Her knowledge was invaluable when it came to choosing our vendors. She helped us figure out what style we wanted for our photographer and videographer. From the very beginning she kept us on our toes regarding all the "to do's" and always checked in with us. When there was an issue on my end she gave the best advice and was always willing to listen. (something that I can't stress enough, as being bride). Luisa and her team were in contact with all our vendors during the process and handled any glitches or questions that came up along the way. Luisa planned my best friend's wedding 3 years ago and I knew she would do an amazing job with mine. The day of the wedding she left no stone unturned. Luisa and her team took care of every detail, making sure it was just the way we wanted. They made sure we had everything we needed and stayed on schedule. She handled final payments and gave out the tips to the vendors. She had a form for the vendors to sign when she gave them their payment/tip. Which other planners don't do. My wedding day was everything I dreamed of and more. I know that Luisa made sure that we had the time of our lives and we absolutely did. Luisa has also become a dear friend. Something that makes your wedding even more special. You never feel like you just hired someone to do a job, but instead that a friend is by your side making sure your day goes on without a hitch and that your best interest is her best interest. Maria began feeling very overwhelmed a few months prior to her wedding and her matron of honor told her you need to call Luisa from Everything Fabulous. She had used Luisa two years ago for her wedding and told my daughter remember how I was raving how amazing Luisa was. Well you need to hire her and will do the same. Lucky Luisa and her team were available for my daughter's wedding date. I can not tell you the amount of weight that was lifted off of my daughters shoulders, I as well felt so relieved. Worse thing as a parent is seeing your daughter stress prior to her wedding. Luisa literally took everything over. Jewish weddings have their differences already, and on top of that we were planning a half-Persian Jewish wedding. I immediately felt comfortable after realizing her experience with Persian Jewish weddings, our unique customs, songs, and vendors. She was amazing at creating a timeline that worked for both us and our vendors (I wanted to maximize on dancing time and hold off on cake cutting). Luisa kept all family members and vendors on schedule, so everyone knew where they needed to be and when- no wandering family members if Luisa is there! Her great relationships with vendors is very, very important, and means the day can flow. She knows the vendor team members by name, and they know and respect her. She helped me out as soon as I started working with her, gave me her vendor recommendations based on what she knew I wanted (she has a positive relationship with many vendors, and never pushed any one on me) and I felt she had my best interests at heart. Because of Luisa, I ENJOYED my wedding day, knowing I didn't need to worry about a thing. I didn't have my phone or watch on me, and I relaxed knowing it was all in her capable hands. She made sure I planned/thought about all aspects of the day in advance, gave me a recommended vendor gratuity list and handed out gratuities that day (and had them sign upon receipt). We've worked with her as a full time planner across 2 weddings since then, (an intimate COVID ceremony, and our full celebration a year later) and that first impression has held true through it all. We got married at the Bowery Hotel in NYC both times, all incredible and beautiful events in their own ways, which also shows Luisa's range. She is incredible at what she does, has endless patience, and handles everything so well that we often didn't even hear about issues until it was solved already. We looked to her for guidance throughout, and she always gave us her expert opinion but was never pushy and allowed us room for our own decisions. Leading up to the wedding, she handled everything from making dress appointments, makeup/hair trials, and vendor selections, and all the communication around logistics. vid. It has been a heartbreaking episode. We were finally able to have my daughters wedding in a private estate. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Luisa and her team. She helped us find venue that met our budget since we are still going to have our grand reception next year. wedding till July and we still were not able to get married at our venue, again due to Covid 19. We were literally heart broken and did not want to wait till next year 2021 to get married. So we decided not to wait any longer and ask Luisa to find us a new venue. She literally snapped her fingers and found us such a beautiful place to get married in. We couldn't believe this was going to happen in a few short weeks and able to invite a 100 guests. It was less than we wanted but more then other venues allowed. We even had dancing allowed so I did not lose out on the money spent on the band. Our families and I literally did not have to do a thing in order to make this wedding happen. Luisa and her girls took care of everything. My parents could not believe how fast they made it all happened and how much stress they lifted off our shoulders. We literally just showed up the day and got married. Even though it wasn't the dream wedding I wanted, Everything Fabulous For Your Events made sure it came close enough. My guests could not stop complimenting how out of this world my daughters flowers were. The oohs and aahs did not stop all night. From the linens to the napkins, to the colors of the flowers. My daughter and I will never ever forget this amazing experience with her! She will always be a part of our lives and I can't wait for my daughter to get pregnant so she can help us plan the baby shower. I know I'm jumping a head but that is how much I love Luisa. into one day. I hired Luisa for my wedding at The Pierre hotel. I was so stressed about the day running smoothly and when the month of coordination kicked off I was immediately relieved. It was such a gift to have a team I could trust take care of every detail. It gets so overwhelming towards the end of wedding planning and it was such a relief to hand off those details. They were such a huge help in deciding critical details that are hard to decide on when planning a wedding since it's the first time going through it. They've done hundreds and know almost all NYC venues and vendors so can really help advise and point you towards the best decisions for your budget and vision. As if this all wasn't enough....I later learned their best asset is their help the day of the wedding. They kept me and my family SO calm. My husband and parents loved working with them. Everyone warned me that the wedding day would fly by in a flash, but because I had their team I didn't have to worry about anything and was therefor able to be totally in the moment. her services is very fair and reasonable compare to others whom we spoke to prior to finding her. A lot more affordable for sure !!! Luisa and her team is such a pleasure to work with (so important for someone with whom you will have lots of emails and calls), and really know what they're talking about. They kept us moving and focused. The day of our wedding our families were so impressed on how they executed the entire day. Not one glitch!!
