We had the absolute pleasure of working with Holly for about a year leading up to our wedding. Holly was so incredibly organized and patient with us while we made various decisions around the big day and was always ready with a recommendation when we didn’t have a clue what we wanted. She was literally there every step of the way, and the month leading up to the wedding, was amazing about just handling the confirmations, timeline, and minute details that I was not even thinking about. She is totally calm, cool, and collected and was so fun to have around on our big day! I truly believe our wedding day was perfectly planned (MULTIPLE guests even said the same) and that is truly all thanks to Holly.
Holly!!! Absolute best!! Hired Holly as our day of coordinator and was amazing! Her attention to detail, organization and calm demeanor made everything run so smoothly. Cannot recommend her enough, she was the backbone to our wedding!
We hired Holly as a day of coordinator for our special day and from the beginning she was amazing. Whenever we had questions or were struggling finding a good vendor she was there to help with advice and recommendations. She helped us feel confident going into our big day and once we actually got there she was on top of everything making sure everything ran smoothly. One really great thing she provided was her spreadsheet that kept track of everything from the guest list to the timeline to the list of who needed to bring/set up what. Having that to refer to was so great when getting everything organized! She was always available to call or text if we ever had any questions which was wonderful since we had to completely change our plans halfway through planning. She was there to help us every step of the way. If we could do it all over again Holly would be the first person we'd call, no question about it!

We chose the all inclusive planning, and we couldn't be happier with Holly's services. From our first meeting, Holly was attentive and enthusiastic about our vision. She kept in constant contact through emails and phone calls, ensuring every detail was perfect.

I hired Holly for the wedding day-of coordinator package, however she was so much more than that! She met with me on zoom multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding to help me work on my timeline, floorplan, and make sure I had thought through all the details for each vendor. She was always a text away throughout the process as well for any questions I had! On the day of, I felt so relaxed and truly enjoyed the entire day- if there were any fires that Holly put out, I had no idea, lol! All in all, she was a pleasure to work with, and the wedding day was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend :)
Holly and her team were nothing short of amazing! I initially booked the option for a day of coordinator but ended upgraded to have them set up and break down the venue/decor for me. Holly scheduled regular check-in calls to make sure everything was on track and to give feedback and suggestions when I felt stuck. I also texted whenever I had questions or needed advice for other wedding particulars.
The day of the wedding Holly and her team took all of my notes and inspiraiton pics and made my venue look absolutley gorgeous. They absolutely knocked it out of the park.
As for the wedding itself, Holly was a rock star. She kept things moving smoothly, let me know where I needed to be and made sure everyone had the best time imaginable. Every single person in my family pulled me aside to gush about how great Holly was. I truly couldn't imagine my wedding day being any better and it definitely wouldn't have been possible without this amazing team.

My new husband and I agree that she was our best investment through the entire process.
I hired Holly as a Day of Coordinator, but she provided excellent service and help throughout the whole process. She had spreadsheets and forms that helped me know what to do. These documents were very important for her when we got to the day of, but they helped me stay organized throughout.
Since I was moving, Holly did the venue walk through with me in June. We had the floor plan drawn out and an entire plan. We met over Zoom throughout the entire process, and she was always attentive to my questions.
The best part for me is when we were about a month or two out (it has all run together) and Holly took over all vendor communication. I didn't have to worry about coordinating with all the different people. There are so many moving parts, and there is no way I could have kept up with them on the same day I was getting married.
She offered emotional support when needed. She listened. And the day of my wedding, she was a rock star! We were not planning on the wind, so were many last-minute changes as far as set up and decor. I trusted her to make decisions. Everything turned out great.

Holly was an absolute JOY to work with. She had the best attitude and was so helpful from day one, always letting me know I could text/call/email whenever I had a question. She had so many recommendations on vendors and gave honest input from past experiences which I found so helpful. She also helped us stay within our budget. On the day of the wedding she had everything covered, I didn't have to lift a finger. Can't recommend Holly and the Every Step team enough!!
Holly with Every Step was incredible to have work on our wedding! We met with her about 6 months before the event, and she was so helpful with everything left to plan. She had great recommendations for any vendors that we had yet to hire, and helped to focus us on the smaller but important details with venue, catering, and bartender. We had a friend as our officiant who had never done so before, so Holly stepped in and made sure the rehearsal ran smoothly and everyone knew what they’d be doing. On the wedding day, Holly played point so well with various issues that both my husband and I just got to relax and enjoy our wedding. I cannot overstate how much we loved working with her, and how she made a very stressful day actually relaxing and fun.
Holly was absolutely amazing for our special day! We found her through DJ Danny B & are so thankful we did. We used her month of/day of coordinating services & she was so helpful from the time we booked her all the way through right after the wedding. She was always willing to answer any questions I had even when it was months out & her experience in the industry was especially helpful for guiding me in the right direction while honoring all of my wishes when it came to the floor plan, timeline, and other details. The week of the wedding, I was trying to make a vinyl decal for our seating chart sign & my Cricut stopped working. I had told her we weren’t going to have it on the sign anymore since we couldn’t get it to work & she ended up going above & beyond & making it herself which meant so much to me. Holly & her team did a great job efficiently setting up & taking down & letting me know where everything was after the wedding. Everyone in the bridal party spoke highly of her communication and effort the day of & I truly felt like I was able to go with the flow and be totally present the day of thanks to her. Can’t recommend booking her enough!! Thank you Holly!!!

Holly truly goes above and beyond. We utilized her day-of coordination services, but she had periodic check-ins with us throughout the months leading up to the wedding to ensure we were prepared for the big day. Her organization, professionalism, and attention to detail were a huge help in our wedding planning and execution of our vision. Our family and other guests also commented on how great she and her assistant were and I feel that says a lot about their services. I’d recommend Every Step to anyone getting married in the Houston area, or anyone planning a large event! Holly also recommended the DJ we booked and he was also incredible and loved by our guests!
Holly is the best!! Truly made the planning experience seamless. I was very much a DIY bride but I was very happy to have Holly to help me with things I never thought of!! Her check lists are amazing! And she really helped with our timeline and finalized plans with our other vendors. It ended up raining on our wedding day but Holly made what adjustments were needed and communicated with me about not many guests being there yet (rain and traffic caused a lot of people to be late) so we just pushed the ceremony a bit. She helped with so much behind the scene stuff and it was really nice to enjoy my day!! Could not recommend her enough :)
I keep telling everyone the only reason we were able to pull off the best day of our lives after only a 10 month engagement is 100% because of Holly! She is so calm and patient (two things I lacked in this process 😂), professional and her attention to detail is unmatched. Her full service planning package is 100% worth the investment, she was consistently available and recommended nothing but the best vendors around. Not only was she just a message away during the planning process but the day of the wedding went so incredibly smooth with her there (and if there were any hiccups then kudos to her again cuz I didn’t know about it haha) Holly is so sweet and I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone getting married whether you need her for full planning or just day of
We used Every Step for day of coordinating but that wasn’t the extent of Holly’s services. She gave me timeline details, a seating chart, and access to an excel sheet for all of my vendors and everything I definitely hadn’t thought of. Holly’s professionalism and genuine kindness made my wedding planning and day of so smooth and simple. I really appreciate the way she inspired me to get things done and do it in a timely manner.

Holly was amazing! She was always available to guide us along the way. We bounced ideas off of her and she made my daughter’s vision perfection! She worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding from early in the morning setting up tables, centerpieces, signs, flowers, etc. and until late into the night to clean up! She communicated with our vendors and handled the hiccups so we didn’t have to. Her staff was also amazing! Thank you Holly for everything!

Holly is the best! We hired Holly as a “Day of” coordinator for my daughters wedding on 1/14/23. She was SO MUCH MORE. We had several zoom meetings, emails & calls during the 11 months of planning. Holly had great ideas, recommended fantastic vendors, helped with floor plans, really anything we needed. She reminded us of things we never would have thought about. Holly ran our rehearsal & the wedding day, it all went off perfectly!I wish I would have asked Holly to coordinate the entire wedding from start to finish. We met Holly at the Bridal Extravaganza and she was the only vendor we booked there. Her personality and laid back demeanor is what did it for us - I tend to be a worry wart!. Leading up to the wedding day, she was always super responsive and proactive. She took the initiative to take things stuff off my lap last minute like handling our wedding sign, bar menu, table #s, and seating layout. It was super important for us to have someone bilingual to help wrangle my Hispanic family on the day of - she brought along her assistant, Delia. We didn’t meet Delia until the day of and she was amazing! They both were. The day of the wedding they both kept us hydrated and made sure to check on us if we needed anything. They were buffers for when wedding guests would interrupt us from having our dinner. When hiccups came up on our wedding day, Holly only consulted with me on critical decisions needed. It wasn’t until a few days after that we learned of the terrible mess one of our vendors made. She went above and beyond to share feedback with that vendor and follow up that we got refunded. Holly - thank you for being dependable throughout this whole process. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Holly was absolutely the best decision my husband & I made for our wedding! She made our whole day run so smoothly, helped us create final floral details on our arch, helped with our cake. She gave us the key points we wanted to reach with our wedding. She made sure Robert & I were taken care of first and truly made our day so special! She was very communicative and made sure every need was met in the planning phase in order for the day of to be perfect.
