I don’t even know where to begin… HOLY MOLY EVENTSMITH IS AMAZING! Jessica is heaven sent. She is so freaking talented and couldn’t have asked for anyone better to capture our wedd...
ing day. Jessica and her team did our photography and videography at our wedding in Santa Fe, Texas. The pictures and video are PHENOMENAL. I truly am in awe of how amazing they all came out. They made sure to capture every moment from our special day from getting ready, the ceremony, the reception, the exit, all wedding party, and all family photos you can even think of. They are also incredibly knowledgeable! They knew where the best background was, the best lighting, everything!!! I still cry looking back at our all pictures and constantly cry watching our video!! An amazing team at such an amazing price!! You will not regret hiring them to take care of your photography and videography!! Also, Jessica is a gem of a human! Everyone, and I mean everyone loved her. She is so personable and makes you feel so comfortable. Everyone thought she was a life long friend with how amazing she was with all my guests!! Just book them!!!💛
Where the heck do I even begin with my review of Lauren? I don't think I could have had a wedding day without her. No one should have a wedding day with Lauren. She is hands down o...
ne of the kindest and most badass people that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She took my little Pinterest board vision and helped me bring it to life. Every idea I had no matter how last minute or absurd was met with the most spectacular enthusiasm and "can do" attitude. I'm pretty sure she had crazy glue in her hand at one point literally fixing things at the venue. Throughout the whole planning process she made sure that she was responsive and reassuring so I didn't feel like I was being crazy. She made sure all the ideas I had were made reality. She had fun talking to my bridal party and made them feel welcome and comfortable. Aside from her absolute super woman like abilities to make magic she was also the best part of my day because she was just a great friend to have there. She followed me around for photos so that my MOH could go and enjoy cocktail hour. Witnesses say that she cried when I walked down the aisle. What?! This is a person you can tell that truly loves her job and loves to celebrate love. You could not have any one better than Lauren to be part of your day. I pinky promise you.
Lauren was hands down one of the most important pieces of our wedding. We chose Lauren as our day of coordinator at the recommendation of our photographer and Lauren did not disapp...
oint. She met with us at the venue multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding and literally pulled off magic the day of the wedding. Throughout the planning process, we had a few misunderstandings with the venue and we are so glad we had Lauren there to help us through them all. She stood her ground and advocated for us to have the best wedding possible. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly as we transitioned a single space from a traditional ceremony set up to a reception venue while keeping >200 people in the same space! What could have been a logistics nightmare was executed perfectly. Lauren also contributed linens, chargers, and an arch to our wedding including a very last minute addition of linen napkins. We literally didn't have to worry about these things as we knew Lauren had them handled. She created a seamless day of itinerary and the whole event flowed perfectly. On the day of, she contributed to set up, break down, coordination, sock delivery and even crawled under my dinner table to change my shoes among countless things I probably don't even know about! I never had a hair out of place as she continuously bobby pinned up anything that fell while I was out and about around the venue. I am honestly tearing up as I write this review because I know our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if not for Lauren's hard work. Highly, highly recommend Lauren for any of your wedding needs!
Lauren and her assistant, Sharon, did an amazing job decorating the venue for my daughter’s special day! Lauren stayed on top of things all day and did not allow things to fluster ...
her. Which was so very nice to have…that calming presence all day long! I definitely recommend Event Smith for all your wedding coordination needs!! They were fabulous!!!
WOW WOW WOW! Where to start!?
I ABSOLUTELY loved Lauren!!!!! She did an Amazing job and tackled all the curve balls thrown her way (which was a lot!) I would 10000 percent recomme...
nd Lauren! She was fun to work with. She even got out on the dance floor and danced with one of my groomsmen (who would not leave her alone haha! )
My wedding was during covid, approximately 130 guest.
Everything that could have went wrong was TRYING to go wrong but Lauren took care of it without me or any of my guest knowing about it.
1.5 hrs before my wedding started my Officiant called and told me he would NOT be showing up to the wedding because someone he was around tested positive for covid (YEAH I WAS FREAKING OUT because how am I supposed to get married with no officiant!!) but Lauren quickly called around and found me an Officiant who showed up RIGHT before the ceremony started! Without her literally I would not have gotten married that day! Lol
My groomsmen were being total jackasses that day and were getting way to drunk before the wedding. The best man left right before the ceremony Started with 2 other groomsmen (we had a total of 5) he was beyond drunk, wrecked his truck into a tree, got pulled over and almost got arrested and luckily barely made it back to the wedding. Lauren put her wedding planner face on and wiped those guys into shape before my wedding got canceled, because it ALMOST did because of them!!!
No one knew about any of this not even me because Lauren took control and made everything happen.
I’m sure this was one of the hardest groups Lauren had to deal with but she did it and I am beyond thankful for her!! She put in lots of hard work and achieved everything I asked for and more leading all the way up to the day of, all with a big smile on her face!
If you are looking for an amazing, fun loving event planner who LOVES her job LAUREN with Eventsmith is the ONE!!!!!
I would hire her again and again if I had to! Not a single thing disappointed me about her.
I loved her and everything she did for me!!

First off let me saying if you want the most SPECTACULAR day ever.....BOOK THEM! Lauren goes above and beyond from helping choose vendors to making sure every single detail comes o...
ut even better than you could have dreamed!
I had an idea of what I wanted our wedding to look like and she exceeded all expectations. Not only was it beautiful, but STRESS FREE. Stress free in a pandemic and even my maid of honor/sister not being able to come because she was having my sweet baby nephew 3 weeks early! So when I say, this lady will come through for you, I mean that whole heartedly!
Now let’s talk about photography and videography. YOU NEED THE BEST, so make sure you get that! Their work is absolutely stunning, and she makes sure to get all of the amazing shots that you want, not to mention how beautiful they are. She goes above and beyond for you and makes sure that she captures every special moment of your very special day. Do yourself a favor and book them!
Seriously so happy with how every thing turned out and how stress-free our wedding day was. It was amazing and a dream come true.
EventSmith was the easiest decision we made for our wedding. Lauren was instrumental in pulling off our wedding day. From day one she was completely involved and exceeded all expec...
tations. She did more than just coordinate the wedding, she assumed responsibilities of many others. She was on top of the day of time-line and any changes that we threw her way. We definitely recommend EventSmith to be the first place to look for any wedding or event coordination.

ant the planning process to go smoothly, BOOK HER. If you want someone that is extremely personal and fun, BOOK HER! I am extremely type A and I know if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the planning process, especially during COVID.
Lauren was the biggest reason that on the day of the wedding I was running around the venue having the time of my life and not worrying a lick about anything. I ended up doing all my own centerpieces so I went through and purchased all my own decor and ATTEMPTED to organize it in a way that would be helpful for her to put out and she not only made it look PERFECT, she also did it without any help or direction from me on the day of! There were so many of my guests that commented saying it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and it for sure would not have been that way if it wasn’t for Lauren. Also, all throughout the day, the getting ready all the way to the cleanup, she was there. I never had to wonder where she was, what was taking so long, or if there was an issue because she was always available. I even had family members talking her up days after the big day! I could go on about her for so long but I have told her over and over again that I couldn’t have done it without her. SHE WAS PERFECT!
Lauren and her team were amazing!! They handled everything for our day by just a few emails and phone calls. They made suggestions the day of and allowed the bridal party to help w...
here we wanted to. Lauren guided the entire evening and made adjustments to make sure we stayed on track. I would highly recommend for events!
Lauren did an amazing job with our wedding. From the initial contact to our special day, she was there for us every step of the way. Also, she's well connected and was able to...
hook us up with an awesome florist and helped us make some of our decorating decisions. She was able to answer all our questions and stifle all of our fears going into the big day. Speaking of the big day, Lauren made sure everything went smoothly. She also made sure me and my husband were able to eat and even brought us drinks when we looked like we needed one. Everyone at our 350+ people wedding had the time of their lives and we have been getting compliments on the event ever since.
We also hired her wife Jessica as our photographer who was awesome and took some amazing photos. The two made a superb team. I especially enjoyed doing our engagement photos with the duo and all four of us had a great time and ended up with a terrific spread of engagement photos. We even did our final planning over tex mex and margaritas!
Thank you Lauren and Jessica for all that you did and all that you do. I'm sure you continue to impress and make everyone you work with's magical day even more magical.
Lauren is top notch! We loved working with her to ensure our wedding was everything we had imagined it to be!
To whoever reading this and debating using Lauren for any service, I recommend her. She did the floral arrangements for my wedding and they came out absolutely perfect! She was ver...
y understanding when I had to keep adding things on and taking off and altering them. My wedding flowers came out amazing and I would use her again. She’s also very sweet and helped her fiancé take our wedding photos and she was amazing!
Lauren was such a lifesaver !! My wedding was on October 10, 2019 and I thought I could handle it but I hired Lauren and it was the best thing I could have done. She helped me with...
everything I asked for and answered my million questions I had. The day of the wedding I got to relax and get ready and Lauren decorated and got everything ready for us to just say I do. Thank you so much for transforming my venue into what I had dreamed it looking like ! She cleaned up and packed everything up for us at the end and We both can’t thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy our wedding! Such a great person to work with I would recommend her to anyone I know !

ly, yet assertive in all the right ways!
She also did our flowers and linens and fulfilled our vision exactly like we wanted. Our reception space was beautiful and tailored to fit our specific desires.
Eventsmith is a one stop shop! They now offer photography package too, which I would recommend also looking into!
Lauren was absolutely amazing! She took all of my ideas and made them reality. From our first meeting she made me feel totally confident in her, and she far exceeded my expectation...
s. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for a fun, honest, talented planner/coordinator!!
Lauren was an awesome planner for our wedding in Houston, and my husband and I would definitely recommend her to you. There were challenges at the ceremony and reception due to wea...
ther and unforeseen circumstances (as there invariably are!!) and she was able to quickly kick into action a plan B for both situations so that everything went seamlessly. It would not have been seamless without Lauren. I could just relax (more than I would have otherwise :) knowing she was taking care to be sure nothing fell through the cracks. She recommended great vendors and had good working relationships with them, and that made things way easier too. Our ceremony was a bit outside of the box, and she was creative in helping us to ensure a good flow. I HIGHLY recommend that folks get a planner, you literally cannot be center stage and managing all the issues going on behind the scenes at an event like this. This particular day only happens once. Never for a second did we regret hiring a coordinator, and hiring Lauren in particular! We both so appreciated Lauren's expert assistance, her recommendation for vendors, and day-of coordinating!! There were also so many small details she attended to that were awesome, like helping me bustle the dress and packing to-go meals for us for the end of the night (it's true--you really won't get much time to eat at you receptions!). So much more to say, but we highly recommend Lauren & EventSmith for your events!

s able to capture the picture in my head amazingly. From the small details like votives on the tables, to my flowers, greenery, and the signs I wanted. She is a genius. You only plan to have one wedding and you want it to be something you can remember forever and she made that happen for us. She is the best in the business. She works very well with other vendors and was able to help us pick from many people in the business to make our day go smoothly. I not only found the best wedding planner, but a life long friend I have gained from using her. You will not be disappointed when choosing Event Smith for your special day.

ntless times prior to the wedding even though she was hired as a day of coordinator. Best money spent for sure!!
What can I say about Lauren?? I found her through Bride to Bride on Facebook, and she was so sweet to drive into town to meet my fiance and me. We liked her from the first meeting!...
I did the planning for the wedding, and sought out Lauren’s advice a few times, but she was very responsive and helpful when I did. A few weeks before the wedding, Lauren met with us and our families to go over details. We loved her idea for the timeline of the wedding, and it really made everything flow! On the wedding day, Lauren is all business - which is what you need! She keeps everyone in line and gets everything done. She makes sure that you are not stressed about anything and is wonderful to work with!
I have worked with Lauren several times over the years as a wedding photographer. As soon as I find out she is the event specialist I get so excited!

onalism, rockin attitude, and genuine sweetness make her an amazing coordinator. The wedding photographer is the very first person to notice when things aren't perfect, and I can say without a doubt that every wedding I have photographed by Lauren's side as been nothing short of magical. It amazes me that she can create a truly unique and beautiful event every time!
Much love from Bergette Photography! Keep slayin' girl!

Lauren with EventSmith is heaven sent and an angel here on Earth. She gets all the credit for making our day a success. I remember giving Lauren my vision (over the internet) and o...
n my wedding day that vision was a complete fairy tale ending. Lauren exceeded every expectation and went beyond her "duties" as day of coordinator. She was by my side every step of the way and I could never thank her enough for that. She was prompt, professional, and her heart is pure gold. I would honestly do this day over a million times if I could have Lauren with me again. My husband and I started with just trying to find a wedding coordinator, we ended with finding a friend (we still keep in contact today). We absolutely love Lauren and EventSmith and can't recommend her enough.

g up to it. From the 100+ emails I sent her, to having to run to the store the day of the wedding because I forgot pens for our guest book! She is the absolute BEST at what she does. She knows this business inside and out. She will make sure your day is absolutely PERFECT and just how you want it! She gives you timelines to follow, a timeline for the day of your wedding, she makes sure all vendors are there, and makes sure everything is where it needs to be! She kept us on schedule the whole day of our wedding (which is a HUGE task to begin with). Our ceremony started exactly when it was supposed to, ate when we were supposed to, cut the cake, and had our grand exit right when we were supposed to leave! Someone asked me, "did anything go wrong the day of the wedding?". I said, "if it did, I had NO idea and I still have NO idea! Which means if anything did happen, Lauren took care of it so I wouldn't stress about it". We had the most stress-free wedding and it was ALL because of Lauren with EventSmith! LOVE HER!
Lauren is AMAZING! She has a fabulous personality and knows what she is doing. I couldnt have done it without her!
She is amazing. Makes the day run so smooth. As a professional photographer and cinematographer, I have worked with many planners and coordinators who sit on their iPads or phones ...
all night as chaos unfolds. The first time I worked with Lauren (EventSmith), I immediately wanted to work all weddings with her. She is by far the hardest working planner I have ever met. She is so detail-oriented that I swear she made our photos and video better. Any bride would be lucky to have her. Any vendor would most definitely enjoy working alongside her all night. She truly cares about her couples and it shows in her attitude and the way she handles her weddings. Every wedding doesn't need a coordinator... they need a Lauren! Contact her today, you will not be disappointed!!!
