I don’t even know where to start! I knew I would hire April five months BEFORE I even got engaged after I saw her in action at my sister's wedding. Having her as my day-of-coordinator was BY FAR the best decision I made while wedding planning. April is AMAZING and I am forever grateful for her and everything she did to make my wedding day so perfect. I honestly have no idea how I would’ve managed without her... April was the calm I needed when the details became too overwhelming, turned my wedding vision into a reality, kept everyone on track and made the day flow flawlessly. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a single thing because April was there running the show. Wedding planning is stressful, but it doesn't have to be and April has proved that. So, for those of you who are actually still reading this... do yourself a favor and hire Evergreen Weddings & Events. I PROMISE it'll be the best decision you make while wedding planning too!

From the moment I met April, I knew we needed to hire her. I teach middle school, so having a month of coordinator to handle all the loose ends was a must. April always had the best answers to any questions, great recommendations, and she’s extremely organized. She truly wanted to know exactly how we imagined our day so she could she made it happen. I could tell she was extremely invested in us & made us feel like we were her only couple. The night before our wedding we made the call to move our ceremony inside due to cold weather & predicted rain and wind. We contacted April around 9:00pm and she then contacted every single one of our vendors for us to make it happen. She had everything figured out by 11pm that same night. My husband & I didn’t have to do a single thing. April also acted as our decorator the morning of the wedding, folding our linen napkins, setting up our signs & easels, hanging our fabric for our ceremony trellis, & prepping all of our tables with table numbers. All things I didn’t want to do myself. We mentioned numerous times throughout the day how seamless she made everything. I didn’t have to worry about a timeline, knowing where to be, or keeping track of anyone. April did it all. HIRE HER❤️

I cannot begin to tell you just how wonderful April is! We hired her as our month of coordinator for our wedding and she did NOT disappoint. April is so sweet, she went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly and I felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of. I got to sit back and relax (as much as one can) and take it all in. You will not regret hiring her!

April is a true professional and class act. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and most importantly the day of went off without a hitch. After all your planning and hard work you don't want to have to worry about anything on your wedding day. If you're considering hiring a day of planner, do it! And hire April, you will not be disappointed.

We're so happy we hired April for our wedding! She did an incredible job organizing last minute details and coordinating with our vendors in the weeks leading up to our big day. On our wedding day, she managed the timeline flawlessly and did a great job making sure my husband and I had everything we needed to enjoy the day. When I first started planning my wedding I was very unsure about hiring a coordinator. When I met April for our first meeting, I knew I couldn't plan my wedding without her. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell after our first meeting that she paid very close attention to detail, which I needed! I chose the month of coordination package and it was the best thing I did. Anytime I emailed her with questions or requested her recommendation, she always responded promptly. We ended up hiring 3 vendors per her recommendations and we LOVED every one of them. We also ended up needing a new photographer 3 months before our wedding and she reassured me that she would help me find one. She emailed a few people and put me in touch with them. I met with her about 3 weeks before our wedding and handed her all of my contacts and ran through every detail of the wedding day. She contacted all of our vendors before the wedding and made sure they had everything they needed and what time they would be arriving at the venue. This really allowed my husband and I to enjoy the last few weeks before our wedding. She created our wedding day timeline, and she executed it perfectly. She was very professional throughout the whole wedding. She would also occasionally check in with us to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated because we got distracted easily! We received so many compliments about April from our wedding party. After the wedding, she emailed me with a few reminders about what to do after the wedding. April is the BEST! I'm sad that I will never get to work with her again.

I don't even know where to start! April is absolutely wonderful! We hired her for month-of coordination as well as day-of and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Once she took over, starting the month before our wedding, everything fell into place. Our day went perfect and I didn't hear of a single issue. April is professional, full of wedding knowledge and has a calming presence about her. Hiring April was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process!

Hiring April of Evergreen Weddings as our Day-of-Coordinator was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding day! From start to finish, April made sure our day ran smoothly and was the #1 reason why we were able to relax and just enjoy every moment of our day. At the end of the day, my husband even said he was so impressed with her that he wished that we had hired her as our full-on wedding planner instead of just for the day-of. Even though we only hired her as a day-of-coordinator, April reached out a few weeks before the wedding to check in and make sure planning was going well. She provided feedback on our schedule for the day, gathered all of our vendor info, and even reached out to them ahead of time to introduce herself and make sure they were all aware of the wedding day schedule. On our wedding day, April made sure all vendors were ready to go, made sure everything was on schedule, and checked in with my husband and I periodically to make sure we were having a good time and always had a cocktail or water. If anything went awry that day, we never noticed because she made the day flow SO smoothly. Once the evening kicked off, she was behind the scenes unless somebody spilled a drink on the dance floor.....in that case, it was like she magically appeared and had it cleaned up within five seconds! At the end of the night, April handled ALL of the clean up! My biggest stress for my wedding decor was that my husband and I would be stuck cleaning everything up ourselves that night. But that was so not the case. My husband and I got to do a big sendoff at the end of the night, and April packed up every last piece of decor and cleaned the entire venue. Truly, we are forever grateful for April and the work she did to make our wedding day relaxing, stress-free and so so special.

April was 10/10! I truly cannot thank April enough for her help with our wedding! It such a weight off your shoulders to know April is 100% there to support and assist you! My groom and I were on the fence about spending money on a coordinator but we truly needed April’s help! She was detail orientated and made the day run super smooth! We did the month of coordination package which allowed April to help with our rehearsal. She sent out a long packet 3 weeks before the wedding which super detailed and a bit overwhelming to have to complete, but I am glad she collected those details so the day could run smoothly and expectations were managed! Evergreen weddings was so affordable and so professional even keeping our rowdy groomsman and ushers in line on our wedding day. I hope everyone chooses April to help on their wedding day! We had the pleasure of working with April at one of our weddings this fall at Rolling Ridge Wedding and Events in Saint Joseph. We were EXTREMELY impressed with her work. She was very professional, kind, and willing to do whatever she needed to do in order to make our couples wedding day perfect! We provide a day of coordinator for our couples as well, but we were truly blessed to have April with us throughout the day as well. April did an amazing job running my entire day! I used her as our day-of- coordinator as I was comfortable planning by myself but needed someone to rely on to make sure the day ran smoothly. She captured my vision perfectly and executed everything she said she would. I am SOO happy we hired her and I can’t imagine throwing such a big party without her!

We don't have enough words of praise and appreciation for April and her help on our wedding day! From our initial meeting she was prompt, organized, and had answers to our questions and offered suggestions and solutions where we were stumped or unsure of what to do. She helped keep us on track for getting the last minute preparations done leading up to the wedding like checking in with vendors, getting our marriage license, etc. April was at our rehearsal and was able to make sure everyone in our large wedding party knew where to be and when, the flow of things, and the expectations. She was kind but confident in keeping things on track! When it was finally our wedding day, April was able to ensure all of our decor was set up and taken care of properly. Down to the last flower and candle, everything was in place! Our outdoor wedding hit some snags with some cold, rainy fall weather but April was able to help coordinate and manage the whole thing. She dried the chairs for our guests, set up the outdoor decor at the last moment, and even went above and beyond by helping me (the bride) with my dress during my first look and as I walked up to the ceremony site to keep it clean. She checked in with my husband and I throughout the evening just often enough and even helped get us drinks while we settled in at the head table. As the wedding continued April never missed a beat. Honestly, it would have been a hot mess without her! Between the rain, vendors not showing up/being late, our cake having some issues, etc. she handled it all like a boss and I didn't even flinch a little since I knew she had everything handled and under control. Following our wedding April was still assisting us- she reminded us of some post-wedding to dos, and followed up with the vendors that dropped the ball on our day to help us reach a resolution. My parents were skeptical of my desire to have a wedding coordinator, but the whole evening they couldn't stop encouraging our family and friends to hire her for when their children get married! Hands down the best decision was hiring April! If you are on the fence about a coordinator...DO IT but make sure it is Evergreen Weddings & Events!! Thank you April!

April is AMAZING! She is professional, organized, knowledgeable and all around amazing. She made our wedding day run smoothly. Kept us on task and didn’t let me forget anything I needed to remember. I’m so grateful she was available to help us. I didn’t get stressed out, knowing she had everything under control. She has the ability to picture how the day will go and work out all the details that add those special finishing touches. I highly recommend her services.

April was by far the best money we spent for the wedding. She was irreplaceable - sending me vendor requests whenever I needed them; working with my husband and I to perfect our day of schedule; and just being there and being able to rely on for the entire day. My whole family was beyond impressed. And she's fun!!! So it was like having an extra friend there who could also deal with the vendors and run and get me food or a beer whenever I needed it - she was consistently checking in on us and made the day run SO smoothly. I would NEVER do a wedding without a day of coordinator and would NEVER do one without April - she rocks and anyone who is considering a day of coordinator or a wedding planner should be looking to April. April - thank you. So much. Rabes and I still talk about how you made the day what it was. We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. You took care of all the vendors. You took care of my mini allergic reaction and calmed me down. Your organized everyone and kept everyone on pace. And modified the schedule when needed so we could get through everything that you knew I so desperately wanted. Whenever I talk to people about their wedding, I'm like GET A WEDDING COORDINATOR AND ASK FOR APRIL. You were the best.

As a florist in the wedding industry, I have worked along side a lot of wedding planners. April is at the top of my list. She is easy to talk to, very organized, returns phone calls and emails promptly and is just down right a wonderful person! I always look forward to getting to work with April. April, from Evergreen Weddings & Events was great!! I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She was punctual and professional and handled any mishaps that came up with grace and poise. She is very detailed oriented and everything looked beautiful! She checked on me often, making sure I had everything I needed. My family even commented on how hard she was working! We hired April to be the day of coordinator for my June 2018 wedding! Thinking back... We could've benefitted from having her as the week or month of coordinator. She was AMAZING. Extremely nice, flexible, organized, and coordinated everything perfectly on my wedding day! She set everything up (and it looked BEAUTIFUL) and made sure the day went smoothly. She is very willing to go with the flow and takes whatever is thrown at her. The day wouldn't have been so smooth without her!

Let me just start by saying that April is truly amazing, professional, organized and very knowledgeable. We used Evergreen Weddings & Events for day-of coordinating and I absolutely have no idea how I, as the mother of the bride, would have managed without April. We had a wedding reception of 200 at a golf and country club and April was there basically from start to finish to facilitate all decor and deliveries as well as manage a few minor "incidents" that occurred. She kept us on track and everything running smoothly. She also advised me on any questions I had - everything from timing of the day to tipping etiquette. Five stars is simply not enough, I would highly recommend April and Evergreen Weddings & Events and will most certainly use them again for my other 2 daughter's weddings! Thank you April!

Because of her efforts, Tyler & I were able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything behind the scenes. Absolutely PERFECT from start to finish!! April is an absolute pro! She was so easy to work with and helped us to make sure all the little things were taken care of. We got married during the BLIZZARD in April, and she was still there to make sure we had the last minute changes covered such as downloading the ceremony songs and getting them played at the right times when our ceremony musicians weren't able to make it, and pressing to get things started and done when I was stressing out. I don't think the wedding would have been as wonderful without her help! We are forever grateful for April's help and it was seriously THE MOST important investment we made in our wedding! I got married in September 2017, and the entire process can be pretty stressful. With the help of Evergreen the stress was brought down to a bare minimum and we were able to relax and enjoy our special day, the months leading up to it and the weeks following it. I cant really imagine going through this with out the help of a true professional. I've been a guest in many weddings before and it was clear that for April and Evergreen this was not just a hobby or career but a passion that was backed by pure talent. I can imagine that as reputation and prestige continue to grow that the services Evergreen has to offer will quickly be overwhelmed and sought-after.

I was a bride back in September. We had Evergreen Wedding & Events do all the planning. April did such an amazing job. She is so detailed in all her planning and fallowed up with me very frequently. She went above and beyond to make our whole day better than beautiful and perfect! Everything was absolutely breath taking in every way. She is also very easy to communicate with has a nac for simplifying large tasks, and has an extreme talent in being organized. I would highly recommend April to anyone planning a wedding or large event. Best move I made was having April there every step of the way.
