The Full Planning package includes an initial one-hour meeting when booked, a list of vendor referrals/recommendations, budget tracking, and timeline creation. Alternatively, the Partial Planning option provides a day-of coordinator for up to 12 hours, vendor assistance, and ceremony rehearsal coordination.

Hiring Events with Kristen as our day-of wedding coordinator was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From start to finish, Kristen was organized, professional, and a true lifesaver. Kristen took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. On the wedding day, Kristen was a calm and reassuring presence, seamlessly handling everything behind the scenes. Kristen managed the timeline perfectly, coordinated with vendors, and addressed any hiccups without us even knowing. It allowed us to fully enjoy the day without stress or worry, which is exactly what we hoped for. Our family and bridal party also raved about her professionalism and attentiveness. From setting up our décor to making sure we had a moment to breathe, Kristen went above and beyond in every way. Kristen was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and exactly as planned. Her organization, professionalism, and calm presence made all the difference—we were able to fully enjoy our day without stress. Kristen truly cared about making our wedding day go exactly how we envisioned it. We’re so grateful for her hard work before, during & after the wedding. Definitely couldn’t have had our wedding day without her. Highly recommend!

I would not have enjoyed peace of mind on my wedding day if it weren’t for Kristen! She had everything taken care from the timeline of events to help decorating and ensured we stayed on time throughout the whole day. I appreciate so much her organization, consistent communication and calmness! The meetings leading up to the wedding were organized and quick - she had everything ready to discuss and we always left with a couple things to accomplish or nail down before the next. I could not have imagined my wedding go as smooth as it did without all her help! Highly recommend her services!
