Kiira is a super star! She has very calm energy, worked very hard the day of our wedding, and was a delight to work with. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. I loved that Kiira has a small inventory of items that we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy things (votives, picture frames, fun neon sign) just for one day but that could help elevate our wedding. I would 100% use Evergreen Event Co again and have already recommended her to another bride.

Kiira was extremely kind, engaged, and communicative throughout the entire wedding process. I hired her full services because I did not even know where to start. We met regularly to plan and she kept me updated and on track with documents, materials, invites, finding vendors, etc. Leading up to the last and final month before the wedding, it felt like she went above and beyond with organizing everything from scheduling tastings to rehearsals. She also provided some materials of her own which was helpful in reducing/minimizing wedding waste, and donating/reusing materials after the wedding as well. On the day of my wedding, the entire team was quick, efficient, and kept me and my husband on track with the scheduled events. If they were stressed, it did not show. They know exactly how to run a wedding and it shows. I couldn’t recommend Evergreen Event Company enough for making my wedding day perfect!

We had a 70 person wedding in May 2024 that was planned by Kiira. We wanted a wedding that prioritized fun and felt authentic to who we are as a couple. However we were overwhelmed by the detailed and logistics of wedding planning on our own. We are so happy we hired Kiira! She is professional, ORGANIZED, responsive, creative, and fun. Kiira did a great job keeping us on track and thinking of tiny details we hadn’t considered. I was particularly worried about decor, place settings, and flowers, because me and my then fiancée were not aesthetically minded. She went above and beyond and designed the table settings and decor, purchased wholesale flowers and setup everything for us. She saved us thousands. She has a wealth of knowledge of vendors and clever money saving tips for those on a budget. We felt at ease and low stress on our wedding day and were able to lean in to having fun. This is all because of Kiira working her magic in the background. She is professional, organized, responsive, and very reasonable priced. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

I started Evergreen Event Company almost 3 years ago, but I've worked in the event industry much longer. I began planning corporate events but found them a bit boring. I enjoy planning weddings because I love bringing in fun, unique elements that show off the couple's personalities. Logistics and organization are my strong suits, but I'm always up for creating a mood board or narrowing down design ideas. I am an introvert, so I'm a great listener but that doesn't stop me from being loud and in charge during your wedding rehearsal.
