We would not have survived the wedding planning process without Luisa and the entire Everything Fabulous team. She was there every single step of the way, providing much needed guidance, support and advice for each aspect. She was constantly one step ahead and made our lives so much easier. We truly could not imagine going through it without her and are so thankful that we had her and the team with us leading up to and throughout the day. We would highly recommend Everything Fabulous for any couple that wants to make the wedding of their dreams a reality!

Where do I even begin? Everything Fabulous for Your Events is FABULOUS! Luisa Colon is a super star, as is her team. From the first phone call until the last, Luisa has gone above and beyond to make our dreams come true. Her grace, professionalism, and warm personality was an instant match with us and our families. On wedding day, Luisa was there past midnight to ensure that we were covered in all areas and EVERY time I turned around, she was behind me the entire night. I can't recommend her and her team enough - true wedding planning artistry.

I don't have enough words to express how much we recommend Luisa and her team! My sister used them for her day of planning, as well as many friends, and everyone was spot on to recommend EFFYE to us! From the day we started working together every part of planning became seamless and so easy, and everything on the day of was beyond perfect thanks to everything the team did! From helping us find and book vendors, making sure everything was confirmed, everyone knew where to go, etc, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day totally stress free! There was always someone on hand for anything we needed and there was not a single detail missed! You would be crazy not to go with EFFYE for your big day. We used her for partial planning services, which included day of, and we couldn't have been happier, especially since our venue was a completely bare bones space, and they helped us envision and transform a summer camp gym into a 5 star wedding venue, and our ceremony space was stunning thanks to their help with finding our event designer and their constant communication with everyone during planning and on the day. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding and we owe that all to EFFYE! Truly the best in the business, and not something to skimp on to make the day perfect! We recommend EFFYE whole heartedly, and wish we had more events to plan, because we miss working with Luisa so much! Don't hesitate to reach out, you won't regret it!!

Luisa is the absolute best wedding planner! She helped us every single step of the way. We hired her about a year before our wedding date, which was this past June. She took the time to understand our vision and exactly what kind of wedding we wanted. She helped us navigate the entire wedding process from beginning to end. Her knowledge was invaluable when it came to choosing our vendors. She helped us figure out what style we wanted for our photographer and videographer. Most importantly, she helped us determine what we could afford with our budget and where it makes sense where to spend our money. From the very beginning she kept us on our toes regarding all the "to do's" and always checked in with us. When there was an issue on my end she gave the best advice and was always willing to listen. (something that I can't stress enough, as being bride). Luisa and her team were in contact with all our vendors during the process and handled any glitches or questions that came up along the way. Luisa planned my best friend's wedding 3 years ago and I knew she would do an amazing job with mine. The day of the wedding she left no stone unturned. Luisa and her team took care of every detail, making sure it was just the way we wanted. They made sure we had everything we needed and stayed on schedule. She handled final payments and gave out the tips to the vendors. She had a form for the vendors to sign when she gave them their payment/tip. Which other planners don't do. My wedding day was everything I dreamed of and more. I know that Luisa made sure that we had the time of our lives and we absolutely did. Luisa has also become a dear friend. Something that makes your wedding even more special. You never feel like you just hired someone to do a job, but instead that a friend is by your side making sure your day goes on without a hitch and that your best interest is her best interest. Literally nothing went wrong on our wedding day and we have Luisa, Barbara and Michelle to thank for that!!
FANTASTIC!!! Luisa and her team are the best! Can't believe it's been 3 weeks since the best day of our lives. After booking our venue, it became stressful finding the right vendors. We reached out to a bunch but they could not get/understand what we wanted. When I spoke to Luisa, I immediately knew she would be able to help us. Her calm demeanor, professionalism and experience made me hire her immediately after our call. We soon after booked the remaining vendors we needed, they provided an amazing planning schedule that kept us on tracked, payment schedules, scheduled all necessary appointments and all we had to do is show up. Luisa and her team were always available to answer my emails, calls and texts. The week of the wedding they coordinated everything with our venue and vendors. A very detailed timeline was sent out (I'm a very type A person and this was beyond my expectation) Our wedding was the smoothest day anyone would dream of. These ladies were on it and did not miss anything. Always 10 steps ahead of everything. We didn't have to worry about any single thing because of Luisa, Nasrin and Barbara. They came to execute and they did 1000%. We can't thank you all enough for everything you have done for us. My dream wedding was brought to life by this amazing human called Luisa!!! My cousin recently got engaged and immediately asked for Luisa's telephone number. She was one of my bridesmaids and saw them in action. Not surprised that she hired Luisa after their call. Luisa and her team were amazing such a pleasure to work with! Not only were they available for any questions or concerns I had before the wedding, they provided guidance throughout the months before so that I felt at ease going into the day. And on the day of- words can’t express what a calming presence the team was! Even with something as uncontrollable as weather they had a perfect handle on all of the options available so that I can have the perfect stress free day! Any small details or hiccups that came up I never knew about because Luisa and her team were on it- ensuring that every details was perfect. What a fantastic team! I'm the mother of the bride (Tassia) and can not express enough how amazing Luisa and her team were. My daughter got married this past April and a what a wedding it was. A big fat Greek/Italian wedding we had for Maria and Marco. Luisa was recommended to us by Maria's Moh. Maria began feeling very overwhelmed a few months prior to her wedding and her matron of honor told her you need to call Luisa from Everything Fabulous. She had used Luisa two years ago for her wedding and told my daughter remember how I was raving how amazing Luisa was. Well you need to hire her and will do the same. Lucky Luisa and her team were available for my daughter's wedding date. I can not tell you the amount of weight that was lifted off of my daughters shoulders, I as well felt so relieved. Worse thing as a parent is seeing your daughter stress prior to her wedding. Luisa literally took everything over. She is magical, beyond professional, knows everyone in the business (was shocked how she knew all of our vendors) and goes above and beyond. On the day of wedding Luisa, her two assistants Barbara and Edgar were superb. From start to finish whatever my daughter and son in law needed and the families, they were on it. When I tell you we didn't have to worry about anything - this is 1000% accurate. Luisa, Barbara and Edgar you guys rocked my daughter's wedding out of the ball park. Maria, Marco and both families are truly thankful for all your help! Four months later and people are still talking about what a fantastic wedding it was. OMG... We love Luisa and the EFFYE team! Hiring Luisa is the best decision you'll ever make in your wedding planning process. Luisa is the best person and the best wedding planner. She is personable, professional, highly organized and experienced. We knew we wanted to work with her few minutes into our consultation. She works so, so, SO hard to make your wedding the best experience you will have. She has a natural ability to put your thoughts and ideas into action, and to make you feel supported no matter what you are going through during your planning process. She listens to your needs and creates something even greater than what you imagined. Not a wedding but actually BIGGER than a wedding --the most fabulous event of my life.... my over the top 75th BIRTHDAY PARTY. Without Luisa and her team always being one step ahead of every necessary detail, I never could have pulled this together with the style and glory I envisioned. Wrangling the details of close to 100 guests can be daunting from the get-go. Luisa is calm and light-hearted, available to tackle the most mundane of questions. She was firm but understanding with other vendors and incredibly diplomatic when that was called for. On the night of the event, she and her assistant made sure everything ran smoothly, that the venue staff were always at the ready, that every guest was happy. All this was done virtually invisibly which is perfection in an event planner. She made it possible for me to be a true guest at my own party -- to dance dance dance and be totally in the moment. For ANY event, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, birthday, etc., Everything Fabulous For Your Events is just that -- FABULOUS. I cannot sing her praises enough. She's the one!!

Luisa was a pleasure to work with from our first phone call to the very end of our wedding day. She is experienced, proactive, practical, and resourceful. It was so helpful to have her guidance when we were thinking through the timeline for our wedding day - she surfaced every aspect we needed to think through or anticipate. Day-of she handled so much behind the scenes to ensure a smooth flow for us and was extremely helpful in troubleshooting and helping with any tiny snafus. Luisa was incredible to work with! We hired her for month of/day of coordination - but she did so much more than that. She answered every call, text, email (there were many!) with kindness and expertise - well ahead of this timeframe - whenever I had a question or thought.
Leading up to our wedding day she coordinated every detail of our schedule - including helping to navigate last minute week of changes. Our wedding day ran smoothly - I didn't have to think about a single thing. Luisa and her team had it handled.

Luisa came recommended to me by an industry professional, and it quickly became clear why. Luisa's many years of experience are apparent in her knowledge of vendors, her quick grasp of the type of wedding I was planning, her understanding of specific religious and cultural wedding traditions, her way of creating and executing on a timeline, and how she keeps everything moving and everyone in place the day of the wedding. Jewish weddings have their differences already, and on top of that we were planning a half-Persian Jewish wedding. I immediately felt comfortable after realizing her experience with Persian Jewish weddings, our unique customs, songs, and vendors. She was amazing at creating a timeline that worked for both us and our vendors (I wanted to maximize on dancing time and hold off on cake cutting). Luisa kept all family members and vendors on schedule, so everyone knew where they needed to be and when- no wandering family members if Luisa is there! Her great relationships with vendors is very, very important, and means the day can flow. She knows the vendor team members by name, and they know and respect her. She helped me out as soon as I started working with her, gave me her vendor recommendations based on what she knew I wanted (she has a positive relationship with many vendors, and never pushed any one on me) and I felt she had my best interests at heart. Because of Luisa, I ENJOYED my wedding day, knowing I didn't need to worry about a thing. I didn't have my phone or watch on me, and I relaxed knowing it was all in her capable hands. She made sure I planned/thought about all aspects of the day in advance, gave me a recommended vendor gratuity list and handed out gratuities that day (and had them sign upon receipt). I'm VERY happy I had her on my team. Thank you so much Luisa! You truly are everything fabulous.

We used Everything Fabulous For Your Events as a Month of Coordinator and we couldn't have been happier! Luisa began helping us way sooner than a month before. She gave great vendor recommendations based on what we were looking for and made sure we were staying on track with planning. The month of, she was so organized and efficient when it came to planning the timeline. There were so many parts of the day we didn't even consider so we were so thankful we had her assistance. On the day of our wedding, Luisa and her assistant were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, helping me with my dress, my veil, reapplying makeup, making sure we stayed on time with photos. Her assistant was great at getting our wedding party excited before the processional and also calmed the people that felt nervous. Trust me when I say the whole day goes by so fast, it was so worth it to have someone there who did all the thinking and coordinating so we could actually enjoy it! Working with Luisa and the rest of the Everything Fabulous team was by far the best decision we made for our wedding day!! Luisa is not only such a warm and friendly person, but she’s extremely calm, cool, collected and of course on top of everything! Luisa jumped right in and saved the day when our florist arrived late for setup taking on the stressful burden and informing me once everything was all taken care of. I honestly can't say enough to express how wonderful our experience was working with Everything Fabulous For Your Events. Luisa and her team at Everything Fabulous for Your Events exceeded all of our expectations.
Luisa is absolutely incredible at her job and shows genuine care for her clients and is one of the most patient people I have ever met.
Luisa stuck by us through 2 wedding reschedules and tons of challenges that came our way. We were supposed to get married in 2020 and ended up postponing twice to Dec 2021. Given the stress of the pandemic and having to reschedule we know this would have been impossible without her support.
Luisa is truly full-service, ensuring every detail from every vendor was perfect, answering all of our questions, managing our expectations , making herself available to us and getting everything aligned to help us pull off an incredible wedding. No matter what, we were able to put our trust 110% in her hands.
The actual wedding day was wonderful and everything went off without any challenges all thanks to Luisa's meticulous planning and attention to detail.
What I love most about working with Luisa is that she gets to know her clients personally and shows deep care for their needs. Doing this sets her apart. - - I feel like she is more of a friend or member of my family given her supportive and caring nature. She makes the process fun too!

Luisa and her team are really incredible at what they do. My venue had multiple major issues behind the scenes day of, but thanks to Luisa, I had no idea that any of it was happening (I only found out days later) and everything went perfectly!! Luisa is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, helpful, efficient, and truly amazing at making sure everything runs smoothly. She provided so much helpful advice along the way and made sure everything was organized and ready to go before the event, and then made sure everything went off without a hitch. I have no idea how she does it all, but she really goes above and beyond. There were also multiple times I went to ask if someone could make sure something was handled, and Luisa was already ten steps ahead of me in making sure everyone was where they needed to be, every item was exactly where it needed to go, and everything was set up perfectly. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, you will NOT regret working with Luisa and her team!

For 2 type A people getting married, we were nervous about handing over control to someone else but we also knew that we just didn't have the time or expertise to pull off our wedding the way we envisioned. During our first phone call with Luisa, we got the sense that she is good at getting things done and doesn't beat around the bush. We've worked with her as a full time planner across 2 weddings since then, (an intimate COVID ceremony, and our full celebration a year later) and that first impression has held true through it all. We got married at the Bowery Hotel in NYC both times, all incredible and beautiful events in their own ways, which also shows Luisa's range.
She is incredible at what she does, has endless patience, and handles everything so well that we often didn't even hear about issues until it was solved already. We looked to her for guidance throughout, and she always gave us her expert opinion but was never pushy and allowed us room for our own decisions.
Leading up to the wedding, she handled everything from making dress appointments, makeup/hair trials, and vendor selections, and all the communication around logistics. She has long standing relationships with fantastic vendors (who sometimes throw in some freebies), and her presence throughout both of our wedding days kept everything fully on the wheels. Whenever I was unsure of something during the day or had any issue (big/small), I was comforted by the fact that I just needed to ask Luisa about it and she had it under control. We can't be more thankful for Luisa and cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give Luisa and her team 1000 stars I would! Luisa was the BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process. She was attentive, creative, fun to plan a wedding with and the overall BEST wedding planner anyone could have asked. I had to move my wedding during covid and Luisa basically had to re-plan the wedding a second time - she did so without any issues. I was so upset during the date change and she honestly made everything better. She truly brought our vision come to life on our wedding day and also recommended the BEST vendors. We honestly loved our entire team for our wedding, all thanks to Luisa. Luisa, Viviana and the entire team was incredible. I highly recommend Luisa for any wedding or event you need a planner for. I found Everything Fabulous For Your Events on The Knot. After reading the glowing reviews, I reached out in hopes that they were available as a day-of planner. Thank goodness they were!! I would have been a complete mess without them. Luisa kept me on a timeline, made sure everything was accounted for, checked in with my vendors and created my day-of schedule. On the day of, she showed up promptly and covered everything! Her and her team were so kind, understanding, and overall SO INCREDIBLE! BEST EXPERIENCED/WEDDING PLANNER EVER!! I really don't know where to start! We interviewed a few Indian wedding planners for full planning prior to speaking with Luisa. We thought it would be best hiring a planner that knows our culture. But were so lucky things work out in mysterious ways! I got food poisoning the night before my wedding and Luisa literally did everything possible to accommodate my changes day of. Didn’t know if I was going to make it and she just came around always checking in making sure I had water or anything else. Organized everyone around to fit my needs (was scared to stand at the alter, made sure we had chairs 5 min before starting). From planning to finish she was always there to answer any questions I had. I’m living in Germany and we managed to pull off a wedding in 4 weeks in different time zones. And ended up having the best day of my life. HIGHLY recommend!!

I sincerely can not thank Luisa and her team enough for all that they have done to help my family and I. My daughter unfortunately had to postpone her wedding three time due to covid. It has been a heartbreaking episode. We were finally able to have my daughters wedding in a private estate. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Luisa and her team. We hired Everything Fabulous for month of coordination services. Our wedding had to be postponed due to the Covid 19 and we had no clue how to make all the changes with all of our vendors. My grandmother is very old and we did not want to wait to get married till next. So we upgraded our package to full planning with Luisa. She helped us find venue that met our budget since we are still going to have our grand reception next year. She helped us change all of our vendor contracts for our new date and also get us revised contracts for next year's date as well. I honestly don't know how to THANK Luisa and her team enough for all they did for us. I was suppose to get married in March but it was postponed due to Covid 19. We postponed our wedding till July and we still were not able to get married at our venue, again due to Covid 19. We were literally heart broken and did not want to wait till next year 2021 to get married. So we decided not to wait any longer and ask Luisa to find us a new venue. She literally snapped her fingers and found us such a beautiful place to get married in. We couldn't believe this was going to happen in a few short weeks and able to invite a 100 guests. It was less than we wanted but more then other venues allowed. We even had dancing allowed so I did not lose out on the money spent on the band. Our families and I literally did not have to do a thing in order to make this wedding happen. Luisa and her girls took care of everything. My parents could not believe how fast they made it all happened and how much stress they lifted off our shoulders. We literally just showed up the day and got married. We hired Luisa for partial planning services. She was recommended to us by my daughter's friend who used her last year for her wedding. My daughter and I will never ever forget this amazing experience with her! The BEST team in the industry! Everything fabulous is so professional, warm, and I must say fabulous to work with. We had a very complicated wedding with many moving parts crammed into one day. I hired Luisa for my wedding at The Pierre hotel. I was so stressed about the day running smoothly and when the month of coordination kicked off I was immediately relieved. It was such a gift to have a team I could trust take care of every detail. It gets so overwhelming towards the end of wedding planning and it was such a relief to hand off those details. They were such a huge help in deciding critical details that are hard to decide on when planning a wedding since it's the first time going through it. They've done hundreds and know almost all NYC venues and vendors so can really help advise and point you towards the best decisions for your budget and vision. As if this all wasn't enough....I later learned their best asset is their help the day of the wedding. They kept me and my family SO calm. My husband and parents loved working with them. Everyone warned me that the wedding day would fly by in a flash, but because I had their team I didn't have to worry about anything and was therefor able to be totally in the moment. Luisa is wonderful and I feel so lucky to have found her! After several months of stress trying to find vendors and coordinate everything on my own, I realized that I needed help. I hired Luisa as a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond that role for months before the wedding day, suggesting vendors I still needed, helping with budget and what things should cost, and giving a lot of advice on any and all topics. EFFYE has an amazing list of preferred vendors that they get great deals with and able to negotiate prices! In the end, she helped us save more money then we spent for the wedding planning services!! The months, days and weeks leading up to our wedding I never felt stressed! We would receive monthly check lists to keep us on track and ensure we had everything in place. I had such confidence in Luisa and her team, that I never felt worried. She was always willing to take on any task that came her way and go above and beyond! Let me start out this review by saying - if you're even considering hiring a wedding planner HIRE – EFFYE! Luisa was my planner and I can honestly say that she is the reason everything was flawless. I did their partial planning package. Luisa was instrumental in my peace of mind. I knew without a doubt that she was always 10 steps ahead and had every detail orchestrated - literally minute by minute of our big day. Without question- book Everything Fabulous. I've been in 5 weddings and interacted with many wedding planners, she is above and beyond the best. Luisa and her crew are amazing wedding planners. We used them from start to finish because our daughter and fiance' chose NYC in January for their wedding destination and we live in Dallas. Luisa stayed on budget but selected ALL awesome vendors. The entire weekend went off without an issue and the wedding was everything our daughter envisioned for her wedding day and then some. The planning was well organized so I never felt overwhelmed by the tasks I needed to complete and any time I would start getting frazzled about something, Luisa would calm me down and said "don't worry" because she had everything under control. The best decision we made in planning our wedding was to bring Luisa on board as our month-of coordinator! She quickly got up to speed on all of our vendor contracts, and took a huge weight off of our shoulders as she coordinated with vendors about all of the logistics. There were multiple times when she thought of issues (and prevented them from becoming problems) of which we never would have been aware. This is why EVERY bride should have her on their side. Our wedding was on July 14, 2018 at the Garden City Hotel. Luisa from Everything Fabulous for Your Events was phenomenal to work with. She is absolutely the best. We used her as Our Day Of Coordinator. Luisa and Nasrin were incredible to work with. They put together our wedding timeline for the day of the wedding and coordinated with the venue, photographers, makeup artists, and hair stylists to make sure everything was executed without issue. People underestimate just how quickly the wedding day goes by. It is important to have the right support and someone to keep you on schedule. I highly recommend Everything Fabulous for Your Events to anyone who is getting married its a good investment. The last thing you want on your wedding day is to be worrying and stressing out with the logistics of the day. When I had one of my hair stylists cancel on me days before my wedding Luisa was there every step of the way calling me to check in. You can tell she cares about her clients whether its full fledged planning or day of coordination. She's truly an experienced professional. Thank you so much Luisa for ensuring our wedding day was absolutely perfect!!

We LOVED working with Luisa- She is fabulous as promised! She and her team made wedding planning much less stressful and were supportive throughout the whole process. She was such a pleasure to go to appointments with and offered great advice. Every detail of our wedding at the Palace hotel was perfect and we are just incredibly grateful that we found Luisa for our big day.

If you are getting married in the NYC area and are toying with the idea of a day of coordinator, find Luisa as fast as you can and book her immediately. In fact, don’t book your wedding date before finding out if she is available. She’s that great. There are so many ways to describe her and her team: They're the consummate professionals, beyond responsive, and most importantly, exceptionally on point in terms of executing your plans and bringing out your vision. Luisa and her team were the true heroes of the day, effortlessly managing the intricacies of multiple personalities and administrative bungles to really bring out the best in everyone. Our wedding would not have been the success that it was without Luisa and her fabulous team! Fantastic experience! Worth every dollar!

Luisa at EFFYE was an absolute pleasure to work with and she went way above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was as special as it could have been. We hired EFFYE for "Day of" wedding coordination; so she really wasn't supposed to start helping us until a few weeks before the wedding; however, Luisa was a huge resource from the start, providing recommendations of vendors for us and giving advice on a myriad of decisions we had to make. Knowing that Luisa was there for us to run an idea by was a source of comfort, not to mention the recommendations that she made all turned out fantastically. Leading up to the actual wedding, Luisa was on top of details and communicated effectively with all of our vendors. For the rehearsal, she was terrific with all of us and helped us line up and go down the aisle swiftly. On the actual wedding day, she and her assistant managed the timeline, and kept track of everything so that I didn't need to worry. Best of all, Luisa is a warm, kind, down-to-earth person who really understood who we were and what kind of day we wanted. I would highly recommend her and EFFYE for any wedding planning services.

I feel truly blessed to have had Luisa and Sita by my side for my wedding that was in Manhattan! My fiance and I spent a fortune on our wedding. I needed assurance that after spending so much money, someone would be able to make my personal vision come to life, given that I am so detail-oriented. After speaking with Luisa, I knew she was the real deal! She was highly responsive, patient and understanding of everything I wanted. I may have texted her a thousand times throughout the process and she handled all of my personal inquiries like a pro! At times when I was stressed, confused or just needed a professional opinion, Luisa was always honest and logical with me. She was seriously my right hand woman throughout the last phase of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, Luisa and her team were all business-they were composed, organized and kept me abreast of any progress with my venue the day-of (as per my request). She instructed vendors to where they needed to be and even helped hand out gratuity envelopes. She kept us on time, and she was my go-to girl with lining up the bridal party, coordinating my arrival so my fiance wouldn't see me etc. She did a million things for me that day! Honestly, I feel that Luisa was an absolute blessing to have. I said it over and over throughout the day to my bridesmaids, mother and other vendors-I don't know if I could have done it without Luisa!! If you are on the fence with spending a little extra money, trust me, after all you pour in for your wedding, having a day-of coordinator puts it ALL TOGETHER !! My day was perfect and it was all because of Luisa and her team!! Thank you Luisa!!

I highly recommend hiring Everything Fabulous For Your Events to plan and execute your wedding. -If you’re looking for a true expert in the industry who can offer candid advice and guidance, all while letting you design the wedding of your dreams, you need to hire Luisa - seriously! She planned our entire wedding and it was the best money we spent! Having her take the lead from the beginning we felt such great relief. She works with the best of the best in the industry and our wedding was out of this world. She helped us get special prices, a free engagement shoot and even an extra 30 minutes thrown in for our cocktail reception. Did I say she is FABULOUS! She provided a detailed time line which all of our vendors worked from, gave out all of tips to vendors and packed all of our items at the end of the evening. Her assistant Nasrin is the best. She was on top of things the entire day. From helping my bridesmaids, pinning the boutonnieres on the grooms men, helping with photos, getting us drinks, wiping my sweat off and making sure my parents did not need a thing. As a testament of their great work, I can honestly say that my husband and I enjoyed every second of our wedding! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and recommend you to everyone we know getting married!

Luisa, you are truly AMAZING and I can not stop THANKING YOU! I was recommended to her by a family friend who could not stop raving about what a splendid job she did at her daughter's wedding. She met us for coffee and I knew within the first 5 minutes I was going to hire her! We hired Everything Fabulous for month of coordination services and we could not have done it without them. Luisa and her team went out of her way to make sure our day was completely stress-free: coordinating with all of the vendors, band, florist, etc. and working alongside the venue staff to make sure our guests were comfortable and happy. She took care of our final payments and tips to our vendors as well. Another thing we didn't have to worry about. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful to us, obviously we've never done this before, so it was great to have someone there to walk us through everything! Luisa was my angel. She took my dream and made it a reality. We met back in Feb just 9 months before my wedding. When I told her what I wanted to do, she looked at me and flat out said "you need help!" She was honestly a godsend. She kept me on track, has the best ideas, the most amazing list of vendors and she is just phenomenal. I didn't just find a wedding planner, I found a lifelong friend. The day before my wedding, we had to change the ceremony from outside to inside . Which in the end, turned out to be absolutely the right move. It was romantic and absolutely beautiful. To say that Luisa and her team pulled off a wedding miracle is an understatement. While I was blissfully unaware at home drinking champagne, getting my hair/makeup done with my bridesmaids. Luisa and her team were at the site coordinating and delegating tasks. My wedding was perfect. I will forever be grateful to her for that. After all was said and done, she asked me if I would do it again and I told her yes, in a heartbeat. But the truth of the matter is, I would only do it again if I had her by my side. There is no question, Luisa and the team at Everything fabulous for your events is the best of the best. You deal directly with Luisa, there is no waiting hours for a return call. She deserves a 100 Star rating, and honestly, I don't even think that's enough. Do not hesitate to hire her!!! She will make your dreams come true.

All brides need to know how great Everything Fabulous For Your Events really is. Words cannot express how GRATEFUL/THANKFUL I am to have found them. Like most brides, I thought I could handle planning my own wedding . However, with a full time job I quickly became overwhelmed. I contacted Luisa a few months prior to my wedding. She stepped in, took control and calmed my nerves. She was always available when I needed her and kept me up to date on everything. I met with Luisa about 11 months before my wedding. I am not from NY originally and felt the task of planning a NYC wedding without my mom here to help was daunting. I interviewed (7) potential planners and Luisa was "it" from the start. She was calm, even-keeled, knowledgeable and so down to earth. Her background in flowers/design caught me immediately. She really got my vision for my wedding! I felt so much calmer after I spoke to her; that I ended up hiring Everything Fabulous for their full planning services the next day. They were Superb! I can not thank Luisa enough for being the tremendous help she was leading up to my wedding and on my wedding day. Luisa and her team are wonderful at the big and little things, whether it be providing vendor recommendations, to finding cellphones, lost keys and they do it so with a smile and the utmost professionalism. Wedding planning can be stressful but Luisa's easy going, approachable nature allowed me to feel comfortable asking the most trivial of questions and giving her tasks that were too daunting for me to handle. Throughout my entire year planning cycle, I felt comforted knowing that she was always only a phone call, text or email away. I don't know what I would have done without Luisa on the day of. She took care of every detail: staging the dressing room (which was a mess when she arrived), paying/tipping all vendors, appearing out of nowhere and removing my veil or grabbing cards out of my hands. Quite simply, she was a lifesaver and my wedding would not have been as successful without her. After the wedding, my mom looked at me and said, "The smartest thing you did planning this wedding was hiring Luisa." I couldn't agree with her more!
