I can’t explain enough how amazing Ever After Bridal, and Andrea the stylist are! My experience was everything I was hoping buying my dress would be. We had the whole store to ourselves making it so personal, the playlist was amazing, and I actually got to look at and pick out the dresses I tried on! Andrea was so accommodating and knowledgeable, she understood my taste almost immediately and knew what alterations were possible to make my dress perfect. I am so thankful I came and said yes to the dress here!!

She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The boutique is so pretty, well lit (important), and my people got to chill on the snazzy couch with champagne while I tried on dresses. It was a 10/10 experience that I cherish!

I can't begin to express how absolutely WONDERFUL Andrea and Ever After Bridal has been in helping me find my one of a kind dress that was meant to be for my wedding this year!! I am so grateful to Andrea for her kind and skillful support in helping me narrow down dress options; she has a mastery of figuring out what you like and don't like and so easy and fun to work with in finding the dress that you just LOVE. It was such a beautiful experience being in Andrea's store with my group of dear friends; perfectly intimate, bonding, and not to mention a completely beautiful array of dresses to explore. The whole experience was so lovely and set the tone for a magical wedding journey to come!!  Andrea even rushed my dress so that it would come on time for it to be fitted and adjusted before my wedding date. Quite literally everyone has asked me where did I find such an incredibly unique and beautiful dress and I wouldn't have found it without Andrea! If you are a bride, just skip the the other places and go straight to making an appointment with Andrea!! I can't recommend Ever After enough, it is the BEST!!!

My experience at Ever After Bridal in West Chester felt just like a being on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress right in my hometown! This charming boutique provided a warm and cozy atmosphere without the overwhelming hustle and bustle often found in larger bridal shops. It was the second shop I visited out of four, and little did I know that I would find my perfect dress that I could not stop thinking about. Initially, I had only planned to browse in June 2022 with the intention of purchasing in August. However, the moment I tried on the dress at Ever After Bridal, I knew it was the one. The shop was so lovely and comfortable that I even decided to hold off and have a special "Say Yes" Day in October with my family and Maid of Honor, who had to travel from out of town to join me. Despite the time constraint, I was able to order the dress on October 1st, have it delivered on time (March), and have it altered before my big day in June 2023. Alterations are not done on-site, but Andrea is continually adding regional seamstresses to her growing list of referrals. Ever After Bridal primarily carries the Liv by Kelly Faetanini line, which offers a wide range of sizing options. I am a very unique size (5'0 and busty) so custom sizing made sense for me and my budget. After ordering my dress, Andrea personally called me to verify a specific measurement when the head seamstress had a question. This level of attention to detail was truly commendable since I had had previous issues with a similar measurement on another garment for another wedding. What impressed me the most about Andrea was how comfortable she made me feel during the entire dress selection process. Every try-on session became a memorable experience, and her focus was not just on making me feel beautiful but also on how the dress would fit into my special day. I'll never forget her simple yet profound question about "feeling bridal." It was just the right set of words to help me feel less overwhelmed with the experience and know I was trying great options. Andrea also asked practical questions like how the dress felt when sitting, which showed she genuinely cared about my comfort. This personalized approach stood out compared to other shops where consultants mostly focused on how the dress looked on me, and not speaking so much to the holistic experience. As one of Andrea's clients during her first year of operation, I can attest to her continuous efforts to bring in new merchandise, dresses, and referrals for dress-related services. In fact, between my first and second visits, I tried on a dress that almost made me reconsider my initial choice. Andrea even referred me to a talented florist, which was an added bonus, especially since I was struggling to find one. Working with Andrea at Ever After Bridal is a true delight. Her enthusiasm, attentive listening skills, and commitment to making her clients feel comfortable are exceptional. I highly recommend this boutique for a classy dress shopping experience.

I went to a total of 11 shops looking for my dress. Hands down, zero competition, Ever After Bridal was the best experience I had dress shopping. I ultimately didn't purchase my gown here only because it was only available at another shop, but I truly wish I could've purchased it here because it was the most phenomenal experience. I will be sending every person I know that is getting married to Andrea here. I felt so comfortable, not judged, not pushed, not subject to pressuring salesmanship, etc. And the gowns were gorgeous, and more affordable than many places. I wish I could've had the same quality and caliber of experience that I had here everywhere throughout my wedding planning process, but it has been rare to have such a perfect and positive experience. If you are getting married, go to Ever After. You won't regret it.

Andrea is amazing!! Very personable and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She took notice of subtle comments I was making with each dress I tried on and then chose the perfect dress for my body type and wedding vision. The dress is gorgeous. My sister and niece were equally impressed with Andrea. Thank you Ever After Bridal.

I purchased my dress from Andrea at Ever After in June of this year. I paid extra to have it with a 12 week delivery. The dress was custom made to my measurements that Andrea took and I requested the measurements in email. Those measurements submitted to the dress designer were correct. I excitedly went to pick up my dress after it arrived in September and it was too tight around my waist - it was basically cutting into me. I asked Andrea what the measurements of the gown's dress were and instead she just kept measuring my waist repeatedly. Finally after requesting to measure the waist of the dress, she did measure the inside waist seam as best as she could (not being a professional seamstress and the sewing tape measure was not flat or flush against the seam) and confirmed it was smaller than my ordered measurement. I was getting more upset and Andrea offered no solutions except to say that my waist was measuring much bigger than the measurement she submitted in June. I left the shop and called my fiance crying in a panic. That night I emailed Andrea asking her to confirm the measurement of my custom dress with an independent seamstress. She never did verify the measurements of my gown from a professional and instead offered to pay the $60 to let the gown out for me. I feel she was just trying to cover her mistake and she did not listen to me. By letting the dress out, this changed the entire shape of the back and caused me a great deal of stress with my wedding being in November. I would never recommend Andrea or Ever After to any brides. She provided no customer service skills and her communication was snarky and dismissive of my very valid concerns over my wedding dress being made to the wrong size. She was not transparent in the mistake, she never took ownership over it and instead tried to put it on my waist being bigger. I am not a big girl by any means. Andrea was extremely nice when it came to me purchasing a dress from her - but once there was an issue she was not a professional business owner. Ever After? Never Again.

Andrea at Ever After Bridal is a gem! She helped me find my dream dress for my wedding. I had a short time frame to get my wedding dress and Andrea made it happen! She allowed me to try on any dress I wanted and did not limit me in my selection. Ever After Bridal makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to get to know you and your style. I highly recommend Ever After Bridal for any future brides!

Absolutely fell in love with Andrea and the team. The space is set up in a way that feels like your own walk-in closet. I had no clue what styles I was looking for when I walked in and was astonished by how many different styles they helped me try! Would highly recommend them to all brides!

Adorable boutique with many gorgeous designer dresses. Andrea was super outgoing, personable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. She made my first experience trying on wedding dresses very memorable. Would definitely recommend!
