Between watching reality tv shows dedicated to finding the perfect dress and working as a floral designer Alexandra's passion for event management knows no bounds.
Surrounded by weddings while growing up, Alexandra and her mom Nicole envisioned running their own company and bringing ideas to life. We loved working with Alex for our wedding. We hired her as our day of coordinator, but she made herself readily available for any questions, concerns and recommendations throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She was extremely organized and made us feel reassured about every decision we were making. We unfortunately had a major family loss 2 months prior to our day, and Alex was there every step of the way offering support personally and professionally, and ensured us that she had everything under control while we spent time with family. The day of, her and her assistant were on top of any issues that arose and were attentive to our needs. Having her and the team there allowed us to enjoy our day. Thanks for all the help Alex!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Je Taime and hiring Alex as my coordinator. Alex was amazing from start to finish! I wasn't sure if I truly needed a coordinator but hiring Alex was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Alex was so helpful, kind, and detail-oriented, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I knew it was a match when she told me she actually got married at the same venue. Hiring Alex was one of the best decisions I made! I had all intentions of planning my own wedding and realized it's a full time job and I needed an expert. I hired her for partial wedding planning and design. Her pricing was more than fair. Alex's communication was top notch between scheduled zoom calls, in person meetings, emails and texts she was always more than prompt with her responses. My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. She would reach out and get information on things for me even though I said I could do it. She knew I was putting unneccsary stress on myself and wanted to handle it for me even though I gave her an out. I may have tortured her by making her put all my escort cards on the origami cranes I made but she didn't even bat an eye lol. She connected us with great vendors and my husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding day.
You are doing something wrong if you are not hiring Alex as your day of coordinator for your wedding!!! "Day Of" doesn't even really describe all that Alex did for my wedding as she came into the picture long before the actual day and helped me get all the nitty gritty details of our wedding figured out. She took care of EVERYTHING at our wedding and was the go-to person for vendors, our venue, and all of my family! I was relaxed knowing that everything was being taken care of and it allowed for both me and my now husband to be fully present and enjoy the day. Alex went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend!!
Alex is an amazing coordinator! We got engaged back in December 2021 and booked our venue for July 2023. Once our venue was booked, we began looking for a coordinator to help take some stress off the final planning and wedding day logistics. We found Alex through a Facebook page with great reviews and immediately felt confident in her after our first phone conversation. Alex has grown up around the wedding industry, even before becoming a coordinator, and her knowledge of all the different facets of what goes into your big day cannot be taken for granted. She was so supportive of making our ideas come to life, but she also was not afraid to voice her opinion and share her prior experiences to produce better results. Put your trust in her, she is a tireless worker and has a great eye for detail. We did, and we could not have gotten luckier. Alex was absolutely amazing I cannot recommend her enough! I was a type A bride, very organized but I knew I needed someone to run the show the day of my wedding so I could just relax and enjoy. Alex exceeded all my expectations and took care of stuff I wouldn’t have even thought of! Your wedding is a huge investment and you want to make sure it goes smoothly and that you can sit back and enjoy the day…which is why you need Alex!

Alexandra is the best! I am a complete type-A bride and I needed someone who would take charge so I could enjoy the day without any worries. She started at the 6 week mark and quickly got acquainted with all of the details of the event. She asked all the right questions, and gave the best advice. She came to my venue finals meeting, and took over the final timeline/vendor confirmations. It was such a joy to have her support and to run ideas by her. The last few weeks are so stressful, and I know I would not have had such a great experience without her by my side. My family was able to fully enjoy the day, and she took care of everything. There was a little mishap with the seating, but I didn’t have to find out about it, Alex took care of it. Hire her, you won’t regret it!
We understand how big of a deal it is to hire a trustworthy professional to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly! We have nothing but amazing things to say about Alexandra. From start to finish, she was communicative, took initiative and kept us on timelines. She collaborated with all of our vendors, reviewed contracts and asked all the questions that didn't even cross our minds. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Alexandra fielded all the phone calls/texts and day of issues. We gave her full permission to make decisions when issues came up and she got to know us well enough to make the same choices we would have made. My husband and I would hire her again if we did our day all over again!
We hired Alex as a day-of coordinator for our wedding and boy are we happy we did! She was an invaluable asset on the day-of and the whole lead up to the event. She handled a lot of the tedious back and forth and vendor wrangling. On the day of the event, she oversaw the set up of the entire venue, paying attention to little details I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I was doing it myself! She has experience with flowers, and she even helped put together some aisle arrangements for us, which turned out beautifully. It was so so nice on my wedding day to be able to be fully present with family and friends, and not worried about caterers and flowers and electrical wires. Hiring Alex was a no-brainer and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Leading up to the wedding, she was always Available and super responsive to my texts and phone calls. She made a customized timeline with every detail so that everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. Everything down to what we were having for lunch while getting ready that day was taken care of! I truly mean it when I say that Alexandra goes above and beyond.
Her attention to detail, organization, knowledge of the wedding world, and wonderful Personality made her an absolute pleasure to work with!
My mom and all of my bridesmaids are still raving about Alexandra! They were so impressed with her.

I wish I could give Alexandra 10 stars. Alexandra was my wedding coordinator for my wedding on June 5, 2021. I originally did not plan to have a wedding coordinator, but I am so so glad I found Alexandra on The Knot. She was so helpful in planning and organizing the final details leading up to my wedding, she even helped me print my programs and created a beautiful mirror seating chart. She made the day of a dream come true. She checked on all of my vendors, helped the wedding party, and especially paid close attention to me and my groom. She went above and beyond in every way and I could not recommend her more! If you are are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator- do it, and especially, hire Alexandra! It was the best decision I made during wedding planning.
