My daughter and I had a plan to visit wedding venues over the next 2 - 3 weeks. On Saturday, May 9th, 2026, we started with “Ever After Farms - Flower Barn” in Seffner. Morgan ...
came out and greeted us and she was extremely welcoming to us. She spent so much time showing us around, took us to the venue’s really big decor room, and she was giving us suggestions on different ways the decorations can be used. The best part about this large decor room was EVERYTHING is included and there’s so much to choose from and the options are endless. I really appreciate that Morgan explained everything so thoroughly and was actually happy to answer our many questions. She showed us pictures of my daughter’s colors from previous weddings to give us a visual idea of what it would look like and showed us different floor plans. You can tell she loves her job, and was proud of this beautiful, breathtaking venue! After the tour, she allowed my daughter to go back and take even more videos and pictures while FaceTiming her fiancé and they both were so happy and in love with it. My daughter said she knew in her heart that this would be the venue that she would be getting married at. She didn’t think any other place would make her feel the way this place did. It checked all of the boxes, except her planned wedding date wasn’t available. So, she changed her wedding to a month later! That is very telling, because she wasn’t flexible with the month. That night, she dreamed about it, and within 2 days, we cancelled all the other venue tours, and we all knew this that “Ever After Farms” was the place that made her heart happy! No other place could possibly compare! Morgan has continued to be so responsive with the many texts that were sent. We have been so grateful. Yes, we love this beautiful venue, but if Morgan wasn’t so helpful and was always so supportive, we would have visited those other venues! My daughter said, “There is no reason to keep looking. When you know, you know”. Today is Tuesday, May 12th and my daughter and her fiancé signed the contract. We are all part of the “Ever After Farms” family! Everything looked exactly how I told them to set the room except my cake table and the floral behind the Sweetheart table/ceremony floral. My cake table was supposed to have a cake stand which was not placed out and it was just a plain empty table. The floral behind the Sweetheart table was supposed to be the matching set of the floral on the table and they were just white. Overall, it looked beautiful and my guests didn't notice the errors.

While the venue itself is beautiful, our overall experience with the management and coordination left us extremely stressed and disappointed. During our planning process, the venue...
went through a change of management but never informed us until the day of the wedding. This last-minute surprise meant that several things we had been promised were suddenly no longer allowed, causing major issues.
From the start, communication was poor and important details—such as vendor arrival times, liability insurance, and cancellation policies—were either misrepresented or not explained at all. Even after a final walkthrough where seating, table arrangements, and rain-plan options were confirmed, the venue disregarded all of it on the wedding day. Guests were left without seats and had to fetch chairs themselves, and the staff refused to set up the outdoor ceremony as agreed (despite it not raining). Thankfully, our own vendors stepped in, set up the décor, and made the outdoor ceremony possible.
Another major issue was that stashes of expensive exotic flowers brought by my vendors for a “make your own bouquet” station completely disappeared before the guests even arrived. Despite searching, they were never found, which was both suspicious and unprofessional.
On top of that, we were told mid-wedding that because of “insurance rules,” the reception had to end the moment my spouse and I left—even though our contract clearly stated the rental lasted until 10 PM. This was never communicated during planning, even though we had reviewed the entire timeline with their team and received approval for vendors to arrive at 11 AM. To have rules change on the day of the wedding, despite following their own instructions and using the insurance they recommended, was frustrating and unfair.
In summary: the venue is gorgeous, but the management is disorganized, misleading, and unnecessarily strict with rules that seem to change as they go. Until they fix their system and improve communication, they risk losing future clients who, like us, simply wanted a smooth and joyful wedding day without preventable stress.

The previous manager of Ever After Farms Flower Venue had become increasingly disorganized and sadly, had failed to keep track of more and more details. We are so sorry for any discrepancies caused by her. Despite the over-promises previously made by that team member, we did our best to honor those commitments, including allowing your vendors early access to the venue.
Regarding the differences between the final walkthrough and the day-of execution: the morning of your wedding, your coordinator confirmed your guest count and that's how many chairs we set up for. Your guest count turned out to be different than your coordinator planned for so as soon as it was brought to our attention that additional chairs were needed, we placed them promptly at the tables.
As for the weather, once the thunder and lightning had cleared, our team quickly set up the décor that were not at risk of damage from the rain.
With regard to the missing flowers, since you didn't hire us to be your Wedding Day Manager, our role was limited to just providing the venue and therefore our staff was not responsible for handling or moving any personal items or décor brought in by clients or their vendors.
As for the reception wind-down starting when the bride and groom departed we reviewed the event insurance policy to confirm and we were wrong! That may have been a different event insurer that included that stipulation. We apologize for this too.

supply of decorations that we could choose from. Their decor was beautiful and saved us a lot of time and money. The getting ready suites were beautiful. The venue is also very well set up for bartenders and caterers. Overall, the whole day flowed very smoothly, and that's definitely thanks to Eila, our Day-Of Coordinator! My cousin got married at the Blueberry farm and I loved the atmosphere, but it was a little far for us. The flower barn was closer for us and when I stepped into the venue to tour ...
my breath was taken away. The lights, greenery and white all around the venue was beautiful. The staff was absolutely perfect and so sweet. They made the entire process so easy and was so helpful during a time that is extremely stressful. All the decor was so beautiful and it meant everything in our wedding planning to have it all included. We needed to buy no signs, no table numbers, no flowers, nothing. We also rented the cabin on the side for the day of the wedding and it was perfect for my bridal party to get hair and makeup done on property and not have to worry about driving. It was cold in the cabin so that would be the only thing I suggest to "fix." I would 100% suggest the venue to friends and family and do NOT regret our decision in getting married at this location.

amazing. From the day of our initial tour with Morgan, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, to the day of where Eila saved the day by going above and beyond. She anticipated our needs every step of the way. The venue was absolutely stunning, both the bridal and groom suites were beautiful and comfortable, cleanliness and additional amenities such as yard games, fire pit, bar, catering prep area were all superb. We will certainly recommend Ever After Farms to our family and friends!
