We had our wedding reception at The Pointe and used Events on Pointe for our day of coordinator services. Kaela was very helpful in creating our floor plan. Shelby was fabulous as the day of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make the day run seamlessly. She even packed up our car at the end of the night. I cannot recommend their services enough!

We had the most amazing experience working with events on pointe. They did our planning, day-of coordination, and decorations/florals. Every element was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly. Even our photographer and videographer kept commenting on them being the most organized and helpful planning team they’d ever seen. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. Worth every penny.

The women who operate events on pointe are some of the most professional and personable people in the biz. I can’t stress enough how much they helped make EVERYTHING perfect for our day as our coordinator. Kaela was so great at communicating throughout the entire planning process and helped to make the rehearsal and our wedding day very comfortable and so easy. It’s worth the price, book this company for your day.

I hired Events on Pointe for day of coordination of my wedding day and it was one of the BEST decisions I made during the planning process! Kaela is an absolute dream to work with. She’s hilarious, kind, and professional. I felt more like a friend than a client throughout the entire planning process. Kaela and Shelby ensured that everything ran smoothly on our wedding day which allowed myself, my husband, my parents, and our wedding party to enjoy the day stress free. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted and more. Words cannot describe how wonderful they are! I’d recommend them to anyone in need of planning or coordination!

My daughter Breanne recently was married at The Pointe and it was a wonderful evening. I especially want to thank her wedding coordinator, Kaela, who was amazing every step of the way. Kaela was a reassuring and calming presence during a time that is so important, but can be a bit overwhelming for a bride to be. She handled every detail with experience and professionalism, as well as making everyone feel right at ease. I don’t know how we would have made it through the process without Kaela!

What can I say about Kaela and Shelby that has not been said before? Kaela did her utmost to work within the budget we set, not an easy task given the rising costs. She was always available to talk with us, have numerous conversations with the vendors, run around the venue to find my shoes the day of the reception :-), Kaela and Shelby were absolutely wonderful to work with!!

I cannot even begin to put into words how amazing all of the girls at Events on Pointe were during our entire wedding process. Kaela and Kaitlyn were incredibly helpful, prompt, and efficient during the planning process. The wedding day itself was absolutely flawless, thanks to Shelby and Liz. Liz made sure we ate plenty of food and had drinks in our hand all night. Any issue that arose was immediately taken care of by Shelby, who was absolutely phenomenal beyond our expectations. We would 100% recommend this team to anyone, whether they choose to get married at the Pointe or elsewhere. We were able to enjoy our night to the fullest extent, thanks to all 4 of them!

We hired Events on Pointe for their Day of Services and could not be happier with how our wedding went. Kaela and her team made everything run smoothly and efficiently. She listened to what my husband and I wanted, came up with a very detailed timeline, thought of everything we forgot or didn’t think of in the time leading up to the wedding, ran the ceremony, the reception and made sure everything perfect. She made what could have been a very stressful day into the absolute ideal wedding experience. We highly recommend Kaela and the team at Events on Pointe!

My daughters wedding was a enormous production. Outdoor tent wedding, 250 guests. Kaela and her team knocked it out of the park. My daughter and I were in amazing hands. Kaela treated us like we were her only client and we were family. She kept everyone and everything on track and on schedule. I thank the day I met and hired her. She made my daughters dream wedding come true. And kept this momma calm and allowed me to enjoy the process and the wedding day. Cannot tell people enough how important having Kaela was in making the day so special. Highly recommend!!!

Kaela from Events on Pointe was absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about her. We had a few hiccups that naturally popped up and she handled it so quickly we did even realize anything was wrong. She never gets rattled was thoroughly organized and was so pleasant.. one of the best multitaskers I have ever seen. She became our true friend during this whole process and I would highly recommend you use her!!!

Events on Pointe was the biggest help for my wedding day! I used them as a day of coordinator more than a wedding planning service, but they actually started working with me about a month out. Shelby was so well organized and super friendly during this whole process! All I had to do was give her my vendors contact info so she could contact them and then figure out all the details from there. This was so much easier so I didn’t have to have separate conversations with each individual vendor; all the questions came through her. Also, I was able to drop off all my decorations, cake stands, guest book, etc to Shelby at the office the week of my wedding so she could have everything up the morning of. This was a huge help so I wasn’t running around that morning! She setup everything perfectly for my wedding and completely matched my vision of what I wanted for that day. You won’t be sorry for contacting them!

Our wedding at The Pointe was nothing short of absolute perfection! The day went so smoothly and everything was amazing. Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020, but we had to postpone due to Covid. Kaitlyn was so helpful and we couldn’t have done it without her. She contacted everyone and got everything rescheduled without a hitch. We felt completely at ease every step of the way and our big day was everything we ever could have imagined and more. We can’t say enough good things about this venue and everyone who works there!

I had my wedding with Events on Pointe in April of 2021 and it was honestly the most perfect day ever! We were originally scheduled to get married in June 2020, but with Covid we had to reschedule. Working with Kaitlyn at Events on Pointe to reschedule our wedding was the best decision we could have made. She made the whole process a lot let stressful! Then leading up to the wedding she handled everything! She took everything off my plate and rocked it out. If I had a question about anything, she responded in a very timely manner. She defiantly made our dream wedding come true! What a great venue and a great team to work with! ❤️❤️

I could not recommend these ladies enough! We used their day of coordination service, and it was the best decision ever. They made sure everything went smoothly and I can't imagine what it would have been like without them. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, my wedding was everything I could have imagined. The only advice I would give my past self is to hire them for partial or full planning, because I know they would have done an amazing job!

Working with Kaela H as my Day of Coordinator was literally a dream come true. While I planned all of the details for my wedding, Kaela and her team stepped in 2 months before our big day to manage all of the vendors and day-of details. Kaela was so amazing that when my bridesmaids and mom couldn't get my dress re-bustled, she swooped in and saved the day right before my first dance. I'm seriously so incredibly thankful for how helpful and fun to work with this team was especially as she dealt with my freak-outs as being a COVID bride and being concerned around capacity restrictions. If you're looking for an affordable, superwoman of a coordinator then look no more.

Our wedding and the actual day was so successful because of Kaela H. I wanted someone to lean on for vendor selection, decision making in general, and to make sure I was abiding by an appropriate wedding planning timeline – and Kaela did! Most importantly, our rehearsal dinner day/night and wedding day/night went so perfectly (I literally did not stress nor think about one thing) because Kaela took care of EVERYTHING. I cannot express enough, how unstressed, happy, and at-ease we all were on these two most important days because Kaela had everything under control – I didn’t lift a finger and everything we could’ve needed was exactly where we needed it, like it just magically appeared. I am so impressed with how well she took care of us on the most important day of our life, truly amazing!

Originally, we weren't going to hire a Day of Coordinator. My mom and I decided a few months in that we definitely needed help planning and making sure that things were together on the day of the wedding. We interviewed several coordinators and then we met Kaitlyn. Immediately after speaking with her, I felt calmer and trusted her. We hired her later that day and that is literally the best decision we made. She worked with us throughout the whole process and took over her coordination before she needed to because I was getting too stressed with school. She took care of communicating with all the vendors and made sure that they knew when they needed to be at the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she got there super early and made sure that everything was together. The venue manager wasn't overly helpful, but she took care of everything and I could not tell that she had any issues with him. Kaitlyn is amazing and she was literally the best decision we made vendor wise. I absolutely loved her and so did my family. She was there every step of the way and made sure that the wedding went flawlessly. If you're on the fence, hire her. You won't regret it!

Having Kaela and Kaitlyn help with the planning and coordination of our wedding was hands-down the best decision that we made. They took the reins and really did everything to make the day run seamlessly. Kaela even came to my house on the day of our wedding while we were getting ready because I had forgotten to bring her a few important things for the reception. Best service, coolest planners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I stumbled across events on pointe through Instagram and the knot, and boy am I glad I did. From the first meeting they put my mind at ease, listened to me and gave valuable input to help me build my vision for my wedding day. We used them for “day of coordination” but kaela did so much more. I met with her multiple times in the months leading up to my wedding, and she always provided reassurance that everything was on track, communicated with all my vendors, and tackled little details I never would have thought to think of (table sizes, linen color, timeline logistics etc). The week of the wedding she was incredible, and I was able to completely relax and enjoy the week knowing I was in great hands. Everything went off without a hitch to my knowledge, and many guests and wedding party members commented on how great kaela was throughout the night. A friend told me last night his girlfriend had a wardrobe malfunction and kaela was quick to locate a safety pin to help her! I could go on and on. I would recommend these girls to anyone, and working with them was a delight!

I can’t even begin to describe how great my experience with Events on Pointe has been. I thought I would love wedding planning (and I did!) BUT there’s so much that goes into having the most perfect day ever that it would get overwhelming at times. I knew that I couldn’t do it all on my own. Events on Pointe coordination listened to my vision, contacted vendors, and were there every step of the way. They were worth every penny and ended up saving me money! I also had no worries the day of because I knew we hammered out every detail before. Kaela will be your friend that actually wants to hear you talk about all your wedding dilemmas and concerns! I recommend them over and over!
