Owner and lead planner Kirsten Stivers is a passionate coordinator with the expertise to bring visions to life. Her journey began when she started planning events for friends and family and fell in love with all things organization. Events with Kristen offers a range of comprehensive services for your special day. The Full Planning package includes an initial one-hour meeting when booked, a list of vendor referrals/recommendations, budget tracking, and timeline creation. Alternatively, the Partial Planning option provides a day-of coordinator for up to 12 hours, vendor assistance, and ceremony rehearsal coordination.

ry beginning. Always on top of communication and making sure the timelines were organized for me and all our vendors. On the wedding day, she was so caring and intentional. She was always checking in to make sure we were doing okay and things were running smoothly. All of our vendors loved working with her and we had multiple people compliment us on how smooth our day went. We owe this all to Kristen, she is simply the best in the business!

e. That is a huge undertaking in itself. The other vendors praised how organized and polished she was in everything she did to help in the planning of our daughter's wedding. Kristen planned several meetings for us to come together to discuss all the event details and even conducted our final venue walkthrough virtually for us when we could not be there due to the long distance location. She checked in often with us and was more than available on the day of for all the questions and staying on schedule opportunities. She was a great planner, friend, confidante, listener, collaborator, and question answerer. We could not have asked for better service from Kristen. Very affordable and easy to work with. Made for a beautifully momentous occasion without the stress of us having to figure out all the things by ourselves.

tor a little late (oops), but she didn't hesitate to jump right in, learn all of the ins and outs of our plans, and help us get to the finish line on an accelerated timeline. She eventually took over communications with our vendors, allowing us to sit back and focus on other things + enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding day. On the day of, she was organized, calm & collected, directive/moved us along on our timeline and ready to jump on any problem or question that popped up. In the best way, we hardly even noticed she nor her assistant were there, yet they managed to keep the day flowing seamlessly. 15/10 would recommend Kristen!!!!! She's the best!
