We shared our vision with her, and she got to work right away sourcing all the items we needed and connecting us with vendors who shared her professional work ethic. On the wedding day she was the first one at the venue and the last to leave. She coordinated rental deliveries, made sure table placements were set correctly and even helped our photographer get their food so we could stay on track with the timeline we had set during the planning process. Thank you Tuly so much for being such a huge help and making our wedding day stress free and our dream wedding a reality. You were the main reason we had a beautiful wedding. ator but the tasks, to-do-lists, and coordination with the hotel staff at our resort began to pile up and become too much! From the day I hired Tuly, I did not regret it. She was so professional, explained her professional experience as an event planner for large companies, and made me feel so comfortable working with her although we had never met officially. She was quick to respond to all my messages and even when I thought I was asking too many questions, she assured me I wasn't. When I needed help with a florist, Tuly hooked me up with someone at a GREAT price! When I needed help with name placements for our guests, or how the ceremony should be run, Tuly had suggestions and recommendations based on her experience and our venue. She kept all my wedding details compiled on a very user-friendly website that even my husband was able to work with and understand and take over when my work required me to work very long hours. She was incredible, and when I met her on the Friday before my wedding, I felt as though we had known each other for years. I really appreciated that Tuly wasn't afraid to take the reins and make suggestions, and when it came time for the rehearsal she was quick to make sure everyone knew their task! I never had to direct anyone in the bridal party what to do! I can say with 100% conviction that our wedding was FLAWLESS...and I owe a HUGE gratitude to Tuly for that! I even remember thinking it was odd that the resort staff hadn't reached out to me the day before our wedding and then I quickly learned that it was because Tuly was doing all the coordinating and had it HANDLED! Since our wedding was a destination wedding and we had 160 guests in attendance, there was an event every day leading up to our wedding day, and to be able to enjoy myself completely from Tuesday to the completion of my wedding on Saturday night because of Tuly's coordination and efforts with the resort staff, is worth it ten-fold. With complete conviction and 100 percent certainty, I can say you will not be disappointed if you hire Tuly! I can not thank her enough for the flawless memories of my wedding day that I will carry with me the rest of my life!

Theodora went above and beyond in making our wedding an elegant and seamless event. Theodora and her ELE staff worked very hard with positive attitudes, without a bat of an eye, even when people in our wedding were acting quite contrarily. She even added some of her own decorations that she knew we would love because of her knowledge of us, and cultural literacy. At the end of the event, she even helped us drive back our wedding gifts, flowers, and other trinkets that we could not fit in the car. All I have to say is Wow and Thank you to Extraordinary Life Events for a successful and beautifully organized and orchestrated even!
