SUPERIOR would be such an inadequate word to describe the service received by Fairy Godmother events - the best word is PERFECTION. They listened very carefully to what I wanted the room to feel like; they incorporated all my ideas beyond anything I was expecting, morning noon or night calls/e-mails were answered immediately. Thier level of professionalism far exceeds anything we see today. Just simply AMAZING!!

Kadzo and the team at Fairy Godmother Events thoughtfully and perfectly executed our micro-wedding! We opted for Day of Coordination but Kadzo was helpful, responsive, and kind from the start, leading all the way up to our Big Day! Deciding to work with Fairy Godmother events made our wedding day seamless amidst all the little moments we never could have planned for. Kadzo + her team’s ability to pivot in an unexpected “pinch” is truly unmatched! If we could give 10 STARS I would!

Kadzo and her team has been amazing throughout the whole process! She kept in contact with me when I was originally deciding on booking her but never pressured me or my fiancé. The resources she offers and the cost are so worth it!

Kadzo was my day-of coordinator and she was INCREDIBLE in handling the change in timeline when my hair and makeup artist made us 45 minutes late to the ceremony. I don’t know what I would have done without Kadzo and her team. She responded very quickly to all of my emails and I felt I could put my full trust into her on my wedding day. Before I had even signed a contract with her she offered to make email introductions with vendors within my price range when I told her I was still in need of a florist. I ended up using one of her recommended vendors and I was super happy with how my wedding flowers came out. Her demeanor is very calm and exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day. I can’t recommend Kadzo enough. I hope I have the pleasure of working with her again in the future!

Kadzo and Cynnise provided day of coordination for my daughter’s wedding, and it was a true life-saver! From the beginning Kadzo was attentive, calming, and happily answered all of my many questions. The day-of she arrived early to help put my mind at ease, and immediately jumped in with managing the timeline and even taking on last minute tasks. Cynnise was so thoughtful, always aware of where my daughter was, offering water, bustling her bridal gown, and making sure she ate. All of our vendors had amazing things to say about their coordination, and how it was one of the smoothest weddings they’d ever worked thanks to Fairy Godmother! During the preparation, Kadzo was great and able to help me make decisions I didn't know I had to make. Day of, the two ladies were great, packed everything up nicely, and made sure there were no major hiccups. Before I came with pens for my guestbook, they were making plans for one of them to go buy some. Which to me felt like a relief.

Initially we were not sure that we needed a day-of coordinator, as we had planned the entire wedding ourselves remotely with the help of our moms and knew most details inside and out. But as soon as we spoke with Kadzo over the phone, we knew we were dealing with a professional who is VERY good at her job. Kadzo said from the outset that her job would be to execute the vision we had carefully planned and to allow us and our loved ones to enjoy the day. And that is exactly what she and her team delivered. We had two ceremonies and two receptions, basically two weddings, planned in one day, and when we asked Kadzo admitted that this was one of the longest timelines she had worked on. Kadzo has a calm, thoughtful, and reassuring demeanor and has an established workflow with a coordinator dedicated to the wedding party and one dedicated to vendors on the day. She kindly partook in our venue walkthrough with our caterer and moms when we could not travel back for the meeting. She met with us several times over the phone and asked questions about aspects of the wedding we hadn't considered, and helped us tweak our timeline into a smoother and more logical flow. Seeing our complex decor timeline with multiple details handled by family and friends, Kadzo offered the option of adding a third coordinator dedicated solely to decor. We took her up on the offer and never looked back. Kadzo stepped in and helped us reach our caterer when we were having trouble with communications. And when it came time for our rehearsal, she helped run the show and keep us organized. On our wedding day, Kadzo and her team allowed us as the couple and our moms to relax and enjoy the day, without having to stress over little details. My mom, who otherwise would have had to shoulder the bulk of that burden, has said multiple times that having Kadzo and her co-coordinators there was the best decision we made and that she felt so at ease on the day with the wedding in their capable hands. Kadzo and her team were in constant communication with each other and with our photographer, caterer, and DJ so that timing went according to (and at parts even ahead of) schedule. Our DJ even commented on how easy Kadzo made his job that day. For my part, my husband and I so thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day, we still have no idea of what difficulties or hiccups Kadzo and her team had to deal with to make things run so smoothly. So for any couples out there wondering whether or not to take the plunge with day-of coordination, hiring Kadzo and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you want to be worry-free and able to fully enjoy your wedding day, we would absolutely recommend that you work with Fairy Godmother Events!

Kadzo was absolutely amazing! She ran a tight ship and kept us all on schedule and went above and beyond getting everything set up during our big day. She also gave a lot of strong advice when I was not sure about the flow or timeline. She was incredibly professional and made sure our needs were taken care of. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

The name says it all. Kadzo and Niassa are an absolute dream team and the way they saved my event was nothing short of an act of magic. If there are such things as guardian angels, I would not be surprised if Kadzo was secretly one of them. No matter the how great the ask, she took care of it, sometimes before I could even ask it! I have never met someone so professional and polite that still could get things done from anyone she spoke to! I think I cried more reflecting on how perfect she made the wedding than I did during my own vows. Without her my DIY wedding would have ended up on one of those wedding disaster/fail shows on TLC no doubt. We only got the day of coordination package and are absolutely kicking ourselves we didn't invest in the full coordination. DO NOT BE LIKE US.
