Evermore took such amazing care of my dress! After a rainy wedding day and lots of dancing (with a broken bustle at one point), my dress was extremely dirty, as seen in the pictures. Despite the amount of stains to start, Evermore was able to clean it, preserve it, and make it possible for a future daughter or family member to wear it one day. 100% recommend Evermore!

I brought my wedding my dress in to be cleaned and preserved. They were super nice explaining to me the process and had it cleaned and preserved within a few weeks. When I came in to pick up my dress, Tammy showed me how to care for it and it looked like a brand new dress! They did a fabulous job of cleaning it, I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Evermore!

Evermore was able to get my wedding gown in to be steamed with less than a couple weeks notice, and it turned out perfect. So much better than I would have been able to do on my own. I brought my dress back in about six months after the wedding to be cleaned and preserved and am so glad I did. I went to the Deephaven location, every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful.

I worked with evermore for alterations on my wedding dress as well as the cleaning and preservation after my wedding day. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the alteration process right from the initial consultation and helped bring my vision of the fit to life! I also couldn’t be happier with the results of the cleaning of my dress! They did a wonderful job!

I was an out of town bride so had a hard schedule to work with, yet Evermore (and Nga) worked to accommodate my schedule, often coming in before their normal working hours for my fittings! I purchased my dress off the rack and so Evermore first cleaned and fixed some of the minor issues before we started the alterations process. Nga really seemed to get my vision for the dress, but there were a few areas that I was told we couldn't fix with the pleating in the chest. The dress also was pretty tight at my final fitting, but I was told that it needed to be that tight to stay up all night since it was strapless. Nga did a great job, but ultimately I needed someone else to jump in and help make it perfect. I was nervous that since my last alteration was a month out that it may not fit, and so was very appreciative that Evermore got me in to try it on the week before the wedding. Unfortunately I was right and it was far too tight to be comfortable. Maria Susana stepped in to save the day! She worked throughout the week to make sure my gown was absolutely perfect, in fact she recognized the issue with the dress was my long torso and so added in an extra piece to make it perfect and designed for my body. I cannot say enough good things about Maria Susana!! Maria Susana also was able to adjust the pleating that I was originally told could not be fixed. I am so thankful that she helped make my dress perfect and I'd give her 100 stars if I could. Evermore is pretty pricey, but if you want your dress to be perfect, paying a little extra is worth it!

Maria Susana was a wonderful seamstress to work with and made my dress look beautiful!! The shop was always clean and staff were very friendly. I had a fairly simple dress (no lace or big details), but still spent around $1500 for alterations, so be sure to include that in your budget. I did have some problems with the under bustle coming undone a few times during the reception. However, overall recommend!

Sarah was so helpful when I needed my mother’s wedding dress from 1936 restored They did a beautiful and professional restoration and then neatly put it in a treasure pak that will keep it forever. Thank you for helping us restore this precious heirloom

I had such an amazing experience. I brought in my grandmother's wedding dress from 1940. I was nervous that it wouldn't look good on me, but Maria assured me she could make it happen. She was incredibly kind and highly skilled, taking the time to understand my vision and making adjustments with expert precision. The end result was breathtaking, far exceeding my expectations. Maria transformed the dress into a perfect fit, enhancing its vintage charm while ensuring it suited my style. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful outcome, and I'm so grateful for her exceptional work.

I am forever thankful that Evermore Mpls was able to squeeze me in to get my wedding dress altered. They were willing and able to squeeze 3 fittings in a 1 month time span. My seamstress Chia was so amazing! I was afraid with the heavy beading, she wouldn't be able to deliver. But oh my goodness, she altered my dress so seamlessly, it's perfect! I used Evermore's Minneapolis location for alterations of my wedding gown. Chia did excellent work on my crepe fit & flare dress, but my experiences with some of the other staff led me to give 3/5 stars. At my first appointment, I was asked to sign the form listing the cost of all services before it was even filled out - like signing a blank check and handing it off... I also inquired on a different occasion about steaming/pressing and was rudely told that Evermore does not offer those services because "people are trying to sue them over their dresses". Ultimately, I had Evermore send out my dress for pressing for almost $200, and it was returned to me with the bottom of my dress stuffed into the garment bag, wrinkled. My phone number was also entered incorrectly into their system and I didn't receive a call that my dress was finished after the final fitting. These experiences led me to have my dress cleaned and and preserved elsewhere.

Evermore altered my wedding dress from the BHLDN line at Anthropologie, and they did an amazing job! The train on my dress was intricate, but they were still able to sew on buttons and make it work. I also had them clean and preserve my dress after the wedding. They did a great job with that as well. I plan to use them again to alter a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. 5 stars!

I had my dress cleaned at the Evermore store in Deephaven and they did a fabulous job! The fabric is sheer and very delicate and had a few stains on it from the day, but evermore got everything out and it looks just as it did the day I got it!

A very professional business. They were very gracious to re fold my daughter’s wedding dress. I made a mistake by taking it out instead of just the annual fluff up. Of course the dress is still very well preserved & I’m so grateful for their support & kindness as it was my mistake. Evermore is great .

Do not look to go ANYWHERE esle besides Evermore for your wedding gown alterations. Nga worked on my dress and she is an absolute miracle worker. It needed quite a bit of alterations, including working on intricate lace and adding buttons, and it could not look better. I just had my final fitting and the dress truly looks like it was made for me. Everything was easy to schedule, on time, and their Deephaven/Minnetonka store is beautiful and a great place to have to go 3 or so times for alterations. You MUST go to Evermore!

1000% send your wedding dress here! It will look radiant as the first time you tried it on! My dress was a little long so the bottom turned black from dancing the night away but you would never know! They preserved my veil as well which had dainty, little pearls on it. Excellent service, care, and attention to detail! Your dress will thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Evermore! After a very terrible experience with the local bridal shop I purchased my dress through, Evermore was able to put my mind at ease when they assured me they'd still be able to fully alter my dress in less than a month. They were flexible and got me on the schedule once my dress finally did arrive, and rush altered it perfectly after just one fitting. Highly recommend!

Neither the receptionist nor the tailor were friendly - I was treated as an inconvenience while I was there. They also asked me to go to JoAnns to buy fabric for the alteration which was frustrating and not the case elsewhere. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable moving forward with Evermore so I went somewhere else.

I brought my wedding dress, which was previously my mother's, to Evermore as it had gotten sweaty and dirty during the reception. It came back perfectly clean and not a bead was disturbed.

I brought my wedding dress to Evermore with simple agreed upon alterations. The entire experience with Evermore was stressful, not enjoyable, and at times frustrating. I came here several times and one time none of the alterations that were agreed upon were completed. There were marks on my dress that had to get spot treated, which they covered. I needed to use safety pins to hold my bow in place the day of my wedding. Overall, most things were done, however, not worth the negative stressful experience. With the price, I did expect perfection, which I did not get.

Evermore salvaged my bridesmaid dress. What a catastrophe to have a dress easily 2-3 sizes too large delivered without time to reorder! Evermore got me in right away and made EXTENSIVE alterations, basically rebuilding the bodice. With such extensive alterations, they called me to come in for a re-fitting before completing the process. The final product was amazing. I received so many compliments. I'm livid with the Wedding Shoppe where I purchased the dress for their incompetence and lack of response to their error, but so grateful to find Evermore.

My experience at Evermore could not have been worse. I went for a consultation and was so excited to talk about my dress. Instead, I was greeted with no conversation about the dress and random pricing. The person who I consulted with told me that it would be “about 180 for the hem” and 160 for the waist. I asked about steaming and she said it was an additional “about 160” for a total price or “700-800”. At this point she had not mentioned the chest which very clearly was too large and had not discussed any bustle options. I brought these two things up and asked for a complete quote. On a sticky note, she wrote down several numbers and eventually came up with “$1354 plus tax” without any explanation or formal system. I needed to prompt her to discuss a timeline and how many fittings were necessary. I am willing to pay for quality alterations, but based on this consultation I could not trust them to communicate or seek to help me achieve my goals for my dress. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Evermore was fantastic. I am amazed at how clean they were able to get my dress! I really did a number on it on the dance floor and now it's looking brand new again. On top of amazing work, the staff was very professional, friendly, and clear on what was done and when my dress would be ready. Highly recommend.

I had my lacey wedding gown cleaned by Evermore and it had some dark dirt on the bottom - it was cleaned and pressed so beautifully - it looks gorgeous again. I wish I could wear it again but now get to admire it. Sarah was exceptionally careful and kind when dropping off and picking up the dress. I wish I had gone here for my alterations. Highly, highly recommend this shop for a personalized, careful, gentle service - these gals are amazing!!! Makes me want to get married all over again. They gave such special treatment. Oh. My!! When I opened the box to see my gown I was blown away! The yellowing in the lace was gone!! My white dress is snowy white again! I can’t believe it, the dress looks just like it did when I got married 22 years ago. I could cry!! Now my daughters want to wear my dress when they eventually get married.

The seamstresses at Evermore Wedding Gown Care are absolutely amazing! My daughter's wedding dress needed quite a few alterations - sleeves, bodice, skirt length, wrist pleats and cuffs - Evermore Wedding Gown was quick and extremely professional. They were knowledgeable and explained what was being done to the dress every step of the way. Would highly recommend and give ten stars if I could!

Nga did an absolutely amazing job with my bridal alterations! I just picked up my dress on Saturday, and it fits perfectly. She has great attention to detail, and did some things to my dress that I would have never thought of. Would highly recommend for your bridal alterations!

This place has the most talented seamstresses! They know what to do with the most expensive and difficult dresses. I LOVED my dress and felt good in it on my big day. And the icing on the cake was that they preserved my dress also. I was worried about my dress yellowing but it's been 6 years and still looks as white as the day I got married. I felt fully informed on how to store my dress.

They didn't just handle my dress with the most care and professionalism possible, but they made it so no one would ever know there was a stain! I went to Evermore for my alterations and the experience was wonderful. The woman who did the alterations was so nice and knowledgeable, I never worried that my dress wasn't in good hands. I only needed my dress hemmed and bustled but there were many layers of fabric with various textures to hem and it all looks great. They were also really helpful in showing my friend how to do the bustle so that it wasn't as confusing on the wedding day. I definitely would recommend Evermore for alterations.

I brought in my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation and they did a wonderful job! My mom has also preserved her dress, and two of my grandmother's dresses and they've turned out excellent each time. They have excellent customer service and they were able to keep my gown for me months after it was ready for pickup. It is fairly pricey, but it's worth it knowing that my dress will be kept in excellent condition for years to come.

Nga is absolutely amazing at what she does! As with most brides, I was absolutely in love with my wedding dress when I picked it up from the shop. I was so nervous about alternations given all of the small details and lace on my dress. The shop recommended Evermore for alterations. I did not think I could love my dress any more than when I picked it out, but was wrong after I tried it on again after Nga worked her magic! It fit like a glove and was so beautiful. She added an extra layer of fabric on a part of the dress that was a bit to sheer for me and you would never know that is not how the dress came. She was able to shorten the incredibly intricate straps to fit perfectly. She added a wrist loop for quickly getting around and picking up the train which was so nice for getting place to place for photos. The bustle was not at all noticeable when unbustled, but looked great and held up through all my dancing when bustled. Evermore may be a little pricier than other alterations, but you get what you pay for. I am so happy I trusted Nga with my dress.

Nga is THE BEST. I used Evermore in New Hope for my wedding dress alternations and I had a LOT of alternations needed. My dress had a lot of beading and lace on the bodice and I needed a lot of alternations to get the bodice to fit me. Nga paid close attention to every detail to make sure that the dress fit me perfectly. She literally works miracles. I started the process having 2nd thoughts about my dress and ended up falling in love with it all over again thanks to Nga!

I dropped off my wedding gown here shortly after I was married in June. The dress had lots of beadwork but was overall in great condition. There was some moderate soiling and some grass stains in the hem from walking in the park for pictures. There was also some minor damage to the beadwork around the straps. At drop off, we discussed all of these issues and I was given a final price. I just picked it up today and after paying almost $500 for this service, I was disappointed. As soon as I got home, I pulled out the gown to take a look. The hem and underarms looked great but, much to my surprise, no repair had been done to the minor beading damage! I immediately called the store and explained that I thought this minor damage would be repaired as part of the cost. The manager, Sarah, informed me this was NOT included, even though we had discussed it at drop off. Instead, she suggested that I could bring the dress back for the minor repair for an additional $50-80. I expressed to her my disappointment and declined to pay an additional fee for something I thought was already included in the price of the service. I would suggest that the store have brides look at the dress before leaving the store at pick up so these issues could be resolved prior to getting the dress home. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but for the price they charge, a higher lever of customer service is expected.

I went to the New Hope location, with Nga as my seamstress. She was so great! My dress fit wonderfully. The bustle was great and high quality- our wedding planner even mentioned what a good job Nga did with the loops- none broke! I will be getting my dress cleaned and preserved here as well.

Being a bride that lives out of state, I knew I needed to plan well in advance for my alterations. Evermore was so accommodating through the entire process! For my final fitting, they worked specifically around the time I could be back in town. My dress was extremely detailed and fitted and the alterations came out absolutely perfect. Evermore did an amazing job altering my dress. I absolutely could not have asked for better! I am petite and it is always difficult to get clothing to fit through my bust and shoulders, especially. After Evermore took care of my alterations, the gown fit perfectly. Everyone said it looked like it had been made for me. They even added a lining where I didn't like how sheer the dress was. No one could tell it wasn't there originally. Highly recommend!

Evermore Wedding Gown Care is incredibly impressive. My veil was passed down from my grandmother to my mother and now to me. It is over 50 years old. Over those years the beautiful bright color turned yellow. I am so happy I chose Evermore to restore it. The original color came back perfectly, it looks brand new! I am so thankful for the thoughtful care they put into my veil. Evermore is fantastic!!

Evermore did an amazing job with alterations for my dress! The seamstress paid close attention to the alterations I knew I wanted, and suggested additional changes to help my dress fit perfectly. It was mind-blowing to see how well my dress fit me once alterations were complete! The bustle she created was also not only functional, but looked beautiful too! The staff answered all my questions and provided lots of good advice about taking care of the dress and even gave me a trick for fastening those tiny buttons. I highly recommend Evermore!

I am absolutely thrilled with my wedding gown.  I didn't think to take better care of it and after it being in my closet for 30 years it did not even look presentable. My husband and I were in disbelief with how beautiful it was when it was returned.  Detailed instructions on keeping it stored and even a pair of gloves in the box to handle the gown when I want to take it out of its beautiful wrapping. My daughter, whose engaged to be married in 2022, can even choose to wear my gown, if she desires. I definitely recommend Evermore for cleaning & preserving your Wedding Gown or special occasion dress. The staff goes above and beyond any expectations! Thank you so much!

They are a great place! A little more on the pricey end, but definitely worth it! They hand wash all the gowns with this special soap, instead of using harsh chemicals like the dry cleaners do. They also do the washing and preserving at the store itself, instead of shipping it off to another facility. They then put in a box where you are able to open it, and admire, and you can make sure it’s actually your gown, and not have to worry about them mixing your gown up with someone else’s. Finally one of the best part is they have a life time Guarantee that your dress will not yellow over time, and if it does, they will clean it again for free!

I am very disappointed with Evermore. I went to a seamstress who refused to acknowledge that my gown was too big for me two weeks before my wedding and sent me on my way with a dress much too big. If I shrugged my shoulders my dress came off. It was a nice studio and the front desk receptionist was super nice and helpful, but at the end of the day the work was poor and the seamstress didn’t help me. I spent way too much money at this shop. I had to take my gown to another seamstress in my hometown who fixed it for half the cost. I’m not from Minneapolis so I took this place as a recommendation. Don’t go here. You’re better off with your local seamstress.

Extraordinary with an emergency! The gown had been prepared in Denver, CO and we were told we just needed to steam it out once in MPS, MN. On a Friday, with 24 hrs to pictures, we contacted Alyssa who called their pressing plant, and when they could not turn-it-around, she made an arrangement with Duane from Twisted Threads, who spent Friday night hand pressing the gown into its perfect condition! We were 15 minutes early for pictures, thanks to their amazing service and professionalism-they truly saved our day!

The alterations at the New Hope Evermore shop exceeded my expectations; she did such an incredible job of making the dress look like it was made for me, and created a beautiful bustle. They are extra busy this year because of being backed up from Covid and I noticed that they even stayed late one day to fit me in. I am so happy I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone!! I see why they won awards in the past :)

I brought my dress in for cleaning after our Las Vegas wedding... the bottom hem was completely black from walking around. When I went to pick it up it looked brand new, it was amazing. The staff was super helpful and I was able to pick it up earlier than estimated. Thanks so much!

I went to the New Hope location and would highly recommend! I had a form-fitting style with lace on the whole dress and she did a great job of taking it in at just the right places. I had been holding off on alterations, as I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to go through with my wedding on the date planned due to the pandemic, but they were able to squeeze me in fairly last minute. They also did alterations for some of my bridesmaids dresses :)

Evermore was by far the most amazing alterations place in Minneapolis! The ladies were extremely friendly and nice to work with. They made me feel comfortable coming into the shop and trying on my dress during COVID. And the alterations?! Oh my gosh, she did an incredible job. My dress has a ton of lace work, and she took the dress in and hemmed the train with complete ease. The dress fit like a glove after the alterations. They even created the most amazing bustle for my dress which was no small task since the train went on a couple feet. The bustle was almost prettier than the train itself! The cost of everything was priced right for the amount of work and time spent on my dress. HIGHLY recommend going here for your wedding gown alteration needs.

Evermore (in New Hope) is definitely a place you can trust with your beautiful wedding dress! It was hard to find a reliable professional to clean and preserve my dress. But Evermore was awesome, my dress looks brand new again!! I was in shock when I saw my dress after the cleaning/preservation process... beautiful! They removed all the dirt/makeup and fixed my ripped lace. They have an amazing lifetime warranty, if your dress starts to turn yellow, they will fix it! Highly recommend. The girls that work there are very professional and know what they are doing.

I got my dress prepped for my wedding and they were attentive to every detail. On top of that, the entire staff was incredibly helpful. She listened to all of my questions and was able to reassure me that the dress would fit. My dress was very detailed and delicate and they took such great care of it and it fit perfect on the big day. Everyone at evermore was so nice and really made the alterations process so seamless. I will also be bringing my gown there to get it preserved and I can't wait to work with them again!

I did not have the best experience with Pa, as I felt like she was unable to execute the simple changes I wanted. However, once the owner Steve caught wind of it, he offered to make it right with a partial refund. I was grateful for his understanding, and while I did not get the dress of my dreams, at least I got some of the money back.

This tailor did an amazing job! We got our bridesmaids dresses from a shop called Diamond Bridal and they were horribly made, with the inner liner too tight in every size gown that was delivered and the beading falling off. But Evermore was able to get the dresses altered quickly and made them look fantastic! I was incredibly impressed, will be using them for future weddings. Also, clean venue and nice staff.

Evermore was absolutely outstanding in making my wedding dress fit absolutely perfect. My dress was very detailed and we knew ahead of time that it would be difficult to alter due to the complexity of the dress. The seamstress did an exceptional job fitting it to me and I could not have asked for a better seamstress. The dress fit perfectly and I owe it all to evermore. I also went to get my dress cleaned and preserved afterwards and they did an amazing job with that service and I received it back in a timely manner. I highly recommend evermore as they are very professional and top notch in dress alterations.

If you need it done right, go to Evermore! Nga is the seamstress and she did a beautiful job on my wedding dress! The shop worked with me to get my alterations done in the two weeks before my wedding, which was a huge relief. They even worked on my dress during the stay-at-home order, for which I am enormously grateful. Thanks to the New Hope ladies for making my wedding happen even during the pandemic!

I cannot recommend Evermore enough!! 6 months before my wedding, my husband and I moved to Europe and I was unable to fly home for alterations until 2 weeks before my wedding. As you can imagine, finding an alterations group willing to make full alterations on a dress they have not seen is quite difficult. I reached out to Evermore and Serena was super helpful in getting an appointment arranged and understanding the crunched timeline. At my first appointment, Pa was so helpful, immediately knew what alterations I needed and created a plan in the less than 2 week timeline that we had before the wedding. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing work she did in such a short time frame, my dress was absolutely perfect! The entire Evermore team is a wonderful group to work with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of wedding dress alterations.

I went to the the Evermore Wedding Gown Care in New Hope, MN and worked with Nga. She was always so sweet and positive and made the whole experience wonderful. She listened to my concerns and adjusted the alterations, ensuring that I felt most comfortable in my dress. I never felt nervous leaving my dress in her hands. My dress was a delicate silk material that would show any sort of mistake, but she made it look absolutely perfect. She even added hooks to my belt to keep it from falling and undergarments to make sure that my whole look would come together. I could not be happier with my experience with Nga and the Evermore team--I would recommend them to anyone!

Pa, the tailor that met with me really showed that she genuinely cared about the final product of my dress. Without being prompted, she walked up to me in my dress and told me what she wanted to do to make it fit better. When she put the pins in to show what she was describing, she was absolutely right. Pa and her team were able to make the alterations in timely manner. By first impressions, I fully trusted Evermore with my wedding gown, and it paid off. Everyone at the shop was extremely nice. I was so pleased that I went back to Evermore to have them clean and preserve my dress. Strongly recommended!

Evermore did SUCH a beautiful job making my wedding dress good as new! My wedding was in the winter and I had TONS of dirt stains. When I first arrived, she had told me that due to the nature of the fabric that it’s likely not all the stains will come out but that they would try their best! I’m so grateful to them because they did indeed get all the stains out and put my dress in this gorgeous museum-style box! Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful keepsake!

I had just moved to Minnesota right before I was supposed to start alterations so I only had reviews to go off of which was, of course, extremely nerve-racking. When I went in for my first fitting Pa gave me her list of things she thought we should do and then actually asked me what I thought, which I thought was great. At some point during that first appointment we were talking about how much my waist needed to be let out and she said it looked like about 1 ¾ inches and at the end when I was getting out of the dress she measured it and it was exactly 1 ¾ inches!! That made me feel so much better because obviously she knows what she’s talking about if she can eyeball a measurement like that and I was so right! I had my fourth and final fitting today (I bought it off the rack so there was lots to do) and throughout the whole process she walked me through everything that needed to be done, how she was going to do it, and what would look best. She was patient with me FaceTiming my mom in Florida, showing her the dress, and talking her through things too. The ladies at the front desk were amazing also!! Sirena and Annika made me feel so comfortable in a stressful situation, answering any questions, ensuring me that what I was feeling was completely normal, they were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Pa made my off-the-rack dress fit me absolutely perfectly!! It is like a totally different dress, even though of course I adored my dress at the beginning, she made it feel like it was made for me to wear down the aisle to marry my best friend. Thank you to all three of you wonderful ladies, Pa, Sirena, and Annika!!!

I used Evermore to preserve my dress and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They answered all of my questions with ease and helped me understand the whole process on how they clean it and why their cleaning/preserving is much different than others. Many other companies send your dress out to foreign countries and claim they cleaned it in house, but not with Evermore! They clean and preserve your dress in their location! I got married outside and had tons of stains on the bottom of my dress, that I thought would never come out, was I wrong. They got out EVERY single stain on my dress, even the spray tan spots on the thin straps. I was shocked by how beautiful it turned out and I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. This spot is an intimate shop that allows you to work 1:1 with the alterations manager and staff. They did a wonderful job with my gown, and the appointment process is easy. I am petite but curvy, and had a lot of work done on my the bodice and shoulders to accommodate my body shape. The dress was beautiful, everything was in tact as if it was brand new. Thanks Evermore team!

I visited the New Hope location, and worked with Nga. She was incredible and made the few spots that needed work fit perfectly and look amazing. Luckily, my dress fit me almost perfectly to begin with, but she made the minor issues come together seamlessly! ;) haha

I visited Nga at the New Hope location and I felt so welcomed and cared for every time I walked in. They were able to fix my bridesmaids dresses and made my dress absolutely perfect. Nga made sure the smallest of details were perfect for me. She changed my gown into a strapless dress, added a bustle, taught my family how to bustle the dress, and shortened it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks so much for making my gown perfect!

I want to say a big thank you to Evermore. I worked with Steve, Tammy and Lina. I just brought out my dress for inspection for the second year and it’s still in great condition! I have a gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown and I had purchased a David's bridal cleaning box at a discount. After the wedding I realized this wouldn't cut it. I contemplated sending my gown to New York as recommended by the designer but I didn't want to spend a fortune. They were very patient in explaining the best course of action for removing some stains on the gown. They also worked well with me to ensure the dress was cleaned prior to my move across the country.

Nga at the New Hope location is simply amazing! She is such a delightful person and she does beautiful work. She does not stop until your dress is exactly as you want. I had to take my dress in, shorten, and add a bustle. Everything was done perfectly! She made the process easy and minimally stressful. I would strongly encourage her for your wedding dress alterations.

I went to Evermore's New Hope location to get my wedding dress altered. I could not have asked for a better experience. Nga did my alterations. Before doing any alterations, she talked me through everything to make sure I understood what she was planning, and to make sure she understood what I wanted. The results were absolutely breathtaking. Nga is an extremely talented seamstress and I highly recommend her.

Nga did such an incredible job with the alterations, my dress fits like a dream. The whole process was very smooth and I loved how Nga would explain to me how and why she needed to make a certain alteration. Po and Serena were lovely to work with. I came in with a gown I purchased second-hand (had never been worn or altered) and they made it look absolutely stunning! The price for the work they did felt high, but the work was also of very high quality. Overall, I spent about $600 to add a belt, hem, bustle, and bring in the bodice of my gown. I was completely thrilled with the results! The experience was comfortable, and my gown was perfect. I will absolutely be bringing my gown to them for cleaning before reselling it.
