From the moment I met Kari, I knew she was the perfect fit for my wedding. I wanted my day to be special without the hassle of having to handle every tiny detail. All along the way Kari made planning my wedding easy and stress free. When I had difficulty with locating any vendor to use, Kari was there with vendor referrals that allowed me to secure the perfect vendors for me. Kari assisted with all the necessary planning details with every vendor we hired, she coordinated with all our vendors to make sure they were up to speed in our venue (it was a newer venue some of them had not yet been to), she had every single detail covered for us from start to finish.
The day of our wedding was even more amazing than we ever expected, she had everything handled and left us with nothing but time to enjoy the morning with our daughters and later to relax and be present for the perfect ceremony and reception celebration. Â Kari exceeded our expectations and have no doubts she will continue to do the same for other couples.

Within the field of PR, I always gravitated towards projects that involved event planning. I made the switch to weddings after applying to be a coordinator at a group of Metro Atlanta venues and was hooked. nth-before, she was always available to answer questions regarding preferred vendors etc. A month out from the wedding, she created an in-depth timeline that was invaluable when it came to making sure the various vendors and members of the wedding party were where they needed to be. She also reached out to all of the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. During the ceremony rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she made sure everything ran on time, any questions vendors or guests had were answered, and (most importantly) that we always had a fresh drink in our hands during the reception. This allowed us to be fully present and enjoy ourselves without worrying about the million small details that go into making a wedding happen.
Hiring Kari was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process, and I know the day wouldn't have run as smoothly without her. Her superb organization skills and calm demeanor made me feel so relaxed (even when we realized 30 minutes before the ceremony that the wedding bands were left behind in the Airbnb haha). I would recommend her services to anyone looking to have an organized low-stress, and enjoyable wedding day!

Our tent was late to arrive, Kari and her team got it all done and I was none the wiser. Most people say they don't get to eat their wedding food. My husband sat down at our head table and poof there was Kari with food. She was professional, so detailed before the wedding that the night of could not have gone smoother.

Leading up to the event, she took a load of tasks off of our plates so we could enjoy more time together being excited about marriage and not get overwhelmed with little details. Day-of, Kari and an assistant were there and taking care of all the details we had talked through in meetings. She was thorough and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Even after that day, Kari took care of us by following-up with a vendor that didn't quite meet everything they agreed to on their contract with us. had to ask and had a backup plan for absolutely everything. It ended up raining (outdoor ceremony) on my wedding day, which I keep telling myself is good luck, and due to Kari's communication style I wasn't stressed for a second because I trusted her and the team. I know they had my best interest at heart, and had already configured the best back up option. Without their attention to detail, especially those details behind the scenes, I would have been so anxious!
Beyond her impeccable planning skills, she provided insight into details that I had not even thought to consider which made ALL the difference. My family and friends loved working with her and her team. Honestly, I wish I had another even just so I could work with them again. Being a bride that was from out of state, she really made sure not one detail was overlooked.

o a lot of the things that we needed/expected to make our day flow smoothly. (There’s a difference between a venue coordinator and a month of coordinator or planner.) So I started looking for someone to help us stay organized and implement the plan I had been putting together over the last few months. Immediately after our first phone call I knew I trusted Kari. She was personable and gave great advice off the bat. She let us know upfront that she was not available to coordinate our wedding on wedding day, but she had two coordinators on her team (Alyssa & Rachel) that would be there. After our first conversation, I knew I fully trusted her. Kari is very responsive over text and let me bounce ideas off of her. Kari and her team also solved several issues before our wedding day and during our wedding that we didn’t know about until after the fact. She handled all vendor communication and coordination which was a huge weight off of us (in addition to a million other details). During our wedding, Alyssa and Rachel were a dream! Both were professional and helpful throughout our event. They kept me calm, and they made sure every detail was as perfect as possible.
Hiring Everlasting Elegance was the best decision that we made for our wedding. It was not an expense that we originally budgeted for, but I told my husband that it was “insurance” to ensure everything that we spent and planned thus far would happen as we envisioned. To this day, he admits hiring Kari and her team was the best money that we spent. Their prices are very fair for the services provided. Our only regret is not hiring them even sooner. Thank you to Kari, Alyssa, and Rachel for giving us the PERFECT wedding day.

planning process. Our venue did not communicate rules about rehearsal time, load in, rain plan, and more, but Kari did not let that cause a hiccup for us in our plans. She pushed back on vendors on our behalf when necessary. We last minute had to pivot to our rain plan, and Kari adapted our vision and plans flawlessly with zero stress on us, the bride and groom. She handled set up the day of with minor assistance from our families, which was super helpful as we didn’t hire a florist or event designer. Kari was always accessible and quick to respond. I also appreciated that Kari gave her honest opinion when asked, because I needed a neutral expert many times. During our one-on-one meetings, Kari made us feel taken care of and so we trusted her and her talent. The day-of went fantastically. We had some timeline delays due to later start time for our ceremony, some of our bridal party was late due to a bad accident on the way to the church, but Kari and her team kept our vendors updated with the timeline changes and everything went so smoothly and our guests didn't notice. For our reception, our caterer provided the tableware and the linens. Kari made our reception hall look so beautiful, so much more beautiful than we had anticipated. She made sure the floor plan was comfortable for our guests and vendors. The backdrops, welcome table, memorial table, cake table, and our flower centerpieces were so beautiful and classy, exactly what we wanted. During our reception, one of my wedding dress straps broke and Kari had a sewing kit and safety pins, she saved the day and we are so grateful! We absolutely recommend her!! Kari and her team helped us to enjoy our wedding day and not worry about anything at all, we were able to just focus on us. We are so happy we hired Kari and her team, thank you for making our wedding day so much more special!

She adjusted wonderfully when there was hiccups or changes, as a bride I was not stressed at all because she wasn’t stressed!! She had an answer and solution for everything. Even my husband, who thought a wedding planner wasn’t needed, said we wouldn’t have got through the day without her! We loved her so much and appreciate everything she did for us!

can 100% confirm that sentiment. Kari was professional, helpful, kind, excited, organized, and so communicative. I emailed her a non-emergency question at 10 pm on a Tuesday not expecting to hear from her until the following day as it was so late, but she texted me and then called me back within 3 minutes. She was available for any recommendations, delegations, questions, concerns, chats, and or anything else I needed every step of the way. I was absolutely floored by her and have already recommended her to friends. I would 100% recommend Kari and hire her again! Thank you Kari for all of your help and for every support along the way. even look over some timelines and other materials several months out. Our parents and everyone in our bridal party loved her. She asked the right questions, coordinated and confirmed with all the vendors, and respected everything we wanted to do (or didn't want to do) for our wedding day. On the day of, she was super easy to get in touch with, brought us necessities and snacks, and if there were any issues that popped up, we were none the wiser! Kari is so good at what she does.

lorist. By the time I decided I needed a planner I had hired the majority of my vendors but Kari was a lifesaver answering questions and ironing all the details out before the big day. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again!
Kari is an excellent planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Apparently there were some issues with our catering location but as the bride I didn’t hear about any of the issues until the next day. I was only able to fully enjoy the day because of the work that Kari did! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, I can’t recommend Kari and Everlasting Elegance more!
