The Exhale team will make your wedding dreams come true and allow you to truly enjoy your big day and be in the moment with your loved one. During our reception, I was on the dance floor, and just as I finished the last sip of my drink, an Exhale team member showed up next to me with a refill. This is the epitome of our experience with Nicole and her stellar team - anticipating our needs before we realized them and making sure everything went off without a hitch - and it started from the first meeting through the day after our wedding. My husband and I were fairly lackluster wedding planners, so having Nicole help to drive us forward was a necessity to make sure we stayed on top of everything we needed to and when - even after postponing our original plans in early 2021 due to COVID (we worked with Nicole for almost two years!!). She also helped us navigate challenges or issues that could impact our timeline seamlessly and professionally during planning. The day of the wedding could not have been enjoyable for us with the Exhale team working on our behalf. If anything did go wrong with set-up or throughout the day, we had no idea because we were never bothered with any questions or issues. Even when we got caught up saying hello to guests, they made sure we still moved forward with the timeline to allow for enough time for dancing, and reminded us that we wanted to step away to take pictures just the two of us. Could not recommend working with the Exhale Team more!!

Everyone has heard (and read) stories about the stress of wedding planning and all that didn’t go as expected on the wedding day. As the MOB, I certainly didn’t want that to be the case for my daughter’s wedding and knew that using a wedding planner should alleviate some stress and minimize some pitfalls. However, as someone who likes to control things (you might say Type A), I wasn’t sure how this would all work, but decided to meet with some planners that my daughter had identified after much research and talking with friends. After our first meeting over coffee, it was clear that Nicole would be a great partner in what turned out to be a 3 year process, and (thanks to COVID) many “fits and starts” resulting in a very small beautiful wedding with our immediate family in 2021 and a wonderful 200+ person celebration with family and friends in 2022. Nicole makes the effort to get to know the couple and family, really listen to what they’re thinking about, and then perfectly execute! She gave advice and made recommendations, but never tried to control the decisions – one of my concerns when we were considering a planner. She has a great sense of style and can manage and keep track of all of the moving parts of wedding planning – which believe me are many! The whole process was actually fun! Just the other day I told my daughter that I missed our meetings with Nicole! As a result of the great work that Nicole and her team did, the wedding and subsequent celebration were incredibly wonderful, exactly what we wanted, and I didn’t worry about anything!

If you need a wedding planner, look no further! We are both busy professionals and there is no way we could have planned our wedding alone. Nicole helped us to find our vision and make it come to life. She was there for every step of the way and helped us find all of our dream vendors. She was so patient with our never-ending questions and helped our day run absolutely perfect. Not only is she an amazing planner, but she also has incredible design skills. We really wanted a unique wedding that felt like us and wasn’t a cookie cutter copy of what you see on Pinterest. She was so innovative and helped us to make it all our own. Where do I even begin?! Because of COVID, I had the pleasure of working with Nicole for over 3 years. She planned a 10 person backyard wedding with our immediate family and a 200+ person celebration with all of our family and friends a year later,. From the moment I met Nicole I knew I wanted to work with her - and I had talked to a few other planners before. Her attention to detail, willingness to want to get to know the couple and family, and her eye for design make the most perfect combination. Nicole understood what was important to us and made our visions a beautiful reality. I fully trusted her with all decisions and had not one worry on either day. I knew she would handle it all and I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy. And coming from someone with a Type A personality, that is a true testament to her work. Prior to working with Nicole we had gone to three other amazing weddings executed by Exhale Events, which I think is a testament to her being the best in the industry. From the second we started planning we knew there was no one else we would want to work with throughout this process. One of the biggest advantages of working with Nicole is her knowledge of the wedding industry and ability to match your style and personality with the best team of vendors. If you are looking for a sign telling you to hire a wedding planner, take this as it!! I hired Nicole and co. for day-of coordination, which started 3 months before the day. In hindsight, I wish I had hired them to plan the whole thing. If not for them, I am sure our day would’ve been an absolute disaster. Starting with our site walkthrough a month before the wedding, she was able to cover every detail of where things would go for the best event flow and guest experience. They took care of creating schedules for everyone involved in the wedding, coordinating with the venue and across vendors for setup/breakdown time, packaging of items to save, safe transport, storage and display of cookies, and so so much more. When we had an unexpected heat wave the day of the wedding, and I was too hot to handle outdoor photos, she took care of shifting the schedule as it was happening so no one was ever wondering what was next, and the music never stopped playing! I actually got a lot of feedback from guests around how seamless and well organized the wedding was, which I know was 100% due to the efforts of these women. Hiring them was hands down the best decision I made in wedding planning, and would suggest anyone planning their own- regardless of budget- prioritize including Exhale in their vendor lineup. I didn’t believe it when I was planning but they really will save you so much time and stress and will help your budget go a lot further.

If I could give Exhale 10 stars I would! Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing and will make your day seamless. I naively didn't think we needed a wedding planner at first and once our first wedding was canceled due to COVID, I decided to hire one. I honestly don't know how we would've pulled the wedding off without Nicole. She is an absolute godsend! If I could give brides one piece of advice, it would be to hire Nicole and her team! COVID or not you NEED a wedding planner! It will make your day so much more enjoyable and seamless for you, your husband and your guests.

Nicole is a literal GODSEND!!! We had to pivot our wedding plan 3x in the past 2 years, which could've been incredibly stressful... if we didn't have Nicole & the Exhale Events team to help us pivot gracefully with little to no stress. We went from an international wedding (which she already started planning and was seriously *epic*) to a chic backyard wedding with a twist or two. The journey was long, but our big day finally arrived & exceeded all of my expectations. I have never been the "bride type"- so the planning part was was fully out of my league. Nicole and her team not only handled everything and made my life 1000x easier, but she just got the vibe. For not being the bride type, I do know what I like, and it was a little unconventional. I didn't have to say much for Nicole to just understand fully- down to the napkins, she understood exactly what I was going for. Of course the wedding being over was sad, but not getting to talk to Nicole all the time really poured salt in the wounds. She is kind and cares about your wedding as if it is her own. OH YAH- & we got married in California (which only speaks to how amazing she is planning a wedding from the opposite coast!).

When I started planning my wedding from another state, I quickly realized I was in over my head! Hiring Nicole was the best decision I made during the planning process as she made the whole experience SO much less stressful. She's knowledgeable, easy to work with, very dependable and I always felt like she had my back. If I had a question or a concern, Nicole would often respond to me almost immediately, or within 24 hours which I really appreciated. Having our wedding outdoors at the family farm came with certain unique challenges: adequate plumbing/electricity, changing weather plans, etc. Nicole managed/organized all of these issues I hadn't fully considered. When our wedding day finally arrived, I was able to relax and enjoy our special day fully without stressing over all the details. I had such confidence and trust in Nicole that I just knew everything would go smoothly, and it did. If you're on the fence about hiring Nicole and Exhale Events, DO IT!

I can absolutely say that Nicole and Exhale events was the best decision I made for my wedding day. Nicole is so kind, patient, organized, knowledgeable etc. If you’re not great at making decisions and need someone to read your mind - hire Nicole. My now husband and I do not live in Pittsburgh, but Nicole made it so easy to connect online and plan everything from a distance. She made sure we had meetings with vendors while we were in town and was very considerate of our busy schedules. Being a covid wedding - we cut our guest list by about 60% and moved the date and “reception” to my parents house, which is definitely not a wedding venue. We did this all fairly last minute (I’m sorry Nicole lol). Her and her team executed the most perfect cocktail party - from scratch - complete with tents, chandeliers, furniture, a hookah lounge.... not joking. I don’t know how she does it, but she does it very well!!! I know I wouldn’t have been able to plan half the wedding that she did if I had to do it alone.

Being a bride is stressful, but throw a global pandemic on top of that and stress doesn’t even begin to cover it! About 5 months prior to our wedding date my husband and I had decided to move the wedding to my parents backyard due to all of the ongoing shutdowns and regulations. Nicole and her team were amazing every step of the way! Nicole came to my parents house and did a walk through of the space, helping us map out tent locations and bring my visions to life. She was also in constant communication with me the weeks leading up to the big day, and coordinated drop offs and timelines with all other vendors we had hired. The day of the wedding I was a little nervous as to how everything would turn out, since I had a vision in my head and I’m a very particular kind of person when it came to my wedding (as most brides are). However, I was blown away to see how amazing everything was when I arrived the day of. Nicole and her team got every detail perfect and made the whole day run so smoothly without any hiccups. My mom and I still talk, months later, about how hiring Exhale Events was the best money we could have ever spent. You won’t regret hiring them to help create your Dream day!

Nicole and her team at Exhale Events are not only the utmost professionals; they are sweet and kind human beings. From the moment I first met with Nicole, I knew she would be the perfect day of coordinator for my 10.02.2020 wedding. She is organized, accommodating, always super supportive, and made me feel calm and collected during a challenging wedding planning process. From helping us through our postponement and all the work that entailed, to helping us plan our “second” wedding, Nicole and her team were a Gods-sent through it all. I unfortunately found myself quite sick on my wedding day, and Nicole was just perfect through it all – she worked THE MORNING OF my wedding with my venue to get a golf cart to drive us around since I feared I was too sick to walk the entire venue property, she offered to go get my medicine in the morning, she asked me 10000000 times how I was doing and how she could help, she rubbed my back when she could see my smile faulter. The rest of the Exhale Event team – Katie and Meghan (both of whom I had just met that day!) – could not have been more kind, compassionate, and helpful as well. I never wanted for anything. They were there, every moment, with every thing. Nicole and her team were much much more than planners that day – they were friends. Nicole cares about her couples. She cares about their dreams, their visions, their needs, their wishes, and their well-being. She cried with me as I walked down the aisle and she shared my jaw-dropping moment when we walked into the venue for the first time. If it was possible for Nicole to plan the rest of my life – I would let her! I would hire Exhale Events again in a HEARTBEAT. Your wedding is presumably the most important day of your life to this point, so you should want someone who CARES about it beside you. Exhale Events cares. Nicole with Exhale Events is an absolute gem. She pulled off the fairytale wedding of my dreams despite rescheduling and a global pandemic. We absolutely never could have done this without her! I was working a lot of hours, was brand new to Pittsburgh, and was newly engaged. I wanted the wedding of my dreams, but I didn't know how I would be able to accomplish that with my schedule. I hired Nicole and her team to help me with everything: vendor selection, the planning, and day of coordination. Every vendor she recommended was exactly what I was looking for; they all were all easy to work with and did a fantastic job. As the mother of an out of town bride, I cannot say enough positive things about Nicole and Exhale Events. She really made wedding planning the most wonderful experience instead of a stressful event. Her bubbly yet calm demeanor along with her experience were invaluable. She really listened to us carefully and created the event we envisioned. Hiring a day-of coordinator was recommended to us from another couple as their best piece of advice and they were right! Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! We were planning our wedding remotely so all of our communication was over the phone and email. Nicole made sure to plan multiple meetings to ensure all our questions and needs were met. She made our day seamless and everyone noticed! Even after the reception ended, Nicole ensured that anything we needed help with packing and moving to the hotel was compete! I could not recommend a better person to work with on one of the most important and memorable days of your life!! Hire Nicole asap before she books up!

Team Exhale made my wedding dreams come true! I went back and forth on having a day of coordinator and I am so glad I went with my gut and booked with Nicole and her fantastic team. Nicole left no stone unturned and made the final months leading up to the wedding a breeze. Her and and the team worked closely with our vendors to ensure our day went off without a hitch... and it did! Even with Nicole thousands of miles away in Europe on my wedding day, she managed to stay in contact with Leah & Katie (fabulous!) and made sure everything went as planned. I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and the amazing women of Exhale! I am very type-A, so when we first got engaged, I started researching venues, photographers, day of coordinators, etc. because I wanted to make sure that I'd researched every possible option so that I knew that we were making the best choice. While we were initially thinking of just having a day of coordinator, mid-way through my 3rd vendor comparison spreadsheet, my now husband and I realized that what I was doing was not sustainable. At that point we started looking into different event planners to see who would fit our (pretty nontraditional) vibe, and we fell in love with one of the styled shoots that Exhale had done. Leaving our first meeting with Nicole, we knew that we'd made the right choice by opting for full-planning through Exhale, and that feeling never waivered. For anyone with anxiety and/or anyone who's feeling completely overwhelmed by all of the little unexpected details that come with planning a wedding, I'd HIGHLY recommend hiring Exhale, as I was surprisingly calm as the wedding approached (so much so that my friends and family kept remarking that they were amazed by how calm I was). Our venue was pretty bare-bones, so we knew from the start that we'd need to bring almost everything in ourselves, and Nicole helped us piece together an AMAZING wedding and a party that I'll never forget.

The decision to hire a day of coordinator was truly the best one we made throughout the planning process. The decision to hire Exhale, specifically Nicole, was an even better one. She truly made all of my dreams come true on the day and kept me sane throughout the process. Her confidence, organization, talent and professionalism makes her one of the best, however in my opinion, she is the best out there. She was what I like to call "my wedding fairy". She checked in multiple times throughout the planning process, coordinated and confirmed with all of my vendors and set up deliveries, took all of my own decor and set it up to completely exceed all expectations of my vision, put it all neatly in boxes at the end of the night and delivered it to the hotel along with all of our food, cookies, gifts, etc., plated and replenished the entire cookie table, coordinated our ceremony including wrangling some tipsy groomsman for a quick run through to make sure they knew what they were doing, got us drinks, made sure we ate...There are plenty of things I missed but you name it, she did it. Because of her, our attitudes were that of complete bliss throughout our entire day. If anything went wrong, we were completely unaware. If you want your dream wedding day, hire Exhale. Nicole, again, I can't thank you enough. You were a dream to work with 💕

Exhale Events was amazing to work with! We hired them as our day of planner, but the services provided extended way beyond the day of our wedding. Working with Nicole was great from the start - from email communication, to phone calls, to in person meetings, and finally to our wedding weekend. We were planning our wedding from another city but Nicole made sure to fit in our meetings around our travel schedule. She thought of things that I wouldn't have even thought of and made us feel very prepared for the main event. We were fully able to enjoy our wedding thanks to Nicole! She took care of so many little things throughout the day that I am forever grateful for! Hiring Exhale Events for our Day-Of Coordination was one of the best vendor decisions we made to ensure that our wedding went smoothly and our vision was executed perfectly. Nicole, Katharine, and Leah were an absolute dream to work with--their organization, attention to detail, and professionalism are truly unparalleled. I cannot stress the importance and value of this role within our big day enough. They made sure everything happened seamlessly which allowed us to relax and actually enjoy our day rather than being stressed and frazzled. Without their amazing services, we (or our family members) would have had to create and manage our wedding day timeline, run our rehearsal, handle vendor deliveries, set-up and tear down personal decor, etc. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, they were incredibly responsive to any and all questions/concerns and definitely helped to keep me calm. The day of our wedding they set up all of our DIY/personal decor (including lots of cacti centerpieces in vintage glassware, a macrame structure, and many other items) flawlessly and provided me with a sneak peek of everything while I was getting ready to reassure me that everything was turning out as we had hoped. During the wedding, they were constantly behind the scenes making sure that everything was going to plan and managing our timeline. They even brought us our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and signature drinks during family and friend portraits so that we didn't miss out on these items! They also ensured that all of our personal items and decor made it back to us at the end of the night. If anything went awry on our wedding day--we didn't have a clue. Exhale Events is a first class wedding planning service. Nicole and Katherine are two organized, knowledgeable, young women with the ability to take our vision and mold it into a masterpiece. Katherine created our mood board and due to proximity, Nicole executed it. We could not have had any better service from beginning to end. Nicole's husband even brought our dogs to the wedding. Ideas and suggestions were flowing constantly. We absolutely loved it. If we had an idea, we would say, "call Nicole." Their service did not end there. On our wedding day, our every wish was attended to with genuine care and kindness. The day ran smoothly and according to plan. The attention to detail made the wedding come off like a fairy tale. We had compliments one after the other. It was beautiful and all of the credit goes to Exhale Events. They never disappoint.

Hiring Exhale Events as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions of our wedding! Katharine was a dream to work with! I had a pretty good handle on how I wanted my wedding day to look, feel & flow and she made sure every loose end was tied up to make our day a dream. She took all the last minute calls, coordination and set up off our plate so we could sit back and enjoy our day. I heard great things from all of our vendors about working with her & the team as well. Katharine handled any last minute fire drills (i.e. our florist couldn't get into the room to set up) and I felt so comfortable leaving my vision in her hands. They delivered hotel gift bags and even ran out to get extra drinks for our limo between the ceremony and reception. Katharine & Conor exceeeded every expectation and even my husband (who was very skeptical to this purchase) raves about "the best money we spent".

Deciding to have a day of coordinator, and specifically hiring Exhale Events and Nicole, is probably the BEST wedding purchase that we made. For those super organized, list making, task slaying brides, I am you-- and my statement is still true. Best money we spent. Nicole made it so the day of the wedding I didn't have a single nerve about the timeline or the event itself. I knew that any snag that would come our way, as they always do, would be handled without me needing to get involved and would be handled in exactly the way I would have done it. Nicole just gets things done, and gets them done with extreme attention to both detail and the big picture. While we chose the "day of" package, we started working with Nicole months before to plan decorations, talk through every element of the timeline and discuss vendor responsibilities/expectations. She was always available for a full on meeting or a little bit of texting about my stressor of the week. On top of her expertise, we were also given access to Aisle Planner, which is just amazing. Through the online platform, you can track RSVPs, create tables, easily edit the timeline and share all vendor contact information. They've also got a killer checklist for the brides that love crossing items off the list. As the wedding got closer, Nicole took over as the main contact for all vendors to eliminate virtually all stress for us- she communicated times, layouts, everything. My goal for the day of was no extra tasks for me, my family or my friends. I just wanted everyone to enjoy the entire day, and Nicole made sure that exact thing happened. Her and her assistant rallied the vendors, set up all decorations, created a beautiful cookie table and adjusted our timeline throughout the night as needed. Regardless of any stress that this could have put on her, she was so sweet to everyone, never once looked frazzled, and made sure everything was completed with ease. At this point, she knew us and our wedding vision so well that she could make decision after decision without even getting us involved. We're so grateful and wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding to the full extent that we did without Exhale Events!

We hired Exhale Events and worked with Nicole on the "day of" package which is SO much more than just the day of. From the moment you hire them, you have access to their online system which is absolutely amazing and helps with tracking your guest list, RSVPs, the seating chart, and exporting all of that data into excel spreadsheets to share with the appropriate vendors. That in itself was extremely helpful and a huge time saver. You start really working with Nicole 3 months ahead of the wedding, but she is happy to be a sounding board for any decisions you make prior to then. She coordinates with all of your vendors and creates your wedding timeline for you. We had a handful of very productive phone calls with Nicole and she put together a walkthrough at our wedding venue to make sure everything would look how we wanted it to. She took so much work off of my plate the last 3 months, I stayed practically stress-free leading up to the big day. She helps you think of every last detail and even provides you with a wedding weekend packing list so you don't forget anything. On the wedding day itself, Nicole and her assistant, Leah, were absolutely essential to making sure the day ran smoothly. They fielded questions from bridesmaids and family members, and worked seamlessly with our vendors all day. Having Exhale meant that no family members or bridesmaids were tasked with setting up the venue or cleaning up everything at the end of the night. The ladies of team Exhale are truly worth their weight in gold, and could not be any sweeter or more professional. Having them on your side will ensure your day will run smoothly, and any bumps that occur they will fix before you or your guests ever notice. Everyone agreed that hiring Exhale was the best decision ever (even my dad said so!), and all of my friends walked away saying how they couldn't wait to use them for their own wedding someday!

I can’t even begin to say how fantastic everything went. Nicole was our coordinator and we chose the day of package. We had a two year engagement and Exhale Events was the second vender we hired almost from day 1. From the very beginning at our initial meeting she made us feel super comfortable and let us know that even though we were a year and a half out, if there was anything we needed she was our girl. The closer we got to the wedding, she helped coordinate all our venders and put together our amazing day of timeline. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and everything was Perfect. Brides [and Grooms]! Exhale Events is absolutely phenomenal and is literally the best money you'll ever spend. Hiring Exhale Events to help with our wedding was one of the best decisions we've ever made. I am an overly organized person by nature [and a bit of a control freak] so naturally, I thought I could do everything wedding related on my own. Oh boy was I wrong. Yes wedding planning is so exciting and fun, but it also can be very stressful. Trying to coordinate all the vendors, keep the peace with any drama, make sure all parents, bridal party etc. are happy and things are going smoothly is very difficult. I am BEYOND thankful I came across Exhale Events and reached out, hoping and praying they had availability for our wedding date. Nicole reached out to me right away and after talking to her about Exhale and their pre-wedding and day-of packages, I instantly felt relieved, less anxious, and less stressed. Nicole and Katharine helped us prepare our day-of timeline, they got in contact with all of our vendors and coordinated when and where each one of them needed to be, they even helped with decorating and signage ideas too! As we got married in Buffalo, we were blessed to have Katherine as our day-of coordinator. Katharine came to our rehearsal and was the go-to person for any parent or bridal party questions. She told them when to go, where to stand, etc. etc. On our wedding day, Katharine came to my parents house bright and early-- she was again the go-to person for any questions and she also took charge of my phone so I could relax and enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids. Before my Dad and I walked down the aisle, Katharine smiled at me and told me to breathe. I am so appreciative of that quick moment because before I knew it, I was smiling [and not crying] the entire way down the aisle. Katharine took us to see our reception room before any guests were allowed in and it was so magical to see our vision we worked so hard for, come to life. She was there to take any photos, she had mints and gum on hand at all times, and she was still keeping us calm and relaxed right until the end of the night. The Exhale Team helped our venue take down our decorations and boxed everything up--they brought it up to our room for us as well. Katharine even scored me the biggest bag of my favorite wedding cookies and put them in our room, along with our wedding cake we didn't actually have time to enjoy at our reception. Our wedding day was so amazing and we absolutely attribute so much of that that to the Exhale team for making sure everything went so perfectly. I cannot be more thankful for Exhale Events and for everything they did for us. Working with both Katharine and Nicole, truly made our planning and wedding day absolutely perfect. Nicole, Katharine and their entire team were amazing. My husband and I got engaged on Christmas morning and were married the first weekend in September just 9 months later and we would not have been able to do it without Exhale. From helping us find the most amazing vendors to helping us bring our vision to life to taking care of all the details Nicole was the best! She even let me have a couple of mini meltdowns over the phone when things were getting overwhelming.
