nces, speeches, and key ceremony moments included in our film. We agreed to pay an additional $250 for extended coverage specifically for this reason. After the wedding, we were told that the extra hour only applied to capturing content for a short highlight film, not for inclusion in the Full Length Film. This was not what we understood or agreed to when paying for the additional coverage. Several important moments were also not captured well. During the ceremony prayer, the framing cut off the top of my husband’s head, and there was no usable alternate angle. This was later explained as a limitation of live events; however, for professional wedding videography, it was extremely disappointing. There were also technical issues throughout the footage, including shaky clips, glitches, and abrupt transitions, which required multiple rounds of communication. At one point, my husband’s name remained incorrect despite repeated requests for correction. When we received the raw footage, we had to research on our own how to access the files due to recurring errors, as no guidance was provided. While the team was generally polite, communication was often slow, concerns frequently went unaddressed, and we did not feel heard throughout much of the process. After multiple requests and escalation to management, Fairytale Productions ultimately refunded the additional-hour charge. We appreciated that gesture, but the majority of the issues that led to our disappointment remained unresolved and it was a challenge to even get that. After posting my original review, it was challenged through the review platform’s verification process and ultimately removed. I am reposting my review because it accurately reflects our experience and is supported by extensive documentation and correspondence. Wedding videography is one of the few lasting keepsakes from your wedding day. Because of that, quality, communication, and attention to detail matter immensely. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of expectations, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

. He went above and beyond to get the perfect shots of our ceremony, reception, nature shots, and everyone dancing. Every photo he took reflects the love and energy of the day beautifully. He captured all of the moments big and small that went into our wedding day.  Our DJ, Kurt, was amazing as well. He kept the energy high all night long, music selection was perfect as well as allowing for guests to request songs. He took the time to understand our preferences with a planning meeting before the wedding and was able to create an atmosphere that perfectly matched our vision for the night. He also did a wonderful job with announcements and checking in with us to ensure everything was flowing smoothly throughout the night. Beyond both of their talent, they were professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely passionate about their work. They both helped make the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. It was clear they truly cared about making our wedding special and unforgettable. Five stars isn’t enough!

o appreciated that she mentioned they have backups ready to go just in case. Our photographer and videographer was Robert and Tony, and from the beginning they were helpful, kind and efficient. Not only did they take amazing photos for us, but they went above and beyond by supplying an emergency kit containing so many wedding must-haves, and even offered to help guide guests away if we needed a moment to ourselves. The whole process felt easy and took so much pressure off of us for our special day. We can not recommend Fairytale Productions enough.

The final product turned out great, and we are so thankful to him for capturing these memories that we will enjoy watching for years to come!

. Our videographer was such a big help because we really had no help or clue how the wedding was supposed to go his knowledge and experience was amazing. Fairytale offered a top of the line experience at a price un matched.

. We just got our highlight video and entire ceremony footage back, and we were absolutely taken away. That’s the best highlight video I’ve ever seen!! Our first dance song plays in the background which means so much to us, we look great in it, just hands downs the best! My husband and I both cried our eyes out when we got the videos. I’m so glad that we have these amazing videos to look back on. I couldn’t be more happy to have chosen Fairytale Productions to capture our big day for us, absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

style and not overly modern. Our DJ (John Frasson) did a fantastic job using our suggested songs and styles and the environment of our reception was exactly what we hoped for! He did an outstanding job, and was positive and engaging with our guests without being overpowering. We received SO many complements from our guests about how much fun they had and the music selection was great. We highly recommend Fairytale for their quality and value!!

iting our movie together. However, we were pretty disappointed with the DJ services. We created a full playlist on Apple Music for cocktail hour. We just asked the DJ to press play on an in-house speaker. However, he must have forgotten this information and played a bunch of music we had on our "yes/no" list for the reception. During the reception, he played very generic Top 40 hits. None of the music we requested (including special requests from our RSVP form). We put a considerable amount of time into those playlists and had a pre-wedding meeting to review. Unfortunately, it seemed like all of our work didn't amount to much. When I was walking down the aisle, the DJ started to play the wrong song. Fortunately, our Day of Coordinator was able to correct it pretty quickly. We also had some unique multi-cultural aspects to our wedding. We tried very hard to review in advance of the wedding but had a hard time getting ahold of our DJ until a few days before. During the wedding, he had some fumbles with names and titles that we really tried to clarify during our pre-wedding meeting. At times, his jokes seemed disrespectful (i.e. asking which of my husband's parents would start a speech and pulling the microphone back and forth between them after my MIL agreed to start). We also had a period of time dedicated to toasts by whoever wanted to contribute. His approach felt pushy and I think it made some of our guests uncomfortable contributing. Finally, we danced the Horah and had chairs set aside by the dancefloor. He told us to go to the center of the dancefloor and we never had time to use or move the chairs. He was very confident that he knew the protocol for the Horah during our pre-wedding meeting so I'm surprised this was another miss. Altogether our wedding was beautiful and amazing. But, unfortunately, I do not feel like I can recommend Fairytale Productions DJ services.

aul was amazing throughout the whole ceremony and reception! He worked well with our local photographer as well! If I could give our DJ, Jason, 6 stars I would. My husband and I had a very specific playlist we wanted, and he was so accommodating to that. He was so helpful throughout the planning process and the whole reception, even when we had forgotten a few things leading up to the reception!

hey also had a questionnaire for us to fill out regarding our grand entrance with the bridal party names and first dance songs, etc. We also used them for our ceremony and filled out a questionnaire for that as well. The company reached out a few weeks in advance to confirm details and go over our timeline, as well as let us know who our DJ was and that he would be setting up a call with us the week of the wedding to discuss any changes. The DJ we worked with was John. He was extremely helpful and took notes on our last minute updates and was easy to communicate with via phone and email. He did an excellent job for both our ceremony and reception. The music cues were timed perfectly and when our planned timeline was pushed back a bit, he kept the guests entertained. He also checked with us on name pronunciation for our bridal party and the order that everyone would be walking out in right before the event and double checked before announcing our grand entrance! Overall, great experience with this company.

each person. Photographer (Ryan) and videographer (Justin) were simply amazing. I did not want to spend hours on photos and they made sure it went smoothly and quick but still capturing all the memories! Great personalities and fun to work with! Unfortunately I was not happy with the DJ John. He was great for the ceremony but not for the reception. I spent hours putting together a play list and checked the box to only play those songs and no “free play”. Once I realized that I had to ask him to please only play my songs and he knew those were not my requested songs. After he did play mine but that’s the last thing I want to worry about. Also the whole song would be played and there were no transitions into the next song so I felt like he did not engage the audience well.

rapher, he was great as well as the hosts for the photo booth. The two things I did not like were the DJ and the issues I ran into with the editing team in regards to our highlights video. Although there were issues with things I specifically requested for our videography that were not in the highlights video, they quickly responded and fixed it. The DJ however was not good and did not have any ability to keep people on the dance floor. I would recommend their videography and photo booth services, however I would not recommend their DJ services.

I haven’t seen the physical pictures yet, however he was not afraid to get into the middle of the crowd to get pictures of the dance floor. DJ: John was great! He called about a week before the wedding to go over all of the details. I had younger children in the wedding party and he was so flexible with them when it came to entering into the reception. He did great with our song list as well as requests from the guest! I really appreciated as well how he came out to me to double check everything before the wedding party entered into the reception area! This was my first time booking a photographer and Dj service. Fairytale came highly recommended by my friend/coordinator. Could not have asked for a better experience

From capturing the doors opening before I walked down the aisle, to the smile on my groom’s face when he first saw me...the moments captured by Fairytale Productions are truly incredible and priceless. The best wedding advice I got was to get a wedding video and I could not be more pleased with my experience with Fairytale Productions! They are truly a class act!
