Lloyd is a great DJ. He had our guests dancing the entire time on our wedding night. Professional, friendly, accommodating and clear about price and services. Highly recommend!
Lloyd was very friendly and approachable right from the beginning! Unfortunately, he couldn't DJ our wedding due to a scheduling conflict, but he seamlessly arranged for Xavier to step in, which really saved us the stress of finding a replacement. Xavier did an outstanding job on our special day, even skillfully handling song requests that were on our "do not play" list – we had a good laugh about that!
Throughout the process, Evolution DJs showed great adaptability and professionalism, ensuring that the music flowed smoothly on our wedding day.
Xavier's attention to our preferences, including the do not play list, showed a high level of dedication to making our day truly personalized. Despite the initial hiccup, we were grateful for their quick action and the memorable atmosphere they helped create. Extremely professional, flexible, accessible, and affordable. Uses an intuitive and modern website that helps curate your playlist and ceremony procession. Photobooth worked perfectly and all pictures/videos came out high quality. Very pleasant to work with and couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Lloyd was incredible to work with! From our first email, he was kind and attentive. He clearly laid out the cost and helped me create a package to fit my budget. On the day of the wedding, he ensured everyone stayed dancing. I got so many compliments about him from my guests and know I made the right choice.
EvolutionDJ's helped make our day incredibly special and so much fun. The dance floor was full the entire night. Lloyd was fantastic and made sure to play every song we wanted to hear and nothing we didn't want to hear. He was very responsive during the planning process and helped me with my timeline. The photobooth was a huge hit at our wedding as well. Their price is also very manageable compared to some other entertainment groups.
Lloyd was AMAZING!!! He knows exactly how to read a crowd. He played such a great balance of oldies and new songs to make sure everyone was out on the dance floor. As the night progressed and the older guests headed towards their seats, Lloyd transitioned to my favorite type of music and my friends and I could NOT stop singing/dancing. From the ceremony until the very last song, Lloyd was on point. 100/10 recommend!!

Lloyd had my dance floor jumping!!! When I say he had all of my guest up and on the floor he did just that!! My guest are still talking about him!! I dont thing one person was in their seat sitting down because his music choice and the way he read the room was on point!!! I will hire him over and over for every event I have.

Irvin and I give you a 5! You were incredible and we enjoyed the music you played all night! The Flower wall was a huge hit! The line to the photo booth was so long before dinner started, we had so much fun with our guests there as well! They were all especially surprised at the impromptu concert, so thank you again for setting that up! The customer service and working relationship between us all throughout the year was wonderful too and we have already recommended you to a guest for an event of theirs! We look forward to hosting more events in the future and we will surely keep you in mind!

I learned of this company through a coworker who got married and she spoke very highly of them! I don't know who her DJ was, but we had Lloyd Dieuge aka DJ Derrect and he was phenomenal! All my guests were telling me how great he was. The company is friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. If I ever need a DJ service again I'll be booking with Evolution DJs. In the mean time, I'll recommend to anyone I can!

Clinton McBean (DJ C-MAC) was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, arrived on-time and set up quickly and was ready to start playing music before the guests arrived. Clinton engaged with the guests throughout the party and kept everyone on their feet dancing the entire time! He played different genres of music to fit the guests and four days later - guests continue to call, text and email me telling me what a great time that they all had - I would definitely hire Clinton again for future events.

Clinton was amazing! He even went out of his way at the very end of the night because our venue made a mistake and was trying to end our wedding early. He reached out for us to make them let us stay until the regular time. It took a lot of stress off of me. Everyone was dancing all night!!

Evolution DJs was amazing from the start. They were very easy to get in contact with and were able to answer questions when I had them. Lloyd was very good at accommodating our work schedules so that we could meet. On wedding day, all my guests were on the dance floor the whole night until the last song. The photo booth was a huge hit. I would give him 11/10 stars!
When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, Lloyd made it happen smoothly with no adjustments needed on our part. He spent is birthday DJing our wedding and was INCREDIBLE!! The energy was up all night and we had so much fun. Our guests raved about the music and and photo booth throughout the night. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Evolution DJs every time!!

Lloyd worked with us from beginning to end to help us craft our perfect event. We need to blend Motown, modern r&b music, and Afrobeats and Lloyd executed the task perfectly! Our guests loved the music and we had a few guests take his card during the wedding. We also rented the cold sparklers for our event and it made for an exciting dance floor experience! We also had uplighting that made the room feel even more elegant.
Leonard M. Evolution DJs(DJ Direct) did an outstanding job. They were Professional,Dedicated, Honest and Affordable. They did the event for us,not for themselves. They dressed appropriately for the type of event done(Wedding ceremony and reception). I would and will highly recommend them to anyone for an event. and even better give them a call.
DJ Derrect was amazing! He was fine with every last minute change we needed to make, from song changes to our ceremony starting late. He kept our party dancing which was our main goal! Definitely recommend his services. 10/10!
