Alexandria helped us plan our wedding at home on our farm and we are grateful for her assistance! We chose the full planning option she offers so she guided us every step of the way from budgeting to vendor coordination and more. Her colleague, Julia, assisted us in day-of coordination and the transition of final details from Alexandria to Julia was seamless. Both Alexandria and Julia were attentive, involved and shared the excitement my now husband and I had around our big day. It was a pleasure working with Everlasting Events.
We met Alexandria at a wedding expo and immediately knew we wanted to work with her! Throughout the process she was so reassuring and helpful. We got the day of coordination package, and worked with her starting the month before to align on all the details, but she was available before then to answer any questions we had. Despite how stressful the wedding planning process can be, she helped us iron out all the details and we left every meeting with her feeling more excited and prepared for our day. At our wedding she did a fantastic job setting up our ceremony and reception with a keen eye for decorating (it was more beautiful than we hoped for!), and she was prepared for anything! She was also great at managing our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. All our vendors loved working with her, and it was helpful to not worry about the little things on our wedding day. Her calm personality and professionalism facilitated a stress-free ceremony and reception. Also she got some wonderful candid pictures and videos of us! We’d recommend her again in a heartbeat!
Alexandria was one of the best investments that we made for our wedding! My (now!) husband and I wanted to plan our wedding mostly on our own, but we heard that a month-of coordinator was a thing and I’m SO glad it is. Even though I feel like I have a pretty good handle on event planning, there is NO chance the day would have gone as smoothly as it did without Alexandria. We clicked with her from the start, and she went above and beyond our expectations.
I had so many vendors tell me how fantastic Alexandria was in her planning and communication- to the point that our venue even offered to cancel our final check in meeting because the info they received from Alexandria was so thorough. She handled all our vendor communication the week of, it was such a game changer. She also provided us with resources to organize and plan each decor item, delivery and set up.
Day of the wedding, she was even MORE amazing. She also brought an assistant, Julia, who also went above and beyond (she literally held my dress train and intuitively followed my lead while my husband and I practiced our first dance a few times before the ceremony!). Alexandria and Julia made sure everything was on schedule and going according to plan. They had set up everything exactly as I had envisioned it- some thing even BETTER than I thought they could look. She handled any issues that popped up (like I totally forgot to have something to put petals in for our flower duo…no prob, Alexandria figured it out. Or we were running a bit behind with some photos and I was bummed that we were going to miss cocktail hour…nope, Alexandria got the venue to extend our cocktail hour by ten mins so we could enjoy. Unreal!!!).
And then, just a few days after the wedding, Alexandria sent me over a hundred candid photo and videos she grabbed throughout the day. She captured such special little moments, it was so fun to go through them while we waited for our photographer’s gallery.
All in all…absolutely hire Everlasting Events. We cannot recommend Alexandria highly enough!!

We would not have survived the day without Alexandria. We woke up to strong winds and on-and-off scattered light drizzling rain, we ultimately made the call to move our ceremony inside. Working with Alexandria from the get-go was wonderful, she organized our timeline, and her team touched up all the decor and organized the pre-ceremony snacks wonderfully, she worked with the rental company Rustic Drift to move our ceremony indoors. She was attentive, kind, and great at managing all the moving parts of our wedding day, I really did not have to feel like anything other than a bride the day of. Can't recommend Alexandria enough for day of/month of coordinating services!
We absolutely loved having Alexandria as our day of coordinator for our wedding. She was so kind and patient with us and made sure that all the vendors were ready and coordinated in advance! A bonus that she also took behind the scenes photos as well which was so nice to have immediately afterwards.
We hired Alexandria for her partial wedding planning services right after we booked our venue and moved across the country. Alexandria put our minds at ease while planning a destination wedding as she helped contact and coordinate our vendors. She is extremely punctual and organized which made wedding planning and most importantly, the day of our wedding run smoothly. The week leading up to the wedding she was quick to respond to any last minute questions or updates. The day of our wedding, Alexandria arrived early to prepare the decorations and guided us through each part of the day, ensuring that nothing was missed while we enjoyed our night with friends and family.
Alexandria was amazing and played a huge part in our day! She helped me with everything starting from the moment I contacted her, stayed on top of all of my vendors for me, answered any questions I had leading up to the big day, helped set up my (ridiculously large amount of) wedding day decor, and stayed by my side all day making sure I had everything myself and my groom needed and our day ran smoothly! She made sure I relaxed and enjoyed my day (and ate dinner)- even when I didn't always want to lol. She even captured pictures and videos for me so I would have immediate memories of my day. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
Alexandria did a great job helping my husband and I execute our wedding. We hired Alexandria as a day-of-coordinator, and she was very patient with us as we first decided we weren't going to be able to afford a day-of-coordinator and then went back to her later and hired her. She helped make everything run smoothly and on time, and helped manage the other vendors (and there were a lot) beautifully). She was also always professional even when family members were... not the best. Thank you, Alexandria, for keeping your cool, and helping make our wedding day happen!
Alexandria was so helpful in assisting with planning for our event, she not only found the perfect venue for our needs, she helped us organize and prepare every step of the way. She was always easy to reach if we had any questions, provided detailed spreadsheets and progress updates, and stayed not only within but a little below our initial budget! She was there to assist the day-of and arrived at the venue early to assist with setup, guided us throughout the evening with gentle reminders for speeches and cake cutting when we got too caught up in the festivities and ensured that the evening ran smoothly. Needless to say, we are happy with her services and would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner. Thank you, Alexandria, for everything.
We hired Alexandria as our month-of coordinator and had a great experience from start to finish. She was always extremely professional, calm, and organized. During the month before my wedding, we had multiple planning calls and she chatted and coordinated with each of my 7 vendors. On my wedding day Alexandria flawlessly managed all decorations and coordinating at both my church and my reception venue, neatly packaging all of my decorations and gifts after the reception ended. We have all been saying that hiring Alexandria was the best investment of the wedding process!
I was skeptical about hiring a planner, but Alex was one of the best decisions I made! She kept things organized and help the day run smooth. I literally couldn’t of done this without her! 10/10 recommend!
We hired Alexandria later on in our wedding planning process. After trying to handle things on our own, things just got a little too overwhelming. We asked if she could help find the last few vendors we needed when time was of the essence. She jumped right in to action and had things settled faster than we ever could have imagined! She was always easy to reach, very affordable compared to other people we met with, kept all our budget concerns and wishes in mind while planning, and kept everything super organized. We also had her as a day of coordinator and she kept everything running as smoothly as possible. Anything we needed, she had it at the ready. Could not have asked for a better wedding planner and highly recommend her to anyone that needs the help!
Alexandria is an exceptional coordinator!! She is professional, punctual, and is always 10 steps ahead. If anything goes wrong she is right on it with plan B and helps the day go smoothly. I strongly recommend Everlasting Events and thank you so much Alexandria for making our wedding day possible!!
My fiancé I really wanted our wedding to be a unique representation of who we are as a couple. Alexandria has a lot of great ideas and tips to help us do so in a creative and affordable way. She is Professional, Organized, and really helped to keep us on track with our timing and our budget.
Alex was extremely helpful in making this process less stressful. She helped do the research on vendors, narrow down options when I felt like I couldn’t make another decision, and kept me on track with deadlines. I wouldn’t be able to make my day special with out her.
