The regency ballroom. The regency ballroom is the largest event space at this venue, and it has enough space to accommodate up to 2,000 guests. It features dozens of decorative chandeliers, which cast a warm, even light over the entire space despite its large size.
The international ballroom. The international ballroom is also an impressively large space, and it can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. This ballroom is located on the lobby level of the hotel, and it is easy to access from the main hotel entrance. The color scheme of this space mainly consists of shades of beige and light blue.
The gold room. The gold room is a medium-sized space that can accommodate up to 400 standing guests or 300 seated guests. Its impressively large windows look out onto the surrounding grounds and it has a partial view of the downtown Dallas skyline.
The pavilion room. The pavilion room is located on the terrace level of the hotel, and it has unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline. This is a comparatively small space, suitable for up 200 standing guests or 150 seated guests.

This team has a standard banquet menu that you can choose from, or you can work with the head chef to help the team create customized meals for your event. Creating the wedding block was extremely easy and they even set up a personalized page so you can see how much your block is filling up. They delivered the out of town bags promptly. One guest had a problem with a room being ready but they didn't book through our block, but through Expedia. I think they compensated them somehow. You do have to be careful to check that the rates they are offering your guests are lower than what is available online. The rates online were lower closer to our wedding but after we brought it to the attention, they also lowered the rate for our block. The best part was our wedding suite. It was amazing, huge and beautiful! We got complimentary champagne and strawberries, as well as breakfast at the executive lounge the next morning. What a happy memory!

Had my wedding at the Fairmont New Year's Eve and we absolutely had a ball! Victoria Bennison was great with the help she provided. I wish there would have been more freebies like other hotels I looked at but my planner probably could have negotiated that if she had done a better job. Our suite was decorated very nicely and the staff was very nice.
