Our big day would not have been the same without ETAT! Tiara is a literal queen and one of the kindest, smartest, and organized humans I’ve ever met. My only regret is not reaching out to them sooner! I must admit, I was one of those brides that questioned whether I’d really need a planner or not. My fiancé and I live in Chicago and looked into getting married abroad, but once we found our dream venue in Milwaukee, WI (The Villa Terrace and Discovery World) we knew we wanted to keep it local when it came to vendors. Slowly, we started connecting with vendors and kept hearing about a company called Events to a T. We finally met them at a vendors event and met Emily who was so kind and asked great questions inquiring where we were in the planning process. She made me feel confident in the decisions I had made so far and shared how ETAT could help moving forward. Long story short, they made our dreams come true!! Every detail to the T! Not only did Tiara make me and my girls feel cared for all wedding day, but she was attentive to my family as well. Down to the tiniest of guests. So if you’re debating on hiring a planner or not, as I was, the answer is Absolutely YES! And I recommend doing it sooner rather than later. And if you’re wondering if ETAT is the right choice, only you can decide that but I will say that ETAT is not just a company, it’s a family. There’s no better feeling than feeling like family! Bailey = Wedding Genie Seamlessly Granting Wishes We are so glad we chose Events to a T who worked with our venue, The Atrium. Worth. Every. Penny. Our event coordinator was Bailey and she is impeccable at her job. She has the ability to simultaneously blend into the background and yet magically appear the moment you want her to! She is indeed a wedding genie. Bailey is also extremely accessible, organized, patient and overall truly lovely to work with. If you're on the fence about investing in a coordinator with Events to a T, so were we. In hindsight, we can't imagine our big day without Bailey.

Truly loved every second working with Events to a T! Tiara was absolutely amazing to work with and so patient. I say patient because I’m 100% sure working with soon to be brides isn’t easy. I would always and forever recommend events to a t to everyone.

They’re amazing. Emily was my planner. When we decided to hire a planner- I mentioned that I was pregnant and wanted to not be stressed while planning a wedding. I mentioned that when giving birth-I wanted some space and break from wedding planning. Emily went above and beyond. She did everything and gave me space when I gave birth and handled everything. I was super worried being overly stressed while pregnant. Emily made everything perfect- even with a 4 month pause in planning. She gave us a wedding that I didn’t know was possible. Day of wedding- her and Haley were with us every step of the way. She ALWAYS made sure everything was my decision. She gave suggestions but never made me feel pressured to do something. I think that’s what I loved best- she seriously made sure every decision was mine. I did need guidance at times and she gave her opinion on how to do things which I appreciated because planning is overwhelming. If I had to do it all over again. I would 100% choose events to a T again.

We loved working with Events to a T. We used the “middle tier” package and it was wonderful. It allowed us to do some of our own planning but Andrea, our wedding planner, was there every step of the way. Andrea was absolutely wonderful. She was calm, levelheaded, and very organized. She made our day so stress free and fun. Everything went very smoothly and it allowed us to be as hands off (or on) as we wanted to be. I could not recommend Andrea and Events to a T more!! Definitely worth it if you can fit it in your budget. It makes wedding planning easy and stress free!

There will NEVER be enough words to describe our gratitude for Emily and Tiara from Events To A T! We were fortunate to be able to work with both Tiara and Emily, however, Emily was our lead planner. And... Emily is HANDS DOWN one of the BEST in the wedding planning business, and we are incredibly lucky to have had her alongside us as we planned the wedding of our dreams (during COVID). After re-planning our wedding several times, Emily was able to pivot 180 degrees in designing/planning our wedding to fully embody the vision - new venue, new decor, new date, new vision, completely. We were so thankful for her responsiveness and willingness to pivot, but we were truly most thankful for her grace, kindness and honesty. Emily is VERY well versed. She is knowledgeable about current wedding trends and is creative in making your wedding unique to you. She is detail-oriented and organized - all so necessary when planning a wedding! We can't say enough about how amazing Emily is, and we are so grateful for her love, support, experience and knowledge throughout the last 2.5 years. Saying goodbye to ETAT was one of the hardest things to do post wedding - that's how much we loved them!

I cannot say enough good things about EventstoaT. We worked with them for the "veil" package, which was more of the "day of coordinator" role. The process started 3 months out and the level of professionalism, organization and responsiveness is unmatched. Leading up to the day our planner, Molly Schmelling, kept us on track and so organized. But what really blew me away was how smoothly Molly and her team kept the day running. I did not have to stress or worry about a single thing that day - she kept everything on track and was 5 steps ahead of me with any thought I did have. Molly planned our May 2021 wedding and help the whole day run seamlessly. From set up to keeping the timeline moving and dealing with our crazy bridal party, Molly helped us immensely and made the day look effortless!

My biggest piece of advice to any bride would be: if your budget allows, hire a planner. And if you so choose to take that advice, hire Events to a T. I cannot begin to describe what a gift it was to not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I really wanted to plan my wedding myself, so my now husband and I opted for the day-of coordination package, which is really month-of coordination and then some. Emily was our lead planner and she regularly checked in with us pre-wedding. She answered all of my questions promptly and was always available to offer advice or her expert insights. About 4-5 weeks out, she completely took over. She helped me make final design decisions, checked in with all our vendors, set up our timeline - anything that needed to be done, she was on it. When it came to the wedding day, she not only handled every detail, but she also took our vision and implemented it even better than we could have imagined. The look and feel of the day was so incredibly beautiful and I don't doubt it's because we had Emily leading all our other outstanding vendors. Whatever your planning needs are, I'm 100% confident Events to a T can help. They're the best in the business and it absolutely shows! We worked with Emily from Events to a T as our day of coordinator, and she was wonderful! The two weeks leading up to the wedding she jumped right in and helped me tie up loose ends with vendors, add some final details, and created a timeline that made the most sense for our day. She helped keep my nerves down the day of the wedding, and made sure everything ran smoothly. All vendor communication in the two weeks leading up to the wedding also went through her, which for us was quite a bit due to getting married during the pandemic. The Events to a T team is spectacular, especially my planner, Emily. She made wedding planning easy! Allowing customization in their packaging, I got the right experience for my needs. They also really know the local vendors and how to make your day special. Being a Bride during a pandemic, we had to make some pretty difficult decisions in terms of re-planning last minute. However, my planner was there to make sure everything was taken care of and helped me not miss beat. Great experience, definitely worth it!

Emily did a fantastic job on our wedding day. Though our wedding plans changed from traditional to micro wedding, Emily was very professional and adapted to our wishes for our wedding plans!

Events to a T was an amazing addition to our wedding day. When we had originally planned our day we did not anticipate utilizing a day-of coordinator. Due to COVID-19 our plans changed drastically, which lead us to working with Andrea... and we wish we found her from the start! Andrea is incredible at what she does and helped our day run better than we could have asked for. Andrea took time before the wedding to get to know us as a couple and supplied us with so many helpful documents that allowed us to stay organized and prepared for all our vendor meetings (we received so many compliments on our organization!). If you think that you don't need a planner/day-of coordinator like myself, think again. We truly had the most relaxed, carefree, and enjoyable day thanks to Andrea and her amazing assistant Molly.

We loved working with Events to a T for our wedding. Our coordinator was Emily and she was one of the best investments we made. Planning a wedding can be a stressful time and we had the added stress of having to re-schedule our April 2020 wedding due to COVID-19. I was worried about how the day was going to go especially due to the pandemic but Emily made sure that the wedding day went as smooth as possible. Prior to the wedding, we met with Emily several times to go over details. When we had to re-schedule our wedding, Emily took charge and coordinated everything with everyone while keeping us in the loop. We were able to keep all of our vendors for the new date! I had no worries the week before my wedding because I know Emily was taking care of communicating with all the vendors and coordinating everything. This was extremely helpful and took so much stress away from me. I felt confident that the day was going to go smoothly all thanks to Emily!

Emily with Events to a T was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We were a COVID wedding unfortunately, but Emily helped us work through many plan B options. While we didn’t get our original wedding day, we got the most amazing plan B day. Emily helped everything go so smoothly & it ended up being the most perfect day ever. My fiancé & I really appreciated how she was always able to talk us through this uncharted water of planning a wedding during a pandemic. I’m so grateful I got to work with Emily & Events to a T! I found ETAT through one of their associate planners, Devin. We worked together for a few short months and quickly bonded over wedding planning. She told me about her friend Tiara and I was instantly hooked! I consider myself good with organization, though struggle with timelines and deadlines so I knew a wedding planner was necessary. T is very communicative and helpful; especially with her packages. ETAT has everything under the sun from just day-of assistance or the whole nine start to finish. Emily from Events to a T was our planner and she is absolutely wonderful to work with! We were planning a wedding at the Milwaukee Art Museum while living in Florida and could not have done it without all of her help and expertise. She helped us find vendors for stationary, flowers, linens, photography, videography, bakery, officiant - and everyone she recommended was fantastic. It was a true pleasure working with Events to a T over the past year. Tiara’s attention to detail and “can do” attitude with everything was amazing! No matter how big or small a request, we continually heard “I’m on it” “Totally Got it” “No worries” Or “Yeah, I can definitely try.” She is quick to answer any frantic calls or emails and calms you immediately. She is an expert in her field and you can trust T to take great care of you. She is also very organized and keeps you informed of every aspect of the big day with reminders, a shared google doc of spreadsheets, detailed timelines, budget, etc. etc. As MOB, I got to truly relax and enjoy every moment of the big day surrounded by our family and friends. The morning after our wedding my husband (!! still excited saying that word!!) said, "Having Molly apart of our wedding was the best decision of our lives." And he couldn't be more right! Looking back at the day, we could not have imagined what it would've been like without ETAT. Molly was so organized and one step ahead on every minute. She kept our day stress free and we didn't have to worry about a thing. There were so many details and moments I didn't even consider and I thought I was someone who thought of everything! I will be honest and say I was one of those brides who thought I didn't need a wedding planner/coordinator. As the date started approaching I was overwhelmed with all of the logistics, timeline, coordination, etc and started reaching out for a coordinator despite friends & family offering to help with those details (I appreciated their offers but that is something you should definitely leave to a pro!!). It was instantly obvious that ETAT was the best choice after receiving a quick reply from Tiara and having a very detailed call with her. We were lucky to have both Molly & Tiara there on our day and can confidently say our day was better because of them and we wouldn't have had the day we had without them. I am so thankful that I realized the importance of having a coordinator/planner for our wedding day and will be encouraging all other brides that this is a MUST HAVE on your day and ETAT is the BEST choice!!! We cannot thank them enough! I will talk about how great they are forever. Also, I miss Molly already :(

How do I fit everything Emily did for us over the last year and a half into a paragraph? I can't thank her and Events to a T enough for everything she and they did. Emily went above and beyond planning our wedding. We had a vague idea and feel that we wanted, and Emily took it and ran with it making a concept that we adored. Her suggestions for vendors were incredibly helpful since everything about the wedding world was so new. She proposed creative ideas and solutions, both big and small, that I didn't think were possible. She always included us in any decision. She kept us updated on our budget and cc-ed us on all of our vendor emails. She joined us at meetings on our time and always made herself available via email or phone. She made us feel comfortable about the choices we made, and if we weren't, she would go with us to a second meeting to make sure we were! I felt completely at ease and catered to on the day of the wedding because Emily and Molly had everything covered whether that was setting everything up, wrangling guests (and groomsmen), following the timeline, or monitoring the weather (it thunderstormed right before our ceremony when we were trying to get in the church, so she told us to wait on the bus until the storm passed, which made the ceremony start late - but hey - bride and groom are top priority!). Emily invited us to view our dinner reception space before anyone else had entered, which was quite special seeing our vision come to life. It was stunning. You are ALWAYS the priority and you feel that in every decision that she makes from start to finish. I am so thankful to have had her and Events to a T plan our wedding (I wish we could do it all over again). And if you're like me, you will also gain a great friend by the end of it.

Emily and Molly were by far, the easiest to work with. They made my dream wedding come true while letting me feel stress free the day of the wedding. I didn't really have a set idea in mind in terms of decorating so I told them to do whatever would look amazing and they truly outdid themselves. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how all the decor looked so perfect. They also helped ensure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. I didn't hear of one single issue. There isn't one single thing I didn't love about these ladies. I would recommend Events To A T to anyone needing even just a day of coordinator. I feel like I walked away making two new friends.

Tiara & her team made our wedding go off without a hitch! It was such a blessing to not have to worry about a thing on the day-of — we were able to spend so much more time with our guests & each other. We went with the full-planning package as we don’t live in MKE & honestly didn’t know where to start with vendors! Tiara has great connections and was able to make recommendations within our budget — to us, that was he biggest factor. I do think Events to a T is more focused on fancier weddings with lots of flowers, pretty place settings, etc — but our was pretty simple & she was still able to deliver. If you’re able to make it work with your budget, we recommend!

STOP RESEARCHING OTHER WEDDING PLANNERS NOW! This is the right one! Tiara and her team were AMAZING! Every single detail of our wedding was perfectly executed and all potential issues on the day of were dealt with calmly and without anyone noticing! My husband and I were not living in Milwaukee (where we got married), so the communication between us and Tiara was vital. She somehow always found time to do her research on our sometimes ridiculous questions and requests and would always respond quickly! The team was hardworking, professional, and actually love their job! If you want the least stress-filled wedding imaginable, hire Events to a T. They will surpass your expectations without breaking the bank. I can't thank them enough! <3

Events to a T was amazing. We had Andrea as our month-of coordinator and I would not have wanted anyone else to help us with our wedding. From the initial conversations with Tiara (owner) to having Andrea be there on our wedding day, I knew that I was able to trust Events to a T with my vision. Andrea listened to what we wanted and absolutely made everything come to life. I was able to fully enjoy our weekend because I knew Andrea was handling everything. Not only is she great at what she does, but she's fun to be around and I honestly see her a friend now. My now husband, my family, my other vendors... the list goes on... they all were so impressed with Andrea's knowledge on weddings and creating the perfect day for you. She is on top of it! I still remember when I first met Andrea and our florist at our venues for a walk-through and my florist pulled me aside and said, "Andrea is awesome. You are in good hands." That was my florist's first time meeting Andrea as well and she could just tell. I highly recommend Events to a T!!! They are absolutely everything you could ask for and more. We are truly thankful for everything Andrea and Events to a T did for us. Much love!

This is easily the best money that you will spend. Andrea was our day of coordinator, and everything was absolutely seamless. If there was a problem, to this day I still don't know about it. Don't be discouraged by them only being hired for "day of". They are so much more than that. They are with you to calm down fears, take care of vendor calls and organization, basically all the stuff that will make your head spin and can really stress you out! I can't say enough about this entire company, and especially Andrea! If you need to call me to go on and on, contact them for my number! I am a raving fan and would do anything for them to get continued business! YOU NEED THIS FOR YOUR DAY!!!

Honestly, my (now) wife and I were skeptical about the prospect of a wedding planner/coordinator. With so many bills and various costly priorities, we thought this *certainly* must be an area that we could save some money and just do it ourselves. After just a few meetings with Tiara, we became true believers of the value and impact that having someone of her talents help facilitate our big day. She was patient and understanding and made herself very available to us in times of questions or concerns. She did a great job of being a liaison between the various vendors, took meticulous records, and had a strong wealth of knowledge allowing her to ask all the right questions before we even thought of them. Beyond financial concerns, when we were presented with the idea of a wedding planner, we were concerned about the addition of another person to our special day. It is our wedding day, and we only wanted to surround ourselves with loved ones - friends and family. The vetting process for a vendor isn't just about how good they are, it's about how comfortable you are with them knowing that they will be very present at our Big Day. As a person, Tiara was not only talented, she was personable, enthusiastic, caring and fun to work with. She was an absolute delight - we loved getting to know her leading up to the wedding, and by the time the Wedding Day arrived, she was an indispensable part of the wedding party. She truly cared about making the day special and memorable for us, and it came through in her high standards, energy, and attention to detail. It sounds reductive, but she's also just a fun person, and we enjoyed her presence throughout the day. Overall, I can understand anyone's reservation on having a stranger join them in preparation and on such a momentous occassion. Tiara went above and beyond to make our celebration special and memorable, and we highly recommend her services to all!

Events to a T was a godsend for our wedding. From the beginning when I met with owner, Tiara, she was kind, informative and completely understanding of our vision, and put us in the capable hands of her head planner, Emily. Emily helped wrangle out catering logistics that would have taken my ages and more stress than I felt like dealing with on top of the rest of the wedding. Her suggestions for vendors was spot on for quality and pricing, too. The day of went SO smoothly. We can't thank Emily and her assistant planner, Emma, enough. EVERYONE was constantly commenting on how wonderful they both were. They were both direct, kind and gracious. No one felt pushed around or that there wasn't enough organisation either. Thank you so much for helping our day and night come together seamlessly!

Tiara stepped in last minute (1 month before) and helped us with final preparations and day of coordination for our out of town wedding. I (bride) live in Atlanta, and my mom who helped my plan the wedding live in Cleveland. And we had a separate ceremony and reception site. Tiara went above and beyond our expectations, and eliminated ALL the stress on the day of the wedding. For me and my parents and groom especially...we know that we couldn't have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without her. SO many people tell you that they didn't get a chance to enjoy their wedding...but our moments in between events that day were spent enjoying and soaking it all in. I'm sure she put out more fires that I didn't know about...but that was the point! From the perspective of my family and groom, the event went off exactly as we had planned. We were so blessed to find Tiara and have her be apart of our day! I highly recommend her and would book her in an heartbeat from the beginning if I had to do it again!

Tiara was our day-of coordinator for our November wedding, and was a dream to work with! She met with us almost a year in advance to draft an overall timeline for the wedding weekend to get us started on the right track, and then was incredibly helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding - finalizing the timeline, meeting with our venue and caterer for the final planning, communicating with all of our vendors about the timeline and any changes (like seating chart or guest counts) and she even arranged a few last minute vendors for us. She managed our rehearsal and wedding day flawlessly and made it so stress-free for us and our families. I highly recommend working with Tiara and her team!

I cannot tell you how awesome Tiara is!! I got the middle package, so Tiara helped with some vendors and did the day of planning. I wish I had her plan everything!! Every vendor she recommended worked out great and she was really on top of everything. I planned my Milwaukee wedding from NYC, so her input and planning was seriously invaluable. Where do we begin? I had met Tiara at a wedding show after having been told about her through the pipeline. She is just one of those people that you met and instantly want to be friends with. What I mean is that she is always smiling and one step ahead of you and when you are in wedding planning hell (I mean heaven?!) :) you could really use someone like her around. We hired Tiara shortly after meeting her and about nine months out from our wedding date. We ended up selecting her “month prior + day of” coordination package (because I am a control freak and was nervous to “give-up” any more than that) but it was so so so much more than that. If I would have known what a blessing working with her was going to be I would have let her handle everything from the very beginning. It is very much a collaboration between you and her team. They are by far experts in their field. She comes prepared with many charts, timelines, notes, pointers, guides, etc, etc, etc all via Google Doc so that you can collaborate on what needs to be accomplished. I would have been totally lost without her support throughout the process and I never felt like she was over-powering (in conversation or when it came to our vision) — she just got it. T and her team are timely, informed, easy going, and really pay attention to the details. After every meeting with we walked away thinking “oh shit… why didn’t we think of that” but at the same time a huge relief knowing that we didn’t HAVE to think of that — because she had it covered. Having help tracking the details and working with all of our vendors was a tremendous weight lifted off our shoulders. My husband and I said to each other multiple times throughout our wedding day “what would we have done without T?!” and we still can’t figure out how we would have pulled it off as seamlessly without her. Her assistant was onsite for our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be, when, how they should be holding their flowers or hands, how they should exit, so on and so fourth. There was not a single detail that we didn’t go over at the rehearsal (which is such a blessing and a huge relief waking up on your wedding day not worried about those little things). They also took any remaining check/trips from us the night before so we didn’t need to worry about forgetting or loosing those and then they are able to distribute them out to our vendors at the end of the night. Hiring Events to a T and having them their for our wedding day was by far the best wedding gift we could have ever gotten. We would pick T over and over and over again. If you are at all hesitant about hiring a coordinator — look no further — these ladies are the best in the biz.

I cannot sing the praises for Events to a T enough! My husband and I were living in Washington state while planning a wedding in Milwaukee, WI. Tiara, my mom and I did "conference calls" so that I could be included even though I wasn't local. Tiara and her team did an incredible job making sure all of the little details were taken care of so that my husband, our families, and I could just enjoy the day! During the planning process, Tiara took care of things that my Mom and I would have never even thought about. 100% worth it, I would recommend them to all brides!! Thank you guys so much! :)

I would highly recommend Events to a T for anyone looking to plan a wedding or event!! Planning a wedding in Milwaukee while living in Boston seemed like a difficult feat so I am so glad we had Tiara and the team to assist. They provided the best ideas and asked questions I wouldn't have ever thought of. They attended the rehearsal dinner and let everyone know they were the ones who would answer any questions, which allowed us to just enjoy the weekend without any stress. The day was perfectly executed and was above and beyond our wildest dreams. The vendors they suggested were impeccable and clearly had a great relationship with Tiara. Also, there were some last minute changes and Tiara was able to adjust so quickly without any stress. It was truly the best day of our lives and we could not have done it without Events to a T!!
