My first bridal appointment was here, then after going to two different salons (both which I had not very good experiences with) I came back again to Faccianos. I knew that Rachel would be able to find me the most beautiful dress that I had in mind and she went above and beyond! She was willing and able to chat with me whenever I needed it and when I had doubts about my first pick she jumped right back in with both feet and picked out two (one of which is the ONE) amazing and gorgeous gowns that were both so me! The atmosphere is very relaxed and so homey that I knew from the first visit, it was where my dress was going to be. All of the employees were cheery in a welcoming and pleasant mood boosting way, very attentive to everything I had in mind, and were there to compliment every bride without making their appointment bride feel out of the spotlight and unimportant. I felt like the star of the show from start to finish the entire time I was there. You wont find a more caring and supportive group of employees who truly do want to help make your dreams come true! I LOVE Faccianos!

After 2 other shops I had the absolute best experience here. The ladies were incredibly helpful on helping me find my perfect dress AND I DID! They had some beautiful dresses at reasonable prices. 10/10 💕

After being disappointed at a couple other bridal shops, I was able to walk in to Facchianos without an appointment, and the owner assured me we would find my perfect dress (although as I've noticed others have said, she is a bit pushy. But not too bad for me). I was looking for a particular style, but I was also keeping an open mind. Facchianos had a lot of great options in my style (but the best part was the affordable prices). I was able to customize a beautiful dress to add straps, and it turned out great! (However, I didn't love the alterations lady they recommended). We also got the groom and groomsmen suits from Facchianos. The service was great, but they overlooked and misinterpreted some things that had to be fixed last minute. After all was resolved, the suits ended up looking great on the guys, and they were good quality too. Overall, if you're looking for a nice dress at an affordable price (that's better quality than a place like David's Bridal in my opinion), Facchianos is a great place to look!

I had been all over Tulsa trying on dresses, and Facchianos was the best experience by far!! Rhonda was awesome! I didn’t feel pressured or rushed, which made shopping there such a relaxed and fun experience! THANK YOU Rhonda and thank you Facchianos!!

I went to five other bridal store in Tulsa. Facchianos is by far the best! Jennifer was so in tune to what I wanted versus other shops picked out dresses that did not fit my vision. I finally found my dress here and it was a much better price than the other stores as well! Seriously, make an appointment here!

Haley nailed what I wanted on the first try, I don't have enough kind words to say about this store. They made me and my party feel so welcomed as soon as we walked though the door!

Wonderful experience. Found my dress at the first apt! Also rented the tuxs here and they were very good at comunicating and making sure everyone got measured on time. I'll be taking my dress next week to be preserved.

I was very disappointed in my overall experience here. The attitude of the consultant was extremely off-putting and made me very uncomfortable. I had the following complaints: 1) The consultant thought very highly of her dresses, herself, and her abilities to customize any dress. While I appreciate the want to help create me the perfect dress, I made it very clear that I did not want to customize a dress at this point in my search, however I felt this option was continuously pushed to the point that made me feel uncomfortable. 2) I personally have tried on a lot of dresses so was not coming in to the store to try dresses on for fun. I came in to see their selection and if I loved something I would try it on. However, when I did not see any dress that I loved or even liked enough to try on, the consultant made me feel bad and put pressure on me to just try something on. I personally do not like feeling pressured to try on a dress that I don't even half way like. While their selection of dresses was beautiful, it just wasn't the style I was looking for and that should be ok. Instead, I felt like the consultant was offended by me disliking her dresses. 3) As the style I was looking for is very modern, I mentioned I may try going to NYC to look and her response was that she gets all of her dresses from NYC and that I wouldn't find anything different / better in NYC. While I'm sure their dresses are from NYC, that certainly doesn't mean that their dress selection is comparable to NYC. It should be ok that the style I am looking for can not be found in her store. This is just one example of the attitude that was so arrogant and off-putting. Overall I was very uncomfortable with the experience the consultant provided. A bride should never feel pressured to try dresses on and guilty for not liking a store's dresses.

When I was there I was told if I didn't have a veil, I was just a pretty girl in a pretty dress. Under no circumstances should I ever be told I will only be a pretty girl in a pretty dress without a veil. My entire party and I were appalled that they would say that to me. If I don't want a veil, then I don't have a veil, no one should have tried to tell me otherwise.

The best! I went to three different bridal salons when shopping for my wedding gown, and Facchiano's was the last appointment of the day. I quickly learned I should have started here. The shop is beautiful, they have a large selection of dresses, and their staff is soooo friendly. Kay was my consultant and who I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment. She is amazing! She was super friendly on the phone and enthusiastic and excited I was bringing 8 people with me. At the appointment, she pulled gorgeous dresses which were exactly the style I described to her. Kay and the other staff were super accommodating to my entire party, even finding extra chairs for them. I found my perfect wedding dress with the help of Kay and the rest of the team, and I can't wait to wear it on my big day! Facchiano's rocks!

This was the first dress shop I went to for wedding dresses. The girl who originally helped me was awesome, very sweet and wanted to know about me and my fiancé, like how we met, what our wedding would be like etc. I found the most amazing dress and put a sparkly beaded belt on it and fell in love. We ordered the dress (over a year in advance) Well, I went for my first fitting, which went fine- they pinned the hem and the bustle. Well when I went to pick up my dress 2 weeks before the wedding, I tried it on again and was so disappointed with the alterations. So much so, I had my mother come up to the store (from home) to look at it. When i took the dress off, I looked at the lace up back and the ties & loops were frayed. When i pointed this out to the sales lady, she said "oh i noticed that when i was tying you up." WHAT? You noticed it, but you were just going to let me take it home..when i told the sales lady my mother was coming to look at it, she said "I don't know why, but if you feel like she needs to.." I said "Yes, she needs to, she paid for it." When my mom got there, she was even more upset. My hem was uneven, along with my belt. At that time, the original sales lady went to help another bride and we got a new girl. She was amazing and much more helpful than the first. She noticed that my belt was off and that my hem was terrible. She re-pinned my hemline and my belt and said they would replace all the loops and ties on my dress and she would put stuff on to help prevent it from fraying the day of. When we left the store, the original sales lady we had said "I didn't see anything wrong with your dress, but i guess i was wrong.." They needed a week to fix things so I ended up picking my dress up 4 days before my wedding which just added some stress, but this time my dress was perfect. All in all, the service isn't great, the dresses are beautiful and a little more on the expensive side. If you go there, just don't be afraid to tell them if somethings wrong, you want your dress to be perfect-

Everyone that helped us at Faccianos was wonderful! They had plenty of plus-size gowns for me to try and that isn't always the case with bridal salons. They were always so nice and helpful with any questions that we had.

I definitely found my dream dress at Faccianos! The owner of the store is the sweetest, and she is very knowledgable! Steamed dress for free, unlike other stores in the area. Very good experience.

I found out about Facchiano's at a Bridal Show. They were having a huge sample sale and so I made an appointment for the following day. At this point I had been to 3 shops and tried on over 20 dresses. Facchianno's had a huge variety of different styles of dresses. There I tried on about another 15 dresses before I found the perfect dress. The whole time the staff did not rush me. They wanted to make sure that I loved the dress and that it was the one. The staff member that was assisting me never showed frustration with the constant changes or how long I was there. She was very friendly, relaxed, and was giving me her honest opinion. In the end I found the perfect dress and on the day of the wedding it was even more perfect! I couldn't have done it without them!

I am so happy that I chose to purchase my wedding gown at Facchianos! All of the girls there made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed. They were so patient, fun, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I waited far too late to go dress shopping and they helped me find the perfect dress, did the alterations, and got it back to me with plenty of time to spare.

I LOVE my bridal gown!!! The people working at the shop are very friendly and nice to work with. I am excited I was able to custom design my dress, and I am really happy with the way it turned out! I would definitely recommend shopping at Facchianos Bridal.

Awesome time during the try-ons and buying of the dress. They forgot to alter part of the dress, so I had to come back in for another fitting - and the manager complained that it was so close to the wedding date. The store manager can be rude as well.

I tried on several dresses at this shop and many were lovely. There was one I loved but it was a little out of my price range. The employees were wonderful.

My dress was so beautiful. The dresses and alterations are expensive, but you have to expect this at any store. Rhonda sold me my dress, and she was wonderful. I did have some difficulties was the alterations. It had to be altered twice. I also work full time and they weren't very flexible in getting me in for fittings. They have certain times they allow fitting and don't accommodate. My experience overall was good.

Facchianos helped me find my perfect dress. I gave them my budget and they were very good at staying within my budget yet finding the perfect dress!! The dress was on clearance and a few sizes too big, but they did an amazing alteration job you never would have known it was originally too big. I love my dress and wish I could wear it again!!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and came away with a dress that looked nothing like I expected to pick but that I absolutely loved! The service I received was great. My only complaint would be that my dress wasn't ready to pick up until 3 DAYS before my wedding...I was sweating bullets until I actually got the dress in my hands. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

I used Facchianos for my wedding dress. The ladies there were all very helpful in helping me find "THE ONE", but I wanted a specific type of bustle, and although it was clearly communicated to the tailor, it wasn't done. I had to take it to yet another tailor to get it fixed the correct way

This is a very small location, it would certainly be beneficial if they could expand! I saw alot of dresses that I liked, but unfortunately they would have had to have been ordered due to the store not being able to keep alot of styles on hand. Very friendly very personable - prices may be a bit high, but sales ladies are wonderful there, always happy to help and make it special!

Jennifer, the store owner was great in helping me find my perfect dress! The staff was really friendly, the only thing that was desirable was better communication with me when I needed to reschedule dress fittings and find out any other info about my dress. Otherwise would have rated it 5 stars

Wow, Facchianos did such a great job. Great service, great quality tuxedos, and reasonable price. They had the boys come in the day before the wedding, and had the alterations ready the next morning. Loved this place!

I loved my dress from Facchianos and I've never seen another like it. They are knowledgable and have good prices. They also customize any dress.

I bought a dress from Facchianos for my wedding 8/4/12. I basically had it custom made, and had a ton of alterations done to it. By the time I was finished, I had put about $2500 into my dress. When I went for my last fitting, they brought out the wrong dress, didn't know who I was when I got there. On top of all that, the cups for my bust had not been put in yet. My wedding was out of state and the day before the wedding I was looking over my dress and noticed there were pins all over it, including on the belt. I called the store to make sure something wasn't missed and they assured me it wasn't. On the day of the wedding, as I stepped into my dress, there were pins on the inside that actually cut my leg. Then as I was looking down I noticed that on my IVORY dress they used WHITE thread to create my sweetheart neckline. Even though the dress turned out well, I felt like the lack of attention to details as well as the pins being left in really ruined the experience. I was also quoted about $380 for alterations originally and on the day I needed to pay it somehow jumped to $510 and they could not provide me with an explanation. I spent a great deal of money on this dress and frankly expected better.

Facchiano's did a great job with my dress- it was gorgeous, and when part of the seam ripped when I was at my fitting, they not only fixed it, but added a hook and eye to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Their service was amazing both before and after I picked up my dress!

This was a great bridal store, very friendly people and I found a dress below my price range. There is not a TON of dresses to try on, but whoever picks them out does a great job because there were many beautiful ones to pick from.

Facchianos is by the far the best wedding gown vendor in OK! They were the nicest and most professional vendor we met with and they were helpful and knowledgable about the gowns. They really listened to me when I explained what I was looking for and helped me piece together the perfect wedding dress! All of their girls are very knowledgable and professional. And you always receive their full attention while you're in there. 5 Stars!

I bought my wedding dress and accessories at Facchianos in Nov 2011 and loved their service and the selection of dresses. I had been to a big chain wedding dress store in town and felt very pressured from the second I walked in. It was different at Facchianos, the atmosphere was laid back and the bride was the focus. They made it clear that they wanted me to find a dress that I absolutely loved, whether it was at their store or not.

After going to 4 wedding dress stores we finally found the one here! The owner was my bridal consultant and listened to everything that I liked in the different dresses to find me the perfect dress that had it all. She was very friendly and patient! All of the other staff that I came into contact with was also very helpful! When my Dad went to pick up the dress before the wedding they even called me to make sure I knew he was picking it up! The only con that I had here was having to pay a small extra amount for an actual garment bag for the dress but everything else made up for that!

I purchased my dress from Facchianos and was thrilled with the final result after a few small modifications were made (such as adding a sweetheart neckline). The whole experience with my consultant was great. She was very sweet and helpful throughout the entire process, down to the wedding day when she came out to the venue to lace me up. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of a problem with 2 of my bridesmaids' dresses. They were ordered far enough in advance and were told 8-10 weeks tops. After they didn't show up by that point we all contacted them for information. We just kept being told any day now for a month. One lady in particular was very rude to the girls when they asked for a realistic status. They didn't arrive until less than 3 weeks before the wedding and when given to the girls they were extremely wrinkled. Overall I would definitely recommend Facchianos for wedding dress, just be sure to order other dresses well in advance!

Perfect experience. Reasonable price. Very helpful employees. They knew me by name when I walked in and took care of all my dress and veil, alterations, as well as my four bridesmaids. Would recommend to anyone.

They really know how to look at a person and find the perfect dress for them! I took a star off in the service area only because I think that they could improve there system of notifying people when dresses come in and are finished with alterations etc.

overall not good down to the tux's and their shoes. Men's shoes all too little and tux' s did not fit groom and best man. The ushers were ok. Had flower girls in to try on their dresses the 3 year old had to go to bathroom and was told no puplic bathroom the mother had to walk about a block to use the bakery's bathroom. The girls dresses did not fit, and they were the ones that measured them.

I had previously been to several bridal boutiques with very little luck as far as finding 'the dress'. I had tried on a few at Facchianos, when Kay brought me a dress that was way too detailed for my taste. However, I tried it on and when everyone I was with started crying, including myself, I knew I had found THE dress. It was more than a year before my wedding, so I was nervous I may find something I liked better, but I purchased it anyway. I still feel like there is not one single dress out there that could make me as happy as I was wearing that dress on my wedding day! I also found my veil there that matched my dress perfectly!

My consultant, AnnDee, was GREAT!!! She picked out several dresses for me to try on, but the first one that I tried one was THE ONE!!!! Alterations did exactly what I wanted even though the manager tried to get me to not cut off my train. AnnDee also came out to my venue to dress me and made sure that every little detail was perfect. Thank you so much AnnDee, you made me look AMAZING!!!!

The entire staff at Facchianos were very welcoming, they didn't pressure you, had an incredible selection and most of all were very patient. They were simply amazing!!!

I had a very small budget for a wedding dress and the girls at Facchianos helped me find a dress that was everything I wanted and well within my budget. The alterations were quick and very reasonable. I also used Facchianos day of coordinator service, I would highly recommend this to any bride. Our consultant delivered my dress, fixed buttons on the groomsmen and just helped with keeping things organized. Our wedding was very relaxed and I know it was because of the consultant from Facchianos! My sister and two friends have also used Facchianos and we have all had great experiences.

We had a fun time dealing with this vendor, had to go back several times to fit and they were cooperative with our details for the dress to be altered. They steam and get the dress ready for bridals and then again for wedding day which is nice. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Facchianos!! Jennifer the owner is awesome, & is a dress designer herself! AnnDee was my bridal consultant & she is incrediable!! I paid to have AnnDee come to dress me & my girls before the ceremony, & the was the best money I spent!! She came with an emergency kit, & fixed all the guys tuxes even though we didn't rent from Facchianos. My dress was one of a kind! I bought a Sophia Tolli gown, & got a 10% discount for buying a year in advance! I would highly recommend Facchianos to anyone looking for top quality, & a great experience!

Jennifer and her staff do everything to make you feel special. They have a great selection of dresses, jewelry, and veils. They sell shoes, prom dresses, bridesmaid/mother dresses, and rent tuxes. I bought a Maggie Sottero dress there.
