My husband and I got married this past September and we used Expo/Rollo Limousine for transportation for our entire wedding party and our parents. They were very responsive via email and phone calls and accommodated all of our requests. They provided excellent, professional service, a beautiful and clean vehicle, arrived on time, and eliminated all of our transportation worries so we could focus on our big day. We loved working with them!

We hired Rollo Limousine for our wedding on September 10, 2022. We are so very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, promptness, kindness, and attention shown to us on our wedding day and throughout the planning process. Shout out to Joe, Dan and Chris who helped make our day so magical and special. I talked with Dan mostly during the planning process and he is fantastic! Their transports are gorgeous; well maintained on both the inside and the outside.
Joe was the driver for me and my dad/me and husbands limo and he made sure we were well taken care of....helped me with my dress; getting into limo, getting out, and fluffing my train as I walked. Also had a red carpet roll-out. Loved it! Made me feel extra special on an already special day.
This is a family-run business and we definitely felt that personal family touch; treated as if we were one of their own.
We highly recommend Rollo Limousine for any special day because we know how hard they work to make their customers have an awesome experience; from our own experience.

We booked Expo limo to transport our bridal parties to our wedding venue, and the service was impeccable. They arrived right on time and our driver was super respect and professional. I also worked with Dan to book our rides and he was very responsive and flexible. Having to postpone last year due to COVID, was not fun but he helped us through and made the necessary changes we needed to make. I would recommend Expo Limo for future transportation purposes!

Amazing service. Driver was on time, limo was clean and had champagne for us. Red carpet service. The driver also helped me out with carrying my dress into the limo and with holding my bouquet when coming out of the car. Also helped us troubleshoot the Aux cord when it was not working. Just went perfectly.

We rented a large 20 person limo for our wedding party and a beautiful Rolls Royce for my husband and I. The Rolls Royce was a huge hit with our guests--we kept it a surprise and our awesome driver Dan had it parked perfectly outside the church following our ceremony, complete with champagne and a red carpet. Dan was very professional and friendly. We were impressed by Dan and our limo driver's collaboration and communication as they made sure to get us from place to place at the same time during photos. I would definitely recommend Rollo! Thanks again!

I’d have to say this was the most stressful part of planning but the guys at Expo Limo made it pretty painless. The deposit process was a little tricky but overall everything was smooth. The Mercedes limo was unreal. I’ve never seen anything like it and the driver (who’s name I forgot) was great. He was attentive, mildly engaging but not overly intrusive in our day. We had such a great time in the limo. The stereo system was awesome.

On time and professional! The rolls royce was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Our driver, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was so polite and professional and truly made us feel like royalty on our special day!

Expo limo was our knight in shining armor. We discovered only one week before the wedding that the shuttle buses we hired could not go down the road to our church ceremony, which was a labor day wedding. I panicked assuming that all of the limos would already be booked. Expo Limo worked with us to make sure that we had what we needed, including an additional car for our relatives who could not easily climb into or out of the buses and limos. They were wonderful to work with prior to the wedding, and the drivers on the day of were fabulous. Not only that but they were incredibly responsive and helped us come up with our total transportation plan for drop offs for the buses (which weren't even theirs!). Could not have had a better experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the area.

Great experience. Liked working with a family owned business. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony was almost an hour behind. We reserved the Cadillac Escalade that seats up to 22. Our reserved time was almost up and the limo was reserved for another event immediately following. The driver and company scrambled to find another limo for the other event. Problem is that size vehicle is not readily available. The driver told me they really wanted to help us out. As it turned out, we were able to keep within our reserved time. Highly recommended

We booked Rollo (Expo) Limo for our wedding in Boston.
Long story short, our driver was extremely unprofessional and rude during our wedding day. Ruined a moment between my wife and her father. Dropped F-bombs. Yelled at other drivers in road-rage. The list could go on. Even our photographer was uncomfortable. We paid several hundred dollars to have a polite, courteous, and professional driver. What we got was not a professional in any way.
So we filed a complaint with the management. The first "manager" we talked to was extremely combative, defensive, condescending, and questioned my character and called me a liar. Needless to say his customer service skills were lacking. I tried very diligently to remain professional and calm on the phone with him and he would get so angry that he would literally yell at me over the phone.
The second manager I talked to was much more professional, polite, apologetic, and sincere. However, he didn't follow through with his word. After much conversation, he agreed to refund a small portion of what we paid (which he did) and to give us a gift-card/voucher for a free 3-hour package to use at a later date "so they could prove how good their service is" (which he didn't). After reminding him 3 times over the course of 3 months, he finally sent a $100 gift card which is not what we agreed on.
Needless to say they didn’t provide the service that we paid for. And after many conversations with their management, it is clearly evident to me that their customer’s satisfaction is not their priority.

od relationship with our clients. We felt we provided a service and Alex felt that what he paid for wasn't worth it but was in agreement on compensation. Alex stated that he would provide an accurate review, which we encourage, but most of what he wrote is grossly inaccurate. Most of the time that elapsed was the time is took Alex to decide on which compensation package he was going to select and the time it took us to investigate his claims. Again, we're sorry it wasn't up to his standards and hope that we can provide the absolute best service in the future.

We used Expo for our wedding day and they we're a pleasure to work with. We used their Hummer Limo and had both sets of parents, 2 flower girls, 8 bridal party members, as well as my husband and I in the limo and it still felt spacious. The inside was stunning and the driver made sure he helped everyone get in and out of the limo with ease as well as cracking a few jokes to help ease some stress. He arrived early enough to be able to turn around when I realized I forgot something where we were getting ready and still got us to the venue in plenty of time. He also stayed after dropping everyone off so that my husband and I could get a few pictures inside and outside of the limo. This company has great customer service skills, communication, and are very flexible. I can't say thank you enough for providing the beautiful Hummer at our wedding!

So the limo was one of the most annoying as they seem to be so expensive for just a few hours (some of which you aren't even in the limo for). We needed two limos and I search and contacted many different companies. Some where very expensive, some did not have a limo large enough for the bridal party to all be in one limo after the church, some just did not respond and others didn't have great reviews. I was nervous because I really didn't know much about this company or anyone who worked with them before, but took a shot because they had a really great special going and many limo options for the 11 people we wanted to fit on the way back. I am so glad I went with them. The drivers were both so nice and professional. They arrived early (even after I called at 9pm the night before to move it all up 15 mins) and we ended up needing an extra hour (due to traffic and the church taking longer than expected) it wasn't an issue. Also, we were even a little early for the church! It was great and I would recommend them to other brides.

We wanted a white Cadillac Escalade for our wedding and were so happy when we finally found a company that had one. Prices are very reasonable. Dan always responded right away anytime I emailed him. He also arranged for us to come and see the Escalade to make sure it was what we wanted. Our driver was awesome and so nice. He arrived early which was great considering the festival that was going on that weekend. Once we got to the church he helped with fixing my train and held my bouquet while I waited. He made sure my husband and I got our champagne as soon as we got into the limo. I defiantly recommend them for any event you need a limosuine for. Great service!

We had Kevin as our driver for our Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was gorgeous and just as in the pictures. Kevin was phenomenal! I tell people he was like an honorary bridesmaid that day because he was so helpful! He helped get me into the church, organize people behind the church, fix my dress, etc. He was on top of everything and made us feel so comfortable! The limo company itself was great to work with and very responsive.

Charged almost double after event without informing us. When questioned, lied to us about timings even after we told them we had proof from our photographers time stamps, etc that they were wrong.

Groomsmen were over 35 minutes late getting into limo causing Hummer limo to not be able to make it back in time to get bridesmaids. Bride wasn't even in the Rolls until after 1:45pm which was the ceremony time, 45 minutes after was contracted ...
to be there(1pm). Bride moved ceremony up 15 minutes without notifying us. Bridesmaids went in shuttle bus, that the bride contracted. Groomsmen caused everything to be late client was charged for an extra hour for both cars since they went overtime. We have GPS tracking on our limousines to ensure exact arrival/drop off times and she does not want to acknowledge that the cars went over her allotted time. I would have offered a gift certificate if the first words on her e-mail weren't "I have friends who are lawyers and I'm going to sue for the entire cost of both vehicles." We try our best to provide the best customer service to our clients. She was provided 2 limousines that were on time with great service, holding umbrellas for each guest

We used the Porche Cayenne limo to transport our wedding party. They were on time to pick up everyone and the vehicle was clean. The driver was friendly and helpful. On the way from the church to the reception he got lost but luckily at that point we were in the vehicle and able to put him in the right direction.

Everything was great at the beginning. They arrived early, were professional, attentive and courteous. They guided us all down the aisle and attended to us well. Unfortunately because of several morning of disasters we were running 20 minutes late. After the ceremony, my driver came up to me during our receiving line and had me sign forms to charge us $300 extra because were were 15 minutes overtime. No where was this explained to us before hand, and how rude for them to approach me then. At least find someone else in the wedding party like my father who was paying. After that it was all down hill, we were rushed until the second we arrived at the castle. On top of everything instead of giving us a discounted overtime fee, they sent us a $100 credit towards our next use. On the bright side, their limos are exotic, and they are the only company I know of that has exotic limos.
