Andrea covered every- last-detail! Not only is she so knowledgeable about venues, caterers, florists, with strong recommendations - but she’s also a girlfriend to plan your wedding with who makes it stylish and FUN! Always positive with a smile on her face, even if I was experiencing some bridal stress.
She offers full, partial, and day of planning. I used her for partial but not she went above and beyond. I never had a thing to worry about. She took care of small to-dos that weren’t even on my radar.
I highly recommend Andrea to anyone in Cincinnati!
My fiancé and I cant recommend Andrea and her team enough. We hired her for full service and for my bridal shower and our post wedding brunch. She was incredible. Detail oriented , professional , yet fun and had so many connections to other vendors! We love her so much and are so sad our wedding is over and we won’t be working with her anymore !
My husband and I decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in a big way because we never had a wedding reception. I thought about planning it myself and as I started, I quickly became overwhelmed. I knew a friend of ours was an event planner and decided to go that direction. It was THE BEST decision I have ever made other than marrying my husband LOL!
There wasn't an item that Andrea didn't think of or take care of. She even directed me to a dress shop where I found the perfect non-wedding dress. Her professionalism and communication skills were flawless. I can't even completely express what my heart felt when the party was over. To say Andrea brought our vision to reality is an understatement - she EXCEEDED our expectations! Her vendor list is incredible - from the venue, to the florist, caterer, band, limo, invitations/printed material and signage and photography. I will never forget the room reveal. I felt like I was the princess in a fairytale. Alyssa and Matt who were our photographers were incredible. There wasn't an item they missed as we look back through their creative lens. They captured EVERYTHING! Andrea is the ENTIRE package - timely communication, professionalism, value and always making us feel that she had it under control and we were not to worry. Which she DID! Andrea was wonderful to work with! I used Every Last Detail Ohio for decor rental for our reception, and couldn't be happier we did. Andrea was very timely with her responses, organized and professional. Andrea even did the drop off and pick up of the decor which made our day less stressful! We are so happy how our reception decor turned out and I would recommend using Every Last Detail Ohio to anyone!
Andrea & her team are AMAZING!!! Andrea planned, design and executed our wedding at the Meshewa House and it was an absolute dream come true. I was one of the brides that thought of her wedding day ever since she was little and I have to tell you Andrea surpassed my wildest dreams & expectations - from her vendor recommendations (which are key!), to the many of phone calls, to picking out different design pieces together, to day of execution and everything in between she is truly the best in the business. I was worried the wedding planning process was going to be extremely stressful since I had never done it before, but I am here to say with Andrea on our team leading the charge, it was the furthest thing from stressful and she made it SO FUN every step of the way!! Everything on the day of went extremely smooth where no one attending the wedding had to lift a finger and it truly was the best day ever all thanks to Andrea.
Andrea makes herself available when you have questions, is extremely patient, and is a natural at managing all parties involved from vendors to dads and budgets. Hiring Andrea to help plan our wedding was hands down one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process - I am lucky enough to have gotten so close to her through the process that I consider her a very good friend and basically a part of our family. She is truly that great and I cannot recommend her or Every Last Detail more - if you don't have a planner yet, book Andrea before she is taken for your date, she is THAT good at what she does :)
Every Last Detail is INCREDIBLE!!!! Andrea was so kind, so thoughtful, and so detail oriented. She met with us to truly understand our vision, and bring our magical day to life! Her communication was excellent, and she always got back to me in a timely manner. Her pieces truly elevated my look for my wedding day, and I am so grateful for her!

Andrea was an absolute dream to work with. I used her for decor rentals and to help draft the vision for our wedding. She worked directly with the suppliers and my venue and made my life so easy. I’ve recommended her to all my engaged friends. Her vision board helped me focus on the details that mattered most. Our wedding was so beautiful and I really credit her with that! She’ll be the best part of your day, besides you’re new spouse!
5 stars! Working with Andrea and her team was a dream - she is the sweetest! Not only did they find a way to pencil me into their busy wedding season schedule but went above and beyond for it all. She was always one step ahead of me on the vision, details, and making my dream come to life. Andrea had amazing recommendations for some other vendors I had not picked yet as well. She made the actual wedding day so seamless and worry free making sure everyone and everything was exactly where is was supposed to be. We ran into a few bumps with our venue and she was first to reach out and find a solution as quick as possible. Best investment and decision! I truly miss talking to the team and planning my wedding together. Best in class!!!!!

Wow! Andrea definitely outdid herself. She was our day of coordinator and most definitely went above and beyond that role. She took the time to plan way before the day of and kept everything organized and timely. Andrea and her team truly are a dream to work with. They were all so caring and fun to be around and especially on the big day, she took any and all questions herself so we could enjoy and be stress free. From helping organize the timeline, reaching out to all of my vendors, and planning every little detail in between, Andrea was the easiest and best decision we could have made for our wedding. Have not stopped recommending Andrea to all of my friends getting engaged and to anyone who complimented my wedding. She helped with my sisters wedding and mine. Andrea is absolutely amazing at what she does, truly top notch!! I am a wedding photographer and worked with Andrea for the first time on July 2nd and it was a dream! Andrea made the most wonderful day of my life even more wonderful and perfect! She was my partial design planner and day of coordinator, but overall, she did so much more than this! She was one of the best vendor decisions for my wedding. I felt I had a true friend that could talk me through the whole wedding process. Her organization, thoughtfulness, and coordination, really put me at ease. I was completely able to enjoy my wedding day because everything was in Andrea’s hands. Her extensive timeline and coordination with all the vendors (photographer, videographer, florist, rental team, etc) allowed me to truly enjoy my time with friends and family! I can’t thank her enough for all she did!
Andrea was amazing to work with. From the moment I contacted her, her responses were timely and she gave honest advice on what would look best for the decor I was looking at renting. I ended up getting the hurricane vases and candlestick holders from her for my wedding last weekend. The quality was perfect. Everything was as I expected it should be & SO affordable. She brought them directly to me and picked them up from the venue after. Cannot recommend her enough!
Hiring wedding planners/coordinators is a daunting task because it's who you end up working with the most leading up to the wedding. Every Last Detail just didn't meet our expectations, but exceeded them. Andrea was with us from day one and was a critical asset throughout the entire process. She's extremely organized and has a calm, humble demeanor and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the check-in calls, wedding timelines, rentals and top service, Every Last Detail was always there for us in the most critical ways. We can't recommend ELD enough to anyone and everyone.
Andrea was recommended to me by our venue, the Lytle Park Hotel. What a match made in heaven!! Andrea was so fun and easy to work with, I honestly feel like we have known eachother for a long time. She made sure that our rentals were exactly where they were supposed to be at the right time on the day of, and answered all of my questions leading up to the wedding. I hope everyone has a chance to work with her!

Andrea is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization are just a few of the many things that make her so wonderful at her job. Having Andrea coordinate in the months leading up to our wedding and the day of our wedding took an immense amount of stress off of our plate. I had so many little wedding questions along the way and she was always available to answer them and provide advice/input. She was also constantly checking in to make sure we felt good about everything, seeing if we had questions, and providing updates. Andrea and her team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and make sure that we actually got to enjoy our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our family and bridal party on how well our wedding day flowed/how organized it was. Of all of the wedding decisions that we made, choosing to hire Andrea was hands down our best! Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. I cannot recommend Every Last Detail enough!!
Andrea is wonderful! We had a late request she was able to accommodate and was so gracious. She coordinated with the venue without an issue and relieved so much stress I had in the weeks leading up to our reception. I look forward to planning another event and working with her again!
Andrea was initially recommended to me by our venue coordinator to help think through design and decor for our wedding day. I knew she did coordination too, but at first I just didn’t think I needed it. She was so sweet and answered a ton of my questions that were probably completely unrelated to decor, and I quickly realized she would be an asset to have for day of coordination. Of course that spiraled; she gave me a ton of vendor recommendations and I started going to her for friendly advice on other wedding planning tidbits. I finally admitted to myself that what I really needed was a full wedding planner and it was the best decision I could’ve made. I was an out of town bride with a crazy schedule, and Andrea made it all so easy and painless. I was nervous to plan a wedding because I just did not think that was going to be my forte and had a ton of other stuff going on.
Andrea, as I assume most wedding planners do, connected me with vendors, handled timeline, coordinated with vendors and did details, but was so much more than that for me. I probably talked to her as much as some of my friends this summer - calls, emails, random texts - she did everything and more to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamt of. My mom and I felt so much relief of pressure having Andrea, because she was able to articulate and consolidate our big, and not always aligned, ideas into something real. She also managed all of our vendors leading up to the event, so that all we had to do was pay the bill! Andrea knew exactly what we wanted, even if we didn’t explicitly tell her, because she took the time to get to know us personally, and we trusted her completely.
On the day of the wedding, she and Mary handled everything with the venue and the vendors so that my mom, husband, and the rest of our families were able to fully sit back and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing.
I loved all of our vendors, but Andrea is truly the one that I couldn’t have done it without. On top of being great at what she does, I now consider her a friend, and would 11/10 recommend her to ANYONE looking for any level of service, from rentals to full blown planning!
Andrea and her team were absolutely amazing!! From our first meeting I fully trusted her and knew she understood our vision. From then on out, she truly made you feel like you were her only client. She wrote down everything and followed up with you regarding everything so nothing got overlooked. Her response time was always less than an hour and she always had links or resources when you were looking for ideas. Also, she had a large inventory of decor that we could rent which only added to the overall convenience.
On the day of, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and we were truly there just to enjoy our day. Our venue told me that it was one of the smoothest weddings they have ever done and all credit was due to her! Wedding planning was one of the most exciting, happy times for us and it could not have been done without her! We will definitely be using her in the future for family weddings and recommending her to our family friends!
WOW. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Andrea and Mary. Every Last Detail made my wedding an absolute dream. From our very first planning meeting, I knew Andrea understood my vision and man did she execute! During our ballroom reveal, I was brought to tears at how amazing it looked. Andrea was so great to work with! I used Every Last Detail for my table numbers/frames, as well as a few larger frames for signage. They framed all the table numbers for me, and I never lifted a finger - they worked directly with my venue coordinator for drop-off and pick-up. Could not have been a more friendly or professional company to work with.
