I never could have imagined needing Juliana is much as I did. As a girl who has been dreaming of her wedding nearly her entire life, I was excited to plan it! But I had never imagined the nuances, details, and simply - the work - it would require! Amidst planning our wedding, we moved across the country and I started a new job. Life was feeling new and crazy, but Juliana was our constant. She became more to us than a planner, she became our friend. She showed my parents our wedding venue, patiently answering all of their questions. When we moved across the country, wedding planning sessions became incredibly comforting. She was on top of it. Our lives were feeling hectic and Juliana was always there to calm it down. I would text her frantically, she would answer calmly. She narrowed down my lists, “you do this, I’ll do that.” By the time our wedding came, my entire family knew Juliana. When she arrived the morning of my wedding, I couldn’t wait to hug her. July 27 was the most perfect, magical day of our lives. I’m sure there were little problems arising left and right, but Juliana helped make it feel like every single thing was perfectly perfect. I was blindly in love, dancing the night away. At the end of the night, my (now!) husband and I hugged Juliana. She had become family. To have Juliana as your planner is truly a gift. She cares. She’s patient. It’s so clear that her main goal is to execute your dreams. She does this because she loves it - and it shows.

Juliana was key to our wedding celebration at the Griffin House in Hood River, Oregon. We live on the east coast and she was connected to every resource we needed to plan the day. Juliana kept us organized and tended to all of the details so we could enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend Everlasting Events.

Juliana did an amazing job planning our wedding at the Griffin House in Hood River. She has a wealth of knowledge about the venue, which allowed us to plan a well executed wedding. She also has worked with a wide set of vendors in the area, which helped during our vendor selection process. During the actual day, Juliana made sure all the details were taken care of so we did not have to stress out and nothing was missed. Through the planning process, Juliana provided seamless communication and guidance. We were very impressed by how responsive she was to our questions. Juliana was nothing short of perfect throughout the planning process, and especially on our wedding day! She was always professional, organized, patient, and encouraging while figuring out the logistics during the planning process and she was consistently on top of any questions we had. Juliana was everything we wanted in a wedding planner and then some. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills are second to none. We worked with her for a full year leading up to and including our wedding day, and she made the entire experience both easier and so much fun. Additionally, she is a very creative person with wonderful taste who can help you put together the wedding you have always wanted. She helped us every step of the way in creating a wedding that was uniquely us and we could not have done this without her. Her wedding-day assistant Lauren was so helpful to us as well. Juliana is the absolute BEST person to have support and make all your wedding dreams come true. She is absolutely brilliant when it comes to strategic thinking and making sure your day is effortless and perfect for you. Here are my top 5 reasons why you should hire her as soon as possible! 1. She is an amazing listener and wants to embody everything YOU want for your day. 2. She is so well organized and has her systems perfectly dialed. She won't let anything fall through the cracks. 3. She knows things you wouldn't even think of, which is why she's an expert. 4. She is creative and likes to think outside the box, which made our day even more spectacular. 5. She is beyond kind and thoughtful. Having her around for the entire day was a total treat. She is so sweet and brings the best energy to a wedding day. 15/10 would recommend her over and over again!

We can not recommend Juliana ENOUGH!! We hired her as our day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. We happened to be getting married 2,000 miles away from where we lived but because of her help we felt like we were getting married down the road. She made all of my worries disappear and offered solutions to any and every bump in the road. She knew our venue like the back of her hand, knew a majority of our vendors and made everything we wanted possible. The day of ran so smoothly and she always made sure to check in with us, she even had a drink waiting for us the moment we finished our ceremony!! We are so happy to know her and to have worked with her the last few months. Wishing we were having another event just so we could work with her again!!

Juliana gave us a reception that was better than we could imagine! She worked with my husband and I remotely (we live Virginia), and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. She took all of the stress and challenging decision making out of the process. My husband and I felt like all we needed to do the day of the event was show up and enjoy our celebration with family and friends! There were so many unique touches that Juliana incorporated that made my husband and I feel so special. We quite literally could have never done it without Juliana! Working with her was the best decision we made!

Juliana and her team made my wedding day something so special. I was really able to show up and just enjoy my day. First, when I contacted her about my vision for my wedding she was so helpful getting together quotes from vendors and really helped me hone in on what was within my budget and what fit the theme I was going for (garden tea party). I’m pretty scatterbrained when it comes to details and Juliana is so organized, she literally thought of everything! I was so happy I could just relax and enjoy my day without stressing over all the small details. I will never be able to thank Juliana and her team enough!

Juliana is literally the best. Any question you have, she knows the answer. Any question you didn't know you have, she has your back. She has any and all situations covered and occasionally so well that you don't even know what happened, cue that crazy distant relative who had one too many wines. We really enjoyed working with Juliana. She is professional, caring, hardworking, and knowledgeable. She has your back from day one and fully executes your dream wedding to it's fullest. Just book her already!

Juliana was an incredible and consummate planner: a true professional with a keen attention to detail. She brought a structure and process to wedding planning that made us feel like the work was at all times all very manageable and reassured us that we were in good hands. She's possesses a wealth of industry knowledge and it was so helpful to have someone be our advisor when we wondered whether our ideas would maybe look weird or how things are typically done. But more than that, Juliana has a natural ability to understand the wedding you want to have and bring that vision to life, even if that vision involves collecting 200 mismatched plates to have served at your wedding dinner. She also will never leave you hanging and is incredibly responsive to every message and email. I don't know if can summarize her many talents. She was awesome. We had a beautiful and fantastic wedding. It was one of my favorite days of my life and owe a large part of that to her guidance and help.
