Kelsey is an amazing day of coordinator and a great person to have by your side on your wedding day. My husband and I were really hands on with our wedding planning but we didn’t w...
ant to be the go-to person on the day of. That’s where Kelsey came in and we were so happy with our decision. We met with her a month before the wedding and she was very helpful with suggestions and timing. We knew we were in great hands and it made the weeks leading up to the wedding a lot less stressful. The day of the wedding went so much more smoothly because of her. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and everything worked out great. She helped keep us on time and would check in with us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. Having Kelsey there – going above and beyond – helped make our wedding day so much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend her!
We hired Kelsey as our day of coordinator for our June 9, 2018 wedding - and without a doubt, that decision was the best one we made for our entire wedding planning process. I can'...
t recommend Kelsey highly enough!
We literally could not have gotten married without Kelsey. Prior to our wedding day, she contacted all of our other vendors to let them know that she was their point of contact, and any questions should be directed to her. She always responded to any of my questions promptly, and was so easy to get in contact with.
She was ready at our reception venue at 8:00 a.m., and didn't stop working the entire day or night. She set up all of our decorations, including steaming the tablecloths and chair covers. She told all of our vendors where to go, and organized everything. If anything went wrong during the set-up process, I never heard or saw anything about it!
During the reception, Kelsey told tables when to go to the buffet, she made sure that my husband and I had time to eat, got us bottles of water, and even set cake aside for us so that we would have a chance to get some.
After the reception, Kelsey cleaned up, and even packed up and brought decorations back to my house the following afternoon. She was so incredibly helpful and made our wedding day run smoothly! I don't know what we would have done without her, and hiring her would be the absolute best decision that you could make. THANK YOU KELSEY!
Kelsey was awesome and easy to work with. She made time to come to our rehearsal at the church. On our wedding day, we had a few mishaps and Kelsey made it feel like it was no big ...
deal. She went with the flow and made it happened. Definitely worth having a day of coordinator. Best money spent!
Everyone needs Kelsey at their wedding she is fun, tough, and on it! You will never regret having her by your side on your wedding day! She is gonna be famous in the wedding world ...
some day I know this with all my heart!!!!!!!
We hired Kelsey as a day of coordinator for our wedding on September 16, she was totally amazing! I would NEVER recommend getting married without one. She kept me informed when thi...
ngs went wrong but totally had it under control and already had solutions before I was told so I never worried about a thing. She thought of everything that could have gone wrong before hand and prepared for that, helped with my dress when I needed it, and every little thing I needed help with. My friends and family were so impressed with her hard work and I cannot thank her enough for helping to make our day so perfect!
Idk if you've ever tried wrangling cats into a half-built bath tub, but that's what Kelsey is really, really good at.
We hired Kelsey very late in our planning - only about 2 mon...
ths before the wedding. It was on a whim, & we figured that in a worst case she could just be another pair of helping hands.
Then we met her for the first time a few weeks out from the wedding and IMMEDIATELY fell in love with her. My mom & I are very type-A people who don't like to hand the reins to anyone, whether we know them or not. After meeting Kelsey, we were ready to hand her the reins, the carriage, and the horses. She's your all-time, heavy-hitting HBIC that grabs the bull by the horns.
Our venue was slowly but surely screwing us over every day that the wedding got closer. By the time the morning-of had rolled around, they'd really fallen through in every ridiculous, inexcusable way possible.
Kelsey walked in, took about 10 minutes to orient herself with the venue, who was doing what at the time, what still needed to be done, and by whom. Then she went to work and y'all it was FASCINATING to watch her work.
Moving tables, coordinating even the laziest venue staff member to get the work done that they were supposed to, keeping us on time, checking in with us to make sure melt downs are being held at bay, keeping us laughing, tying bows, pulling linens, chairs, floral, lights, coffee, snacks, moving crap that shouldn't be where it was but the hotel staff decided not the move it, moving furniture that was supposed to be in a different location, coordinating song timing and payments and keeping track of tabs and timing, etc.
She did all of it. And without breaking a sweat. the moment she showed up that morning we stopped getting screwed over. There was no way this woman was going to let it happen.
Kelsey was made for this and I'm genuinely disappointed I won't get to work with her again. She was, by far, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Kelsey did a wonderful job as our wedding day coordinator! I was able to just enjoy my wedding day because Kelsey handled all the little details and questions. She ensured that eve...
rybody was where they needed to be and things were running on time. She helped pick up beer and pop when we didn't have enough. She did a great job with all the crazy behind the scene work so I could just take in the day and relax. Thank you Kelsey!!
