The best decision we made for our wedding, hands down, was hiring Everthine Events. If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop searching. Hire Everthine Events. For context, I am Type A, a Virgo, an internal medicine physician. Take what you will from that, but basically, I value attention to detail, structure, and perfection, and I was studying for and took the biggest examination of my career just days before my wedding. 😂 Needless to say, I needed a planner I could trust. We spent more than a year planning one of the biggest celebrations of our lives, and throughout that time, Sofia, who I had worked with from the very beginning, became essentially my second brain. She took the time to understand our preferences and personalities, helped me through decision fatigue, kept us on track, and guided us through both the exciting moments and the inevitable problems that come with planning a wedding. And Everthine Events does it all. We opted for ALL of their packages: planning and coordination, florals, graphic design, and their in-house music and media. We were happy with every single one. Having everything under one team made the process so much easier. Sofia already understood our vision, so we didn't have to repeatedly explain our aesthetic, colors, cultural elements, or preferences. It also meant that everything felt cohesive, from our invitations and signage to the florals, music, and reception design. The planning and coordination were especially invaluable. Sofia helped us navigate timelines, vendor communication, logistics, design decisions, and all the little details you don't realize go into a wedding. On the wedding day itself, she handled the behind-the-scenes logistics so we could be present and enjoy the day instead of worrying about what was happening next. All of our vendors loved working with her too, so we're not the only biased party here! The floral design was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. We had a specific aesthetic that we wanted to feel elevated rather than overly themed, and Sofia understood that balance. The graphic design made our details cohesive and intentional, while the in-house music and media team allowed us to personalize our music and reception experience. She also recommended choreography services within our budget that worked seamlessly with everything else. Our wedding was a very personal celebration, incorporating both Filipino and Mexican cultures, and I appreciated that Everthine Events understood this wasn't just about putting together a beautiful event. It was about creating something that felt uniquely US. Sofia took our scattered thoughts, Pinterest boards, changes, specific requests, and last-minute decisions and turned them into a cohesive wedding that felt intentional, personal, and completely us. Beyond the services themselves, Sofia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient, organized, reassuring, incredibly responsive, and somehow never made us feel like we were “too much,” even when there were a million little details to think about. We are so incredibly grateful for everything Everthine Events did for us. We walked into our wedding day knowing we could enjoy it because we trusted Sofia and her team to handle everything behind the scenes and they did exactly that. Five stars will never be enough. We could not recommend Everthine Events more!!!
