As the Mother of the Bride, I had the pleasure of working with Kari Gibbons. She is a calm, reassuring, and professional wedding coordinator. During the planning, Kari responded to emails, texts, and calls promptly and patiently answered all of our questions! On the day of—Kari and her team (Leigh-Ann and Rachel) made the day flow SO smoothly. She also did our table decorations, bridal bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, arbor decorations too. Kari did an amazing job for our daughter's wedding. She managed every little detail and went above and beyond on the day of the wedding to make sure it all went beautifully. Kari and her team are amazing! We could not have done it without her. Not only was she our month of coordinator, she was also an advocate and trusted resource for us throughout our planning process. Our venue did not communicate rules about rehearsal time, load in, rain plan, and more, but Kari did not let that cause a hiccup for us in our plans. She pushed back on vendors on our behalf when necessary. We last minute had to pivot to our rain plan, and Kari adapted our vision and plans flawlessly with zero stress on us, the bride and groom. She handled set up the day of with minor assistance from our families, which was super helpful as we didn’t hire a florist or event designer. Kari was always accessible and quick to respond. I also appreciated that Kari gave her honest opinion when asked, because I needed a neutral expert many times. I would 12/10 recommend Kari and Everlasting Elegance Events to a friend - it was one of our best decisions throughout the planning process!

We hired Kari as our Day-Of Coordinator and Decorator for our wedding. We couldn't be happier with her professionalism, organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. We had a wonderful experience having her help us create our wedding day timeline, coordinating with our vendors, decorating our reception hall, and coordinating our day-of. During our one-on-one meetings, Kari made us feel taken care of and so we trusted her and her talent. The day-of went fantastically. We had some timeline delays due to later start time for our ceremony, some of our bridal party was late due to a bad accident on the way to the church, but Kari and her team kept our vendors updated with the timeline changes and everything went so smoothly and our guests didn't notice. For our reception, our caterer provided the tableware and the linens. Kari made our reception hall look so beautiful, so much more beautiful than we had anticipated. She made sure the floor plan was comfortable for our guests and vendors. The backdrops, welcome table, memorial table, cake table, and our flower centerpieces were so beautiful and classy, exactly what we wanted. During our reception, one of my wedding dress straps broke and Kari had a sewing kit and safety pins, she saved the day and we are so grateful! We absolutely recommend her!! Kari and her team helped us to enjoy our wedding day and not worry about anything at all, we were able to just focus on us. We are so happy we hired Kari and her team, thank you for making our wedding day so much more special!

When I came across Kari on the knot.com one of the first reviews I read said “my only regret is not hiring her sooner.” Now that I am on the other end of my wedding I can 100% confirm that sentiment. Kari was professional, helpful, kind, excited, organized, and so communicative. I emailed her a non-emergency question at 10 pm on a Tuesday not expecting to hear from her until the following day as it was so late, but she texted me and then called me back within 3 minutes. She was available for any recommendations, delegations, questions, concerns, chats, and or anything else I needed every step of the way. I was absolutely floored by her and have already recommended her to friends. I would 100% recommend Kari and hire her again! Thank you Kari for all of your help and for every support along the way. It wouldn’t have been possible without you!!!!

Booking with Kari was one of the best things I did for my wedding. She had this amazing ability to handle difficult situations with grace and was such a calming presence. She took an incredible amount of stress off my shoulders and impressed every single person she met. She made many last minute phone calls and stepped in when needed. The only thing I would’ve done differently- I would have hired her for the whole year and not just the month of/day of. Obsessed!

I don't think we could have made a better decision when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator. Kari was amazing! We hired her for month of services and she was gracious enough to even look over some timelines and other materials several months out. Our parents and everyone in our bridal party loved her. She asked the right questions, coordinated and confirmed with all the vendors, and respected everything we wanted to do (or didn't want to do) for our wedding day. On the day of, she was super easy to get in touch with, brought us necessities and snacks, and if there were any issues that popped up, we were none the wiser! Kari is so good at what she does.

Wedding day can be stressful, but Kari did an amazing job of coordinating everything single details on that date. She ensured our day run smoothly and nicely. I and my husband are grateful for her. Even though we only selected the month of coordination package, Kari is always available to answer any questions when I’m planning my wedding. She is extremely kind, professional, thoughtful and talented. She even keep our items and decors the day before, bring to the wedding date and put everything together nicely. Words cannot express my gratitude for everything that Kari did to make our wedding day perfect. We got a customized package that included the month of planning and help finding a florist. By the time I decided I needed a planner I had hired the majority of my vendors but Kari was a lifesaver answering questions and ironing all the details out before the big day. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again! Kari is an excellent planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Apparently there were some issues with our catering location but as the bride I didn’t hear about any of the issues until the next day. I was only able to fully enjoy the day because of the work that Kari did! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, I can’t recommend Kari and Everlasting Elegance more!

Kari was just amazing. From our initial meeting till the wedding month into weeding week, Kari was just awesome. She was so prepared punctual and kept us all on task. It was our pleasure to work with Kari. If I could rehire her I would. She was so genuine and was there to help me and my husband. I hired Kari as a day of coordinator because my venue required me to hire one, and I didn’t know what to expect, but Kari BLEW ME AWAY!! She coordinated with ALL of my vendors the week before the wedding, and she basically took away all of my day and week of wedding stress. And she had an emergency kit and pre wedding snacks (I’m a stress eater, so this was a nice touch!). I’m so glad Kari was part of our special day, I loved working with her. I really felt like she wanted our wedding day to be exactly what we wanted it to be.

Kari was amazing and saved my wedding day! I am so beyond thankful for her services and am glad that I chose her as a wedding planner. Not only was she extremely professional in dress, appearance, and coordination, but she was so easy to work with and was the most affordable option out of the handful of wedding planners that I reached out to in North Georgia. Not to mention she had to travel almost 1.5 hours to the venue and even STAYED THE NIGHT between my rehearsal and wedding day!! Since I was planning my Georgia wedding from Texas, I had to choose a lot of my vendors and services based on reviews. Kari and Everlasting Elegance lived up to their reputation. Kari took over my wedding rehearsal when it appeared the church coordinator was extremely overwhelmed and disorganized. I knew as soon as Kari stepped in that all of my worries and things I wanted would be taken care of that moment. I met with Kari twice prior to my wedding day and she was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. After the rehearsal, Kari stuck around to ensure that the florist cordoned off the pews with lace (because of COVID). This was something she didn't have to do but did it anyways without my knowledge and without anyone even asking her to do it! On the day of the wedding, there were a few things that were missing like the flower crown for the flower girl, my husband's brother who couldn't find his bow tie and vest, and the fact that I left my fur shawl at the church during my outdoor portraits. Kari handled all of these little hiccups with ease and again without my even knowing any of it. I'm sure there were so many more little things that she took care of that I'm not even aware of to this day. Kari was overly prepared and organized with multiple bags of little emergency kits filled with things that a bride or groom might need. For example, I had forgotten to shave my armpits and put on deodorant the morning of my wedding and Kari had everything I needed to take care of that within a moment's notice. She also had makeup remover wipes for the little spots on my dress and literally everything else you can imagine! Kari also ensured that everything I wanted to be set up at the reception was exactly where I wanted it. Kari and her team truly went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend Everlasting Elegance for any event. They are a must! ❤️😊
