Exhale Events

d the day flow so smoothly getting us to the ceremony and so on. Everyone deserves to enjoy and love their special day, and I couldn’t recommend anyone better. They work hard and work to make it all your dream come true.

e and diligence, and made sure there was not one detail overlooked. Communication was very open and always there to answer any question or concern. Throughout the entire wedding day and all the planning leading up, I had full faith that they were the best planners we could have hired!

ence a professional makes. She and her then-fiancé interviewed several planners, but Nicole immediately stood out. She was personable, organized, and instantly put my daughter at ease. Hiring Nicole and her team turned out to be the best decision she could have made! From start to finish, they handled every detail with care. They coordinated seamlessly with all the vendors, stayed on top of every timeline, and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. My daughter was able to stay involved in the planning without feeling overwhelmed. When the wedding weekend arrived, Nicole was completely on point. There wasn’t a single thing left for us to worry about—we were free to relax and truly enjoy every moment. Bottom line: If you’re planning a wedding and considering a planner, Nicole and her team are the best decision you can make. Thank you Exhale for the most perfect day!!

mely organized, attentive, and dedicated to making my daughter’s vision come true. She and her team were extremely easy to work with. She handled all the details from vendor coordination to timeline line management-ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are forever grateful!

process started almost 2.5 years ahead of the “big day” due to my new hubby & i’s challenging work schedule. We wanted to secure a wedding planner who was able to help us plan something special while also accommodating our difficult work schedules. This was great because it allowed for Nicole and her team to secure the best vendors way in advance, but also took a lot of the typical wedding stressors out of the early stages of planning. Most of the “hard work” was done about 18 months ahead of the wedding date which let us relax and enjoy the wedding process. As we got closer to the big day, Nicole was my new best friend! I called or texted her with fun ideas weekly, to which she always responded promptly and excitedly. Nicole and her team made the process extremely relaxing and enjoyable. She led most of the design as I trusted her vision, and when we walked into the reception room I was SO excited to see all of the beautiful flowers and candles for our space. Nicole and her team know how to advocate for their couples, which is so incredibly important as we know everyone has opinions (good and bad) when wedding planning. Nicole helped us confront any challenges confidently. Aside from choosing each other, choosing Team Exhale was the best decision we have ever made! If you are questioning if you should hire a planner, please set up a consultation call with her team - you will not be disappointed. I would like to extend the most sincere thank you to this group of ladies who helped make our day magical.

cause they know where to effectively spend money, they almost pay for themselves by avoiding inefficiently spent resources, 2) they have continuing relationships with vendors, so when resolving issues you get better service than you would for a one-off transaction, and 3) the introduction, management and organization of vendors is worth it all by itself. We could not have produced the result we had by ourselves, and certainly not without Nicole's involvement. Second, if you are reviewing a wedding planner here, you are probably in the process of planning a wedding. Book the wedding planner first and early! They make everything easier afterwards and the good ones become unavailable up to two years in advance of the wedding. Pull the trigger now! Third, if you are interested in a wedding planner and Nicole is available, book her! I can't say enough about her professionalism and organization. We had regular check-ins over the course of 18 months. At every occasion Nicole presented an agenda and timeline, reassuring us we were on target. Her questions were presented succinctly with the goal of reaching a conclusion, which is important when options can vary significantly. Guests lists were maintained in a professional database/resource so they could be presented and queried in a variety of ways. The various printed displays Nicole managed alone (church cards, menu cards, welcome bags, signage for cocktails, signage for seating, etc) was impressive. Nicole knows her vendors very well, which made changes we requested actionable within time constraints. All special requests we had were executed to perfection. Nicole definitely works from an agenda and experience that insures the important tiny details receive the attention they require. At the same time Nicole understood clearly that it was our party and accommodated all our requests. Most importantly, I feel like Nicole really "got us". Over the course of planning such a special occasion she really became one of the family, which made the day of the event one of our best days ever. I recommend Nicole and Exhale Events without reservation and will be looking for opportunities to engage her in the future, including corporate events.

ressed by the team's work ethic, vision, and organization! Nicole truly listened, learned what was important to us on our wedding day, and executed perfectly. Her expertise and relationships in the industry greatly assisted us in working with dream vendors! Our wedding day was curated, with every design detail exactly as we had imagined. The "behind the scenes" work on our wedding day was what made the day absolutely flawless, my husband and I were able to be present, celebrate, and enjoy every moment, because of all that they were doing to ensure the day ran smoothly (and beautifully). I would highly recommend Exhale Events to everyone!!

priorities, vision, and goals for the day. She connected us with vendors who not only fit our aesthetics and budget but were exceptional to work with. She brought our design to life with incredible continuity down to the smallest details. And most appreciated, the team handled everything on wedding weekend so there was virtually no stress for us or our families – it is such a privilege to just show up, enjoy, and leave at the end of a day that takes so much production. We can’t forget Shannon who helped execute every tedious task from sending invitations and tracking RSVPs to packing our hotel welcome bags. Two amazing planners in one team!

now us and perfectly captured my vision through her design and made great vendor recs to match. She really listened to what was important to us about our. I had nearly no stress during wedding weekend knowing that Nicole and her team were handling every detail. Our day went off perfectly and was everything we could’ve dreamed of!!!

ecute our vision flawlessly. Every detail, from decor to coordination, reflected our style, creating a wedding day that felt uniquely ours. On the big day, Nicole and her team orchestrated everything seamlessly. Their attention to detail and creative flair transformed the venue into a magical space, impressing both us and our guests. Beyond her skills, Nicole's warm and friendly demeanor made the entire journey delightful. It felt like working with a close friend who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. If you want a wedding planner who not only delivers perfection but also invests in your vision, look no further. Our heartfelt thanks to Nicole for turning our dream wedding into a beautiful reality! Highly recommended.

ully brought our vision to life. When we walked into our venue on the wedding day, we were blown away as the room had been totally transformed. The attention to detail towards every aspect of the day was impeccable. Thank you x1000 for everything, Nicole!

wledge and made the planning up to the wedding day seamless. As MOB, I was so appreciative of her professionalism, but also her friendship. The day of the wedding, Nicole and her team were especially helpful. Anything that may have arisen, they handled without causing any added stress to the day! My daughter and I are very thankful and delighted that Nicole helped create this magical day!

extremely professional, communicative, & always shared the highest level of expertise in the industry. Her attention to detail was phenomenal throughout my entire experience! My wedding day was absolutely perfect & I can't thank her & her team enough for making it a flawless experience! If you're looking for a team to provide EXCEPTIONAL service for you on your big day - look no further!!!! They all made me feel very calm on the day of & I genuinely had ZERO stress because I knew they were taking care of everything. The service they provided went above & beyond my expectations, & we will be forever grateful to have had them be such a significant part of our day!!!!

ace wedding planner to help keep us on track. My friend who had used Exhale Events for her wedding recommended them and within 5 minutes of our introductory call, I knew Nicole was perfect for the job. From that to the grand finale of our big day, Exhale Events was on top of EVERYTHING. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and Nicole knew all the right vendors to make everything run smoothly and fit together perfectly. One of the best qualities of Nicole and her team was their ability to listen (seriously, she became a lowkey therapist many times in our over 1 year of planning) and understand what mattered most to us for the wedding. Thy expertly guided us through the entire planning process and were key in helping us sit back and truly enjoy the day. I truly cannot say enough great things about Exhale Events!!

essionalism & creativity was on point! She listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Nicole for making our day so special! :)

floor, and just as I finished the last sip of my drink, an Exhale team member showed up next to me with a refill. This is the epitome of our experience with Nicole and her stellar team - anticipating our needs before we realized them and making sure everything went off without a hitch - and it started from the first meeting through the day after our wedding. My husband and I were fairly lackluster wedding planners, so having Nicole help to drive us forward was a necessity to make sure we stayed on top of everything we needed to and when - even after postponing our original plans in early 2021 due to COVID (we worked with Nicole for almost two years!!). She also helped us navigate challenges or issues that could impact our timeline seamlessly and professionally during planning. The day of the wedding could not have been enjoyable for us with the Exhale team working on our behalf. If anything did go wrong with set-up or throughout the day, we had no idea because we were never bothered with any questions or issues. Even when we got caught up saying hello to guests, they made sure we still moved forward with the timeline to allow for enough time for dancing, and reminded us that we wanted to step away to take pictures just the two of us. Could not recommend working with the Exhale Team more!!

e case for my daughter’s wedding and knew that using a wedding planner should alleviate some stress and minimize some pitfalls. However, as someone who likes to control things (you might say Type A), I wasn’t sure how this would all work, but decided to meet with some planners that my daughter had identified after much research and talking with friends. After our first meeting over coffee, it was clear that Nicole would be a great partner in what turned out to be a 3 year process, and (thanks to COVID) many “fits and starts” resulting in a very small beautiful wedding with our immediate family in 2021 and a wonderful 200+ person celebration with family and friends in 2022. Nicole makes the effort to get to know the couple and family, really listen to what they’re thinking about, and then perfectly execute! She gave advice and made recommendations, but never tried to control the decisions – one of my concerns when we were considering a planner. She has a great sense of style and can manage and keep track of all of the moving parts of wedding planning – which believe me are many! The whole process was actually fun! Just the other day I told my daughter that I missed our meetings with Nicole! As a result of the great work that Nicole and her team did, the wedding and subsequent celebration were incredibly wonderful, exactly what we wanted, and I didn’t worry about anything!

make it come to life. She was there for every step of the way and helped us find all of our dream vendors. She was so patient with our never-ending questions and helped our day run absolutely perfect. Not only is she an amazing planner, but she also has incredible design skills. We really wanted a unique wedding that felt like us and wasn’t a cookie cutter copy of what you see on Pinterest. She was so innovative and helped us to make it all our own. There was no detail overlooked and it was flawless. She truly went above and beyond for us and became more than just our planner, but a very dear friend . Seriously we cannot recommend her enough!

person celebration with all of our family and friends a year later,. From the moment I met Nicole I knew I wanted to work with her - and I had talked to a few other planners before. Her attention to detail, willingness to want to get to know the couple and family, and her eye for design make the most perfect combination. Nicole understood what was important to us and made our visions a beautiful reality. I fully trusted her with all decisions and had not one worry on either day. I knew she would handle it all and I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy. And coming from someone with a Type A personality, that is a true testament to her work. I loved working with Nicole and if you are able to hire a planner, hire her and you won't regret it! She made the wedding planning process so much fun (not to mention she made both of our days beyond beautiful) and I couldn't imagine it any other way.

ations on all levels and aspects of the pre-planning and the details the night of and made everything easy. I would highly recommend Nicole and Exhale Events for your next big event and or life changing celebration. They will put your worries at ease and take care of everything. ade up the difference and then some! If you are even questioning whether you should get a planner or not, I highly recommend you do and Exhale is the team to do it! Thank you so much again Nicole and Team! Y’all were absolutely AMAZING!!!!

ring our never ending questions, she helped our wedding day flow seamlessly. Nicole made my dream day come to life and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail and continual flow of open communication made both my mom and myself feel at ease. Can’t recommend Exhale Events more!

complete up through the very end even with last minute details. Nicole and her team also made sure my wedding day went as smoothly as possible and I didn't have to stress about a thing. My husband and I are forever grateful to Team Exhale for their help in making our dream day a reality! xx

ay was special and flawless. The Exhale Team was organized, thorough, and calm through the final weeks before our wedding. They handled last minute adjustments with ease and grace. The evening was fantastic - our guests were so pleased, and we did not have to think about the logistics or flow at all, which helped us enjoy our special day. Thank you again to the Exhale team!

ond we started planning we knew there was no one else we would want to work with throughout this process. One of the biggest advantages of working with Nicole is her knowledge of the wedding industry and ability to match your style and personality with the best team of vendors. Her trusted recommendations were spot on and made for a day that was a true representation of who we are as a couple. Not to mention it saves you the stress of searching through vendors on your own, which to us was invaluable and made the wedding planning experience truly fun. Additionally, Nicole was able to take a vague vision of what we wanted and create beautiful and thoughtful design elements that made the event truly magical. Plus every element went off without a hitch (numerous guests commented on how it was the “smoothest” wedding they’d ever been to). On top of it all, we were out-of-town and extremely busy with our residency training but that was never an issue for Nicole. She made the planning happen with our limited availability and was super flexible and accommodating while still keeping us on track. We cannot thank Nicole enough for not only creating a wedding that captured us as a couple but also providing a fun and memorable wedding planning process.

d was so confident that Exhale Events could carry out my dreams! Nicole made sure the day was smooth, and any bumps in the road she completely handled. It was so perfect, I wish I had another wedding to plan with her! I can’t thank the Exhale team enough for putting together my dream wedding and actually making me, a control freak, feel relaxed and at ease once the day arrived.

ng we wanted and more! Nicole recommended all of my vendors and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Exhale Events is truly the best in the business and I do not know what I would have done without them from the planning to the execution and everything in-between!

ndsight, I wish I had hired them to plan the whole thing. If not for them, I am sure our day would’ve been an absolute disaster. Starting with our site walkthrough a month before the wedding, she was able to cover every detail of where things would go for the best event flow and guest experience. They took care of creating schedules for everyone involved in the wedding, coordinating with the venue and across vendors for setup/breakdown time, packaging of items to save, safe transport, storage and display of cookies, and so so much more. When we had an unexpected heat wave the day of the wedding, and I was too hot to handle outdoor photos, she took care of shifting the schedule as it was happening so no one was ever wondering what was next, and the music never stopped playing! I actually got a lot of feedback from guests around how seamless and well organized the wedding was, which I know was 100% due to the efforts of these women. Hiring them was hands down the best decision I made in wedding planning, and would suggest anyone planning their own- regardless of budget- prioritize including Exhale in their vendor lineup. I didn’t believe it when I was planning but they really will save you so much time and stress and will help your budget go a lot further.

d once our first wedding was canceled due to COVID, I decided to hire one. I honestly don't know how we would've pulled the wedding off without Nicole. She is an absolute godsend! If I could give brides one piece of advice, it would be to hire Nicole and her team! COVID or not you NEED a wedding planner! It will make your day so much more enjoyable and seamless for you, your husband and your guests.

way. I truly cannot recommend her more! Do yourself a favor and hire her as your wedding planner! You’ll thank yourself.

m to help us pivot gracefully with little to no stress. We went from an international wedding (which she already started planning and was seriously *epic*) to a chic backyard wedding with a twist or two. The journey was long, but our big day finally arrived & exceeded all of my expectations. I have never been the "bride type"- so the planning part was was fully out of my league. Nicole and her team not only handled everything and made my life 1000x easier, but she just got the vibe. For not being the bride type, I do know what I like, and it was a little unconventional. I didn't have to say much for Nicole to just understand fully- down to the napkins, she understood exactly what I was going for. Of course the wedding being over was sad, but not getting to talk to Nicole all the time really poured salt in the wounds. She is kind and cares about your wedding as if it is her own. OH YAH- & we got married in California (which only speaks to how amazing she is planning a wedding from the opposite coast!).

t professionalism when speaking with them. The day couldn’t have been possible without Nicole and her staff! FP

the whole experience SO much less stressful. She's knowledgeable, easy to work with, very dependable and I always felt like she had my back. If I had a question or a concern, Nicole would often respond to me almost immediately, or within 24 hours which I really appreciated. Having our wedding outdoors at the family farm came with certain unique challenges: adequate plumbing/electricity, changing weather plans, etc. Nicole managed/organized all of these issues I hadn't fully considered. When our wedding day finally arrived, I was able to relax and enjoy our special day fully without stressing over all the details. I had such confidence and trust in Nicole that I just knew everything would go smoothly, and it did. If you're on the fence about hiring Nicole and Exhale Events, DO IT!

making decisions and need someone to read your mind - hire Nicole. My now husband and I do not live in Pittsburgh, but Nicole made it so easy to connect online and plan everything from a distance. She made sure we had meetings with vendors while we were in town and was very considerate of our busy schedules. Being a covid wedding - we cut our guest list by about 60% and moved the date and “reception” to my parents house, which is definitely not a wedding venue. We did this all fairly last minute (I’m sorry Nicole lol). Her and her team executed the most perfect cocktail party - from scratch - complete with tents, chandeliers, furniture, a hookah lounge.... not joking. I don’t know how she does it, but she does it very well!!! I know I wouldn’t have been able to plan half the wedding that she did if I had to do it alone.

ded to move the wedding to my parents backyard due to all of the ongoing shutdowns and regulations. Nicole and her team were amazing every step of the way! Nicole came to my parents house and did a walk through of the space, helping us map out tent locations and bring my visions to life. She was also in constant communication with me the weeks leading up to the big day, and coordinated drop offs and timelines with all other vendors we had hired. The day of the wedding I was a little nervous as to how everything would turn out, since I had a vision in my head and I’m a very particular kind of person when it came to my wedding (as most brides are). However, I was blown away to see how amazing everything was when I arrived the day of. Nicole and her team got every detail perfect and made the whole day run so smoothly without any hiccups. My mom and I still talk, months later, about how hiring Exhale Events was the best money we could have ever spent. You won’t regret hiring them to help create your Dream day!

erfect day of coordinator for my 10.02.2020 wedding. She is organized, accommodating, always super supportive, and made me feel calm and collected during a challenging wedding planning process. Nicole was INCREDIBLE the weeks leading up to the big day and day of. Our wedding ran without a hitch, and the week of I dealt with minimal phone calls as Nicole took overall communication for me. She is a true DREAM to work with! I honestly can not recommend her enough.

to helping us plan our “second” wedding, Nicole and her team were a Gods-sent through it all. Whether it was a simple “are you doing ok?” text, or a “do not worry… I will contact all your vendors for back-up dates to the back-up date” e-mail, every single thing Nicole did helped and made everything easier when “easy” is truly the LAST word I ever thought possible to use through this all. The weeks before the wedding, when you find yourself insanely busy with all the things you knew you needed to do + all the things you forgot and then remembered, Nicole just takes over and communicates with all your vendors and puts together your minute by minute timeline – all while continuing to make sure that her couple is sane. I unfortunately found myself quite sick on my wedding day, and Nicole was just perfect through it all – she worked THE MORNING OF my wedding with my venue to get a golf cart to drive us around since I feared I was too sick to walk the entire venue property, she offered to go get my medicine in the morning, she asked me 10000000 times how I was doing and how she could help, she rubbed my back when she could see my smile faulter. The rest of the Exhale Event team – Katie and Meghan (both of whom I had just met that day!) – could not have been more kind, compassionate, and helpful as well. I never wanted for anything. They were there, every moment, with every thing. Nicole and her team were much much more than planners that day – they were friends. Nicole cares about her couples. She cares about their dreams, their visions, their needs, their wishes, and their well-being. She cried with me as I walked down the aisle and she shared my jaw-dropping moment when we walked into the venue for the first time. If it was possible for Nicole to plan the rest of my life – I would let her! I would hire Exhale Events again in a HEARTBEAT. Your wedding is presumably the most important day of your life to this point, so you should want someone who CARES about it beside you. Exhale Events cares. I honestly do not think it would be possible for them to care more than they do! I cannot say enough about Nicole and her team. Thank you… for everything.

without her! Almost two weeks after my wedding, I still can’t stop thinking about how marvelous and magical it truly was. Honestly it was perfect. I can not say enough about how much she did for us us through this crazy unprecedented process of planning and hosting a wedding amid Covid 19. If you are planning a wedding, you absolutely must hire Exhale events, she is worth every penny and more!

the moment we decided to change directions with our wedding. She had emails sent to every vendor we were working with, within minutes of our conversation. Even through all of the unknown Nicole made sure she was there for us as not only a resource but as a source of comfort. That truly meant so much to us. She talked us through all of our options, gave amazing advice, and supported us the entire time. We never imagined this was going to happen but I am extremely thankful we had Nicole as our planner through this. If anyone is considering hiring a planner, I would highly highly recommend Exhale Events. Nicole is simply amazing, and I can't say enough good things about her!

my wedding amid the COVID-19 pandemic and Nicole has been a lifesaver! I honestly don't know what I would do without her!

g planning melt away? Nicole at Exhale Events is your gal. Her attention to detail is out of this world, and as a wedding photographer her ability to help clients craft a solid timeline and choreograph all of the pieces of the wedding day is unparalleled. She is kind, talented, and her vision and style is impeccable. If you want a beautifully executed event that is both fun AND gorgeous, HIRE EXHALE!!!

my schedule. I hired Nicole and her team to help me with everything: vendor selection, the planning, and day of coordination. Every vendor she recommended was exactly what I was looking for; they all were all easy to work with and did a fantastic job. The day of my wedding was a breeze for me; Nicole's team took care of everything and I was able to enjoy my day. I would highly recommend Exhale Events!

f a stressful event. Her bubbly yet calm demeanor along with her experience were invaluable. She really listened to us carefully and created the event we envisioned. She was never flustered by our many requests, even when last minute. She has a great list of vendors and was willing to pick up responsibility when I needed her to yet let me have control when I wanted it. Nicole helped with everything leading up the wedding , the day of and was even at brunch the day after. She is very organized and therefore kept things on time and on budget.
