big day. The team members that served you were shocked that you didn't leave a 5 star review after everything they had done for you. They weren't quite sure why you would cite our lack of communication in the days following the hurricane because we have text records that prove the opposite of what you wrote? Ian was one of the most destructive hurricanes in Florida history and our team worked non-stop and sacrificed so much so that our farm would be ready for you on that day. And while the storm did shift our ceremony tree temporarily, we were able to get it moved back in place well before your event. In fact, Ian actually turned out to be a blessing for you because we added new lights to the tree and new ceremony backdrops for you to choose from, which you did took full advantage of by using our new Hexagon. You arrived at 11:33AM but you didn't pay for early arrival so we were under no obligation to allow you to access the Bridal Suite. We kindly and graciously allowed you to start getting ready early, even without charging you, but per your contract, our tours could view that space up until 12PM. That final tour had exited the Barn prior to 12PM. You did not purchase Wedding Day Management and yet we provided several of those services to you for free, from holding your dress to making plates of food. We had nothing to do with your guests leaving early. Your DJ stopped at 9:30 and started packing up his equipment and that's why your guests started leaving. One of the other services of our Wedding Day Management is to make sure you haven't left anything at the end of the night. We made it clear to you that you had to assign that responsibility to someone in your party. We made a quick scan but nothing thorough. Whoever you assigned that task to is the one that dropped that ball. We found the bottom layer of your cake the next morning and at 9:30AM, we reached out to you and your response was, "No, that's okay. If you guys want to keep it and have it for a snack later that's totally okay by us. Thank you so much again for everything last night." Therefore, we feel that we went above and beyond, from overcoming a hurricane to providing several different services for free. And the moral of this story is that Wedding Day Management is so important, whether you hire us to provide that service or you hire a third party vendor to do it. There are just too many details on your wedding day that you need an extremely experienced person to be there to handle them. Again, we appreciate you having your wedding with us and may you and your husband live happily ever after.
