Halfway through the planning process we switched to a new credit card, so we called the Executive Transportation and gave them our new credit card to put on file so that we wouldn't get a call when the old terminated card was denied. We got called at least 3 times from Bob about the old card declining, despite us talking to 3 separate people, assuring us that they had the right card. My coordinator sent them the schedule with all of the addresses that they needed, and was very clear that she was the point of contact for the day of the wedding. They couldn't find my husband's family because the administration hadn't given him the address, and called me instead of her. We didn't know the driver couldn't find my husband's family until his family called us. Our coordinator got on the phone and sorted it out, and thankfully we had budgeted a lot of extra time, so they were able to get there on time. I also got an email from Bob after the wedding, again saying that the card had been denied, because again they had run the old card instead of the new one. It was a very frustrating process, and if the drivers weren't so great, this would probably be fewer stars.
Executive Transportation was a big stress reliever in the logistics of our wedding weekend! They were reliable, professional, positive, and reasonably priced. Thank you!!

we set up 2 giant motor coaches to shuttle everyone to the wedding and the reception. The motor coaches even ran multiple shuttle runs to make sure that everyone made it to the ceremony. All of our guests loved the motor coaches. They were super clean and updated. At the end of the night, we also had a 14 passenger van assist in shuttling guests back to the hotels. In the morning when we needed to go to the airport at 3:30am, Executive was able to provide a town car to take us with an excellent driver!

The team at Executive transportation was great to work with. They provided all-in rates that were charged to our credit card so we didn’t have to worry about paying or tipping the driver. The bus was very nice, driver professional and most importantly, on schedule. The driver was on-time to all of our requested times and made several trips for us throughout the evening.
We also had a nice surprise at the end of the evening when our Cadillac Sedan had been upgraded to an Escalade. This made for an even more memorable to a wonderful day and night.

They were super easy to work with to schedule, even recommending that I should not have the drivers waiting around during the wedding and reception since that would be a waste of my money. They provided each driver's name and cell phone number in case there were any issues -- but there weren't any. Each driver arrived early for their pickup and was very professional and courteous. Their cars were clean and well air conditioned, and my driver had a bottle of water waiting for me. He even drove around for a bit since we were too early to my ceremony. I found their price very reasonable vs. many other limo services who do weddings, and they were much more flexible. I recommend them for your wedding, and would consider them for other transportation needs as well.

He was able to stay 2 hours extra and accommodated constant changes in schedule with ease. He made the entire experience hassle free and was constantly asking what more he could do. He made sure all of our out of town guests made it to the ceremony and did not leave until everyone was accounted for even though it was 2 am!!!
