Working with Every Little Detail has been a dream! Their day-of coordination services (let's be honest, 1 1/2 month service) was incredibly helpful to us. I know that had we not hired coordinators that we'd still be just as married; however, there's no way that the day would have gone as smoothly as it did without their team to take the lead. My husband and I, and our family and friends, have only been left with such fond memories of the day and I know that had we not hired their team, I would have many regrets of things gone wrong. We worked with day of coordinator Alex and she is just the sweetest! She is so easy to work with! The weekly meetings we had were great because she kept us on track with our to-do list, and brought up things we hadn't even thought of that would need to be done. The day of the wedding I was not stressed out at all! I knew that she'd have it all under control because she knew our wedding inside and out. Everything was set up beautifully and ran so well! Even when we went off track of time, Alex was great to pull us right back on. If anything went wrong during the day, I didn't even notice. I really can't say enough good things about her work! Coordination is so well worth it! Make sure to add it into your budget- you won't regret it!

Alex was awesome! She did such a great job setting everything up and making sure everything went off with no hiccups day of, we cannot express how appreciative we are for her. It was very nice knowing we didn’t have to worry about anything because she was on top of it all. From setting things up bright and early, making sure everything went right during the ceremony and reception and after the wedding with clean up, Alex was on top of everything. Everything was perfect. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it set up. 5 star experience. Out of all of our vendors and things we paid for during our wedding, this was the best investment we could have made. We 110% would recommend using Alex and ELD in your upcoming wedding!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our daughter's dream come to life. She was absolutely thrilled with how it all turned out, & you helped her stay calm & in the moment throughout. When the strong wind was wreaking havoc with her veil, Lynette helped her keep perspective & make a wise decision, given the circumstances. When her loose hair was driving her crazy in the wind, Alyse, you even gave her the pin out of your own hair moments before she walked down the aisle! Alex did an amazing job helping us keep right on schedule before & during the wedding, which was amazing considering we had many moving parts in the day! These are only a few of the things that you did behind the scenes for her. As great as it was for our daughter, it was probably more so for me. I felt guilty spending the extra money, but my husband told me the wedding was for our daughter; the day of coordinators was a gift for me. He was so right.. and I'm so thankful & grateful! I was able to relax & enjoy the day, because you all were always 2 steps ahead in everything. We received many compliments from guests about how lovely everything was, & our pastor as well as some of our vendors went out of their way to tell us how easy you all were to work with. I don't know how anyone ever gets married without someone as fantastic as Alyse at Every Little Detail. She is amazing in SO many ways and took so much of the pain out of wedding planning. She was the perfect amount of assertive and considerate to vendors, our family, and even us – which was certainly sometimes necessary and very much appreciated. We’re so glad we hired ELD for wedding planning, design, and flowers. Probably the biggest help was the time we saved in utilizing ELD's connections and experience. We got married on the west side of Michigan, about 2 hours from our home in Chicago, and were so thankful to skip getting lost in online reviews and the overwhelming process of blindly screening every possible option, particularly from so far away. Alyse made the process so simple as she already had a short list of vendors in the area that she trusted and that fit our style and budget. From there, we had regular meetings and reminders that she used to keep us on task… and budget. With our busy schedules, it was a huge relief that she was the main point person for the coordination and logistics with all the vendors. Whenever an issue came up, Alyse was there to fix it. As an example, our hotels were giving guests different rates even though we had arranged a block of rooms and Alyse immediately took care of it. She also saved us money during a meeting with the caterer (specified by the venue). She helped us identify unnecessary add-ons and got them to remove added meals for several vendors that were not eating. As amazing as Alyse was throughout the planning process it was our wedding day that made us truly realize what a great decision it had been to hire ELD. Alyse totally nailed it with the design, flowers and overall aesthetic of our day. Even though we had talked extensively about the look and the feel of the wedding, it ended up being better than we had imagined and even more beautiful than we could have pictured. Alyse’s vision and commitment to detail shined through in both the ceremony and reception with amazing intricacies everywhere we looked. In addition, because Alyse had already been involved with the vendors and wedding design leading up to the day, she literally took care of EVERYTHING. From setup to teardown, ELD really made our wedding day amazing and stress-free! There is so much organized chaos the day of a wedding but with ELD taking care of it, there was nothing for us to do but relax and enjoy. We don't know how we would have done it without her. Alyse and the ELD team truly made our wedding dreams come true!

We hired ELD in November 2016 for our August 2017 wedding. We had the joy of having Lynette as our planner and in that short period of time the three of us (me, my husband, and Lynette) masterminded and executed a wedding beyond our wildest dreams... and we did so with some particularly challenging circumstances. In addition to the short timeline, Christian and I chose to have our wedding weekend in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The UP is one of the most remote parts of the state. It has few venue options and limited vendors. Also, we live in Philadelphia and knew we would not have time to visit any venues or meet any vendors in person. We knew we needed a planner to field all of this for us. We needed someone who could translate our vision from words shared over the phone and images shared on the internet into a real life event. This was all made more difficult because I am also a designer and am very particular. I needed someone who had exceptional design intuition, but who was also a complete and utter professional at getting any and every task done. I needed a Lynette. Time and time again through every decision she made Lynette demonstrated extreme talent and reliability. I literally had no worries throughout the planning process, because whenever there was a problem it was presented to me with a solution already in motion. For example, we had a difficult time finding a reception venue to meet our needs. Our first choice was a hotel that had just recently stopped hosting weddings. Saddened by this, we moved on and ended up signing a contract with an owner of a beautiful vacation home. Months before the wedding (fortunately before invitations were printed) this owner retracted the contract leaving us without a reception venue. Within 24 hours of this Lynette went back to the hotel and convinced them to let us have our wedding reception there after all. So, she basically made our dream wedding possible by making a bad situation into a great one. I wish I could put into words how amazing our wedding weekend was. It was the best time of my life and all of this is because of Lynette and her team's hard work and attention to detail. On my wedding day, I had no worries. I was filled to the brim with love. She made it so the only thing I needed to think about was my future husband and the life we intended to share. I highly recommend you look for the photographs of our wedding (Katie and Christian) on their website. You will be able to see all the joy we had on our big day-- all of which was made possible by Lynette. I cannot recommend her and the ELD team enough. If you or your fiancé are on the fence about hiring a planner, you will not regret it if you choose ELD. When we set out to start planning we knew we would need a wedding coordinator to plan our upper Michigan wedding from Arizona. I did what many new brides do and consulted The Knot. Out all of the different coordinators we called Lynette from ELD was the only one who responded not just in a timely manner but almost immediately! It was an easy choice from there. Lynette and the ELD team made everything seamless and easy. We expected to feel overwhelmed but leading up to the big day everyone commented on how unusually calm we seemed. It was at this point I referenced ELD and their magic because I trusted they had it all under control. This allowed my husband and I to focus on what was important and just enjoy the day! On the day of our outdoor ceremony at a farm it literally poured all day. Lynette already had a plan in place to move the ceremony into the barn and it ended up being even better and more magical than our original plan. The whole ELD team was easy to work with, communicative, accommodating, and professional. They not only planned everything but designed as well (which is a differentiation important to know when looking for coordinators.)We could not have been happier with any aspect of the process. They're the best!

The floral arrangements by Every Little Detail were absolutely gorgeous! We received several compliments on how beautiful the flowers were not only for the bridal party but the reception decorations as well! ELD was very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality floral designs!

Not sure where to start on how amazing ELD is. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, ELD is the one. The name says it all, every little detail, including things we would have never thought of, was taken care of. Alyse was our lead planner, and we did the "full planning package," which means that she recommended vendors, set up appointments, and met with us every month or so to make sure things were on track. She took care of all communication with vendors, including a seamless timeline the day off to make sure things ran smoothly. She made our vision not only become a reality, but the day was even better than we could have imagined. The whole process was made easy. Alyse, Lynette, and the whole ELD team were not only professional, but very personable and genuinely sweet people. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband and I had a June wedding in Jasper, MI. We found and chose Every Little Detail as our florist of choice through the knot. The customer service was over and beyond our expectations. Weddings can be very stressful and Every Little Detail made it painless for us from the start. We did a phone interview and shared images of what we had envisioned for our flowers. ELD was amazing from start to finish! I worked with them for a year and a half planning my wedding and they were beyond helpful every step of the way. Guys and gals. Look no further than ELD. We had to plan our wedding from 600 miles away and desperately needed an experienced, extraordinarily organized, responsive, collaborative, and creative wedding coordinator that we knew we could trust with our special day. Lynette was all of these things and more. She worked within our budget, involved my husband and I at every step of the way, gave us several options and ideas when we need or asked for them, and refined our wedding day vision at every step. I was the most relaxed bride on earth on my wedding day because I knew every single aspect of our wedding had been thought about and prepared for. Another strong reason why we choose ELD is for their decorating abilities. They *transformed* a very basic, brown, garage barn with low ceilings into an elegant reception, complete with the beautiful bursts of vibrant colors from gorgeously arranged flowers, dainty centerpieces, lace table clothes (at an amazing price I might add-Lynette really went digging to stay in our budget!), and an victorian style buffet table. Their decoration skills were incredible. My guests are still telling me this was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Yet, I did nothing but talk with Lynette every month or so to make the magic happen. Lastly. The flower crowns! Guys. GUYS. The florist ELD works with was outstanding. Our flower crowns were the most gorgeous thing I ever put on my head. My bridesmaids had them too and they felt like woodland fairy creatures. It just made the wedding so ethereal, royal, and earthy yet elegant. Trust this team with your wedding and your vision. They will make it happen and they will give you the memories and happiness you deserve on this special day. Finally, my husband and I are still saying, a month out from the wedding, that we wouldn't have *had* a wedding without Lynette. All the planning, organization, monitoring, and little details she worked out so that we did not have to, meant we could carry on with our lives as insanely busy graduate students but still feel like we were able to create a wedding day that was up to our standards and within our budget. I can't stress how thankful we are to Lynette for making this a stress-free, memorable, process from start to finish, and to guiding us into one of the happiest days of life. The most important decision I made about the wedding was to chose ELD as my wedding coordinator.

Alyse and Lynette were so friendly and easy to work with! We hired them to work on our wedding which had a 5-month timeline (super short by most standards!) and 130 guests at the Felt Mansion in Holland, MI. Since it was a non traditional venue with a large number of guests, the seating and transitions throughout the evening were complex and involved a lot of coordination between many different people. ELD did a fabulous job of understanding what we needed and executed it flawlessly! They even styled our ceremony and reception flowers, centerpieces, and decor on their own since I did not have time or resources to do so, and everything was picture-perfect. I cannot say enough great things about these two ladies. They were there for every single thing we needed and both extremely attentive, sweet, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough about Alyse and Lynette. The days leading up to the wedding, they made us feel at ease and under control. Our wedding was on my husband's farm in Michigan so pretty much "every little detail" was planned by us and setting everything up would of been impossible if it was just our family doing it. When we started our planning, we were living in North Carolina and about a month out from our wedding I moved to Toronto and my husband moved to Michigan. We were doing all the planning remotely and the days leading up to the big day, Alyse did everything she could to help us feel stress-free. They were the first people to set up and the last people to leave. They put all our decor items and gifts in a nice neat place and saw that our guests and vendors left with no problems. Thanks Alyse and Lynette! It was amazing having you by our side!

Alyse and Lynette of Every Little Detail (ELD) exceeded all of my expectations. As a physician-in-training, I myself am extremely detail-oriented and knew planning the most important day of my life was going to take a lot of work. Knowing I would need help understanding what exactly needed to be done and when, as well as learning how to manage vendors and countless decisions, a "day-of" planner was a must. After interviewing multiple other planners from all over Michigan, it was clear that ELD was the right fit for us. Alyse, even before her contract officially started, was in constant communication with me and the groom. She told me "Any time, day or night, call, text, or email me. You should never feel worried about your wedding, never feel overwhelmed. I can answer your questions and I can take care of whatever you need." She delivered exactly that. As we got closer to the wedding, Alyse traveled from Lansing to Harbor Springs, Michigan to do a personal site visit (at no extra charge) of our venue to make sure she could pull off the perfect day in the future. As the details and decisions piled up, she was extremely organized and it felt like she took care of everything. She answers her phone calls, texts, and e-mails within 3-5 minutes (you'll appreciate this!) and the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding, I would call her and say "This need to get done" and she would just do it. She also managed all the questions of my mother, as well as the mother of the groom, so I wouldn't get overwhelmed getting everyone in the loop while simultaneously trying to prepare myself. Finally, she was our safety net when it came to remembering everything. She never let us forget to do something, not even the smallest detail. We almost forgot we needed place cards, but Alyse designed and printed them for us and it was no problem! When the wedding day came, Alyse and Lynette pulled everything off and made it look easy! By this point, they felt like close friends of ours and it was so special having them there they day of. Now, we keep in touch with them and are so happy to consider them friends. You will not be disappointed with the work ELD does. They are the most reliable service provider I have ever worked with and without them, our wedding day would have been far less fun, creative, special, and seamless. They encouraged us to stay true to our style and made our vision for our wedding day become a reality. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with our decision to work with Every Little Detail.

Let me start by saying, our wedding day was perfect. I don't mean that to sound cliched or flippant, there were a lot of complexities we faced in planning our wedding and were, in many ways, in disbelief that it came together so smoothly. As much as I'd like to sum it up to luck, I know it was because we had Alyse and Lynette. My wife and I are are you would call type A individuals. When we were looking for a wedding planner, we knew that he/she had to be absolutely obsessed with details and meticulously organized. After our first conversation with Alyse and Lynette, we knew we had found the perfect fit. They are a professional outfit, without question. The level of communication was beyond our expectations. We never had outstanding questions for more than a couple of hours, and our vendors never had to circle back to us for more information. They literally feel like a 24/7 concierge service. Although they are high in demand and work with many bride and grooms, their constant attention to you makes you feel like you're the only wedding their planning the whole year. About 3-4 weeks out from our wedding day, we were so impressed with how Alyse and Lynette took over. They managed all of our decoration set up, provided us with help on our escort and placecards (which they did, and looked amazing), chased down our vendors, help used communicate with our bridal party, and even checked-in on us emotionally just to see how we were holding up. They were seamless on the day of. It was clear to my wife and I that they were doing so much to make the day perfect, yet they went almost unnoticed by our guests. They were effortlessly managing our vendors and the flow of the entire day without having to re-visit anything with us or our family. Above all else what I enjoyed most about Alyse and Lynette is that they take personal investment in the people they work with. We didn't just feel like they were our planners. It was very clear from the get go that they take pride in building a lasting relationship with the brides and grooms they work with, and that makes the whole process even more enjoyable. I can't express how appreciative we are to have had the opportunity to work with them and share our day with these two ladies. I HIGHLY recommend Every Little Detail!!!!

As mother of the bride I was very impressed with Alyse and her company. Every Little Detail is a great name!!! I am an out of state bride who actually had never visited Michigan until the wedding planning began. I tried to plan on my own "to save money" then realized my unfamiliarity with the area could lead to a disaster, meaning I could contact the wrong vendor and get "ripped off" ultimately spending a fortune etc. I found ELD at the perfect time and have been so blessed with Lynette and Alyse. They were with me every step of the way, making sure they knew and understood what I wanted. My expectations were completely exceeded and my wedding experience has been true bliss thanks to these wonderful ladies. Not only did I think they were amazing and completely on top of EVERYTHING from day one but my photographer also mentioned, "Your wedding planners are the most on the ball that I've ever seen". He has photographed over 2,500 weddings! If you want to enjoy your wedding experience, stress free, these ladies WILL make it happen. Thank you Lynette and Alyse for all of your hard work! My wedding day was one of the most relaxing, peaceful and above all fun days of my life! A big part of that was thanks to Every Little Detail. I worked with Alyse and Lynette, who provided a "Day of Coordination" package for my fiancé and I. They definitely went above and beyond in my eyes. They took care of everything, from confirming my vendors to tracking down serving utensils for my desserts to hand making citronella candles just a few days before the event. They were AMAZING. One last thought to share. When I first met with Lynette and Alyse, they told me, "Nothing is going to go wrong on your wedding day, and if anything does, you won't know about it." And they were right. It was the perfect day. These two are wonderful people to work with for your special day!

We had a great experience working with Alyse! We were very cost conscious and trying to keep expenses as low as possible - so hiring a wedding planner wasn't something we initially planned to do, but after several friends and family members suggested it we decided to look into it and found Alyse. The decision totally paid off. She was very flexible and helped us work within our budget. She was willing to meet or talk with us whenever or wherever was most convenient for us and she had some good recommendations for local vendors and advice based on previous weddings. She saved us a lot of stress as the wedding got closer by handling a lot of the last minute details. I don't know what we would have done without her - especially the week of the wedding. We were very glad to have her help!

Alyse was my angel. I had no idea what I was doing and she led my through the process without making me feel like I wasn't in control or a crazy person. I don't know how she did it but we came out under budget and very happy! When anything went wrong I didn't have to worry because Alyse was already on top of it. She's honest but never pushy and we really can't say enough great things about her. I would recommend her to any bride but especially a budget conscious one who needs lots of help!
