I also booked a late night party bus to drive us around to drink and party some more after the wedding! It was a blast and everyone was raving about how awesome the party bus was and how nice it was! I can honestly say the party bus was a HUGE HIT!! We all had the best time and the party bus was extremely clean and looked fresh and new! I also booked a Strolling Table for cocktail hour and had the venue put champagne flutes on it-- it looked awesome and everyone thought it was so cool, and unique. timing and schedule - he gets 5 stars. The party bus was unfortunately 20 minutes late for pick up when the day came though - while we understand these things do happen, it did wind up throwing our schedule off for photos and cocktail hour, which was a bummer. that we would receive quality service. I was extremely wrong in my first assumptions. We had booked Eye to Eye Events for a limo to transport the bridal party in the morning and a party bus for pick up after the After Party. Upon arrival at our venue in the morning, our driver, John, attempted to drop us off at a different location because he "did not want to turn the limo around". While we understand this must of course be difficult, the venue is one frequented by limousines daily and the space is available for a limo to be turned around. Additionally, there are two trolleys that do this multiple times a day, so there is no issue with space. As we were carrying my wedding dress, all of the bridesmaids dresses, and multiple boxes, parking far from the venue really wasn't an option. After some convincing, John dropped us at the correct location. That said, this pales in comparison to the issues we had later in the evening. Our driver arrived at 12:15 am and met me (the bride) in the middle of my afterparty. Despite arriving 15 minutes early, the driver told me that he was about to leave without me as he had other guests to pick up for another event. I was walking around trying to get my group on the bus, and my husband was on the bus trying to communicate that we were getting our group together. The driver kept communicating that he had another party to get to in NYC and that he was going to leave without me (this is 12:25 at this point.. Our pick up time was 12:30). My husband was standing in the doorway of the bus, trying to speak to John the driver, and John closed the door and began revving his engine. We ended up leaving at 12:35 - five minutes past our scheduled pick up time. This is not against our agreed upon contract, as our contract stated a pickup of 12:30 and that the bus would wait 5 minutes. We arrived at the hotel before 1:00 (our scheduled drop off time). We attempted to contact the owner, Paul, for compensation for the egregious behavior of his driver. He has sided with the driver, whom he claims is not a worker of his but a person who works for the “company he subbed out” for our event. He has blatantly stated that we were drunk and lying, despite over 10 eyewitness accounts of the incidents; he even went so far as to say that it is impossible for this to have occurred because if it had, (and I quote), "I will 99% say that a fight would immediately break out with all the alcohol being involved”. Attempts to remedy this situation through communication with the owner were unsuccessful as the owner stated we were lying and our requests for compensation were claimed to be “extortion”. We have been threatened, too, that if we are to post about our experience, despite it being a true account of our night, we will be sued for defamation. If you value your money and want to be treated with respect, please look elsewhere."

nd in lieu of not leaving a negative review. She also mentioned an attorney, of which never came to light so I will assume that it be untrue, trying to add more pressure to back me up into a corner. Once I called out Rachael and Robert on their falsified happenings and telling them no refund would be rendered; their game didn't work so they began a defamation of character campaign. Their last and only option to hurt my business' extraordinary name. After my refusal of a full refund she then enlisted guests to leave negative reviews as a final scare tactic for me to fall into paying her monies to be silenced. Once again, I didn't confirm which is where we lay now that she immediately left this fake review Point in case, the groom (of which the bride acknowledged as such in agreeing with John the driver) was EXTREMELY intoxicated and aggressive, and name-calling my driver derogatory terms. They expected my driver to meet demands which were not previously part of their contract of their pick up, departing, and end time; that's when the groom became very hostile Lastly, to prove this erroneous review, my driver was tipped by SEVERAL guests, which speaks volumes to the service provided and concludes this saga. Statement from John the driver.... "I can tell from now they are lying and they were drunk to their ass and they were telling me that they rented the BUS allall night. Then when I was on the phone with dispatch they said that they need to go eat. They didn't leave till close to 1am after I was telling them that they need to leave. One guy was standing holding the door so I don't close it and leave and all honestly it was not a good situation they were putting me in." Here are the facts on the evening that I presented to Rachael which after she read the attacks and harassment from her and her friends arised... - John stated that he never entered the venue (he was at the door that there was a desk with an employee from the venue whom advised him that the wedding was on a different floor). John never went up to any floors or went further then a few steps into the entrance - John never had contact with the bride (Rachael) until she arrived at the party bus of which it's impossible for him to have "grabbed her" during the wedding after party. ** PLEASE NOTE: Rachel did not respond to this lie she fabricated when I brought it to her attention TWO (2) times - As previously stated: John said (and the bride Rachael agreed) that the groom (Robert) was very intoxicated and acting irrational plus aggressive. - His groomsmen also sided against him and apologized to John the driver for Henry's actions as well and tipped the driver for dealing with the harassment encountered. - Henry did call John an asshole when he hit his threshold after continuing asking Henry to back up for him to open the door. John said you're the asshole if you don't move. - A groomsmen gave John TWO (2) tips of $20 each and apologized plus said thank you for driving safely and getting us all back. 1st tip was upon arrival. 2nd trip was at drop off of the hotel - According to the GPS John left the venue at 12:51am past the 12:30am contracted departing time - According to the GPS John arrived at the hotel 1:17am past the 1:00am contracted end time

emely prompt with his response to my quote request. Likewise, I decided to look into renting the Photo Booth and same thing, extremely quick and great to work with. All quotes were in line with others I was looking into! Most importantly, which I totally appreciated, they were early for all of our transportation needs the day of the wedding. They got all the pickup and drop-off locations right with no problems. They contacted us to let us know they were on their way and that they would be early and not to rush. We boarded our party bus right when we anticipated and it allowed our entire day to run on time which was amazing! Party Bus was also spacious and clean and we were able to enjoy a champagne toast on them! Photo Booth was also a great hit at our wedding! The day after our event we got a DropBox link of all of our photos so we can do whatever we wanted with them. Overall an extremely smooth process and a great experience. If your looking for a responsible, smooth transportation process... you just found your company!

didn’t want much more than the dj booth and photo booth, but he still took it upon himself to upgrade our photo booth for us. He also always responded in a timely manner. On the night of our reception, Paul’s team were professional and truly cared about our guests. They provided all of the music that we asked them to, and they never complained when my guests requested other songs. They also came earlier than they were scheduled to come, so they set up the dj booth quickly and even played music during our cocktail hour since we didn’t have any music playing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a DJ. I really appreciate Paul and the wonderful team that he had created. They really care about their jobs and the people who they interact with.

ing was done. It was less than a month from my wedding. I was getting married about an hour away. The bus company that was supposed to be taking my guests back and forth from the hotel to the venue, decided that they were going to use vans instead of buses, which was going to cost me more than double the price. I couldn’t see spending on such an extra cost, so I cancelled with them. I was running out of options, getting married in September, the most popular month. I didn’t know what else to do, so I reached out to Paul, hoping he could help me or steer me in the right direction. My venue was far away, and I wasn’t sure if he would even be able to help. Not only did he help me, to find a bus for me..... he helped me, a second time, when the number of guests staying at the hotel doubled 2 weeks before my wedding. He bent over backwards for me, twice, just to make sure that my day was perfect, and to make me not stress. He was professional, considerate, organized, and knew exactly what I was looking for. Like I said, I have known him for a long time, and I have been to events where people used his services, and I have never had a bad experience at any of his events, or with any of the services he offers. They are always top notch. For that kind of customer service, where someone goes extremely out of their way, More than once, I honestly can say that is unheard of around here. I am forever grateful. Not many companies will try so willingly for someone. Thank you for being you, you are more than appreciated ! You are great at what you do, you have a passion for it, and that’s the kind of person you want to have on your side, to make sure your day is perfect.
