Events On A Budget

the WIAB package that included full planning, and it was the wedding of our dreams! Daniella and Allison excelled on every front - were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire planning process, were able to advocate for us as their clients to external vendors, oversaw all communications with ease and organized efficiency, were extremely flexible when we wanted other vendors not included in the WIAB package, and completely brought what felt like an abstract idea created in a pinterest dazed frenzy, to life. My husband and I are both from Miami, but live out of state now - so having a team that was able to be flexible with us, while being transparent with communication was SO important - and the EOAB team was that and so much more! We originally interviewed many wedding planners who borderline laughed at us attempting to have a wedding of 150-200 people for the budget we proposed in Miami. When we met with the EOAB team, they crunched the numbers before us even signing a contract and assured us that they would be able to make it happen - and they completely delivered. Obviously, with changes in vendors or ideas for design, come some changes to the budget - but Daniella and Allison handled every change with full communication, transparency and ease. There were never any hidden costs, and they always sought to find us multiple options at multiple price points if available. They are always honest with what kinds of things will work, or may not work for your budgeting, location, time constraints, etc. As individuals who have no background in event planning, but still are somewhat type A and want to be apart of the process, this is crucial! Throughout the design process, I accumulated pinterest photos and described an extremely abstract idea of what I imagined for our wedding day- almost instantaneously, Daniella and Eudely (our amazing florist who deserves her flowers too!!) understood my vision - and completely delivered day of. I cannot tell you how many guests communicated to us after the wedding that it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding they had ever been to, with specific notes to the florals, little details, and organization (which is saying a lot, considering it was considered a middle budget wedding in Miami!). Daniella and Allison are truly so amazing at what they do - they are passionate, hardworking, and genuinely just such a pleasure to work with. Every meeting we had was so much fun while also being efficient and informative. I cannot emphasize enough how good of hands you will be in if you work with them. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have had them throughout this process to create what was the best day of our lives! Thank you EOAB team, and thank you Daniella and Allison!!!

We had difficult family dynamics she took care of and we were mostly incident free. She took charge and day of made sure I had everything I needed and only came to me when absolutely necessary. From the smallest details to major decisions, she made everything seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it and can deliver magic on a budget, Daniella is it. We can’t recommend her enough!

The EOAB Wedding in a Box package was the best of both worlds and I got to work with Daniella, who was fabulous. Daniella and the EOAB team were so patient, knowledgeable, and honest with me about every step of the planning process. Any concerns I had were always met with thoughtful and reasonable solutions that did not sacrifice aesthetic. d. Just keep in mind even though they offer more affordable packages it is not cheap. Almost about every upgrade depending on what you want will be an up charge but you can be flexibility and take other things out you don’t need. The best thing about the process was the photographer that was included in our package Vicky. She was amazing and knew our venue like the palm of her hand. I am still in awe with her photos and how she took care of me and my wife. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a wedding. Melissa the company owner was also amazing to work with and very knowledgeable.

Miami could’ve been challenging with the distance and time differences for our meetings. Melissa was so flexible with times, she worked outside of her work hours and for us it was 5am zo meetings. From multiple video tours of venues until describing in detail the cake flavours and the catering. Sending us more then enough information about each vendor and setting up meetings with all of them individually. It all worked out so well! From the beginning until the end Melissa was consistent, organised and so super helpful until the smallest detail. There is a lot of stress and emotions involved before the wedding and Melissa knew exactly how to calm the nerves and found for every issue and challenge a great solution. The wedding itself was seamless and looked like a true fairytale story. All our guests were telling us that this was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. Melissa B exceeded our expectation and we would recommend EVERYONE to have Melissa & the team being a part of their wedding. We can not thank Melissa and team Events on A Budget enough of how great and amazing of a job they’ve done.

She even helped me change out of my dress, which was no easy feat. We agreed the best expense of our wedding was hiring Events on a Budget. We couldn’t have had such a perfect day without them!

he logistics for the day of and final confirmations with all vendors! On wedding day, pam was a blessing. Making sure ceremony was getting started, getting me food & drinks, and getting the reception going smoothly though dinner into the party! Pam also packed everything up at the end of the night like a ninja. I cant thank the EOAB team and their wedding in a box vendors enough for giving me my dream wedding day!

s on a Budget to learn more about their services and packages. We both knew we wanted to get married within 6 months. Based on what I had heard from other brides, I thought a 6 month timeframe would be hard for selecting a venue, contracting all the vendors, sending invitations, etc. After our first meeting with Events on a Budget they reassured us that 6-months would be 100% achievable and they were right! Sam and I decided to go with a “Wedding in a Box” package that included the primary vendors (DJ, Photographer, Flowers, Videographer, caterer, cake, and wedding coordination). Once we signed the contract we were assigned Daniella as our wedding planner. Daniella was AMAZING! We had a kickoff meeting where she reviewed the package with us and then provided us a list of vendor options for the photographer and videographer. We then met at her office and had a super fun meeting with the florist to start selecting the décor and floral details. This also included table settings, etc. Soon after we did our food and cake tasting. Daniella coordinated EVERYTHING for us and had a detailed agenda for the day with addresses and exactly what to expected at each meeting. She noted every detail and feedback we gave on the food and cake and shortly after followed up with a perfectly summarized email. A few weeks after that awesome experience, we meet in the office again for a sample table setting. This was great to really get an idea of what the décor would look like for each table. Next we met with the remaining vendors (DJ, Photographer and videographer) so they could get to know us ahead of our big day! Again, Danielle coordinated EVERYTHING which made it so easy for Sam and I since we both have pretty demanding jobs. The last big meeting before the wedding what the full day coordination meeting. During this call Daniella walked us thru a minute by minute itinerary she put together, for a very detailed orientated person like me, this was INCREDIBLE. She remembered every note from our previous meetings and I felt like really truly understood what we were looking for. Throughout the wedding planning process Daniella made things fun, easy and was extremely organized. One of my favorite attributes was her honesty. When I asked her for feedback or recommendations her response felt like a friend was giving it. The best and most incredible part of the whole experience for Sam and was the actual wedding day. We were SO IMPRESSED with Daniella’s leadership, attention to detail, and overall ownership of ensuring a successful execution of our wedding day. Daniella was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE throughout the night. She got us a plate of hors d'oeuvres so we could enjoy while we were taking our portraits, she continuously checked we had our favorite drink on hand, she got us our meal while we were going around the tables to say hi to our guests and remembered every single special request we made to her during the planning process. Our experience working with Events on a Budget, but especially Daniella, was absolutely PERFECT and took away so much stress! Even our wedding party and several guests shared with us how incredible the coordination and planning was! I promise, you won’t go wrong with Events on A Budget!

elissa and the team executed it perfectly and truly made our vision come to life. Leading up to our wedding, Melissa was amazing with communicating with vendors and giving advice. She took care of us without managing us, we are truly blessed to have her throughout this entire process. On our wedding day Melissa also had Pam there to assist her who was equally amazing. They were there whenever we needed them and made sure we moved at a pace that was comfortable to us but still kept to our wedding timeline. When I walked out to see my reception room I literally gasped at the florals, they were so breathtaking and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed! Thank you, Udeley!
