Surrounded by weddings while growing up, Alexandra and her mom Nicole envisioned running their own company and bringing ideas to life. Alex, took the time to understand my vision, listening to our ideas and adding insights that we hadn't even considered.From the very start, she asked all the right questions and provided invaluable advice that eased my mind. Adding to the special connection, Alex had also been married at our venue, which gave her unique insights into the space and its nuances. Her familiarity allowed us to benefit from her experience, and her passion for our venue shone through in every detail. She seamlessly blended our personalities into every detail, with personalized touches that made our day feel uniquely ours. “Day Of” doesn’t fully capture the incredible support Alex provided for our wedding. She stepped in well ahead of the big day, assisting me with all the intricate details that can easily become overwhelming. During our venue final meeting, she effortlessly took over the timeline and vendor confirmations, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned. It was such a relief to have her support and bounce ideas off her—her insights were exactly what I needed. The last few weeks leading up to the wedding can be incredibly stressful, but with Alex by my side, I felt so much more at ease.
On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and soak in every moment because we knew that everything was in Alex’s capable hands. The day started seamlessly, with Alex arriving early to ensure everything was set up perfectly. She communicated with all our vendors and kept everything running on schedule, allowing us to focus on enjoying every precious moment She orchestrated the day with such grace and precision that everything flowed beautifully. The attention to detail was extraordinary—every element was perfectly curated. She understood my vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. Beyond logistics, Alex brought a personal touch, her genuine enthusiasm for our love story was palpable and it made us feel incredibly special. She truly exceeded all of my expectations and was 100% worth it, I would hire her 100x over. Not only was Alex helpful, but she is very positive and so so kind. She was patient and addressed all of my concerns, and when I had questions she always got back to me quickly with answers. I am used to being a control freak and I'm extremely type A but for the first time I trusted someone to handle things for me and it was such a relief relying on her! We unfortunately had a major family loss 2 months prior to our day, and Alex was there every step of the way offering support personally and professionally, and ensured us that she had everything under control while we spent time with family. Alex's communication was top notch between scheduled zoom calls, in person meetings, emails and texts she was always more than prompt with her responses. My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. She would reach out and get information on things for me even though I said I could do it. She knew I was putting unneccsary stress on myself and wanted to handle it for me even though I gave her an out. I may have tortured her by making her put all my escort cards on the origami cranes I made but she didn't even bat an eye lol. She connected us with great vendors and my husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding day.

She collaborated with all of our vendors, reviewed contracts and asked all the questions that didn't even cross our minds. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Alexandra fielded all the phone calls/texts and day of issues. We gave her full permission to make decisions when issues came up and she got to know us well enough to make the same choices we would have made. On the day of the event, she oversaw the set up of the entire venue, paying attention to little details I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I was doing it myself! She has experience with flowers, and she even helped put together some aisle arrangements for us, which turned out beautifully. It was so so nice on my wedding day to be able to be fully present with family and friends, and not worried about caterers and flowers and electrical wires. Leading up to the wedding, she was always Available and super responsive to my texts and phone calls. She made a customized timeline with every detail so that everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. Everything down to what we were having for lunch while getting ready that day was taken care of! She was so helpful in planning and organizing the final details leading up to my wedding, she even helped me print my programs and created a beautiful mirror seating chart. She made the day of a dream come true. She checked on all of my vendors, helped the wedding party, and especially paid close attention to me and my groom. She went above and beyond in every way and I could not recommend her more! If you are are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator- do it, and especially, hire Alexandra!
