Friendly staff and great at decorating. It’s a beautiful place, but the listing isn’t accurate about projector or Photo Booth availabilities. The All Seat app made it easy to design and set up tables. Had purchased s’mores stuff but they never got it set up. Also said they would facilitate a closed cocktail hour and that didn’t happen so guests were really confused on where they were supposed to go. The price (which was not cheap) is literally for location & table/decorations set up/breakdown. As someone who has worked and planned private events— I thought the staff there would be more involved the day of…. But they’re not! Just be prepared.

The Ever After Farms, Blueberry Barn is amazing! We had my daughter's wedding there, and it was just perfect. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful under the trees, and the patio area for the cocktail hour really gave people a chance to meet and enjoy cocktails and appetizers. Then the reception area--just stunning! The decorations were so beautiful! The mix of elegance and rustic style made such a warm, welcoming feel to the reception We were so thrilled. Throughout the whole process, the team was excellent at communicating and making sure we were on-track and on schedule. They were very timely with responses to any questions we had. We could text questions and the staff responded promptly, even on weekends! I was especially happy with the day-of-wedding team, which is one of the options offered when booking the venue. They were awesome and made everything go so smoothly with both the rehearsal and the wedding, receiving all the vendors, setting up all the table settings with the name tags and party favors, guiding guests to the ceremony location, making sure the bride and groom had anything they needed (including drinks!), etc. It allowed us to really enjoy the day. I can't say enough about this place. I am so happy we selected the Blueberry Barn for this very special day!

We were walked through every detail of what was available for us to use and what to expect. “No Surprises”
The team was so flexible with what we wanted, and made us feel at ease with what to expect even if it rained.
In the final days leading up to the wedding, we were put into the care of Teagan as our wedding coordinator.
Teagan knocked it out of the park!
Even with some last minute changes, Teagan showed us that we were in good hands.

This was our dream wedding. We toured several other venues and something was always off until we came here. The service, the beauty of the landscape, the included decorations. Ever after ensured we would have our perfect day with as minimal stress as possible. We did add the day of coordinator and they worked with us to streamline the planning process. Come the day of and the entire team was attentive and involved in the setup and execution of our big day. Teagan was almost like a member of the family by the days end with how involved she was with ensuring our day was perfect. She made sure we had drinks and food, bustled the dress, emergency kit on hand like lotion for my blisters. They worked hand in hand with each of our vendors. We wanted the floral taken down from the chapel and moved to the tree for pictures. She and the team were accommodating in moving all décor for the pictures. She even carried the train on multiple occasions.

We can not thank all of the staff at Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn enough for the most perfect and amazing wedding. When planning our wedding this venue was the 1st one we looked at. We immediately fell in love with it and booked our wedding.
From day 1 everyone there was incredible, answering all of our questions, doing walk through's and planning. When the original ceremony tree was lost to the hurricane we were so worried but you all blew us away with how you handled it. To not only rebuild a new tree ceremony site and add a chapel to the property in 2 months from our wedding was past amazing. We are beyond grateful for the love you put into your wedding venue. You all went above and beyond kept us informed and we didn't have to worry since we knew you cared so much.
The day of planning team were amazing lead by Erika. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. The entire experience was simply outstanding. Everyone was so kind and paid attention to detail. The entire property is beyond stunning, and our guests were all and still are in awe of it.

If you’re looking for a place to get married, you’ve found it! This venue was everything a couple could dream of! The staff were amazing. The property itself was STUNNING. The amount of decor and linens you could choose from was such a huge help! We got so many compliments about the look and overall vibe. They made it possible! This venue is amazing!
Due to the two hurricanes that came through last year, they had to remove the huge oak tree that was at the ceremony site. At first I was super disappointed even though I knew it was not their fault. However, they updated us throughout the entire process and kept us in the loop on their plans to re-do the ceremony site. They built a beautiful chapel in its place, that we actually ended up loving even more!! And added a second site with a different oak tree. They were super flexible in letting us come out and see the two new ceremony sites before our wedding. So, what could have been a bad situation turned out to be a great one.
The venue is super on top of things and very responsive with questions. You can text or email anytime and someone is answering you in a timely manner. We paid extra for the same day management, and it was well worth it!! Erika and her team were amazing the day of! We met with her prior to the wedding, going over every single detail. She came up with some wonderful ideas as well that we would have never thought of. She did an amazing job; she was checking on us all night and letting us know what was coming up next. She organized the vendors and kept everything on schedule. She is also so sweet and kind to work with it! The whole team is great. Can’t recommend this venue enough, they take a lot of stress off of the bride because there is so much included with the pricing! We had the most beautiful dream wedding! Thank you Ever After Farms!!

We had our first tour today and I can’t say enough about how welcoming everyone was. The team started texting us the DAY we expressed interest and they even set up a tour for us within 2 days time! My fiancé and I were met at the door and instantly felt like we had met friends we’d known forever. Then we walked in, the venue was so stunning. The chandeliers and candles were glowing and it felt like a dream! The team walked us through everything they offered and showed us all of the possible options for us. They were straightforward and honest about cost, and even offered to get us in touch with a secondary venue if we wanted a tour. We felt right at home and new almost instantly that this was our venue. We haven’t signed yet, but I think both he and I know that Ever After Blueberry Barn is where we are going to start our forever. Thank you Bre and Everyone else we met!

My husband and I got married here back in December2022 ! We booked this venue almost solely because of the huge beautiful tree they had for our ceremony. It captured our vision completely. We booked the venue quickly in Sep 2020!
The communication with the team was great at the start. There was a hiccup with rehearsal timing as were were not informed that we needed to book that asap too. So we were stuck with the late timing which did not work for us. Luckily the staff worked with us and made an exception.
The venue was my dream it was beautiful and not only that but affordable. The decor was right up my alley with what I was going for it all seemed perfect. Then came my final walkthrough day and I noticed the huge tree was not doing so well. It almost looked dead. It was being held up by what looked like 2x4s. Everything happened to so fast that day that I did not get a chance to ask why or what happened. Then About 6 weeks later rehearsal day I show up and the tree is clearly dead. :( In the mist of all the craziness and people arriving and so on and so forth it was too late at this point. I had to continue and only hope my photographer can edit the tree a bit to fill it in and edit out the 2x4s. I also purchased wedding day management and felt like at some points the staff were not as attentive as I thought. They were very much behind the scenes and felt myself searching for them multiple times.
My one and only complaint is that they should have informed the brides about what was going on with the tree.
They should have made us aware what was going on with their location for almost all weddings ceremonies. Come to find out I still don’t know what happened but the tree is now gone and a building is there in its place.
I had a wonderful wedding however would appreciated more communication on what was going on with the property and on day of.
This venue was perfect, the wedding day management made our day go so smoothly and it wouldn’t have been what it was without them! The scenery, the decor everything was what we wanted and more ! The fact that you’re able to hire your own vendors allowed us to stay within our budget! Thank you so much to the blueberry staff 💙 especially Julia and Ashley

Everyone was always nice, they answered all of our questions, replied in a timely manner to messages through The Knot and via text, and if the venue wasn’t too big for the amount of guests we expect, this would have been our Perfect wedding venue!

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about our wedding day at this venue. We have very large families, so it comfortably accommodated our 162-guest wedding. We utilized all of their décor as I did not want to spend a lot of money on flowers. And now, they have two ceremony options! We got married under the tree but did night-time photos in front of the chapel. The getting-ready rooms for the bride and groom were a huge plus for us too -- it made doing hair and makeup so comfortable.
But beyond the beautiful venue, we also booked their day-of/month-of coordinators and let me just say... WOW! Our day was totally seamless from start to finish. Julia and Ashley were paramount to making our day as amazing as it was. We could not imagine our day without the two of them in it. 100% worth the money and more!
I would give the Blueberry Barn 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We visited 12 different venues before seeing Blueberry Barn; it wasn't even a close decision. They can provide you with all of the decorations you'll need, have their own photobooth, the venue is GORGEOUS, and the staff were fantastic! I love this barn the most out of the venues I've looked at so far. It's rustic, it's cosy, it's romantic, It's exactly what I've been looking for. All the decor is included with the price and the only additional fee I've run into was the fee for the liability insurance and cancelation policy (about 200$). The given price also includes 4 or 5 additional visits (depending on how you break it up) including a session for an engagement photo shoot and a session dedicated to decorating. They do all the setting up and tearing down of decor which is all included in the price. They won't nickel and dime you for things. Our tour guide, Kayla was upfront about everything that was offered and included in the price and she didn't push us to choose the Blueberry Barn which was nice. When I contacted them they got back to me right away and communicated really well with me and with the other Ever After Farms barn that we toured.
My only reservation is the construction that is going on on the outdoor ceremony site. the tree at the site was damaged in a storm so they have to take it down. They are planing to construct another site with a tree like the first one and replace the tree at the first site with something else.
Hopefully these renovations will be done by July. Otherwise I really love this barn and I will likely end up booking it in spite of the current renovations.

We knew we wanted to get married here well before we even got engaged. This venue is amazing, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They have so many choices for decor, which was great to not worry about. We had about 155 people and there was so much room it never felt crowded. Thank you guys for an amazing day/night!

The venue is beautiful and was what were envisioning for our big day. Our issues with the venue come from their lack of communication. Our wedding was a few weeks after hurricane Ian. When we were finalizing things with our other vendors we found out through the grapevine that the venue had taken damage. This was upsetting to find out this way. When trying to reach out to confirm or deny that we had heard the tree toppled over (which is the main piece of the ceremony cite) it took several days for them to get back to us. When they got back to us a little over a week before the big day they assured us everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about. Then two days before the rehearsal we get a text message that tree hasn’t been put back up and that we will have to move our ceremony cite somewhere else on property. We did end up getting to have the ceremony in the original location but not without much stress. The day of the wedding we had the venue starting at noon. We got there and people were still touring the venue at noon and coming inside of the bridal suite while we were getting ready. It seemed really inconsiderate that the staff was still letting them walk around wherever even though we had paid for that time. When asking the staff to move things that had been broken from the hurricane so we could take pictures it was down very slowly and resulted in us takings pictures longer than anticipated and setting all of our timing back. Our photographer had even told us it took some convincing to even get them to consider removing some of the broken pieces. The staff was helpful in timing everyone walking down the aisle but also seemed impatient when the flower guy was taking his time to go down the aisle. I did not see the staff until the end of the night. My in laws and my wedding party said when it was time to pack up they were rushing everyone to get everything and get out the door even though it was only 945 and we had until 10. After the staff did a walk through and cleared us to go home and said that we had gotten everything we got a text the next day that our cake was still there. We were unable to go back and get it because they had texted us too late in the day and everyone had already packed up and left town. It is a beautiful venue but expect to do a lot on your own even though they ensure they will be there to help.

ure why you would cite our lack of communication in the days following the hurricane because we have text records that prove the opposite of what you wrote?
Ian was one of the most destructive hurricanes in Florida history and our team worked non-stop and sacrificed so much so that our farm would be ready for you on that day. And while the storm did shift our ceremony tree temporarily, we were able to get it moved back in place well before your event. In fact, Ian actually turned out to be a blessing for you because we added new lights to the tree and new ceremony backdrops for you to choose from, which you did took full advantage of by using our new Hexagon.
You arrived at 11:33AM but you didn't pay for early arrival so we were under no obligation to allow you to access the Bridal Suite. We kindly and graciously allowed you to start getting ready early, even without charging you, but per your contract, our tours could view that space up until 12PM. That final tour had exited the Barn prior to 12PM.
You did not purchase Wedding Day Management and yet we provided several of those services to you for free, from holding your dress to making plates of food.
We had nothing to do with your guests leaving early. Your DJ stopped at 9:30 and started packing up his equipment and that's why your guests started leaving.
One of the other services of our Wedding Day Management is to make sure you haven't left anything at the end of the night. We made it clear to you that you had to assign that responsibility to someone in your party. We made a quick scan but nothing thorough. Whoever you assigned that task to is the one that dropped that ball. We found the bottom layer of your cake the next morning and at 9:30AM, we reached out to you and your response was, "No, that's okay. If you guys want to keep it and have it for a snack later that's totally okay by us. Thank you so much again for everything last night."
Therefore, we feel that we went above and beyond, from overcoming a hurricane to providing several different services for free.
And the moral of this story is that Wedding Day Management is so important, whether you hire us to provide that service or you hire a third party vendor to do it. There are just too many details on your wedding day that you need an extremely experienced person to be there to handle them.
Again, we appreciate you having your wedding with us and may you and your husband live happily ever after.
My day at this venue was to perfect to describe! The team helped so much and made everything so smooth and absolutely beautiful! I would recommend a thousand times over !! So amazing!

We loved everything about this venue and we’re so pleased with our wedding. Everyone was so accommodating and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure our day was perfect, rain or shine. (it rained🙃). Our day of manager kept reassuring me that she we could continue with the wedding outside regardless of the rain but we opted to do it inside and it was still just as beautiful. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through that day without her, Julia Wolfe was the best!
Being that we’re not local to the area and live on the West coast it was super helpful that the venue is all inclusive with their tables and decor! We didn’t even spend money on floral arrangements for the venue because all of the greenery options they had were stunning. My guests were raving about how beautiful everything looked and loved the photo booth! 10/10 would recommend.

It was an easy choice for us to host our wedding reception at the Blueberry Barn. We loved that the Barn provided and set up all of the decorations, tables, and chairs and that their preferred vendors know exactly how to operate there. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and their people! We had toured both the peach and blueberry barn and both were absolutely gorgeous but the moment we walked into the blueberry barn we knew it was our one! Rebekah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the process - all the stress behind finding the perfect venue was gone within an hour and we booked at the end of the tour as we couldn’t imagine a better venue or group of people to have our day with!

Autumn gave a wonderful tour of the Blueberry Barn and was quick to answer all of our questions and concerns for our big day. The venue itself is beautiful and very accommodating. While we haven’t had our wedding just yet, I highly recommend checking this venue out - not just for the beauty but for the many thoughtful details/extras included in the price of the venue. Absolutely the best venue ever!!! If the blueberry barn was this amazing I would 100% recommend the rest of the barns as well. Throughout the entire planning process the staff was so helpful and responsive. The ease of not having to make decorations or rent tables, chairs linens etc made the planning process 10x easier.
Every single guest told me how beautiful it was. Even the day of the wedding we had a hiccup with the bar and the staff and my coordinator already had a backup plan set in place before I even could notice. I dont know what else to say other than its such an amazing space, and OUTSTANDING staff!!!!!

Ever after barns is simply a stunning venue with the most perfect photo backgrounds. What made our day so perfect was having the wonderful ever after staff there to assist with all of our needs. My husband and I got to the barn at noon and the staff already had ALL of the decor up so we just adjusted/ made final touches. Everything was perfect and the Ever after staff contributed to that so much ❤️

5 stars will never be enough! Since the very first visit to ever after they have been so helpful, answering any and all questions I had super fast. The venue is beautiful. Our guests had so much fun with the photo booth and could not stop talking about how beautiful the ceremony space was, how unique the blueberry field was and how rustic yet modern the reception barn was. The tables, decor, was all perfect. I brought a lot of things to set up and we hired our day of coordinator Julia through Ever After and I wouldn’t of made it through the day without her. She was absolutely my saving grace. Everything was perfect, seeing what I wanted come to life without me having to do it, or move anything or worry was a feeling I will never forget. Julia was always there. No matter where it was, it’s like she knew when you needed her. My bouquet was dripping before I walked down the aisle and in 50 degree and dropping weather she took off her sweater and wrapped it around the stems to dry it off. She absolutely went above and beyond. She dealt with people being rude to her (which should of never happened) like a champ and I can never thank her enough! They say there’s always something that is going to go wrong on your wedding day but I swear because of Julia that did not happen.

I am beyond excited to have my wedding here. Today was our in person tour and I was so impressed by everything that is included with this venue. A huge weight has been lifted from my wedding planning knowing that almost everything will be taken care of by Ever After Farms. It’s so refreshing that the price they advertise is the price you pay, no hidden fees or taxes…yes there are extras that are optional but that price is also the final price. This place is just amazing and our tour guide, Tori, was awesome, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I can’t wait for our big day!

Hannah was axing with the tour! She was very accommodating with my family being there! She definitely answered all my questions and even helped us with showing us the decor options !

Amazing experience. We just started to look for venues and this was our first stop. We looked at many online and Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn was definitely a front runner. Communication for our tour was right on point. They were very welcoming from the Start. Hannah gave us a great tour and we fell in love with the venue and booked it. At no point in the tour was there any pressure. The tour was very informative and Hannah was great answering all questions. They have an online portal with so much helpful information to get us started with planning. Never did we think we would find our venue first stop. We are so excited. It has been stress free and there has already been very helpful communications that will aid us in our planning. We highly recommend checking out this venue if you are planning a wedding. It is beautiful.
