Everything But The Vows is a boutique wedding planning company located in Baltimore, MD, serving the greater DMV area. I founded EBTV because I know that the planning process can be stressful, and that the day-of is organized chaos! My hope is to help you feel prepared so that you, your fiance, and families can kick back and have a great time. My services include: Providing vendor recommendations Attending venue walk-throughs Facilitating rehearsal Creating and managing a day-of timeline Setting up and breaking down all decor on the day of I would love to hear from you so that I can learn more about what you are looking for! Katherine made the day of my wedding the most stress free! She handled everything and all communications with my vendors so I didn’t have to worry about anything but getting ready and enjoying my day! My wedding day had rain but she still made sure our vision came to life along with her staff member Nick who was also so helpful! Great experience if you’re looking for someone to ensure the day of goes off smoothly!

Katherine and her team (Nick), were PHENOMENAL! My wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them! I truly was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew the two of them had everything covered. I have no idea if anything went wrong, because I was never bothered by a guest or wedding party member. I am so thankful to Katherine and Nick for being there and making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. They even packaged up the entire reception at the end of the night and delivered it to my parent’s house. And Nick was making sure my husband and I’s drinks were never empty and making sure the Polaroid camera was always in use! I can’t recommend Katherine and her team enough! It is because of them that I was able to enjoy my wedding day and it was 100% stress free! THANK YOU!

Katherine was the final piece to our puzzle for our wedding. She was absolutely amazing and made the months leading up to our wedding and weekend stress free. She always answered our calls and texts, no matter the time or day. She allowed us to bounce ideas off of her and truly helped us have the wedding weekend of our dreams. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and we are truly so grateful for her. I cannot recommend her enough. We love Katherine!

Katherine was truly an amazing person to have as our day of coordinator. She was always willing to help and communicate and make our day special for everyone. She was open and honest with all communication and helped even give suggestions for other vendors. Her and her team did a wonderful job with all the organization and set up with everything before the wedding day and especially on our big day. She is so lighthearted and caring and truly cares about the couple, she even went above and beyond and picked up our flowers from our family friend to save on their travel time. I would recommend Katherine and her team to anyone looking for a hardworking, organized day of coordinator for their special big day. Katherine helped alleviate any stress or worries I had for the day of because she was on top of everything and made our day truly special and one I will never forget. Thank you!

Katherine in her team are truly the best. Day of coordination was seamless and flawless. No question was too much and truly we had no concerns or thoughts the day of our wedding other than having fun. They are PROS! The entire planning process was made so much easier because of Katherine. She let us contact her any time with any questions. Truly gave the best advice and suggestions and did it in a way where what you wanted was still reflected and the priority. We could not have asked for a better planner for the entire process and a better executor for the day of. Truly looked better than we had envisioned. The only down side is that now that it’s over we don’t get the pleasure of working with Katherine anymore. She doesn’t warn you about that! Thanks Katherine for literally everything. We are so grateful we got you to make our day amazing.

Katherine was nothing short of a miracle worker for our wedding day. From the minute that we sat down with her and after several coordinator interviews, it was clear that she was the obvious choice-- her passion for what she does and comes through in every call we've had with her. She provided direction and support, helped us focus on what tasks needed priority, provided excellent recommendations, and made sure out event went off without a hitch! Her ability to manage our event was flawless and we recommended her to our friends, who chose her after several coordinator interviews. I've had multiple people ask me what one piece of advice I would give now that I'm married, and it's hire a day of coordinator for your wedding. Katherine was my day of coordinator for my wedding in October and I would not have been able to make it through the day without her. Katherine was such a source of knowledge and advice leading up to the wedding and shared so many helpful tips with me throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly and people were where they needed to go. I know she handled so much more than what I'm aware of because I was actually able to enjoy my wedding and everyone came to her with any questions/issues. Highly recommend!

Do you know the feeling when you experience something new and it lights a fire inside of you that you didn't even know you had? For me, that happened when I fell into the world of wedding planning, specifically day-of-coordination. By a stroke of fate, I had an opportunity to help a few family friends with the weddings of their sons and daughters and BAM! - I discovered a passion for the industry and decided to pursue that feeling further. When I am not working with my awesome couples, I am working in HR for a tech company in Howard County or spending time with my family and friends.
