Events with Julia

Julia is the BEST. I am truly so so thankful to Julia and her assistant for making our day the best it could be. After about a year of stressful wedding planning, I felt relieved when Julia came in about a month prior to help tie up any loose ends. Getting married is tough because most of us have never planned anything like this before. Although I had already booked my vendors, sent out invites, and bought decor, talking to her during our meetings finally helped me envision what my day would look like. It also helped that she was there for me via text or email to answer the smallest and dumbest questions I had. When our wedding day finally came around, I was SO much busier than I'd thought I'd be. I could not have done it without Julia. When I arrived at the venue everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it. She was on time with our schedule, she was able to wrangle everybody together for photos and the ceremony, and she made sure that our reception flowed seamlessly even when things unexpectedly (and inevitably) came up. Even in the midst of all this chaos, Julia still found time to bring us food and drinks throughout the night which I thought was really sweet. And lastly, when the night wrapped up, Julia and her partner were already done packing up our decor for us to take home. I seriously could not have done this without Julia. She is extremely professional, patient, and understanding. I definitely think she should charge more for her services because she is worth her weight in gold. As someone who is very type A and loves planning, I reached out to SO many day-of planning services who did not have the same level of attention to detail or care for their clients. I highly recommend booking her for your special day. You will NOT regret it.

She never did our phone meeting, we ended up waiting for an hour for her to call. She ignored my text messages. She could have informed us that she wasn't available that day or apologized. Very Poor communication.

Julia is the best! We got married last weekend and she was incredible to work with. She was responsive to any questions that we had, helped us think through things about our big day we never even considered, and it just a pleasant person to have by your side! On our wedding day, so was instrumental in ensuring everything running was on time, everything was set up the way we wanted, and that we had as much support as we needed. She even helped us pack up all of our stuff at the end of the night so we could enjoy being with our guests. She is great at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a rockstar wedding coordinator.
