First I want to say the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL.
Sadly my experience working with the venue was not ideal. First time calling Amy was great. She quickly got us in for a tour in July ‘23. Included with the venue price: rehearsal Friday starting at 4pm-9pm, bridal suite with air conditioning, cake table, tables and chairs for the first 100 (a per person fee over 100), dance floor, a barn for the guys (no air conditioning), and 120 parking spaces. The extras: bartender (per hour fee), ice(per bag fee) , linens (per linen fee), and clean up crew that will clean the tables off and at the end of the night put all the center piece items on one table and strip the linens in a bin(per staff member fee depending on size of party)
When I signed my contract it was with the daughter in law. I let the DIL know we wanted to add on 2 bartenders, ice and clean up crew. The DIL called Amy and she said no problem. The DIL told me it was Amy’s son who did the bartending and told me I would need to bring the pour containers. She also made the comment “Good thing you called when you did the bride signing after you wanted your date but you called first”.
6 months out, I received no invoice. I called Amy 5 times and left voicemails with no returned calls. I got nervous, thinking back on the DIL comment, that maybe I had a Bride Wars situation. Finally my fiancé called and the husband, Eric, picked up. He told my fiancé to send in X amount and in the memo just put the date of our wedding, “that’s how they do it”.
June 6 I received my final invoice from them. Amy called June 11 to get the final guest count. We sent the final payment.
July 22, Amy called to go over things. I asked Amy if I needed separate checks for the bartenders, ice, and clean up crew. She then said she did not have anything down for add ons. I told her the DIL signed it on my contract and even called her about wanting 2 bartenders. She asked me if I knew anyone to bartend because her son isn’t available. I let her know I haven’t really been happy with her communication. She did apologize and said this has “never happened before”. She offered to waive the clean up crew fee, which I thanked her and I did apologize for being upset with her.
Rehearsal Day: We were shorted 2 tables. They brought them in.
Wedding day: My dad was in communication with Jacob. Halfway through the night the bartenders came up and told me they were running out of ice. I called Amy and her response was: “Your dad has Jacob’s number is he not able to get ahold of him? ” This response is so unprofessional. The response should be nothing short of “no problem let me get you more ice. GO ENJOY YOUR WEDDING!” I explained to Amy my dad was enjoying my wedding so can she please call Jacob, she offered to give me his number. At the end of the night Jacob let us know we needed to make sure we had the tables cleaned off of trash before we left. I let him know “oh I added on the clean up crew”. Jacob then said that he just changes the trash. $700 TO CHANGE TRASH! I let Jacob know that’s not how the service was explained to me. I honestly rather have been charged for the service that was explained than her fake offer of compensation because we were not prepared to do this.
If I could go back while the venue is beautiful I wouldn’t book it here again. I’m happy I got married but working with this venue and their services did not make my memories pleasant. Thousands of dollars for a Meh experience.

I am so sorry to hear that you had a less than great experience with our venue. We strive ...
to do our very best to make every couples’ day magical, so reading this is disheartening. I am sincerely apologetic about the lack of communication you receieved. Once we realized your correspondence was being lost, I provided my personal number for future correspondence.
I would like to address a few inaccurate comments you made regarding your experience. First, the “cleaning service” you referred to is actually a service fee that includes one staff member on site (not priced per staff member) for $350 that provided extras so your wedding party or guests did not have to worry about the little things like:
-Stocking ice pre wedding and throughout the night which included 3 ice runs
-Supplying extra linens when you added two tables on the day of the event (no charge)
-Cleaning the bathrooms throughout your wedding to keep them looking nice for your guests
-Taking all of the trash out after dinner and displayed fresh empty trash cans for the remainder of the night.
-Removal of all trash at the end of the night once it was put in the trash cans, along with cleaning all of the trash in the ceremony area.
We apologize that you were under the impression that at the end of the night we’d also be packing up decorations and taking care of the linens but this is not a service we offer. At the end of the night this seemed resolved as we discussed what was done for the service, and you explained you understood and we offered extra time on Sunday and kept staff at the venue until 7 p.m at no charge.
As for our payment agreement, per the contact, it states when the deposit is due and when the final payment is due. We do not contact for payment until it becomes a late payment.
Regarding the bartender situation, bartending is not an offered add-on. We provided contact information for Jacob, who is available for bartending service. He never received the call for booking and to have a contract signed. The miscommunication was very unfortunate but was resolved promptly and we waived our service fee of $350 for the inconvenience. I offered to find you a bartender and you said you had someone in mind and you booked them.
We are sorry your experience will hinder your memories of the beautiful wedding you had. Wishing you all the best.

Amazing venue! If you’re looking for a gorgeous garden venue this is the one for you! Everything is extremely customizable and whatever you dream can be possible here! The only concern I had was the owner was a bit difficult to get in contact with for myself and my venders. Everything else was perfect!

We had an amazing wedding at Everlastings in the Wildwood in June 2021 (even despite bad weather!). The reason we went with Everlastings was that it has a beautiful outdoor garden atmosphere, conveniently combined ceremony/reception location, and intimate feel. We looked pretty hard and couldn't find an equitable location for our wedding. They have the care of a family-owned business mixed with the professionalism of a well-run operation.
It was set to rain on our wedding, but Amy (the owner) helped allay our fears. The rain held out just long enough for us to have our ceremony underneath the beautiful tree, down in the garden area. It started raining during the reception, which was fine since it was under their tent. However, when a tornado warning came in and a tornado touched down 5 miles away, we all had to rush into the barn (where the bar / bathrooms were) to take shelter.
Despite this, our guests were good sports, my wife and I kept it together, we did our toasts / cake cutting in the barn, and by the time that was over, the tornado warning had subsided and we were able to move back under the tent.
The only downside was that the DJ (not booked through Everlastings) packed up and left early. Luckily, Amy's son had a giant Bluetooth speaker they brought out so we used that for dancing and turned the night around.
Despite the craziness with the tornado warning, we will always look back fondly upon our wedding and where it happened. To be honest, I wouldn't have changed a thing. We cannot thank the folks at Everlastings in the Wildwood enough...they truly made our big day special!

Everlastings is just an amazingly beautiful location for a wedding. With the ceremony and reception areas on site, it's also very easy and convenient! Amy and Eric we're wildly accommodating, offering a multitude of a la carte services. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out!

The owners of this venue truly went above and beyond to make sure every last moment of our big day went perfect. They even recommended our caterer, and he was a HUGE hit. The owners truly understand customer service. I can honestly say I had my fairy tale wedding!
We signed a contract on a promise that the bridal suite and bathrooms would be completed before the wedding season started. The additions, like everything there, is done with such detail. Just like everything else they promised- they delivered.
You simply cannot re-create the atmosphere of this location. They have 25 years worth of heart and soul into their business, and it shows. Every thing was perfect.
We paid additional to have the venue help with ice, garbage, and a few other things. It was worth every penny! We decided to put the tent sides up, they were easy to find and had the sides up with very minimal distraction to the party.
I'm so glad I was able to get in on their first year, with the type of services and venue that they are offering once word gets out -- they will be booked up! I'm sure of it.

First of all this is the most beautiful venue I could imagine and my husband and I don't regret using this venue, but it was not what you'd expect from the wedding industry. They are new and I hope they work out some kinks, but right now, I think it feels more like a backyard wedding at a venue price range.
Morning of we used their "brand new updated" changing rooms for the brides maids, but lost power every twenty mins or less. Very difficult when you have make up artists and hair people trying to get things done for your big day!! The boys "barn" wasn't air-conditioned or nice at all.
They were difficult to reach and communicate with through out the process, but most disappointing was when we forgot a few of our things there. One of our groomsmen was in charge cleaning out left overs and didn't know there were two fridges so only cleared one. When we didn't take our things, instead of calling they threw it all away. We had saved part of our special made gluten free cake so we could freeze it and save it for our one year. Plus the caterer plated and saved us some left overs. And about 40 bottles of wine that we had not gone through. We were not far away and would have come for them if we had known, but did not figure it out until we returned from our honey moon. Thankfully they hadn't thrown the wine out, but when my husband went to pick it up, they had it sitting out in the rain and all the boxes were wet and breaking.
The venue was indeed gorgeous, but overall, the experience of working with the staff was disappointing.

I’m sorry your experience at Everlastings was not what you expected! We try very hard to m...
ake every experience here memorable. Our garden venue centers around the beauty of nature so by adding air conditioning to all areas(except the bridal suite) takes away from the beauty. In response to the food and wine, Everlastings would never throw anything away unless we where told otherwise. My staff was told you didn’t want your leftovers so we disposed of them except the wine and water in case you changed your mind when you came back from your honeymoon. I’m glad you enjoyed our gardens and hope you got some beautiful pictures😊
