I did not hire her for complete planning she was always willing to meet with me when I was feeling overwhelmed and just wanted to talk. She was a God send the couple weeks before the wedding. I did not make one phone call to any of my vendors she took care of EVERYTHING and only contacted me if absolutely need be. If you would have asked me, the day of our wedding went on with not one glitch. (I later found out there was a couple that me nor my family ever knew about because Tiffany made sure it was all taken care of without bothering us.) She took care of everything and because of that out wedding day is a day that not only my husband and I will never, ever forget but our family and all out guests won't either. Cannot recommend Tiffany and her team at Events Luxe enough!

because of our different cultural backgrounds, we were planning on having two wedding receptions with very different vibes. From the moment I spoke to them over the phone explaining our somewhat complicated wedding plans, they immediately understood what I was going for with each event and brought my vision to life. From venue selection to decor to vendor choices, they gave the best recommendations and made planning our wedding from afar so much easier! Every single vendor they recommended was outstanding and every single one mentioned how lucky we were to be working with the Events Luxe girls. When it came to the weekend of our wedding, we were able to enjoy our wedding events without worrying about any of the details because they were so organized and on top of everything. They planned two beautiful receptions for us that were better than anything I could have imagined. I could not recommend them more highly!

don't think they need the services of a planner: I am a very organized person and did a lot of the initial planning (big items like venue, band, etc) by myself. I totally thought I could handle everything myself and get by with only hiring a day-of-coordinator. Even though the planning process never really stressed me out, I am so glad I hired Tiffany, and in hindsight would have purchased one of her broader packages. Here’s why: Tiffany did so much behind the scenes coordinating and probably even more than I know about. She coordinated communication between the vendors and handled little things that I didn't need to be bothered with. She also knew all the right questions to ask regarding little tiny details (like will the band have a wireless mic so we can do speeches on the other side of the room?). Additionally, we did not have a good experience with our venue. Tiffany handled every bump and mistake with ease. She took care of a few things without even telling me until later on, which saved me from unnecessary stress. Even though the venue was unorganized before our wedding and messed up several things on the day of our wedding, Tiffany took care of it all and not a single guest noticed a thing. Tiffany is organized, creative, honest, and will be firm with your vendors. She will treat brides with respect, professionalism, and will be open to your own ideas. She never pushed her own ideas or agenda over my own. It was a pleasure working with her. If I ever throw another big bash, she will be my go to event planner without a doubt!

You can look up all the checklists on Pinterest, but at the end of the day, we all need a Tiffany in our life to make it all make sense, and to turn all the to-do’s into a dream come true. And that’s exactly what she did for us. You work so hard and put so much time and effort into this day, you need someone in your corner that has your best interest in mind. No matter how big or small, how grand or understated you want your wedding to be, Tiffany will make it happen. She is the epitome of professionalism, not to mention one of the most creative people I’ve ever met. I am forever grateful for her and the magic she created.

They are your project managers and cheerleaders rolled into one! When Kent and I first got engaged, I was OVERWHELMED with the amount of wedding mumbo jumbo coming at me!! I just did NOT have time or energy to sift through the good, the bad, and the ugly when it came to my wedding! In my 30 years, I have also seen many brides stressed to the max, ready for wedding day to be over, and putting their whole family to work for them. I'm here to tell you... just stop. Don't be that bride. Call Events Luxe. Your life will be easier. You will save money. You will ENJOY wedding planning. Most importantly, your big day will be so INCREDIBLY PERFECT! Logistically speaking, their services were invaluable! You do not realize how much goes into planning the event until you see it in action! We only had 140 people, but still it was mind blowing to see all the emails, phone calls, planning, etc. that the girls covered for our big day. There is no way I could have done it on my own! During the planning phases, they listened carefully to all of our desires, offered so many spot on suggestions, and created a budget to keep us on track for wedding day. They laid out a well organized timeline of when we would pick vendors and complete other wedding related tasks. Based on our budget and requests, they recommended vendors and coordinated the meetings, tastings, appointments, etc. They are clearly experienced in the field of wedding planning and were able to get vendor discounts and recommend quality people. They even handled stressful situations beautifully! Regardless of the situation, they were right there with us! They handled these issues in a calm, professional manner, but most importantly were so supportive of Kent and I. But wedding day... WOW. It still brings tears to my eyes. I don't have enough words to describe it. EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. Just perfection. I was so stress free and on cloud 9 all of wedding day. My family and friends made comments on how relaxing and fun the day was! No stress, no fuss, just enjoying the moment, because the girls at EL had it all covered! They were right there, with their whole team: accepting the deliveries, managing set up, scrutinizing the details, keeping the wedding party on task, and taking care of every last thing you could think of! ...and OH MY did it show! I was breathless when I entered the venue. I have never seen a more beautiful wedding! And it was mine :) Everyone is STILL talking about how perfect the day was. We have heard countless times: "that was the most fun/beautiful/glamorous/classy/sophisticated (insert superlative adjective) that we have ever seen!" We were absolutely blown away. Kent and I have talked and in retrospect, we would not do A THING differently! It truly was the best day of our lives. We could not have done anything like it without Amanda and Tiffany. Events Luxe goes above and beyond for their brides. Period. They put their heart and soul into what they do. They are talented, creative, and above all, dedicated. But, Tiffany & Amanda took the few things we knew we wanted and turned it into so much more! They were both very organized and were quick to respond to all my emails. They coordinated with all of my vendors, and as far as I’m concerned, our wedding went off without a hitch! About a month before our wedding, the reception coordinator at our venue resigned…. I had a minor panic attack, but because we had Tiffany & Amanda, not one thing was missed or forgotten. Their recommendation of vendors was spot on and we loved every single one of them. When I was hesitant about the cost of linens two weeks out from the wedding, they listened and gave several practical alternatives. They also arranged things we wouldn’t have even considered, all with little or no added cost to our budget. Our wedding was beautiful and we couldn’t have dreamed of what Tiffany & Amanda put together. We still get compliments about how stunning everything was and cannot believe it was our wedding. Tiffany and Amanda were worth every penny. I cannot stress how important they were in having our dream wedding come true! Zero complaints!
