Veronica and her team were beyond perfect. She was so so organized and never became flustered. Her management of time was amazing - making sure everything was taken care of correctly and magically while gracefully keeping us on schedule. Her communication with the vendors was impeccable. Hire her and leave everything to her. She stayed until after the very end and made sure nothing was left behind. Our venue Chevy Chase CC said they loved working with her and her team and would recommend her. Don't think about hiring anyone else, I promise she is the one for you!

Veronica was simply amazing and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about Veronica and her team! Whether it was contacting our vendors, meeting with our venue, sorting our place cards, coordinating the wedding day logistics, keeping the wedding day on time or simply checking in, Veronica consistently went above and beyond to help us plan and execute the most perfect wedding day. Additionally, she put us at ease, as it was clear to us that she had a wealth of experience and always provided great advice and insight. We had a flawless wedding day and a lot of that came down to Veronica and her team. We would highly recommend her to everyone!

Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family. They truly made my wedding the best day ever!!!

Veronica and her team were absolutely incredible! Our wedding went flawlessly, and it was largely attributable to Veronica’s efforts leading up to the day and the team’s effort the day of. She was extremely organized throughout the process and incredibly responsive. We had a last minute cancellation from our venue and Veronica was extremely helpful as we adapted to a new venue, timeline, and plan. The team was very well prepared accommodating all necessary day-of needs from Tylenol to safety pins and serving us drinks before we got to cocktail hour. My family, my wife’s family, and the bridal party all commented on how impressed they were with her service. We were amazed to have the 3-person team at such a reasonable price, Warren and Allen also went the extra mile to make sure every detail was accurate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this service, they are a MUST HAVE for any wedding.

Veronica is Amazing! We hired Veronica as our day-of coordinator, and we can't say enough good things about her. She made our day go so smoothly and was more than worth the investment. Her communication was top-notch, and it was very clear that her priority was helping however she could from the moment we hired her. She was a true partner in the process of putting our wedding together: never overbearing or pushing any vision she had for our day on us, but always there to answer any questions and provide direction and guidance for things we felt clueless about (and there were a lot of things we felt clueless about!). We highly recommend her - she will make your wedding day amazing!

Veronica and her team are absolutely stellar across all dynamics as it relates to wedding planning, florals, decorations and decor, logistics, vendor coordination, venue coordination, etc. such a seamless experience with her team and incredible result. She did a terrific job with the planning. Was so timely and on point with everything and never missed a beat or forgot a detail. It was impressive. Not to mention, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and building a friendship with her. She is a great partner and made the wedding planning process enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommend and have continued to recommend to my friends. Very thankful to have had Veronica at the helm of my wedding planning and her support throughout the process and the day of. Couldn’t have had as great of a wedding without her.

I can't say enough good things about Veronica and her team. Easily the most valuable vendor of our day. She helped review all contracts, coordinate with our venue and other vendors, and ran our day with perfect execution. Originally we were planning on trying to do the wedding without hiring a planner/coordinator, but as we got closer we realized we were in over our heads. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

Veronica and her team truly made my wedding day extremely seamless and I absolutely cannot say enough about them! They were AMAZING!! From the many conversations and emails Veronica and I exchanged leading up to the day, she just made the process so simple. Our wedding venue required a self-setup for all decor and really anything extra. While I was worried how that would all work out, Veronica reassured it would be perfect. She made sure it was just that AND MORE! From arriving early just to see how I was doing, to every little centerpiece detail, our photo booth table, the guest favors, making sure all the guests knew their seating placement, the clean up and packing all our decor away, to always checking on us and our families.....they literally covered every little detail! I truly cannot thank them enough for keeping me stress free and truly making sure our wedding day dreams were more than we could possibly imagine!! I would HIGHLY recommend Veronica to anyone planning a wedding and looking for someone that truly makes sure your wedding visions come to life! She is the BEST and truly passionate about what she does!

Veronica and her team were simply wonderful. From the very first meeting, Veronica's calm approach showed me that she will be the right person for our day. She was very responsive and the online planning tool was very helpful. Veronica communicated well with all of my vendors who all reached out to me and complimented how on top of everything she was. She took our suggestions and made them work with our timeline. I had a minor emergency on the day of as a crystal from my tiara fell out. She was on scene and prepared to save the day! Our day ended up being perfect with not a glitch in sight. She checked in with us from time to time just to keep us on time but was able to handle everything else. If you want to have zero worries on your day, go with Veronica!

I'd like to just Brag about you real quick if that is ok!!! I have to honestly say Thank you Thank you Thank you for everything you did for Ryan and Myself last weekend, you and the crew were honestly exactly what I needed to keep my head on straight. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to have had such an awesome planner to help with our Big Weekend... You guys CRUSHED IT!! Like almost all brides planning a wedding, I was completely lost and overwhelmed during the last few months leading up to our wedding day. I found Exquisitely Designed on the knot and reached out to see how they can help. Veronica met with me shortly after and I immediately knew she was the one who I wanted to help me during this stressful time. I was able to talk to her about everything and felt like she was a good friend I was meeting for lunch. Veronica continued to show her expertise over the next few months during every meeting and was able to assure me that everything would work out perfect on our wedding day. She took the time to come to the venue and see how everything was going to be set up on the wedding day. Veronica also came to the rehearsal to meet the wedding party and gave us all detailed timelines that were even colored with our wedding colors!! She had all the important phone numbers and times for the entire day so we would all know exactly what to expect!! On our wedding day, Veronica checked with me first thing in the morning and continued to be my best friend throughout the day! She did all the decorating of the Church and even sent me pictures while I was getting ready. It was such a relief knowing she was there making our day so perfect!! Once she sent me down the aisle, her staff stayed, but she went directly to the venue to start setting up over 100 centerpieces for us. Veronica also even took the time to wrap every napkin with ribbon and a charm that I wanted done at the last minute, but just didn't have the time! When we got to the venue, everything looked absolutely perfect! She set the place up beyond our expectations and put together items to make the place look picture perfect!! Throughout the night she continued to check on us and make sure all of our needs were met. She kept all of our important dances and speeches moving along so we could get the party started and dance all night, which was exactly what we wanted!! She even spent hours at the end of the night packing up all of our items!! Veronica is a life saver!! She is by far the best at her job. I have been to weddings with planners and have never seen someone so involved and professional. She makes a point to introduce herself to everyone and she is such a pleasure to talk to. All of my family and friends absolutely loved her!! Not only would I recommend her, but I would say she is an absolute necessity for anyone planning a wedding. She is very reasonably priced and goes above and beyond what others are willing to do for the same rate. If you have any doubt about needing a planner, you will definitely be more than satisfied if you chose Exquisitely Designed.... Veronica is absolute MUST!!! Thanks again for everything!!

Veronica and her assistants were AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator. She was so detail oriented, hard-working and pleasant to work with. She made sure that everything I asked for was done. She was a step ahead on every little detail. She knew where everyone should be at any given time (including me). She did an awesome job dealing with my huge wedding party. Everything came together so well, and I have to thank her for that.

Veronica was absolutely incredible. If you want to be as stress free as possible during your wedding planning, do yourself a favor and hire her!! She was worth every penny and more. She was on top of every detail and constantly updating me on the timeline to make sure everything was in order and got done on time. The week of the wedding I really had nothing left to do! I could not recommend her more. She also made my mom feel at ease which was very important to me. My wedding day was amazing, and I owe it all to her.

Veronica was so amazing throughout the wedding planning process. It was her quick response and impeccable organization that set her apart from all others. Her flexibility was also commendable; even with all the last minute changes she still managed to respond quickly. Our wedding was made possible all thanks to her, beginning with reviewing our contracts, contacting our vendors, creating a timeline, leading the rehearsal, setting up the tables the day of and all the other wonderful behind-the-scenes work she took on. She played an integral part in orchestrating the entire day! We cannot thank here enough for making our wedding day truly incredible.

Exquisitely Designed Events helped me plan my wedding from start to finish. I don't know what I would've done without Veronica. She was awesome!! My wedding day went off without a hitch (well the only hitch was the one thing that I alone had set-up, go figure). I had so many compliments on how the day went so surprisingly smooth and it was the nicest wedding that people had attended. Everyone commended my wedding planning services for the great work that they had done. I would totally choose them again for any type of party planning that I need in the future.
