Jennifer was the perfect planner for our wedding day and one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. She kept us calm throughout our entire planning journey and wedding day, and her personable and supportive nature made it all so much easier. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. If you hire Jennifer at Events with Panache, you won’t regret it. We highly recommend her for an stress-free wedding planning and day experience. She makes your wedding day one that YOU get to enjoy and not stress about AT ALL.
Events with Panache was fantastic!! We couldn't have planned our daughter's wedding without them. Jennifer was so kind and wonderful to work with. I used her 6 week out wedding coordinator package. We had one big conversation to do a rough draft of my timeline when I first booked with her. Then I was free to research and book all my vendors how I wanted. (She did provide some helpful recommendations). Since I live several hours away from where the wedding took place, she was able to be flexible with my schedule and do a venue walk through with us much sooner than 6 weeks out. And she was a godsend when I realized I had the sunset time wrong and we had to completely rework my timeline only 2 weeks away from the wedding. She made me feel so confident that my wedding would be a success and it absolutely was! She handled everything on the day of and I was free to have the time of my life!
Jennifer and her team were top notch from the very first contact until the completion of the wedding. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. I felt confident that all the details would be handled expertly so I could not worry about anything. Her help and knowledge were instrumental in making the wedding celebration a wonderful experience.
Jennifer was such a good pick for our planner (we chose her month of package). She was really with us throughout the journey and helped bring our vision to life while also making it possible to enjoy our wedding day - which thanks to her we and all our guests did. We had A LOT of logistics to bake into our timeline and she knew how to think through every piece to guide us through the most seamless day possible. Jennifer is awesome!! We hired her for partial planning services for our wedding at King Family Vineyards. Jennifer specifically helped with decor/design, she helped me figure out my style and what did/did not work with our venue, design style, and budget. Jennifer made us (and our parents) feel confident that she had everything under control for the big day, and she did! We did not worry about the timeline or any details on the wedding day. We were able to enjoy every minute, knowing that Jennifer was making everything happen behind the scenes, and she did it all with a cheerful and positive attitude. She coordinated with all of our vendors and she reworked the timeline as many times as we needed. She coordinated the bus schedule which was a huge help to us. She was always available for a phone call the 6-9 months leading up to our wedding as we had questions come up. Hire Jennifer, you wont regret it!
Jennifer was AMAZING!! Her ability to make you feel uncomfortable is unmatched!! We didn't know each other prior but it felt like she knew exactly my style, my wants and dislikes without me even saying anything! She went above and beyond the entire way leading up to the wedding! She really truly cares about all her couples and knows her stuff! 100/10 would recommend!!!
Jennifer was amazing to work with! We hired her as our '6-week out' coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and professional. She kept track of so many details and really made us feel valued and special as we planned our wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and she made it run so smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything. She even went above and beyond by lending us some of her wedding decor and her team did the chalkboard lettering for our welcome sign and our menu.
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! Her years of experience in this business were evident--she was aware of details that were critical for the big day but that I never would have thought of. Jennifer was a super wedding planner! She was quite helpful with vendor suggestions and much guidance with the fine details that go into wedding planning. The day went without a glitch because Jennifer and her 2 assistants were engaged the whole time. The Bride and the Bride's family got to enjoy the day! I would highly recommend her services.

Jennifer was just wonderful. She made solid recommendations (she knows the wedding industry in this area so we’ll), worked seamlessly with all our vendors, and made the day really happen. Also her team made everything look beautiful— signs and pie displays and more. We had a somewhat uncharacteristic wedding— daytime, no toasts, no first dance, no wedding party, no happy hour, and we were dealing with twin babies on a schedule— she brought our vision to life and kept everything going just great without skipping a beat.

She was great at coordinating with my vendors, bringing items to my attention that I hadn't thought of, pivoting and reworking plans if any issues came up, and she did it all with a warm and compassionate demeanor.
Jennifer Hamlin was the best thing we did for my daughter’s wedding. She was so positive, took control, and allowed me to not have to worry about anything. She anticipated every single detail and took care of it. She even helped to take care of the dog and her assistant helped to find a crew to clean the house. What a great person and a joy to work with. It will be the best money you spend and on the most qualified person for the job. She and her team were pure sunshine on a rainy wedding day.
Jennifer Hamlin and her Events with Panache team are THE BEST! True saints, and we wouldn't have gotten over the wedding finish line with them. Jennifer is so supportive, calming, organized, and enthusiastic. She knows all the vendors in town, knows exactly what's needed and when, and even provided some of her own materials that we hadn't even thought of (like a bucket of sand for sparklers). She brought great ideas, provided expert guidance, and made The Big Day go so smoothly and wonderfully, I couldn't have been more pleased. She's truly extraordinary. You will be in good hands with Events with Panache.
Jennifer from Events with Panache was an all-star during our wedding weekend. She called us and emailed as planned with excellent turnaround before the wedding and was an expert with regards to having everything ready to go at our Rehearsal and Ceremony at the UVA chapel. Without a doubt, I highly recommend her! Brides, You need her for the weekend of your event for peace of mind to know things will go smoothly!
We hired Events with Panache for day-of coordination and worked with Sarah B, one of Jennifer's team, for our wedding. We had booked most of our vendors by the time we decided to hire a wedding planner, so we really just needed help tying everything together, finalizing some design/decor ideas, and running the show on the wedding day. Thank goodness for Sarah B! She was so excited to work with us - she picked everything up and ran with it with no problem. She was always available to answer questions via phone or email, and since she also lives in DC (we were planning a wedding outside of Charlottesville) we were able to meet easily. I had put off hiring a florist for the first several months of planning, and as soon as we began working with Sarah, she recommended one whom we LOVED. I'm not sure we would have come across her had it not been for Sarah's recommendation.
She took over about 3-4 weeks out from the wedding, reaching out to our vendors and putting together our timeline for the weekend. She thought of things that we hadn't and was willing to help however she could. On the day of, Sarah was calm and relaxed but also extremely professional and on top of things. She even dealt with a couple of awkward situations so that I didn't have to. As a bride, those qualities are so important on your wedding day! Throughout the day she was checking in to make sure everything/everyone was good, and was so helpful to us and our guests.

Jennifer Hamlin, Events with Panache, did a great job planning our wedding. I wasn't sure how much help I would really need from a wedding planner and wasn't sure what to ask for in terms of help. Jennifer checked in along the way to remind me of things that needed to be done and offered help with suggestions. She had great ideas that saved time and money. She seems to know everyone in town. She had worked on many weddings with our photographer; the minister; the venue; the DJ; the lighting specialist; the florist; and the rentals place - who didn't she know??
I ran into several dilemmas along the way with quandries about flowers, lighting and various other details - and just sent a note to Jennifer - and she came back with solutions. Pronto.
She's a great partner. She brings incredibly valuable relationships and experience. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic suggestions from the beginning of the planning process, familiarity with vendors, knowledge about what works and what doesn't. Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve which is so important because a lot can go wrong with a wedding.

Jennifer is wonderful! She and her team made everything completely seamless for our wedding! She always had great ideas for the style and decoration of our venue, and she is a fun and upbeat person to work with.
