We had our wedding reception at The Pointe and used Events on Pointe for our day of coordinator services. Kaela was very helpful in creating our floor plan. Shelby was fabulous as the day of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make the day run seamlessly. She even packed up our car at the end of the night. I cannot recommend their services enough!

She’s hilarious, kind, and professional. I felt more like a friend than a client throughout the entire planning process. Any issue that arose was immediately taken care of by Shelby, who was absolutely phenomenal beyond our expectations. a month out. Shelby was so well organized and super friendly during this whole process! All I had to do was give her my vendors contact info so she could contact them and then figure out all the details from there. This was so much easier so I didn’t have to have separate conversations with each individual vendor; all the questions came through her. Also, I was able to drop off all my decorations, cake stands, guest book, etc to Shelby at the office the week of my wedding so she could have everything up the morning of. This was a huge help so I wasn’t running around that morning! She setup everything perfectly for my wedding and completely matched my vision of what I wanted for that day. You won’t be sorry for contacting them!

ad to reschedule. Working with Kaitlyn at Events on Pointe to reschedule our wedding was the best decision we could have made. She made the whole process a lot let stressful! Then leading up to the wedding she handled everything! She took everything off my plate and rocked it out. If I had a question about anything, she responded in a very timely manner. She defiantly made our dream wedding come true! What a great venue and a great team to work with! ❤️❤️

what it would have been like without them. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, my wedding was everything I could have imagined. The only advice I would give my past self is to hire them for partial or full planning, because I know they would have done an amazing job!

big day to manage all of the vendors and day-of details. Kaela was so amazing that when my bridesmaids and mom couldn't get my dress re-bustled, she swooped in and saved the day right before my first dance. I'm seriously so incredibly thankful for how helpful and fun to work with this team was especially as she dealt with my freak-outs as being a COVID bride and being concerned around capacity restrictions. If you're looking for an affordable, superwoman of a coordinator then look no more.

Most importantly, our rehearsal dinner day/night and wedding day/night went so perfectly (I literally did not stress nor think about one thing) because Kaela took care of EVERYTHING. I cannot express enough, how unstressed, happy, and at-ease we all were on these two most important days because Kaela had everything under control – I didn’t lift a finger and everything we could’ve needed was exactly where we needed it, like it just magically appeared. I am so impressed with how well she took care of us on the most important day of our life, truly amazing!

the day of the wedding. We interviewed several coordinators and then we met Kaitlyn. Immediately after speaking with her, I felt calmer and trusted her. We hired her later that day and that is literally the best decision we made. She worked with us throughout the whole process and took over her coordination before she needed to because I was getting too stressed with school. She took care of communicating with all the vendors and made sure that they knew when they needed to be at the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she got there super early and made sure that everything was together. The venue manager wasn't overly helpful, but she took care of everything and I could not tell that she had any issues with him. Kaitlyn is amazing and she was literally the best decision we made vendor wise. I absolutely loved her and so did my family. She was there every step of the way and made sure that the wedding went flawlessly. If you're on the fence, hire her. You won't regret it!

to help me build my vision for my wedding day. We used them for “day of coordination” but kaela did so much more. I met with her multiple times in the months leading up to my wedding, and she always provided reassurance that everything was on track, communicated with all my vendors, and tackled little details I never would have thought to think of (table sizes, linen color, timeline logistics etc). The week of the wedding she was incredible, and I was able to completely relax and enjoy the week knowing I was in great hands. Everything went off without a hitch to my knowledge, and many guests and wedding party members commented on how great kaela was throughout the night. A friend told me last night his girlfriend had a wardrobe malfunction and kaela was quick to locate a safety pin to help her! I could go on and on. I would recommend these girls to anyone, and working with them was a delight!

g the most perfect day ever that it would get overwhelming at times. I knew that I couldn’t do it all on my own. Events on Pointe coordination listened to my vision, contacted vendors, and were there every step of the way. They were worth every penny and ended up saving me money! I also had no worries the day of because I knew we hammered out every detail before. Kaela will be your friend that actually wants to hear you talk about all your wedding dilemmas and concerns! I recommend them over and over!
